The employees here are amazing. They answer any questions I have. Even on brand new products. Since coming here for the first time 2 years ago I refuse to get vape juice or any other product that 710 carry anywhere else. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Wouldn’t recommend, they aren’t knowledgeable about the things there selling, they only want you to spend more money. If you go in asking for a specific item they try and tell you they don’t have any or make up some excuse while showing you some outrageously priced piece of glass that you keep telling them no. Has happened every time I go in there, they like to scam older people who don’t know that much as I’ve seen it happen.

DONT VISIT HERE. They will steal your money and refuse to refund. They will threaten you by saying we will call the police for trespassing.Heres the full story: They recommended me a product, which never worked. Once I found out that the product that they recommended never work, they said no refund. I wanted to talk to a manager, but they said well the manager said that PA has a no-refund policy for all the nicotine products. Other PA e-cigarette retailers offer returns. Does it mean that those retailers are conducting illegal activities?I visited the store in person. I asked for refunds because it was 100% the employee fault, given that the employee recommended me the product after looking at my device. One of the employees threatened me by approaching hard to me and said, NO REFUND. CLEAR? LEAVE MY STORE. I WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR TRESPASSING.So basically, avoid here. They will just sell random products which never work and say no refund. You dont like it? I will call the police.THIS KIND OF STORES SHOULD BE CLOSED FOREVER.

I love this store! My bf loves their vaping options and flavor selections and I love their glass and all the smoking accessories they have. Prices on everything is really nice, too. The best part is the people who work there though, theyre really nice and helpful and they make me smile.

Sold me a defective Vinci vape. Obviously cant exchange. Was then sold a disposable hyde that was a dud yet again no returns. No attempt was made to help the customer. This was an event since November since I am busy and their managers are busy. Id suggest going to a different place with working gear. Dont waste money. Decent juice atleast lol

I searched for a vape shop close to my house and came up with this one. Im new to Erie, and have gone to a few shops trying to find one that suited my needs. This is the one, for sure.The people working there were very friendly and took the time to not only answer my questions, but also explain and advise when necessary. I wound up with a vape and a flavor that were awesome. Also, I feel confident that if I have any further questions or concerns, I can head on in and theyll help me again.Thank you!!

First time vaper. I went in there with ZERO knowledge of vaping. Im trying to quit smoking. Every single staff member was so amazing. Super friendly, and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend this store. 10/10. Thank you!

Best products out there at affordable rates, extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere with very knowledgeable staff members. The owner knows his stuff better than any guy out there and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. You really need to come try this place out if you havent already! Its as chill as the comfort of your own home.

So going to this place was a little bit of a different experience. I was looking for a random smoke shop on maps and selected this one by the pics. I cant remember the ne of the two staff members working but they helped me tremendously. I would recommend this place to a friend looking for a vape quickly. The only drawback is the glass pieces are all artist made and they all have very high price tags regardless of style, size, or shape.

The quality of 710 products and the selection of their products is one of my favorite around! They have a variety of new smoking and vaping tools I havent seen before, like the Toker Poker! Im glad this shop is closer to me and not so far away too!
