What an amazing store!! Customer service was great, selection fantastic, and prices were on point. The appearance of the store is so lovely and clean. Seriously, other stores should take note of how Elizabeth and the others are is doing things because Nephos is doing it right! Thanks guys!!

I went in today for the first time and Elizabeth was awesome and super helpful.Love that they sell glass here. I wish they had a tipping option when checking out but I’ll definitely be back for the great prices and 10/10 customer service. 👍

Oh my GOODNESS! Nephos just tends to hire the kindest, personable workers who will take the few extra minutes out of their day to listen to yours. A prime example of this would be Elizabeth at the W 11th Nephos. I recognized her from a long time ago at a previous workplace of hers and we chatted and reminisced and she was so sweet the entire time! She is a beaming light anywhere she ends up and I look forward to seeing her next time I’m in the shop. Love these sweet interactions in this seemingly smaller and smaller town.

My absolute favorite smoke shop! Everyone in there is so nice and friendly my favorites are Elizabeth and Nora they always know what I need and get it to me as fast as they possibly can with a smile on their face! I would not go anywhere else, and there selection is amazing as well! Great location!

The customer service at Nephos is awesome! They always have good suggestions. When I came in the other day Elizabeth helped me. I wanted to try something new. I usually dont go to smoke shops but ever since heading into nephos on west 11th and meeting Nora their cashier its become my go-to. She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help, I always get a nice little convo before getting what I need and who doesnt love that.

This is by far the best vape shop in Eugene/Springfield. Very clean store and great customer service. Elizabeth is the one always working when I go in and she makes your experience in there great!!

Theyre liars. And from what I see from other reviews they sell defective products like geekvape, tell you that refunds or a replacement are easy then get their security guards to kick you out. I will never be returning.

I had a lovely experience at the west 11th store! I was helped out by Kaylie I believe, and she was very kind and helpful!

Me and wife have been going to this vape shop for well over a year now very loyally. I mean, I GO NOWHERE ELSE. After today and the horrible customer service. I will never be returning. NEVER. I asked when a manager was going to be in so i can talk to somebody in charge about returning a defective reusable vape I bought a week ago. THEY BOTH LOOKED AT EACH OTHER DUMBFOUNDED AND WOULDNT GIVE ME A NAME NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I ASKED. NOR WOULD THEY TELL ME WHEN ANY MANAGERS WOULD BE IN. I was ultra polite and respectful until they got security. Then I lost my cool. They have lost 2 customers who have been supremely loyal. Well less than a half a block away is another vape shop that I will be using from now on. I havent experienced unprofessionalism to this level EVER. I will be reviewing and posting everywhere I can about how unprofessional and intimidating me with security guards was really low and un called for. Hopefully I will able to speak with manager soon about this. This is beyond intolerable.

Nephos has such a great selection of products. The only thing that beats their selection? The fantastic employees! Everyone is always so friendly! Elizabeth is ALWAYS so caring, thoughtful, and consistently has a smile on her face!

Wow! Today was my last Camel Crush Menthol cigarette and I have been very curious about vaping. I went to Nephro’s on 11th Street. Honestly, I entered the door knowing almost nothing about vaping. It was a little overwhelming, but Kaelyn took her time to educate me so that I could make an informed decision about what to buy. She made me feel like I was the only other person in the world while I was there. BEST EXPERIENCE!!!!

Best price for Juul anywhere and best return policy anywhere. Coburg location is also good too😂. shoutout to Kaylie!

Hands down my favorite vape shop in Eugene. Ive had zero bad experiences with them and they always consistently deliver quality service with a friendly and professional attitude. They treat you like a human, not a client, if you catch my drift.The selection is pretty decent, but their main shop has what the small one doesnt. Go give both shops a visit if youre in the area.

Didn’t catch the guy’s name this morning. He was great, though. I’m switching from disposable vapes to something a little more sustainable, and I initially went in looking for a juice. I had a few things in mind (Boba Tea, Matcha, Red Bull without the ice). Didn’t leave with anything like that. But, the sorbet flavor by Pacha was a great call. They also carry some of the stuff I needed for the new vape I bought online. Thanks, guys! 👍

I went in to the West 11th location the other night. Normally theres no issues with stragglers or homeless This night it was busy with unwanted guests. When I got done getting my coil one of the guys escorted me to my car. Everyone at this store is amazing. Always friendly and so helpful. I wont go to another vape shop!

This is a quality establishment, with a great work ethic. They have a comprehensive collection of tanks, mods, coils, juice, they focus on great customer service in all of there locations. Just be patient with the customers in front of you, vape people are silly.

They tell you to keep receipt and box in case anything goes wrong which I did… they did not replace the broken geek bar like promised!!
