Humidor is for show, cigars are dry. Horrible customer service . Second time going to this shop . The guy working there is always on the phone and very rude as well. Didnt even open the humidor , he just threw me a key

I was a loyal customer for about a year-and-a-half straight up until two months ago. Unfortunately, new owners.. The cashier not only rude, not very knowledgeable about products, her English is very scarce. Asked for information about vape for tobacco, no suggestions and attitude is always horrible

Best place to play the lottery in the area! Staff is super friendly and personable, especially Charlie and his lovely wife. If your not playing at Lucky Smoke Shop, you are doing it wrong.

Worst vape shop ever I go in there to buy coils she tells me they don’t sell them I go in there two days later to get a Red Bull and the coils are right there behind the counter hanging up the ones I need they have no education on what they sell there at all and I think the Indian lady is racist towards white people cause she’s always rude if you can’t work with the public you shouldn’t be working in that type of business or selling stuff you have no clue about the product worst vape shop ever if you want a good vape shop go down the street the people there are amazing and know there stuff

I got there and I waited for the lady to finish her call for so long that I ended up leaving the store with empty hands

Purchased a device that was opened in the store with them took it home and it wouldn’t charge so I took it back they were able to get it to charge but it was never able to work and now I am out almost 50 dollars for something I didn’t even get to use and all they can say is no returns or exchanges please watch out for this place they have been selling bad products for years I will no longer be going back there

Night staff continues to close before 11:30 pm to try and get out earlier instead of doing their job. Tonight I received an excused from a so called Charlie , stating that they changed their closing time to 11 pm; yet there was no signs stating hour change nor has the updated time been changed on google. Hire someone that’s actually going to do their job !!!

So disappointed.. Common theme throughout the cold food.. No not warm ice cold.. Line stored in cooler and warmed in the microwave....Second attempt, same thing..Collard greens dry. Not seasoned. Cornbread again cold, second attempt cold.The manager said they used another recipe.. So again this was cold.. And of a gummy texture..The drinks were good.. The temp of good good appeared to be a common theme..BBq was ok OK.Service pleasant.. While at the same time.. We were asked to understand that the the cook was a trooper. because after hes working alone.. Others called out..So not sure if Id return.. Im buying sympathy.. I just want to have dinner..all this drama..Three attempts ..to get white meat fried chicken..Couldnt served the order..they didnt know what happened to the Breast..Well I found that half of the breast meat was butchered and attached to the wing..Which also had whole feathers attach.. I finally just got annoyed with plucking feathers...

I got 2 vape pens for 42 bucks. They didnt last 2 weeks And they would not even replace one for me. I will never shop here again.
