The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all things vape. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and made great conversation. Their hardware selection has grown significantly and they offer the latest and greatest. Definitely a must visit for any vaper or smoker looking to make the switch!

My boyfriend and I really enjoy coming into this vape shop. They are all very knowledgeable and super helpful. You can rest assured that no one in here will set you up with anything that they feel you cant handle. They make you feel comfortable and feel like family.It is unfortunate that there are some people that go there that have ruined it for others by taking advantage of the kindness of the staff.

Great place to meet new people and make new friends! The owners are a great bunch of guys who are very fun, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all more than willing to pass their knowledge on to you. This is the place to chill, hang out and shoot the breeze or pass the time, you are always welcomed like family. Great line of juices and hardware. The place to be for sure!

Love everything about this shop. David, Scott and Levi are fantastic businessmen and friends! They are willing to help with almost anything. The shop gives off good vibes as soon as you walk in, with music or movies playing, an air hockey table, an xbox and ps3 to play, and awesome people. Their juice selection is great as well! Stopped by here on Saturday 9/24 at 9pm. Wanted to pick up a vaporizer and $80 later I walk out of the store. I get home and realize I am missing pieces. Two trips later, dealing with the same staff I am told Sorry I didnt know multiple times. Rather than offering a solution, I am either sent on my way or asked to spend more money on each visit, rather than trying to make things right. On the last visit I am told sorry again, we dont have the batteries to the product we sold you. Staff failed to mention this until Id spent $200 over 3 trips. At this point I decided I am no longer giving this over priced and understocked retailer my business. So I go down the street to Galaxy Vapor, Ive never been here before but it looked promising. Right away they apologize for the other shop and promise to make it right. These employees were knowledgeable and obviously wanted my bussiness. I told them I only had $20 left to spend on this fiasco. Unlike Clouds the Limit, they actually took a genuine concern, explained my options and even took a dollar out of their own tip jar to make it work. Take it from me, over the years Ive spent thousands at this place and it took me this long to figure out. Not to mention theyve went downhill more and more last few years. Lately you go in and you get the feeling the employees are upset you interrupted them watching tv and want you out as quick as possible. This is not good customer service. Frequently the items I need here are out of stock and the staff has an i dont care attitude. I for one will take my business elsewhere. I count myself lucky to have found a new shop and hope others will not have to go through what I did after reading this review.

Good shop they know what there doing.Nice people, good seats to sit on. If your gonna start a lounge/vape shop.The key is to have good seats! lol. Not no crappy bar style seats either.Decent prices as well.Will be making a return sometime soon!

Great shop. Excellent service. No salesman atmosphere, Just a few really good guys ready and willing to help you out with any related needs. Oh, and great juice selection too.

Poor selection. No refunds or exchanges. Staff has poor attitude and little appreciation. How can you serve your customers when youre eating a pizza and watching cartoons? If the two employees working the weekend at nighty, the younger employee has a poor attitude and not very knowledgeable, the scruffy looking middle aged guy its knowledgeable, if you can get him off the couch. Avoid. This store has taken a sharp turn down, new owners or something but employees need to be more involved and they need to keep products in stock. Disappointed.

A bit over priced, but that happens when you buy from a store front instead of online. Good customer service, knowledgeable, helped explained the basics. I picked up the eGo ONE 2200mAh Starter Kit, 5 extra coils, and some Genco Don P juice (peach tobacco flavor) , and it ran just over $100. I could have purchased this online for around $60-70. However I would have had to wait for shipping (and possibly pay for shipping depending on the site).Worth the extra money if you are new to vaping and have questions you need answered.

Im a nubie coming into this started with a cheap kit . Then found this place.They were very helpful thoughOver my head in tech.Also had the coils that i needed. Came in again and the lady knew what i wanted in juice.Anyway these people rock and I will be going back for all my vaping needs

Great vape shop with vape juice. They recently got Tropical King which is really good. Service is hit and miss unless its the guy who has a cute puppy.

Used to have great juice and all of that but now its... Blah. Their prices are expensive and when I go in I feel like a burden on the employees. Gotta stop going here unless its an emergency.

Its really hard to find a LTM without going to Seattle and I pulled up a half hour before closing time couple days ago and the gentleman in a beard (from GB area) was super friendly, he was so helpful and he sold me a vape setup, yay I was so excited to find this place I will definitely come back, Ive already referred three of my clients to come here super comfortable place only wish they had a little few more pictures on the wall and maybe a tad bit more furnishings LOL the help is amazing!

Great vape store and the employees there are really nice and they actually treat you like a person then just money.

Went there looking for a specific tank,coils and juice.. They had everything and even help me take off my old tank. Very friendly . I will come again.

Lazy incompetent staff with no knowledge of juices. Every time I go in Im told they dont have the coil I need even one time when I was looking directly at it. Dont go here unless you plan on being disappointed, instead go to sky vapor.

I stopped by when Google maps said they were open. I even doubled checked the hours on the door, which was locked. It was disappointing.
