Excellent service every time I come in. Kennedy specifically is always so welcoming and I enjoy my visit every time she is there. Every employee Ive interacted with has been friendly and knowledgeable and I couldnt ask for anything more.the selection is amazing and Ive never had an issue with anything Ive bought from here. I also thoroughly enjoy their rewards program!

Just left from out the store. And when I tell you these guys are awesome! I truly mean it! Every last worker took their time out to help me. And made sure I got all questions answered. And was even able to walk out the store with everything I need. Megan was absolutely wonderful! She took extra time out to make sure my Vape was up and running. Before I left out the shop. We need more customer service like this!!!! I highly suggest this store. And everyone there definitely needs a raise!

Megan and the staff are excellent at crush. I have been going there for years. And each and every time they help me out with the upmost customer service. And they even change my coils for me whenever I’m in a hurry. Forever, and will always be my main place to go for my vape products.

The best smoke shop in Evansville in Newburgh besides treasures and pleasures of course. They have an amazing selection of hemp paraphernalia a little pricey but you get what you pay for I will say I have never had a glass piece better crafted then from Crush

Stopped by here because I was in the area. Decided to pick up some cones. Asked the lady behind the counter how much they cost and she said $13. When we got to the counter she tried to charge me $24 for 20 cones. When I said didnt you just tell me these were $13 she then charged me $8. I would not recommend buying anything here unless it has the price on it. Seems like the workers are charging whatever they think people will pay to help their commisson?

I really like the service and the pricing at this establishment. Prices are cheap and you get more quantity than that Cool Breeze in Evansville. I do all my e-cig business at this location now. Their mods, tanks, and e-juice are fantastic. The store is clean, the customer service is excellent, and the pricing is more than fair. They also give a Veterans discount, which is awesome at 10%. I highly recommend this establishment and am an ongoing customer. I believe this is the best vapor store in Evansville. The employees are super nice.

Absolute JERK - arrogant, unfriendly sales associate working this evening. COMPLETELY REFUSED to exchange or return a faulty device purchased two hours prior - knowing the individual that sold us the product assured us of the 7-day policy.This condescending JERK (also refused to give me his name) had the audacity to tell us to stick a screwdriver into the device, his little trick, in order to use it? The device was $80 & this is how Im directed to use it?By far the worst customer service Ive ever received - as I have never been spoken to in such a manner by a sales associate.

Will sell you faulty products and then say they can’t do anything even though it’s been less than week with a verified purchase. Girl was super rude and didn’t even look at it or anything, just said they can’t do anything even though I showed her it was faulty. Don’t waste your money here.

The staff is awesome! Rad little store with front and back selections. One time I lost my card and didn’t know it until upon purchasing an item and the staff actually purchased it for me and told me no worries. Never have I experienced such a thing. They always make the store feel welcoming and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I had the best experience due to a wonderful employee named Jacob, he was so helpful and incredibly thoughtful and kindhearted. It was an unexpected yet pleasant experience due to his help and kind words. They also have a unique variety of items

This was my first time visiting the store. It was very clean well-lighted all the products were neatly displayed. I appreciate the staff being courteous and willing to help and explain things, however i do not like them staying on top of me the entire 7 minutes that I was in the store. I would like to have a little freedom and be able to browse through the products without someone in my face the entire time.

I was very pleased with the help they gave me! The gal that waited on me did her very best to find a globe that would fit one of the 3 tanks I brought in and even though we were unsuccessful she hooked me up with a little pen tank. I would definitely go back.

Had to park and wait on fries to cook which was fine, girl brought out food with no drinks and huffed off to go get them without ice in them because the machine was broken when I asked for salt I had to ask twice because she wasnt going to make a small effort to get any. We got no napkins, ketchup, receipt or respect. I typically love McDonalds but this kind of ruined it for me. Definitely wont be back to this location. I wondered why they werent very busy, now I know.

I am disappointed in the staff not being required to wear masks. Dont recommend visiting during covidEdit- as of April 4th Im not sure who I dealt with as she wasnt wearing a name tag. She was young and brunette. The staff today however were all masked up and very friendly and I havent seen that worker since my previous visit.

Found this place online and went by to get 2 new tanks and a battery and walked in and was told they didnt allow children... no where was this posted, only that you must be 18 to purchase.... so they lost out on nearly 200 for what we were after. Not happy at all. Every cape shop Ive been to does not have an age on entry. Safe to say we will never visit this place.

Very pleased they had everything I was looking for for a smoke shop called around of several other smoke shops and none of them had any humidifier packets some even asked me what is that seriously a smoke shop is going to ask me that question so thats why I like this place very much they knew what I wanted and had it thank you.

Horrible customer service! Ive been there twice and will never go back there again. How do you expect people to buy anything when you dont even show them what they looking for. While 2 workers are sitting on the couch on their phone. Ive already heard bad things about this place but thought I would try it out. Hire people that will help and communicate with the customers! Place is a joke. Went on my birthday and these two snobby girls were working. I wanted to try some juice, she told us to put it on your tongue and taste it. Really?? Thats nasty! You guys should really invest in some testers. Passed that up and went into the back room. Was planning on spending 300-500 on a new waterpipe. Apparently i didnt look like i had enough money to look at the one that i wanted because she laughed at me when i asked to hold it, saying it was really expensive. It was $250– UNDER MY PRICE RANGE LOL. I then proceeded to pull out my hundred dollar bills and told her just because i was wearing sweatpants and sandals, doesnt mean that I can’t afford it. She rolled her eyes and i told her nevermind that i wouldnt wanna give them my money anyway. Walked out on my birthday with a terrible experience.

Upon entering, employees were chilling (which was fine), lazy that was worth customer directed me to other rm. To only be passed by a Male employee 4x. Eventually (approx. 12 min) the chilling employees walked thru & Im looking & shes like has someone helped & stated she had No idea I was there. I stated how I walked right by them on couch there. Bythis time, the girl who directed me comes thru apologizing & said she forgot about me & figured someone else, I pointed the male who kept coming & going. The atmosphere of that visit was VERY uninviting. Vibe was like, idk not cool! Once I got things, they were already back to couch & just apologized again but without really seeming apologetic!? Idk wont return but have told others of place bc asked where I got it at.
