Very cool environment! Beverages and some very talented people! I enjoy my visit every time! Even my Mom is hooked on the awesome pedicures!

By far the most relaxing and welcoming environment to have a massage. To me, it is important that the front office is welcoming and friendly, or the rest of the visit is substandard. At Chi Spa you will be treated with kindness, smiles and down to earth friendliness. The massages are wonderful and helpful. You will be listened to for the areas you need or desire to have worked on, and leave feeling like your money and time spent was well deserved. Enjoy!!🥰

The massage therapists are all professional, skilled, and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing and personable. I feel great after every session. Highly recommend.

Chi Spa is a very calming place to to into from the upmarket mall world outside. After a few sessions, Tammy, the masseuse was able to identify some underlying issues of my chronic back pain, and she effectively addressed these issues. Robin, the masseuse, was also very effective and helpful with various exercises suggested for me at home, which are very useful. Jian, the acupuncturist was also very effective with her treatments, and helpful with her analysis of my particular issues.Receptionist, Deborah, was probably one of the most effective of all, helping me find all I could get from that my insurance would pay for. I never had the phone answered by recording. A very good team and calm vibration for the city.

I was in a motor vehicle accident and this place was the referral. That is the only reason I went and I would never return, or recommend. They were a month out so I scheduled for as soon as possible for MASSAGE. I arrive for them to hand me paperwork for acupuncture. I look at it and asked if my appointment was for a MASSAGE. She said no, I had confirmed an acupuncture appointment. I said, no I scheduled my appointment for a massage over the phone and confirmed my appointment via text and then showed her the text message. She again said that I had confirmed an acupuncture appointment and said they didn’t a massage appointment today. No apology for scheduling me for the wrong type of appointment at all.She then said oh well maybe if you come back at 4 we can get you in but I have to call to see if someone can do it. I said I live 45 minutes away and did not want to stay in town all day for an appt they had scheduled me for 11am incorrectly. They ended up giving me someone else’s appointment at 1. The massage was okay at best, ended very abruptly with the massage therapist flicking on the lights and saying okay thank you bye! And rushing out the door. Would not recommend this place purely off of the behavior of the older lady who is the receptionist. Bad customer service and a waste of my time.

Very impersonal and under professional for someone who is providing a very personal service.The massage therapist was the saving grace...that kept me going back for so long! Mainly because of her conversation skills.Honestly, the accupuncture services were causing me severe anxiety...because of the haphazard nature of their administration! Not a good experience at all! Would not recommend!

I recently visited this spa for a 1 hour full-body massage. It was relaxing and rejuvenating! Very clean, great ambiance, friendly staff! I will definitely be back. The Massage Therapist was Tammy and she is so sweet! She made sure to check that the pressure was right and helped get those kinks out of my neck. Very thankful!

I have been going to Chi Spa for acupuncture and seeing Jian to help with my pain and for helping me heal.I had a shoulder and stomach surgery in 2022.My pain level has decreased in my shoulder and I havent been able to find relief anywhere else.I had been suffering from bloating, distended stomach for days and told Jian.My pain and bloating had decreased dramatically after one acupuncture session.I highly recommend Jian at Chi Spa.

Great ambiance and highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioners. I went in one day in so much pain in my back I could hardly move and within five minutes I was practically pain free. I look forward to every acupuncture appointment, wish my insurance would cover weekly visits year round!

I went today for my first time.. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect and I felt relaxed after just a few minutes.. I had an ionic foot bath and I was blown away at how much junk came out of me.. Next I had a full body massage with Hank.. It was extraordinary!!! He has magic hands.. He was thorough and made me feel very comfortable.. I will be back.. I would highly recommend Chi spa!!!

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage the other day and it was AMAZING! Initially we purchased a single massage off Groupon but wanted to go as a couple last min and they accommodated us. The customer service is amazing here. Aime and Hank were so much fun and I have to say that I have never had such an amazing massage in my life. I left feeling stress free, at ease, and pain reduced significantly. Very personable staff and just awesome all around. Will continue to visit frequently!

This place is great, I had acupuncture done here for my scoliosis and chronic pain related issues. Jian is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She answers questions very well. I instantly noticed a difference in blood supply and nerve supply in the parts that are shot in my spine. I feel different and am excited to see how this goes long term. I feel like my back works more naturally now.

They offer a wide range of massage and acupuncture services. They are friendly, accommodating, accept many health insurances, treat automobile injuries, give car insurance discounts, and offer overall fantastic services by trained professionals. They are very care oriented in all aspects of their business.I have seen Jian three times for acupuncture and look forward to our regular appointments. She takes care and makes postive recommendations to find self-relief.My fiance started coming here after a recommendation from his Spine doctor. Before coming to the Chi Spa, he had regular steroid injections in his spine. Since visiting Chi Spa for acupuncture, he no longer needs the injections.I cant wait for my first reflexology massage next week! Stop reading this, call for your appointment now!!!

My familys favorite massage spa! Very very friendly receptionist and great masseuses.Naki gives wonderful, professional massages. She quietly works with precision to give you the most relief from each visit, checking in occasionally to see if the pressure is right with you.Hank does a great job as well and is good at telling you what hes doing and why. He communicates a lot, and gave me exercise suggestions to help relieve some tension from my shoulders.I couldnt physically sit up straight, and after 3 or 4 (weekly) sessions, I was able to. I felt far more relaxed and confident.Footbaths arent really my thing, but I deeply enjoy the 60 and 90 minute massages. I HIGHLY recommend!

Everyone is so nice here. Having acupuncture treatments after more pain from back surgery. Jenny is great. She knows her stuff. Have gotten improvement with leg pain and nerve pain. Try them out, they are very good at what they do.

Ordered a Groupon for a full body massage and Infrared spa session and was not disappointed! The massage from Jian was fantastic! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered. Horable scheduling and attitudes had medical care laps for a month because they passed off the torch to my primary and when I asked him about more visits they said it was chi spas responsibilityThen they took an additional week and a half to find out that I had several more visits and didnt need approval.Also when I thought my appointment was on a certain day I called and left a message to cancel that day and I find out I didnt even have an appointment that day I canceledSo the next day I showed up to go to my actual aptAnd they canceled that one without calling me which I stated call me with any questions and I left my number in a very detailed message.They refused to squeeze me in or work with me in any way, went straight to attacking me giving me a panic and anxiety attack which I suffer from c-ptsdBringing up shallow problems as a narcacistic attack to discredit my situation and to give themselves more power over the situation they lost control over taking it personally.Ive filed a grievance with trillium health services in response to this treatment and medical abuse.I was treated horable and dont feel safe returning.

Love Chi Spa! Had multiple treatments: Massage, Cupping, Acupuncture, and ionic foot baths. Staff and technicians are all very knowledgeable and always receive the best customer service!

I have been far more than satisfied with my experience at Chi Spa, having been treated for a difficult situation with great skill, dedication, attentiveness and kindness. All the things that accrue to hope, which in the hands of Jian and staff is no small part of the success they wont let you leave without.

At first I was really skeptical about acupuncture, however family talked me into it. After having lower back and hip pain for years. With acupuncture and care here my pain has become much more manageable. Holy **** it works.

I have never in my life had a horrible message, until I went here. The atmosphere is ok at best, but the masseuse was not experienced at all. She really only shook my legs and arms as she was attempting to message. Zero skills here. It was the only one visit but dear God, it was horrible!

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and this is a wonderful place to get a great massage. They have multiple types of massages to suit your needs. It is a very pleasant environment and the staff are great.

I give them a 5 star rating because they are well worth it, when I went in over a year ago I couldnt lay on my stomach or back, only on my side, now I can and it doesnt bother me, before it felt like I was being restricted, and my back I had major surgery and still having problems with it but I can lay on both now, they are very friendly and helpful and courteous, to me they feel like family, I just love all the staff, I would recommend them to everyone,, they have hours to suit your needs
