I have never had a problem when going to Caesars! They always do an amazing job with my nails and I always love the way they look! Rosie did my nails this time and it was exactly what I wanted!!But unfortunately this time I wasn’t super happy with how my toes turned out. i didn’t get her name but the older lady that did my pedicure was consistently stabbing at my toes, shaped one of my toe nails weirdly and used a wooden tool that had old red nail polish on it. By the end of my pedicure I just wanted to get out of that chair. I should’ve said something or spoken up and so that is my bad but I didn’t notice how horrible they turned out until after I left and got a chance to really look at them. There is gel polish all over my toes..Despite this Caesars has always been a great salon for me and I would still recommend! This is the first time, after going there for a few years, that I have not had a wonderful experience. I am sad that I was not able to have a better experience with my pedicure this time around. But don’t make my mistake and not voice your frustrations.UPDATE: Went back as a few of my toes had pealed off and they happily fixed my pedicure and did an amazing job! They were so nice and understanding! I’m so happy with the out come :)

Lovely place! I am always greeted promptly, and my nails always look amazing! Super friendly and accommodating staff, and a nice quiet atmosphere. Super relaxing and zen. Everything is clean, and i love how spacious it is in the pedicure area. Thank you so much for such amazing nails!! Exactly to my liking 🤍 highly recommend Michael, Tami, and Rosie!

I have had such wonderful experiences here. Tammi is an absolute magician with my acrylic nails. Ive never had anyone able to make them stay before, and she does the most wonderful work. Her attention to detail is why no one else is allowed to touch my nails... Im very particular, and I usually want some sort of fancy design or style, and she nails it (pun intended!) every time. So pleased with the service, comfort of the overall space, and front desk staff. I can usually get an appointment when I need one, and I have also had some great pedis there by Kristi- I dont get as fancy with those, but she always does a great job and I get really great nail care, massage, and neat polish.

I love my nails and they turned out exactly how I asked. I’ve been coming here and always feel happy with what I get. Wonderful salon and super friendly.

Got a pedicure there and their order of things is not very clear and confusing. Front desk was very helpful! They had me and my friends sit down and ask where our polish was, we were not told to grab any and they huffed at us. I wanted a massage along with my pedicure and they said they charge $1- 2 for a couple minute massage and the $5 for a 10 min. I did the lesser amount and they didn’t even message my feet or legs. Very disappointing, at least it was just a couple $$ but still… the employee I had was just very rude.Toes look good though!

Terrible. I went here on a whim because my normal nail tech was on extended holiday. I got acrylic overlay with gel polish and they looked awful. The end result was lumpy bumpy nails and the tech Tiffany said at the end of my service she did the best she could with short nails. Will not go back

I came in for a gel manicure and it was the most PAINFUL manicure I have ever had. I didn’t think that was even possible! For the last ten years I have been getting acrylic nails elsewhere and have experienced painful services from them drilling the acrylic and accidentally cutting me but never have I experienced this with a gel manicure. Not only was the gel manicure terrible work - I could have done better without ever going to beauty school, but the nail tech cut me on almost every finger. She was “trimming my cuticles” but was cutting my skin around my nails that were not dead skin. My fingers are so sore and the paint job is clumpy and completely uneven, and she filed my nails but filing under my nails instead of straight on parallel to my nails so my nails are uneven and the skin under the tips of my nails are cut and sore!! Not only that, but after the nail tech was done with my manicure service she finished it by rubbing lotion on my arms and in my culture, we have permanent bangles that we wear and she rubbed lotion all over my bangles AND Apple Watch and just left it like that - didn’t try to rub around my bangles or watch she just left me with lotion all over me not rubbed in so after leaving the salon, I had to DISINFECT all my cuts, CLEAN my Apple Watch and bangles, and put BANDAIDS on almost every finger. I called the receptionist after I left bc I needed time to cool down and have a more productive conversation, so when I called and told her my experience she did NOT acknowledge the painful/terrible service and experience that I had she just tried to schedule me to come back and fix it. I would have been more open to doing that if the receptionist would have said, “hey thank you so much for letting us know and giving us another chance to provide better service. I really apologize for the service that you experienced and we never want our customers to experience pain while receiving our services. Would you be able to come in on Sunday so that we can set you up with a more skilled nail technician?” So because nothing was acknowledged at the very least, I’m leaving this bad review because no one should ever PAY for a painful gel manicure service and not be recognized for a bad experience. NEVER going back!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO

Unsanitary - tech not familiar with board certified sanitary procedure. Tried to use equipment on a client and unprofessionalMy pedicure was done in 12 minutes no shaping no cutting. The second tech was rude while restarting my pedicure. I refused service and returned to the front desk. They picked the right one that day.

Would you believe me if I told you I just got a manicure and a pedicure? Pissed doesn’t even describe it.

Nice, big, fancy interior. Theyve created the image of what seems like a 5 star experience, but dont quite follow through with the service. There were several receptionists on duty at one time, who all seem disorganized. I wasnt sure who was dealing with me or which side of the desk to go to at the end of my session, nor was there any real direction. There were not enough swatches to go around. I was handed a stack of 5 books and given very little time to look through them before they needed to be handed off to the next person, and personally I prefer swatches on sticks so I can see what it would look like on my finger. My manicurist did a nice job. She got good, even and thin margins around my cuticles, but the paint distributed unevenly and I have small globs on the underside of my nails. The massage was minimal, the lotion maximal. It was overall a decent experience, but there is lots of room for improvement. Id go again, now knowing what to expect. They are very clean and use new packs of tools with every customer. They offer beverages, including alcohol.Update: my manicure only lasted a couple days before the gel lifted around the edges. Would not go back.

We got the best pedicures we’ve ever had. They came with hand, arm, and neck massages in addition to a hot stone leg and foot massage. Loved the service 💖

Not sure Ill ever go back, Im not angry just not satisfied. Went in for a gel polish removal. Normally salons soak off or put a remover on. I guess here its different. The tech drilled my polish off, had to go over certain places more than once which resulted in her basically drilling my nails down to nothing. I visibly flinched several times because it felt like she was burning my nails. Today they are so sensitive, I can barely touch anything

The service was really good. The nail technician was very nice. It was really calm got seated quickly was even offered something to drink.

My friend and I agree that we will be coming here moving forward for our girl pedi days! Very clean, friendly and relaxing. We love that they had different pedicure packages to choose from! One of my favorite things to see in salons are the prepackaged sanitized tools!!! The double mimosa was also lovely ;) we got the gel polish as well! I am in love with this place. (side note: we are coming from Albany. Havent found anything like this up there)

I have been struggling to find a decent nail tech in Eugene for over a year and today I found my forever tech. Emily explained where all the others went wrong with my nails, about the products she was using and how to avoid damaging my nails between visits. She sculpted them beautifully, chose my paint for me and chose the shape of my nails based on the shape and length of my fingers. She was so pleasant and kind. Even the young lady, Annie, at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Word of advice, if you chose Emily as your tech, make an appointment. It’s worth it.

I came in here for the first time today (April 20th) and I was amazed by the people working there! Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere feels like youre welcome there!I showed Rose (one of the people who work there) a picture of some nails I saw on instagram and told her I wanted them to look like that... and they look the same! SHE DID AN AWESOME JOB ♡ And definetely Ill be back to get my nails filled!the picture doesnt look as good as it looks in person but I LOVED IT SO MUCH ♡

Nicked fingers repeatedly and had to sit there soaking my nails while in pain. Did not listen to what I wanted and did a horrible job. Nails are all different sizes and chopped up. Will never come back

Here is a tip…don’t be rude. Cheap nail polish. Not coming back. If you like being insulted this is your best bet.

Nobody wears a mask, last time i went their my nails looked like Ive already had them for weeks because of how poor of a job they had done, and got them redone just to have my gel nails already chip after a week, and after finding a big chunk that chipped off realized that my nails were still wet under the top layer and it got all over. Some people are nice but not very good or don’t put in much effort into your nails. Only reason I put one star was because of the new receptionist, don’t recommend at all.

The photo says it all… Super excited to get my nails done for an event tonight. Paid $30 for a manicure, yet did not receive any cuticles care. The woman working on my nails seemed rushed even though i had an appointment scheduled in advance. After she finished with me she began to work on two women that appeared to be her close friends.

I’ve only been in Eugene for a few months a but I get my nails done regularly for my job. I started going here because that’s where the rest of my family goes. I’ve had very hit or miss experiences. I’ve given it several chances and the photos below are of my most recent and last time going here. I make appointments and I still end up having to wait. I’m usually paired with one technician that I haven’t been happy with on several occasions. I went somewhere else and it was more expensive so I came back to Ceasars and specifically asked to not have that technician. My pedi was done by a different technician who rushed through my pedi and left it looking like the photos. I could have done better myself with whiteout.... Then my mani I was placed with the exact technician I asked to not be with. The only saving grace is they made it right when I told them at the front desk. It’s very frustrating to spend so much money and get terrible results. I’ve given them many chances but will not be going back.

Everytime Ive come, I havent been disappointed. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and time efficient at their job. Youre able to get full, premium service at an affordable rate.

Dont bother going here if youre not going to get anything fancy done to your nails or if youre not coming in a group because they will rush your manicurist (or just straight up CHANGE them on you). Didnt finish my massage, didnt treat my cuticles, and didnt finish the actual polish, just moved me to a different chair (AFTER I paid!!!) and didnt tell me that my nails werent even done, which led to two them getting messy. When I asked for a touch up , they brought over a different manicurist to finish my manicure who left my nails lumpy and wet, whilst MY manicurist went to help the group of impatient WHITE women who had been rushing her because their friend wanted my seat.Of course, they dont do refunds and only offered to re-do the manicure. But if this is how my nails look when I paid for them, how would a free set look?UPDATE: Polish chipped right off when I got home and tried to open a can. Unreal. What a fantastic waste of money.

Long story short. I went in there a couple days ago and got a fill and gel. They chipped within ten hours. I called back and they offered to fix them. And within the next day the gel on my thumb nail is peeling off. I won’t be giving this place my business again. Just seem to want you out asap.

I love this place, and have since they opened. Emily and Jason are amazing and treat their customers great. This is my go to nail salon. They also do massages here too, and mine was also awesome. Oh, did I mention the wine??? And margaritas? They have you covered there, too. All their nail techs are amazing, also. Youre in good hands. And feet. I do make an appointment whenever I do go in, and I can even set up appointments 3 weeks in advance or even for later in the day. This place is amazing and the decor inside isnt like a usual nail salon. Its gorgeous inside and definitely feels high end. They have a lot of pedicure chairs (16), so you can Totally have a girls day here!! They even have the cat eye and chrome polish.

Such a fantastic experience. My nail tech was super sweet and nice. She did an amazing job on my Mani and Pedi! I was so pleased with her work. I highly recommend this place. The entire staff was very nice and professional.

My technician was Tanja she’s friendly and an excellent nail tech. It is a nice atmosphere, I even got a free drink of my choice for my birthday!! My toes look marvelous and my feet feel the best!! Really, I’ve had a lot of pedicures and this has been the best. The service was professional and they communicated any delays efficiently. I’ll be back!!

My daughter got a mani/pedi with gel polish and I was disappointed her polish on her nails only lasted about a week. For the price I expected it to last longer

Some nail techs do better work than others. Always great quality service. I highly recommend Brie for nails. They also have an amazing foot wax treatment that leave my feet feeling so smooth. They offer wine and other drinks for a cost. They are great for scheduling large group appointments.

One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. Nice salon and nice receptionist, looked clean. I waited 40 minutes to be seen despite having an appointment. There was hardly any massage for the $50 pedi and the polish looks horrible. That pedi wasn’t worth $50 at all. I waited longer than the pedi lasted. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews and not gone here. It was sadly that bad. Total waste of money. I will not be back.

I got my finger and toe nails painted here three weeks ago for my wedding. They lasted so long. And now that I have to go back to work, I stopped in to have them remove the gel from my fingers. The same guy did both services. His name is Tony. He is super nice and funny. $10 to remove gel.

Didn’t have my first two colors even though it was in their palette. Shape of nails do not match even after i requested them to be reshaped several times. Each nail is lopsided, lumpy and again this is after nails were “fixed”. I asked for a file so I could fix them myself and they said no we will fix them... By the same guy that did them wrong. And of course no better. Didn’t get the drink I ordered. Will never go back and would not recommend them!!!

Basic mani/pedi cost ~$65. Pedicure was ok, but their polish is cheap quality and it chips after a day or two. They made me walk across their floor with bare feet (couldn’t wear my shoes) to a different area for the manicure. The male tech dipped my fingertips in cold water for a few seconds, cut/filed my nails very short, and did a base coat and two polish coats back to back with no time in-between. Chipped within 24 hours. Waste of money, will not return.

When I called I specifically asked for someone who is good at dip and shape. My nails were crooked and lumpy. I asked for Mimi to fix them multiple times, at the end she got up walked away, didn’t say anything about being done. I asked front desk to have someone reshape my nails, she went back, asked Mimi, and she sent her with a file and told me to do it. If I didn’t like how I did it then to make an appointment to have them fixed. Horrible way to do business. I went out to Thurston same day and had someone else fix them for another $25 but she was so helpful.Nail salons need to learn to listen to what we want as we are paying for a service and are the ones wearing them. I will never use Mimi again.My pedicure.. the lady rubbed in the same spot for like 10 seconds then washed the scrub off.This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon.

I usually have a good pedicure experience at this business. I decided on a whim to get my eyebrows waxed but won’t be doing that again. Kendra did my pedicure and did a fantastic job! She really took her time with me and made sure to provide excellent service. Another lady told her “hurry up, hurry up” so that she could move on to someone else. Kendra said that she would not speed up one client for another. I really appreciated that!

I came in yesterday for the first time and got a full set with Connie. The staff was all very friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. Connie did an awesome job on my nails. She was quick but very thorough. If I had to make one complaint, it would be that some stray glitter ended up in the polish on a few of my nails, but thats really just nitpicking. Overall a great experience with great people, I will definitely be coming back!

I was surprised when I arrived at the size of the salon and how tastefully decorated it was. I have been traveling around the US in an RV for three years and have encountered all types of salons so I made an appointment with Emily to have my old set of nails taken off and a new set put on. I asked for a pedicure while the old nails were soaking off. Carolyn did my pedicure and was amazing. She filled me in on the product they use - Nu-skin - and by the time my pedicure was over, I was sold - I wanted my whole body massaged with Nu-Skin. Next to my nails - the real test - Emily came recommended and is the owner so I was lucky to be accepted- everyone from the receptionist- her son- to all the technicians had very professional attitudes and very friendly. Emily spent two hours on my new set being very meticulous and I am so pleased. She shared her business life and background with me - she is one very smart business woman! The price was higher than I usually spend however it is worth it for the quality product and workmanship.

Horrible customer service!! I called and scheduled an appointment for a specific person (one whos already done my nails several times before hand) for about a week out. I showed up to the salon and got told the person that took down my appointment didnt put it with the correct person And I have no choice but to sit with someone who in the past has already messed up nails or come back hours later. No one cared how long ago I made this appointment or about my comforts. Basically I just had to deal with it.

I have been going to this salon for over a year I first came to them to fix another salons horrible job on my nails. Jason and Emily the owners are great people. The staff goes out of their way to make your experience very relaxed. My nail tech Connie is amazing and always does an amazing job. I usually make an appointment before I come in but there has been a time or two in the last year I have had to do a walk in and they have always been able to fit me in. I am very rough on my nails and have not once lifted and I usually go around 3 weeks before a fill. The prices at this salon are very reasonable and the complimentary drink is always nice after a long day.

I often do basic manicure with gel polish, occasionally Ill splurge on full set. Always excellent service at a fair price!

I went here for the first time last month and Caroline did my nails. She did such a good job, and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I just went in again today for my fill (which I made sure to schedule with Caroline again) and she did a great job again. She’s so sweet and kind too, and remembered me even though I’m a new client. Amazing work and great customer service!

They did a great job on my feet! Special thanks to my tech Rose, she did an awesome job. My feet feel brand new again! Drinks are available at the bar and they are reasonably priced. They also have a very clean and sanitized work area.

Well purchased the best of the best pedicure, gel nails and skincare massage everything they had to offer For a birthday present for my daughter and wife. Ended in the worst Spa day ever. Let’s see the foot soak leaked the lady drained and never put the chemicals back in. Ran her hand up down leg quickly for massage no pressure put mud on shin only, paid for wine they never received . Would I recommend you using their service NO!!! Wasted of everything.And when I called to complain the lady didn’t offer to redo the work she offered a 20% discount on the next Purchase. I said you want me to pay again. Needless to say I wasn’t nice. I hope people read this before they waste their money. Worse nail salon spa in town

Very nice nail salon and day spa! Kinda high class! They are so polite, you get complimentary beverages, alcohol, or non-alcoholic drinks. I sat and drank my wine while getting the best pedicure I have ever had! It’s well worth the money to get an hour long pedicure!! Kevin was amazing! Rose did my full set and she’s also great! Very friendly employees and the owners are just great people!!! This is no ordinary nail salon!!! They by far exceeded my expectations!!!

I tried to go to Caesar’s website to give them feedback directly before making a public review, but their domain has expired.My mother and I have been getting pedicures at Caesar’s since it opened. In the beginning, it was a five-star experience: we were always offered a beverage when we came in, and the pedicure you got was consistent from one technician to the next.They’re a lot busier now than they used to be, and as such, the receptionists are a little more distracted when you come in, we rarely get offered beverages anymore, and the technicians talk and laugh as loud as the customers (which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere). However, our true disappointment lies with the inconsistency between technicians. You never know what kind of pedicure you’re going to get from one technician to the next. Specifically, some technicians do things out of order (for instance, one time I didn’t get lotion and a massage on my legs until after the polish was on, so my toes and feet didn’t get massaged at all).This last time, I got the Essential pedicure and she got the Signature (one above the Essential). I got soap in my foot bath, but she didn’t. My pedicure lasted longer than hers. The Signature, being more expensive and having more services, like hot stones, should’ve lasted longer than mine. This speaks to the inconsistencies. Some technicians just go through the motions and rush through the pedicure, while others take their time.We will continue to give Caesar’s our patronage, but if the service continues in a downward fashion, we may look elsewhere.

My initial experiences with the salon were great. Within the last couple years the quality of services have gone down significantly. It’s almost like they are just going through the motions.I’ve gone back on three separate occasions and each time I have been very disappointed. I was hopeful that my last experience would be better; but it was not. I was not offered a complementary beverage; the water was cold during the pedicure, even after I asked multiple times for the to make it warmer. The technician was trimming my cuticle, when another technician walked over a cash tip, she grabbed it with gloves to put in her pocket and then she proceeded to continue trimming my cuticle without washing her hands.. I can go on and on.Needless to say, I will be going back again.

This place was absolutely amazing!! The spas interior is beautiful and the services they offer all sound great. My mil and I had signature pedis and it was very relaxing and wonderful. Andy did my toes and he did a fantastic job. The free wine was a really nice touch. Ill def be back and Im pretty sure the next time my mil is in town shell and we will be back.Thank you!!

I was so happy with my trip here. It was my first time getting nails, and Bao was amazing. He was kind, patient, and answered all my questions. He took his time and paid attention to detail.The atmosphere here is lovely. Its calming, not stressful, and you get a complimentary drink with every service.I was even a walk in and had very little wait!I would definitely recommend them.

Gina did my manicure and pedicure and did a fabulous job! She was very friendly and made my experience fun and relaxing. I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time and she really took her time. Check in was also very quick and easy and the massage chairs felt amazing on my back. Would recommend!

Caesars is a very nice nail salon. The atmosphere is calming and elegant, very relaxing which is what you would want to pamper yourself. However, I have been feeling down and wanted to have a little me time so I came in to get full set acrylics.The nail tech said almost nothing the entire time I was there. She seemed irritated I came in and wanted to leave. She had her headphones in the entire time. I used regular polish on my nails and I actually left with polish all over my fingers. (I got no offer to clean them up or anything and when my nails smudged, she seemed so irritated that I even asked her to fix them!) The front desk even sent me back to have her fix some of my smudged before I left and she told me to use my own clear coat I have at home to fix them.I smiled and was polite and I always tip, but spending $50 when my nails are smudged and I left feeling saddened, not happy and unpampered, not worth it. Highly disappointed.

Me and my girlfriend have been going to this place for the last year and it was mostly a wonderful experience, well they last time we went (recently) my girlfriend found out she has been getting charged anywhere from $5-$10 extra for the length of her nails and they have been doing so with out tell us or putting it on our receipt. So she refused to pay it this one time and asked to be informed of all charges from now on... They told her she was no longer welcome to come back. Before you get your nails done make sure you ask for all the prices get a quote and hold them to it other wise they will add hidden fees

I really wanted to like this salon. Upon walking in it was clean, pleasant, friendly, upscale.Very enjoyable atmosphere.A friend recommended this salon to me and I had admired the set of nails she had put on, so I gave it a try too.The nail tech that worked with me for my acrylic nail full set seemed to know what she was doing at first, but as the service progressed, she filed 4 of my fingers until they were bleeding, and became angry when I voiced the pain.She also became visibly angry when one of my thumbnails didnt dry correctly. She said I hadnt been putting my hand into the UV light far enough.It was an extremely uncomfortable salon visit after the nail tech started my full set.The visit took 2 hours total, which was also unbelieveable for me. Upon walking in, the staff that greeted me and gave me a short consultation even said the service you want today will be very quick and easy! 2 hours , 4 cuts, and some scolding later I couldnt get out of there fast enough.Overall, I enjoy Caesars salon, but not the tech i worked with. She didnt even tell me her name or offer me a card.

I liked the experience overall. There were some problems with the receptionist about my nails colors and they ended up applying the wrong one. Even though, they made the mistake, they tried to fix it by removing the gel and applying a new for my toes. I am so happy that the problem was resolved and I got what I wanted. Absolutely I am coming back becaure their customer service is great! Every moment was nice despite of the inconvenience of my nail colors. I accept the color that they applyied by mistake was looking beautiful but I appreciate that they were able to fix their mistake by giving the color that I wanted. Bar far the best salon I’ve been to in 6 months of traveling. Jason & Emily are so friendly & have an exceptional salon, staff & disinfectant techniques. My husband & I got awesome pedicures & Emily did a fantastic job on my nails with dip powder. I highly recommend this salon & hope I am in this area long enough to go again. 5++ star

I went here last week with my mother in law and sister in law for an hour long pedicure. It was a special day and I had been looking forward to it especially since I was 9 months pregnant and everything ached! The atmosphere was lovely and elegant and most of the pedicure was heavenly but I think I got someone who was training and she didn’t 100% what she was doing and kept looking to the other workers to see what they were were doing and copying them. At the end she painted my toe nails and I went home just to notice that the polish was sloppy, uneven and not even put on that well! Also, my heals were not sanded that well and were still rough. I was terribly disappointed especially after paying that much for a pedicure. I could have done a better job painting my nails at home with a 9 month preggo tummy in my way. Not sure if I’ll ever come back. Plus my nails are already chipping and that hardly happens at other salons. Very dissatisfied

Went here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend & was not disappointed. Mikayla did my pedicure and she was awesome! It had been a while since my last pedicure, so my feet needed extra attention. She had me feeling like I walked out with new feet! Will definitely be going back soon!

Caesar’s Nails & Day Spa is where luxury and affordability meet. Not only is it locally owned, the ownership caters to your needs along with the rest of the wonderful staff. I never leave disappointed! The pedicure massage chairs and the manicure chairs are extremely comfortable, they use quality products, and the atmosphere is great for a spa day with your girlfriends or simply treating yourself. This establishment is sanitary and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this salon to men and women of all ages. If you’ve ever left a nail salon feeling like your needs weren’t met (let’s be honest, we all have), I can guarantee that will not be your experience here.

I made a appointment for a manicure and a pedicure. One lady worked on my feet and called in another lady to do my manicure. The second one had never done a manicure before.The First Lady belittled her and had no patience with her. The salon is not well vented. Poor experience- I can’t recommend this salon.

I am deeply disappointed in my experience at Caesars. I had hear great things about this location and decided to treat myself the other day. I walked in and asked if they had any openings available, they politely greeted me and had me sign up. I waited a while (seemed longer than most locations for walk ins) but I didnt mind.Once I was told it was my turn, I was seated and the nail technician started her work. She was quick and brash with her movements. There was no effort put into the whole experience and the coloring looks worse than what I can do at home. My main issue is that I paid $40 for a crappy gel polish job.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, unless they wanted to feel ripped off and waste their time and money.

Went with my daughter to get her nails done, thought it would just be like every other nail salon & much to my surprise, it was not. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and even though we came in 50 minutes before closing, they didnt make us feel rushed at all.We will definitely be returning❣

My wife & I got our treatment done at Caesars ( my first, wife finally convinced & loved ) today & met the owner & operator Emily and our personal agent Luisa Brehmer who always treat us well . This is by far the nicest ,cleanest and professional Spa in Eugene. We highly recommend it.

Lee gave me the best pedicure I have had in a loooong time! I been barefoot gardening and she was so sweet and diligent getting my feet soft again. I never write long reviews but I want to save someone the experience i had. I couldnt move my hands the next morning cause vicki was so rough. Everyone was rude. I dont care how fancy the place might be compared to other places I want to be treated like a human being. Vicki was super harsh I said ow and I still could barely move my hands the next morning. 2 nails broke twice and because she cut my length to my skin my nails broke and I was bleeding bad. Walked into a Portland salon because I was out of town and even they said that she cut so much that it shouldnt have been done that way. The pedicure experience was also bad. She made me feel like I shouldnt be there. I like salons that are welcoming that dont make you feel as uncomfortable as I felt. Id rather go to Luxe. Theyre always nice kind and welcoming. I work at a customer service place I want to treat people how Id like to be treated.

Went in today for an amazing pedicure. Staff was friendly and fun. Sandra did a great job and made my visit a great time. The massage chairs are unreal!! So relaxing!! I will be back for sure. If you have not been you should go! Thank you Ceasars!

Unfortunately don’t see myself going here again after this being my first time. The receptionist was too busy flirting with the male nail tech to offer me the drink I requested, and checked me out before my nails were done. That sucked, because my nails are slanted on my two index fingers and my tech dremmelled my ring finger so hard I have a good cut on it. I felt like they just wanted me out of there fast.

I forgot the name of my nail tech, but I went in with my friend to get a full set each and both of our nails came out NOTHING like the pictures we showed them. My friend even had to correct her nail tech a few times to get a straight line on her nail design. It’s been a week and a half and my nails are already lifting tremendously and they are so crooked, literally all of them but three fingers. The sizes of each nail are different and I had product all over my skin when she was finished. My friends nails are literally fading and they have been since the first week went by and I’ve never seen that happen. Not to mention, $150 out the door for two full sets that were poorly done? Totally unprofessional and I’ll never be going back again.

I had an emergency. My gel nail polish chipped after 4 weeks and they got me in within 2 hours. Andy T. Was Amazing. He did an amazing job and he is so sweet and cheated the whole time. He was so friendly. My nails with flare gel look fabulous.

Went in with my sister to have our toes and fingers done and our toes turned our great! But the finger nail experience was less than mediocre and would not recommend. When you try to ask for what you asked for the nail tech argues about your na beds and what she thinks is best. Not a fun experience for the price we paid.

For over a year I have been VERY dedicated to this salon and my usual nail technician. I go to the same artists every month and tell everybody where I get my nails done, due to this salon always being highly professional. My appointment was on the evening of Thursday May 17th and had been on the books for about one week. The day before my appt I was contacted to confirm my appointment for the evening on Thursday May 17th with my specific technician. When I showed up for my appt I was told that the technician was out due to unexpected circumstances. I completely understand having to take days off unexpectedly. What I don’t get is how the salon cannot contact that technicians clients and let them know. Instead they tried to have me go to another technician which I did not know. I left work early to be there with my usual technician and I drive from over an hour away. Had I been notified when they found out about the technician not being able to make it I could’ve saved gas and time as well as gotten more hours at work. I’m so beyond upset by this especially from a place that I think and talk so highly of as well as spend money at all year. I completely understand these technicians are human beings and might not be able to be in to work everyday they plan to... but it’s important to have a receptionist who can relay these messages to clients who have busy schedules too.

I went in last week to have a pedicure and wax. I waited for at least 20 mins,which isnt that long, except that after waiting I felt so rushed in both services. I didnt feel like the pedicure was much of anything. The massage on calves might of lasted 2 minutes, everything was a rush,rush. I then proceed to have my eyebrows and upper lip area waxed, she might have spent 5 minutes at the most,I walked out with sticky eyebrows and lip. I was disappointed that I spent over 85 dollars for not up to par services and my wait time was longer than the actual appointments. I have been there a few other times and was somewhat satisfied . At the reception desk it always seems like pure chaos.

Choose this place over Nails Uncorked!!Lee did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I had the luxury pedicure, with hot stones and a paraffin soak. It was truly a great experience, I did call ahead so I dont think she was in a rush which is an issue I always have with other establishments.

Very relaxing with a beautiful atmosphere prices are fair for the services you receive. Upon arriving you are greeted with a beverage of your choice. Many polish options from regular to gel. Unique colors and styles and you will always feel beautiful after leaving.

They quoted one price over the phone and charged more when I was asked to pay. I had called in advance for a quote on a pedicare and was told $25.00. When I questioned them about the $10.00 difference, they insisted that I was mistaken and made no offer for compromise or any gesture of courtesy or goodwill. I wont go back. I felt humiliated in the presence of other customers in an attempt to defend myself from three people standing around my chair insisting that I must have misunderstood what I was told. To be very clear, I know exactly what I was told. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I paid what they wanted and tipped the woman who worked on me. I really wanted to walk out and not pay them.

I scheduled an appointment several days in advance. When I arrived (15 minutes early) they did not have a chair open for me by my appointment time. When I was picking out my color and group of women literally pushed me aside to pick out their polish. The receptionist informed me to look and not touch and the group beside me began grabbing polishes left and right. It appeared they had taken several walk ins and didn’t realize they were then over booked. The overall experience was hectic and unorganized.

Just left here with my mother. After waiting 10 minutes for our nail polish to dry, my mothers was still wet. Figuring it would be just fine, we got up to pay, but when I got the clipboard with what I got I had an extra charge of a second drink. If you dont know, the first one is complimentary. After bringing it up with a man at the register (unsure of what his name is, he had no name tag on) he seemed to not believe me that I had only one glass. He asked about the second woman with me, and I told him she brought her own drink and they seemed to not believe me. She brought in a 24 oz Dutch Bros. After that the man left the register and a woman took over. Her attitude was snide and her have a great day fell on deaf ears.Probably wont go back, first impressions are extremely important to me and the action of two ruined a fun experience.

I felt I was rushed through a process instead of having a relaxing girls day. My nails turned out pretty terrible for the money I paid. They werent even the same length. Filed unevenly. And a shotty polish job. Half way through they switched people on me. Wish I would have got my moneys worth. Wasnt even offered the free drink that was advertised with the package I paid for. Wont be going back here, thats for sure.

I specifically asked for a nail technician that would wear a mask while giving me a manicure. I was told that there was not one technician that would do that. I am a caregiver for elderly and vulnerable persons. I go from house to house and do what I can to minimize the risk of infecting my clients. In addition, if I were to test positive for covid I would not be allowed to work until I had a negative covid test. I would not get any pay during this time period.I cannot afford to go without wages. I can only assume that a business that refuses to do the minimum amount required to avoid transmission of covid must also be must also be lacking in other sanitary practices. I have been to this business 5 or 6 times for manicures in the past and found them to be somewhat inconsistent in their quality. I was willing to overlook it in order to have quick service. But I am not willing to risk my livelihood and the wellbeing of my clients to satisfy some weird aversion to following CDC guidelines. They are not worth it.

This is my new regular spot for pedicures. Great service and very relaxing. Never rushed and very attentive. Everyone is so kind and it is a beautiful atmosphere. I am always offered a refill when my drink is empty.

Ive been going here now for quite a while. The service is beyond wonderful! You are greeted quickly and with a smile ; If youre a little early they offer you to sit at the bar and enjoy a drink for a few minutes; the chairs for pedi are delicious. I took my husband for the FIRST TIME to have a pedi. He was man-leary unsure as to whether he would feel out of place and he has this tickle issue with his feet!!! Michelle was amazing. She was even super sensitive to a foot issue he has had and treated him gently. They are clean and thorough. I adore miss Jasmine.Husband says he will definitely go back!!! I KNOW I will ..... Today I had Frank for my pedicurist and he did a wonderful wonderful job. Very relaxing, really took his time with the massages, and spoke to me in a kind manner. Wonderful job all around, would definitely recommend seeing Frank at Caesars!

I paid $65 for really patchy, cutical flooded, and disformed solar dip nails. The nail tech wasn’t even going to fix it before I said something. He didn’t even apply the final top coat evenly or even to all of the nails in the end. I gave up and will be redoing them elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here. And finally, they seemed to not have scheduled me for my appointment that I made a week and a half in advanced.

Josh is the absolute BEST and he is my new forever nail tech, i am so hard to please and let me just say this was the best experience i have ever had in a nail salon i was thoroughly impressed and will be back soon! I had a negative experience with my first visit to this salon. Owner, Jason called me the same day to correct the issue. I was impressed by that. I went in again today and had a mani and pedi. Lee is AMAZING! Will definitely come back to see her. It was a very nice experience today.

I would not recommend this nail salon. It is over priced for services rendered. There about $10.00 over price for each pedi package. I had a pedi and after I left my big toe on my left foot got infected. Mainly because she cut so much off on the side of my toenail. Then to be so over priced and didnt include a beverage. Almost all the salons in the Portland area offer a free drink with services. Ranging from water, soda, wine, or mimosa. I wont go back nor would I recommend it. I gave it two stars because I appreciate then have a English speaking person at the front.

Really wonderful atmosphere and great customer service. My go to place for pedicures. The signature is well worth the extra dollars- hot towels, hot stones, and massages. They do a great job. Bao is my favorite and does the best job!

I had a pedicure followed by a facial. The technician did fine, but a couple of employees with very loud voices were talking and laughing for quite some time, right outside of the quiet room where I was having the facial, which was a big distraction from the peaceful atmosphere in the room.

A really great experience. My nails are not the best and sometimes Im embarrassed to go to a nail salon but the staff was really friendly and non judgmental. The manicure I got looks really good and I have gotten many compliments.

I called and came in for a pedicure today. Instead of the basic pedi I got the signature which they said came with a longer massage time. They asked if I wanted a drink and I asked for a mimosa. It’s posted that you get a complimentary drink with your service. Apparently a mimosa isn’t one that included in that, which I learned when checking out. The reason why I go the signature pedi was for the longer massage time that the receptionist told me about. The total time both my feet were massaged for was 6 minutes. 3 minutes a foot. I would not recommend them for a pedicure and am very unhappy walking away paying $60 for an unimpressive pedicure.

When my daughter and I went to get our nails done, the guy that did my nails was arguing with me because I asked him to fix the crooked nail, which he refused to fix claiming I cant fix that. Then after a couple weeks I took them off and saw that I had a nail fungus due to his use of unsanitary tools.

Love the atmosphere. Gina is awesome and really the only one I will let do my nails. Great massaging chairs. Complementary beverages. Lots of chairs if you want to have a spa day party.

Caesars is a pretty good place to get a pedi. They always have openings, even for small groups.

Best place EVER! Pedicures are done well and completely pain free. Went with my daughter for early Mothers Day celebration and was pleased with the great service (Kevin and Sandra L).

I really like how sanitary they are. The tubs are lined with a new liner for each client and the filters they use are changed and sanitized between clients. The files, etc are either brand new or sanitized and put into clean packages that are opened in front of the client. The atmosphere is nice and so are the people. They also offer a complimentary drink to each client. Sometimes even a Margarita!

So their website says solar nails are superior to acrylic nails but when you go in to get the nails done its basic acrylic. And they tell you that the gel nails that are supposed to be cured by UV are actually called hard nails. Hard nails are not listed on the website. So be aware when booking.

Honestly I read nothing but fantastic reviews about this place since you guys opened, however i went there the other day with 2 other people for pedicures and i think the best thing about it was a free drink but the pedicures werent even worth the 32$ i payed per person. My toes look like soemthing i could have honestly done myself at home for free.. so just because it looks great and reviews are great i dont think their pedis are worth it. Their nails may be not sure but I wont be going back and even the 2 other people that came with didnt like it.

Andy at Caesars did my dipping powder fill quick and wonderfully. The whole experience was very enjoyable. The ambiance is so relaxing, the salon is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended!

I am very disappointed. I went with a friend, we had called in advance to schedule an appointment and when we got there they said we couldn’t sit together. My friend decided not to get a fill so that we could sit together. We were never offered a drink, and my friend told the tech she liked Matte and asked how much extra it would be. They never gave her the Matte and when she asked the tech said she had to tell her earlier in the process. She did.I got black matte and it’s ALREADY CHIPPING. I got my nails done at 6:30 last night. It’s now 9:30 the next morning and it’s already chipping. All I have done is sleep and watch tv. I did one load of dishes. That’s it.I will not be going here again. Nor will anyone I know. I am very upset that I spent $51 for my nails, finally treated myself and they are already chipping.

Relaxing and invitingI have limited mobility and staff work with me to help get into the pedi chair. Gina is my go to nail tech. Wedo a right side manipedi every few weeks. Shes fast and efficient and takes great care of me. Sipping a mimosa and the foot massage she gives me is the person start to my day

...Update: My Sister got acrylics done and theyve started to hurt and cause her pain and they want to charge $10 to remove them. It was $140 to get them done so they should have been done properly.

Had my brows done. The girl rubbed a gel aroundvboth eyes around the complete eye area. She stated it was baby powder. Shevapplie wax from under the brow down to the eyelash line .After removing the wax sheleft the room. When I got home my eye are was bright red and swollen. The next day the eye area was swollen and had blistered. I know have scars on both eyelids. When I showed the pictures to the manager he was completing indifferent to the damage done to my face.

Outstanding customer service and experience setting up a surprise for a friend of mine! A little on the pricier side but well worth ever dollar! All the people working there love to have fun and laugh and just great a great atmosphere.

My gel nails started chipping with in 2 days. My pedicure took forever and my toenails were very uneven. Also, they had 1 song playing over and over for 1 hour and 16 minuets, it was torture. Never going back!

This salon had the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Their communication of policies is terrible and they had no respect for their customers. When I tried to call and work things out the hung up on me.
