I had a wonderful massage experience with Joshua recently. It was a great mix of deep tissue and relaxation and addressed a lot of tightness and soreness Ive been experiencing with my workout intensity increasing. He was communicative without being chatty and I was able to really relax and focus on how I was feeling. Highly recommend LaVida and a massage with Joshua!

Ive been going to LaVida Massage in Fayetteville, Arkansas for years, and about six months ago, I met Lauren. She has been incredible in helping me take care of my skin. Lauren is absolutely amazing she’s not only informative but also has a bright personality. Her expertise and wonderful demeanor have made a significant impact on my skincare routine. Thanks to Lauren, Ive seen tremendous improvements in my skin, and she has taught me about the products my skin needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional skincare treatment.

The staff ensures they know what your problem areas are before starting and do a wonderful job of following up during to ensure right amount of pressure is used. Clearly know what they are doing when going after tough spots while also throwing in relaxing bits when needed.

I had a great experience here. Signing up for a massage was easy with the online booking system. I loved that I was able to choose male or female therapist. Olivia did a wonderful job and the whole experience was great. I am ready to go back again.

Shelby was wonderful! I love how late they are open and able to help me with my neck pain. The receptionist Penelope was super sweet and helpful. I signed up for the monthly program because it was a great deal and will help my body feel better in the long run.

My go to spot. I have a membership. Sometimes Ill make appointments for my husband too.

My massage with Gus was excellent. One of the best massages Ive ever gotten. It was relaxing as well as having all my problem areas worked out. Felt great the next day witch normally doesnt happen from other massages other places Ive received. Ill be back for sure.

I was given an hour massage as a gift from my sister. It was a wonderful experience. From the moment I entered until I left I felt very welcome and was treated like a regular. As I waited for my service I was able to watch regular patrons come in and be greeted by name as your staff caught up with them. I thought how nice it was to be in a business that knows and appreciates its clients. Not something that happens very often these days. Im not from the area but the next time I visit I may just schedule another hour massage for myself. I will highly recommend to all my family that live in the area. Update: Ive had several great experiences the last couple of years here and used to have a membership in college. Kirby did a wonderful job recently, and really pin pointed my tension areas... it was easy to tell that Kirby is familiar with finding sore spots/knots and working them out well. I really appreciated her sweetness and that she seemed okay with how quiet I am! Their receptionists are also always very nice. In general its a great facility that seems to really care about clients.My mom has been going here for many years and has her select favorite massage therapists. I used a guest pass recently, and generally found my experience okay- not amazing like my mom claims, but still giving this place a good review for her. I do think if you can give them specifics of what you would like from a massage that would help them set you up with the best masseuse. I generally like deep tissue and lots of pin point pressure, and should have told them that in advance. Otherwise, their new location is very clean and well designed, and their receptionist was super nice!

Excellent massage. Massage therapist, Jessie, was very thorough and professional listening to my specific concerns and pain Ive had. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.The only reason I gave four stars instead of five had nothing to do with my massage therapist but payment choice. When making my appointment I explained I wanted to pay with a Visa gift card; however, when checking out I learned Visa gift cards were not acceptable. This should be in writing online and stated when making appointment. Many people are gifted with Visa gift cards, and they are used frequently.

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. It was my first time so I was genuinely nervous. The lobby staff greeted us warmly and helped us fill the paperwork then we were led to the massage room where I talked to Jodie about what kind of massage I wanted. Jodie was very kind and patient with me as I answered. I specified that I use my hands, arms, and shoulders a lot for work and requested he focus on those. He even took time during the massage to show me a technique I could use myself to help relax my forearms and hands. His instructions for me were calm and respectful and he always stressed that I didn’t have to do anything I was even a little uncomfortable with.The room itself was clean and nicely set up. Not too dark with soft music and ocean sounds. I’m not a fan of strong scents so I was glad that there weren’t any candles or scented oils. I had left some stuff in the massage room after my session so my boyfriend went back to get it. He said that he saw them completely disassembling the chairs to clean them.My boyfriend and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experiance with Leah! She answered all my questions and even recommended products. She was so welcoming and fun to talk with. This was my first facial ever and will be going back monthly! My face felt clean and brand new when I walked out.ON ANOTHER NOTE - If you have never had derma planing done before and are considering it, please prepare mentally for how your skin will respond. One part of my face (chin and neck) didnt take to it very well, but the rest of my face is thriving.

It was my first time and I love how they ask you what areas you want focused and they also asked how deep you want a massage. And all the staff helped me out, and answered questions I had. Also the massage was good and I really enjoyed the sauna. Would definitely be back and thanks to Remington on the massage.

My husband and I absolutely loved our couples massage with added scalp massage, worth every penny. Kodie and Brett were AMAZING, they really know what they are doing. Treat yourself and give them a try. We were visiting from out of town, and we get massages a few times a year back home, this was by far one of our top favorites.

I had a prenatal massage with Charlotte and it was amazing!! She was very gentle and open to adjust pressure as I needed! Facilities are clean, cozy and staff was totally great. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here! Lauren (front desk) was a delight! So kind and helpful. My masseuse, Abby, was also incredible. I asked for medium to heavy pressure and she did not disappoint! Pricing was fair ($50 for first timers) and the ambiance was relaxing. I recommend this place. I woke up feeling incredible the next day.

I highly recommend the massage therapist Beth! She has short reddish hair and is extremely nice. I’ve had dozens of massages before and Beth stands out. I appreciated how she listened so well and helped me in the specific areas I was wanting massages. So the time was used very well! Beth was very attentive to making sure she wasn’t too soft or too hard with pressure. A few other details I enjoyed was how she really emphasized how drinking water after (and even recommended a warm bath) would really help limit soreness. I feel like other therapists just hand you your cup of water and say “here you go...” And also I know everyone has different preferences but I liked how she kept the room quiet and calm and didn’t ask me questions the entire time. I love getting to know people but during a massage I find it distracting from the whole relax part. So she did a great job today being intentional in helping my experience be fully relaxing!

When I called to book mine and my sisters appointments for facials and massages the front desk was so helpful in getting us both in at the same time and being able to meet our scheduling needs. When we arrived for our services they were ready for us. The spa is beautiful and clean. I have used La Vida for years! I will continue to use them in the future!

I got a spray tan for my wedding and it was such a good experience! Lauren was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable, and my tan was amazing!! I highly suggest her and will definitely be going back myself next time I need a tan.

Keven was amazing. Ive had tons of massages over the years, and this was one of my favorites. He did great on my back/neck, and I was still able to relax. It seemed like a combo of deep tissue and relaxation. Highly recommend. Ive read other comments about the art and atmosphere regarding the new location, and I have to say everything was in order tonight.

Gus and Andrew did amazing. One of the best massages ever. Unfortunate, our $25 coupons were not honored because they were past the date. I booked the soonest date they had available, but it was past the date. I hope that I can get it resolved soon, because $50 is a lot of money to not be able to use.

The front desk staff is very professional and welcoming. I had a massage by Debra that was wonderful! Great pressure and really worked on my trouble spots. So good I signed up for a monthly membership. Cant wait to go back!

I took my Grandmother in for a massage yesterday, we both received a one hour, I saw Jacob who was so friendly. The massage was very average at best, repeated swiping, odd. No technique, no kneading, no OFFERING OF STRETCHES. For $100 An hour, ( which you get 50 mins) Id like to at least feel relaxed and not worse. 2 stars for the kind service.

Paid for a 60 minute massage for my wife, she got less than 40 minutes. Ripoff! Plus one star for ease of scheduling, plus one for friendly service. Minus 3 for getting less than was paid for.

Debra was great! She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time during the massage, and it was a great experience overall. We talked before and after the massage about my preferences, what issues I was having, etc. She even gave me some stretches to do to help with shoulder pain.

I’ve had massages and facials done here and they have both been fantastic! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the staff is just wonderful. Lukas has done my massages and I always come out feeling like a bowl of Jello. Natalie does my facials and she is both fun to chat with and so good at making my face glow! I can’t wait to try more services!

This place is great always very professional. Today I received the best massage Ive ever had with a masseuse named Peter. He was absolutely fantastic at finding all of my knots in aches I feel so much better. It is such a gift to be able to give that! Thank you Peter and all the masseuses. Katie was wonderful! This is the first massage I have had in years and she was very professional. I stand all day at work and she made sure to target the areas that needed work. After asking me basic information, she allowed me to relax and unwind. I will definitely use her in the future.

I am a member and the reason for this is that Kevin, one of the massage therapist has given me some of the best deep tissue massages I have had. Very professional and very helpful. I recently switched to gettin 90 minutes rather than 60 minutes because it has been so helpful with reducing my pain. I recently finished a 90 minute and tried to book my next 90 minute for the next month and I was informed I could not because they needed to maximize their time for Valentines Day. The gentleman at the front seat offered me no other options and presented with little concern in how to. In my opinion this was poor customer service and it actually had me wondering if I needed to continue my membership.

Great customer care and very easy to schedule an appointment online. I have gotten several 60 minute massages from Debra, and she’s the best! She is always on time, and I leave there feeling a weight lifted off my shoulders!

I love being able to schedule a massage quickly using the online format. It is convenient and there are so many times available. Massage has really helped me manage my stress. Muscle aches and back pain are common for me. The Massage therapists at Lavida have all been very good or excellent. I’ve had a membership for the last several years and it is money well spent!

I really love the helpful health tips to better myself from the massage therapist. These gals are not pushy on offering a membership package like the other massage places which makes me want to come back. Definitely THE best place by far for a healthy, relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I came in because of their wonderful deal for new customers ($49/hr $79/1.5hrs). I chose the 90 minute massage and it was great! She asked me what parks I wanted her to work on and she really did a great job listening and helping in those areas.I have come out feeling referee and less tense! Goodbye stress knots! I plan on going back soon.

I got a facial and wax from the same esthetician. Leah is amazing! She is kind and helpful when you ask questions but I didnt feel pressure to buy any products I didnt want even though she had suggested some for me to try. Leah was recommended to me from a few friends so shes got some other fans out there too.

10/10 and the only place I trust for a great massage in NWA. Oriana is incredible and customizes my massages and stretching to accommodate my training and lifestyle. Highly recommend!

I was debating on whether or not I should post something because my massage therapist was AMAZING. I had purchased an one hour massage and upgraded to hot stones. My massage therapist was incredible and so nice. But this person just did my back and neck and wrapped my feet in a hot towel. This confused me because ever hour massage I have ever received included legs, hands, feet, and arms. Non of which I received. I’m not sure if this was because hot stone massages just include a back and neck massage? I’ve never had a hot stone massage before, so I figured it was just the back. However, as I was doing some research there not normally the case. I wish I would have said something then, but I didn’t want to make things uncomfortable. But like I said previously, my massage therapist was incredible. I will definitely be back and use that person again!

First time at la vida, Peter was amazing! Definitely recommend him. He accommodated to my needs and treated the areas that needed work in. LaVida facility was very clean and the front desk was very polite and informative. Will definitely be coming back!

I always have a good experience here. Tarin has been my masseuse for about 5+ years. She deserves 10 stars! It would better the experience to have sturdier tables and softer head/leg rests. I do like the tea area after my massage!

Really annoyed that before I could even find out what dates/times they had available, I had to create an account, give them my address, and put a card on file. They are solidly booked two weeks out, so now I totally wasted my time entering and giving them my information that I didn’t even really feel comfortable giving them before I even knew if they had an appointment available. Also there is no way to delete my account so now they just have my card information sitting there 👎🏼

First timer here and enjoyed it they really cater to your needs and I am hooked now. I was nervous going into it because Im not a fan of people In my bubble. Ive had two massages elsewhere since and but lavida is by far the best Ive had. Looking forward to the new location.

We did the couples massage. The staff was friendly and good at their job. Both at the desk and at the table. But Im a bit dissatisfied with the couples part. Ive never had a couples massage before so maybe my thinking is off. I was hoping for candlelighting and hand holding with my girl for a romantic experience. To me, that would be nice. Instead, the tables were several feet apart. No candles. Thus, there was no mood to set. It was like I didnt even know she was there. Disappointing.

I had my first visit Saturday. This was a gift and was supposed to be a 90 minute hot stone massage. I showed up early as requested and checked in. They were late getting me in because they forgot about me, then and acted like they were doing me a favor when they said I was still going to get my full time (that was already paid for). That should be a given when it was their mistake that I didnt get started on time. The massage therapist did a great job and that is the only reason why Im giving four stars. However, they did not provide the hot stone service even though it was written on my card. I made sure to let them know, so we werent charged for it, but they didnt even have it down in their system.

The spa environment was exceptional as was my massage by Mandy. I arrived with pain in my neck and shoulders, and Mandy was extra attentive to those areas, providing me with some much-needed relief. (And the hot stones? Just what the doctor (or massage therapist) ordered!)

Since LaVida has moved locations, issues with noise disruptions are gone. I enjoy all my therapists. They always ask me about my needs and actually listen to them. Every session is productive in aiding my overall wellness goals!

The customer service is incredible. My favorite therapist is Shawna. Shes professional, super strong, and can vary pressure from light to deep according to your needs and preference.

I received a facial on May 28th. As I entered the facility I noticed that no one was wearing a mask, so I assumed it meant everyone was vaccinated. As I laid on the table I asked my therapist about everyone being vaccinated. She replied, not necessarily. I then asked why workers were not wearing a mask. She replied that the Health Department said it was ok to go without a mask. I said, yes if you are vaccinated. She replied that they made the decision their facility didnt require them anymore.After that conversation, my anxiety and stress level was so high, I couldnt enjoy the facial. I kept thinking about leaving but knew I would be charged regardless. I feel this is my fault for not asking about Covid-19 policies. I assumed because they consider themselves in the Healthcare field that all protocols would be followed like other facilities.

It was my first professional massage ever, and it was wonderful! Kodie did a great job and made sure that I felt comfortable. An early Birthday present to myself. Thanks again Kodie.

Simply just wanted to reschedule had an emergency I understand cancellations but I was rescheduling going to spend well over $200. Was spoken to very rudely but 2 different people with a cancellation fee threatened to be taken off a card from a completely different service and time. Wasn’t ever offered or asked about rescheduling. Will never return. So rude and unprofessional.

I love la vida!! KEVIN is amazing if you are looking for a few tissue massage! I when been going to him for a little over a year now and i will never go to anyone else! I also love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the spa!

I saw the great reviews on facebook and google but when I called, the phone line was disconnected and when I tried to access the website, I encountered a page error. I would have booked online but it said to call for couples massage. Even the facebook page did not have a messenger option! Im not sure how to make an appointment then!

An older lady was my masseuse, she talked the entire time and when I told her I had an add on she left the room for 20 minutes to check. When she came back I assumed she would make that time up but she did not. I will never go back.
