Good selection which is why I go - they have products I cant find, or find a comparable product to, anywhere else. That said, theyre far too cautious and will refuse service on a whim - say the wrong thing, look confused, dont know the exact make/model of your device off the top of your head, get out of the passenger side of the car, walk in with another person who leaves before you do...expect to not get service.The employees really need to learn to put on their customer service attitude and face, rather than their Im the authority on these products and I will argue with you even if Im wrong face.If it was based purely on selection, Id give 5 stars. Given the challenges of sometimes even being able to buy what you went for due to the employees attitude, Im forced to leave 3 - 5 for selection, 1 for employee attitude.

Never in my life have I dealt with someone so openly hostile toward a customer. Immediately when I went in, the man seemed very disinterested in dealing with me, and got extremely defensive when I said that I had bought the wrong thing when I came in before. When he produced the correct item from stock, he immediately opened it and removed it from the package. That was odd, and not how sealed vape pods should be handled by retailers. The only reason I can think someone would do that would be to either keep the customer from seeing the label, or to prevent returns by making sure that customers leave the store with unsealed products.At this point he quoted the price, which was 40% over MSRP. Obviously, I declined to make the purchase, and he became extremely hostile.Hilariously, a large number of the replies to reviews claim that the unhappy customers were denied service because they didnt have valid ID. The first time I went in, I was only asked to hold up my ID for the camera. The clerk didnt even look at it. This second time I wasnt asked to produce an ID at all. I guess they arent such big sticklers after all.

Place has a great selection of juices but the skinny kid with glasses behind the counter is a straight up a**hole. I went in and he was cussing me out telling me how bad nic salt was but ended up buying something else, sent my buddy there for same flavor and captain Richard refused to tell him what it was from the picture of the bottle I text him. Stating he wasnt allowed to tell him, but it was on the wall. Granted the bottles are tiny, a good 5 ft behind the counter, and my buddy didnt have his glasses.Plenty other shops in town, dont waste your time going here.

First experience was fine, so I went back planning on supporting local business, they wouldnt sell because they claimed I didnt know enough about the product (great sales pitch). All of the negative reviews are true, if you want to support local go somewhere that appreciates the business...and I wasnt and I dont believe the other reviewers were buying or attempting to buy for minors based on my experience.

If youre needing juice for your vape this is the place to go. Not only do they have good vape juice the people that work there are easy to talk to. I have even purchased juice off of their recommendation. This place is 5 star definitely!

I am disabled, though you can not tell by looking at me. Though, Ive been disabled for 13 years, I have handicap plates and parked in the handicap spot in front of the store. I went in to get one thing, had not been in there for six months. The man that worked there asked me to not park there anymore because there was a customer that comes in a wheelchair and he needs it worse than me. After we paid, he followed us to the front of the store and stared out the window at me, shaking his head. Not to mention, there are TWO handicap spots. They are so worried about breaking the law yet what their employee did was illegal, theyre lucky I dont file a lawsuit.

I had to stop in here because I was 3 hours from home when my vape crashed. I was nervous going into a shop I knew nothing about. The guy working was more knowledgeable than my normal shop. Ive been buying the same kind of Mod for a couple years (recommended by my regular shop) & always have to replace them a few months later. This guy told me how awful that mod was & had me purchase a different one... that Im liking a lot better. I didnt even know that the mod Ive been buying had a warranty until I came into his shop. I wish this shop wasnt 3 hours from home. I highly recommend this place! The shop is well stocked & the guy I dealt with is knowledgeable about the products he is selling & doesnt give any B.S. trying to sell you a bunch of extra stuff you dont need. THANKS!!

Extremely rude person working the store. You got all that stuff but cant sell anything due to kicking people out for no reason and not selling stuff. Very nice selection but good luck buying because hell kick you out for no reason. You have to be 21 to purchase I am 21 and you wouldnt let me buy due to someone leaving cause they didnt have a ID? I already know your gonna respond and try to argue your stance but nobody wants to hear your comments.

Buyer beware. Loved this place when I walked in, and the guy who helped us was very nice. I bought a few items and 2 disposable vapes. He said I could test them or bring them back that day if there was a problem, so I left...even took pics of the shop to share. I opened one vape in the car, and it worked fine. The other one didnt hit at all at home, so we drove back...only to be told by a different employee I couldnt exchange it. I had planned on going back tomorrow for my 30%off birthday discount. Nope. They lost a few GOOD customers forsure.

1st and last time stepping a foot in this shop!!Walked in and picked out 4 vapes and he wouldn’t sell me the other two? My husband and We both had our Identification cards and he told me that I couldn’t purchase anything? smh but my husband could and I gave my husband my card while in the store which reminder we’re 21+ (both of us) and he saw both cards🤦‍♀️ and he said he couldn’t sell it to him using my debit card? so he pulled out his and made the purchase.. I don’t understand anyone who would turn away money that could go towards a business..especially when I was right there and gave him permission to use my card.. but since he wasn’t selling to me my husband couldn’t purchase items with my card? That doesn’t make any since.. I’m glad my husband had his card.. terrible experience 1 out of 5 stars I wouldn’t recommend.. just look at the reviews and you will see that this is the worst shop around..

Employee there was really rude, went in with my fiancé and picked out what we wanted (meanwhile we left a friend in the car with our kids), I went to attend to my supervised kids while my fiancé bought what we picked out. My fiancé calls me stating that the guy would have to ID me to sell him anything, he didn’t even ID us when we walked in because he was too busy complaining about a rude customer. I couldn’t go back in with my ID because my son was crying wanting his mom and I forgot my ID at home. So my friend that was previously mentioned watching my kids went in and the worker kicked him out because he was associated with me?

I just called to ask if they carried elf bars and dude was like “a disposable is a disposable” verbatim and said it like four times. Uhh yeah I’m just asking if you carry that brand idk what the attitude was for but go off 🤣 guess I’m never coming in. Customers are allowed to have preferences and disposables definitely are not all created equally so maybe don’t be rude when a customer asks.There were even people sitting next to me that were like why was he so rude for no reason. Yikes.

Very rude employee. What happened to respecting customers. You’re better off going to cuties right down the street, The customer service is way better that cloud city. Once again cuties vapor is better at helping the customers. If you don’t know what you want they have a juice of the day. Go to 2123 w Franklin st if you want good service and a welcoming attitude.

I love this place. Excellent staff on every point. Friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel like youre part of the family of friends. Excellent selection and great prices. The location is perfect for me. I never go anyway else. I trust these guys 100%

Really good store stocked with everything you could need.Literally, like... anything..If you arent sure, just call ahead. Theyre nice people.Its a local business that I love to support

*update to reply: you would think youd want to help a customer figure out the flavors you have or give some insight on what you have instead of having people go to your website? if you have customers go to your shop maybe help them there instead of having them go to a website. Not to mention you didnt even attempt to direct him to your website. there is no reason to be so rude about it to someone who is new to vaping. Im glad the other shop opened up. maybe you should try learning some decency about being respectful to your customers from them. you could use itgood luckbeware! very rude right off the bat. not willing to help out someone who is new to vaping (but not smoking) because they didnt know what flavor to pick out> was told it was a red flag that he didnt know what to get but when we asked what flacor he just said they have everything> accused the person for buying for someone else because they didnt know what flavor. I didnt realize i forgot my ID at work so obviously he couldnt sell to the person i was with and I know that (im 23 and dont vape, I was transportation for someone). The point was whoever the employee was that was working was the rudest/ most condescending Ive ever experienced and I have worked customer service jobs myself. The other reviews are right about accusations made toward customers for trying to buy for minors (I know that happens in other cases), but not all.There is a shop down the road called Vape & Smoke Studio behind Lees Famous Chicken I highly recommend going to instead! they were the complete opposite of this place. The employee there even said he has heard other customer complain about cloud city for the same reasons

100% not the place to go. The owner was over the top rude, even though I have been a return customer in the past. Definitely never going back again. Cuties is right down the road, idk why he chose to act like such a d*ck.

They have a good selection , decent prices, and are convenient for the neighborhood. The salesperson was unfriendly enough that I wont spend any more money here.

Yep, this place is the worst, and appaently the community agrees with me! Could be a nice spot if the guy behind the counter wasnt such a tool, but he is. Anyone up for shutting this place down? Thats a prime location for something much cooler, with better people to staff it. Smdh. WORST VAPE SHOP IN TOWN, but only because of one worker who has the worst attitude. I used to love going here but not anymore. I have been in this store MULTIPLE times and the guy who is normally working there is always rude. Today (10/18/21) I drove my boyfriend and dog there to get some more juice and a pod. I didn’t go in because I was not going to leave my dog in the car by herself. The worker refused to sell to my boyfriend because he got out of the passenger seat of my car. I guess you can’t buy vape juice unless you are completely alone anymore. This is not the first time this has happened here either. I understand not wanting to sell to someone underage but I am literally older than my boyfriend and once again have been in the store several times. It’s not worth the hassle going there anymore and I will not recommend this place to anyone until the rude employee no longer works there.

Said I was suspicious for looking at their product on my phone from their website. Wouldn’t sell me anything cause I had wife’s credit card.In response to reply: no, it was my ID. I’m from out of state and never been to your store before. The card I was giving you had my wife’s name on it. At which point I was going to give him a different card with my name on it and he said no sale for me

Don’t ask any questions about any products or even look confused about what you’re looking for. He will think you’re buying it for someone else or breaking the law. Best way to buy from this store is to walk in with a muzzle and show them a picture with a description of what you’d like to buy.

Clerk was very discourteous! Refused service twice to paying custom with id. If they are trying to drive away buisness... success!Your response is slander. Remove it or i will take legal action. I suggest you take a course on customer service, and how to properly handle complaints! You ae my only negative review. Every other issue i have ever had with local buisness was handled without a negative review. I contacted you and you were rude and dismissive! It is never my goal to hurt a business. I reach out behind closed doors to try and keep others from having the same issue in the future, without hurting someones bottom line.

I sent my bf with my card and not only would he not let him use it, the employee followed him all the way back to the car harassing him. The law states that it is not illegal to use someone elses debit card with the owners permission. Look it up.

This is a great little spot to pick up any vapor-related supplies and they also have a great smoke shop to take care of your needs if you are concentrating. A little dab of concentration certainly requires a variety of accessories and rigs, this probably good place to stop and get those accessories and rigs. You might not want to call them that when you go in there though. Water pipe might be the preferable term.

Whomever the short white man with broen eyes is, he is l worst salesperson. He needs anger management before he works with people. Dont waste money here. F-

This is the best Vape shop ever their prices are so cheap I can’t believe I got a bottle of juice that was 60 mL for only $16.99 They have so many flavors to choose from and so many different new mods and there’s smoke shop is amazing their prices in there are even better.

They had alot of nice stuff but the person working was very rude, was listing to my conversation ,wouldnt sell me a lighter!
