Friendly staff and great massage therapists, if your able to schedule an appointment. I cant make any appointments except 3 months out which is really anything but helpful. For this reason its very difficult to use them as your go to massage therapy business.

I had my first massage with Kirby. I was a little nervous since I had never had a massage before. The front desk lady was very sweet and explained the process to me, she also walked me through the necessary forms. The staff was very kind and punctual.Kirby was amazing and I will absolutely be getting another massage in the future.

I’ve been to this location several times for a deep tissue massage. Every time no matter who I have they never do a deep tissue massage. Recently went—told them they could go deeper, as if felt like they were just rubbing me—and they did for a minute or two and then went back to rubbing. Very irritating.The room I was in was also not clean—floors were dirty. There was no music playing so it wasn’t very relaxing. The therapist I had this time was very in and out. I felt rushed. The massage lasted for way less than it should’ve. It’s a 60 minute session. But he got me late and then left me laying on the bed after I undressed for a solid 10 minutes before the masssge started. And then finished 5 minutes early and rushed out.Done with this place. Will not be back.

I wish I could say dont use Robert, hes horrible...but I cant. He is absolutely the best massage therapist I have ever used. I used to just call and schedule an appointment. It didnt matter who it was with. Once I used Robert, that was it. I wont use anyone else!! The problem is, EVERYONE wants Robert. I had to book 5 weeks in advance to get him.

I’m not one to post reviews, nor am i upset or angry about the outcome. Although it’s a little disheartening to pay $100+ for a massage and come out with back pain that wasn’t there before. My wife and i got a couples massage on July 22nd and we’re excited since it was my birthday. We also never get massages so we figure the $100/person was worth it. I’ve had good experiences before with this place but this time was different. My therapist seemed to focus only on hard pressure points almost like she was trying to relieve stress. Although she never asked me why i came in while my wife’s therapist did. I didn’t say anything because i just thought that’s how she did her massages. While walking to my car i felt a sudden nerve discomfort and it went away. Only coming back when i moved a certain way. Didn’t say anything because i couldn’t imagine it being from the massage. Well fast forward to day and it has progressed daily until now sometimes breathing wrong is excruciating.Just wish the outcome from going here didn’t turn into this. Nothing wrong. Most likely was just a freak accident with the therapist i had. Maybe she was new i don’t know.

The table made a buzzing sound throughout the entire time and they dont have maternity tables for prenatal massages. The massage oil was just unscented lotion?The staff however were very nice!Not feeling like it was worth the price..----UpdateAs asked in the comment below, (which Im assuming now was only to address a negative review) I did contact them and explained there in full (I left some things out of this public review to be nice) the issues I had again for them on their site. I received back a nice email of customer service platitudes. This whole experience has been a waste of time and money.

I’m leaving 1 star because the Rogers manager gave me a refund. The blue haired massage therapist will steal your money, call you a liar and the front desk receptionist who confirms your appointment does the same. I’ve never in my life had 2 women steal from me, lie to me and not be able to count to 45. I booked my husband a massage for HIS BIRTHDAY ( new client) and he sent me a sweet text thanking me. Oddly 29 mins later AFTER “AN HOUR MASSAGE ( do that math) he sent me a photo saying thank you—I’m wondering how he possibly sent me the photo as he should be getting a MASSAGE.Imagine my surprise when he walked through the door not even being gone for 1 hour.I called them to inquire and the receptionist and masseuse attempted to justify their theft and lies, they BOTH LITERALLY TOLD ME SHE STARTED 10 mins early, which is AMAZING AS I HAVE A PHOTO OF MY HUSBAND IN YOUR LOBBY AT THE SAME TIME HES GETTING A MASSAGE, but luckily, smart phones have TIME STAMPS. Worst service probably in the state, do not go here. Go see Jose at FDC. This place is a deplorable, dishonest joke.

Massage Envy is a partner with KLRC; thats why we chose to use them. My fiance, at the time, schedule a couples massage on the busy and hectic week of our wedding. We had decided to have night to relax and get away and just enjoy each other. As the day would have it, everything took an hour longer than expected. By the time I crawled through traffic on I-49 I was a half hour late to our appointment. Ike was waiting there trying to get things sorted out. We had compromised by deciding to do a half hour. I was almost in tears out of shear stress from the day. I was thankful for any time of a massage, we definitely dont splurge often. After sitting in the waiting room a few moments an employee came in and said weve worked some magic and were able to get yall in for a full hour because we really feel like yall could use it. Oh my goodness and magic it was. It took us a bit to unwind but both massage therapists were amazing! Every person in the place was so kind, helpful and cheery and it was certainly the highlight of our day and a great way to relax.

This was my second time getting a massage at Massage Envy but my first time with the therapist Michael and let me tell you it was the best massage I’ve ever received from anywhere. He knew where every muscle in my body was and took his time on the ones that needed extra attention. This experience was top notch! If you’ve never had a massage from Michael you’re missing out!

The manager at the Rogers and Fayetteville, Arkansas location is extremely rude. I cancelled my membership but still planned to come in regularly and pay per massage. I referred my mom for a massage and she ended up signing up for a membership last year. However, she was unable to use due to fibromyalgia flare ups. When my mom cancelled her membership she was told she could transfer some of her massage credits so they were not wasted. When she called to transfer two of her credits, she was told it was not policy to do so. When my mom questioned due to what she was told previously, the manager called her a liar and refused to give her name or store number and told her to call corporate. I am appalled at the level of customer service and will never return to Massage Envy and will be telling all of my friends and family to go elsewhere. I will also be leaving reviews on google and Yelp. Massage Envy should be ashamed of how they treat their clientele!

I just received a 1 hour massage from a therapist who stated they have 10 years experience. With that I would expect them to have some sort of technique, apart from sweeping( basically rubbing lotion on me). I clearly stated i was having back and neck pain and he barely touched my neck. I asked him to knead more and he didn’t know I was talking about. His stalling skills were poor and I was quite sure it was his first massage. The place is pretty and the receptionist was nice, but I feel worse and have a huge headache. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

I was in last week for a one hour massage. Worst service I have ever had from any LMT or with Massage Envy. Submitted an online complaint that evening and heard nothing from their management. I have now called the spa and am waiting for a call back. I will not name the therapist but there is no way this person should be practicing. I wondered if they were impaired. Am still stunned from the whole experience and seriously questioning my investing in a membership. They claimed 10 years experience. ???

Ive gotten my first massage ever from Pam at Massage Envy in Fayetteville, AR. She was so wonderful and I was more comfortable than I though I would be going in my first time. Nick was so kind to show me around and let me try out the massage chair while I waited. Thank you all so very much!

Worst massage ive ever had. Guy obviously did not know what he was doing. I left in more pain than when i came in because dude just kept digging his thumbs over the same place in my back for the entire hour. No technique at all, just rubbing up and down as if he had never gone to school and was just guessing as to what a massage was. He also tried striking up small talk multiple times through the whole massage. Not relaxing. Then as i was being checked out, the girl at the front asked me out loud in front of other people if i wanted to leave gratuity. Rude. Never going back.

Cant really say. It was kinda cute inside. I asked about jobs then asked about a massage. She said they couldnt fit me in at all that day. I didnt see anyone there. But maybe they were busy

I had my first massage at Massage Envy today with Michael. I have had lots of massages from other places over the years and this one was the absolute best. Michael is very thorough and professional.

Extremely Satisfied! Booked a couples massage with short notice and they were able to accommodate us on Sunday. Jenny was my masseuse, very professional. Overall great experience!!

While I did have a dispute with ME Fayetteville, it was settled fairly - hence this edit of my review. I would trust ME Fayetteville for their services in the future.There are better places in NWA for these services. I need a massage for knotted muscles - not for a lotion application. Management promised better - that masseuse only works mid day mid week, not very convenient but worse when even her efforts were subpar. Ive better facials with Ivory soap then the one I had here. A really good cleaning would really help the place as well.

I love the services here. Great massage and my facial treatments made a huge difference. A few facials, which were bliss and a microderm abrasion. Chemical peel soon.

Highly disappointed. I paid for a 60 minute massage and the massage only lasted for 40 min. I do not recommend going to this Massage Envy.

Awesome massage...Highly recommend the deep massage, go early and enjoy their massage chair before a full body deep massage.
