Phenomenal service! Dave remembers all of his customers and he cares about everyone. He makes sure you like the flavors you got and has an amazing variety. He knows all his mods and even custom orders them if he does not have the one you were looking for.I will never go to a different shop!

So, while I have received excellent customer service over the last few years here, the shop’s ability to open on time is not great. I have been here multiple times at opening to have no one around. It’s currently 10 mins past when the store was supposed to be open and there is no one in sight.

Just picked up a bottle of gummi bear from the owner, very nice guy and very helpful. He was in the middle of something else and stopped to help me which really impressed me. I was loyal to Emerald but I think he made a traitor out of me!

Really superior service from David. There was a glitch between my new battery and old tank/collar and he wouldnt let it go until he figured our the problem. New rig is perfect, thank you!

So helpful! They set us up with everything we needed, and it was extremely inexpensive as well! They went above and beyond, the owner even helped us set up the new pen right there in the shop. I will definitely return!

Extremely knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile for his people. Prices at his store are also excellent compared to other in the area and he can mix up custom juices with whatever mg you need

You can make better juice at home that doesnt coat your mouth in a weird film at a lot better price point. If you want quality just dont bother going here. Instead go to a real vape shop like Urban Vapors.

Amazing customer service. David is a great polite friendly business owner whos only plan is to fit you with your ideal vaping experience, he always does his best to fit you with the best vape you can afford even if you are on a budget.

The owner is always helpful and generous with his time it if my vape pen is acting up or a coil gets stuck and he can do any specific my strength you want in 100+ flavours. (Lucky leprechaun is amazing, peanut butter, Nutella, cream soda. All varieties of fruits and others) The owner and also just a nice guy, and is knowledgeable, helpful and offers a very good product at a good price. If you vape and support black owned local businesses, this is where you need to be.

This place has the best tasting juice you can find! Ive tried dozens of pre-bottled brands and the stuff the other shops mix up – they dont even compare to Juiced Up Vapors. I wont use anything else.

I went to go there for the first time at 4pm on a thursday. The open sign was on so i went to go inside. But the door was locked.. No note no sign saying he had left. But no one was inside. I stood there for about a couple of minutes wondering if the was like a bell to push or something... After not seeing one i looked online for the number, it also showed the hours and said they should be open till 6pm. I called and there was no response.. So I left. Oh well. There lost.

Felt like the guy didnt care if I bought anything. Just showed me what I asked about then showed me the price. No haggling no nothing. I expect places like this to sell me on something, as there are plenty of other options in the area.

This guy is awesome. He is knowledgeable, explains the technology and tricks to a great vape. For various reasons, I had to go back in to adjust a few things on my new e-cig and he was patient and offered effective solutions without additional costs. Switched from a different vape business and very happy I did.

Every once in a while things go wrong...when they have Dave at Juiced Up Vapors has taken good care of me. Im happy with Juiced Up Vapors, havent had a cigarette in a couple months - my clothes dont stink and Ive stopped coughing in the morning. Very pleased with how this is working out.

Very great store. Much respect for David. Very helpful, polite and informative. At other shops they rush through the teaching process David took the time to help.

JUICED UP is a tiny gem 💎 Ive been going there since it opened and David always takes care of me. I would recommend JUICED UP over any other vape shop in town 👍🏼

Prices are alright but the e-juice is really cheap juice that left a weird film in my mouth and tasted plasticy and gross. I’ll stick with going to Urban Vapors.
