I never usually make a review but I loved this place. My first time ever getting a massage. It was so peaceful. Ms. Coco did great job. Ms. Cali was a great host. Running a great business. I will be coming back.

Heard alot of good things about this place. I tried this morning and left there wanting to gag! Amy, the lady at the desk (not receptionist) asked what I wanted. I asked for an hour massage and it turned out to be 30 minutes, because she said four hands! Cash, no receipt and left disgusted! SCAMMER

They get one star because I have to rate. They deleted my previous post but I will be posting it again…. My husband did not want to listen to me when I told him them they cheat you out of money and force you to tip 20 or more. I told him this is what they did to me and that I read reviews of them doing this. He insisted he liked the way they massaged him a previous time. He went today , 12/6/23, had a 12:30pm appt. He was told $70 for an hr. He handed his card and was told the card machine is not working and to get cash out of their atm. He takes out 100 (because he’s going to Tip afterwards). He took went back to the counter and the lady is writing up the fee .He sees 100 dollars written on the paper. He ask “ isn’t the massage 70 dollars “… she tells him “ 30 dollar tip “ while smiling. He immediately thought about what I said and laughed his way outta there. lol he called me as soon as he left saying I was right about them. Unprofessional, desperate, and scammers . If they delete this, I will repost. Now I will repost my experience again because they have deleted it . If u visit there, pay attn and you will see for yaself

I havent had a massage in I dont know how long, aside from the ones the hubs gives. I was told to check this place out and Im so glad I did!!! I saw Lilly and although shes petite, shes quite strong and gave me a much needed deep massage that felt oh so wonderful! Its a quaint little place with plenty of parking, spacious and clean inside and a hidden gen for sure! Ill be coming back and urging others to visit. Happy that I gave this place a go and will be back!

As my husband and I are new residents, I reserved a couples massage for our first date. It was an excellent encounter. professional and spotless. wonderful massage for an hour. NO complaints, we will return without a doubt!

Fantastic massage. Needed to give some instructions regarding target areas, but the language barrier prevented it. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely return.

Hello everyone I’m a massage therapist myself and I love to travel. One day after a jet leg tiring flight I just wanted a GENTLE and relaxing massage. Unfortunately In all honestly, I’m not sure she is as experienced as she proclaimed, instead of stretching out muscles gently with the essential oils. She demolished my back smacking me hard and even stood up on top of my lower back where it hurts the most and dived in carelessly. This Mrs. was chopping over my spine and in Uncomfortable places…I was in so much pain I almost cried. I would hope it wasn’t intentionally, anyone would have realized how tense my body had became just extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore in my experience I didn’t enjoy it. Hope she practices more and treat people more kindly, I still paid her, although my back was worst when I left there, sorry I do not recommend.

I was here for vacation from Florida , but all the driving left my back hurting from all the driving. I looked for a massage place on Google and found Eden massage. I walked into the spa barely making it in because of all the pain. A soft spoken Asian massage therapist lead me to a beautiful decorated room. I was in so much pain and the therapist remove my shoes and socks for me. She incorporated a hot stone medium pressure massage on my back. She also used hot towels and moved them all over the rest of my back. 15 minutes before my massage what do be completed she did a soft tissue massage. She left the room so that I could get dressed and brought me a bottle of cold water. I was feeling so good I had no problems putting my shoes and socks back on by myself. I highly recommend this place and plan on getting another massage before I go home so I will be relaxed before I drive back to Florida. I think the therapists name was Kelly. Let me start by saying if you enjoy deep tissue massages then Eden Massage is for you. Ask for Lily and you will truly get the best deep tissue massage ever. I received my one hour massage tonight. Was it relaxing? No. But that is a good thing in my opinion. If you have muscle aches and pain and are expecting a deep tissue massage and you’re relaxed or falling asleep, then the massage isn’t deep tissue. It’s now two hours after my massage and I am NOW RELAXING. All muscle pain gone. No more muscle spasms holding me back. If you don’t go here you’re missing out on the best treat in Fayetteville. Thank you Lily. P.S. just communicate with Lily during your massage on pressure and you’ll come out feeling rejuvenated.

Hey I just wanted to list here that Im not a negative person nor do I like to complain about anyone or any service. Having said that I give my experience because of the end of my massage. I went to go pay and the lady said there is a required 20% tip that was not mentioned in the beginning. I gave her less but she started to want to argue. So if you like arguing after your massage because if hidden prices then enjoy this at Eden massage. If you dont then there are a couple other places that you may want to try first . If not then I hope your goes better

After reviewing the mixed reviews, I decided to give Eden a try. I am really glad I did. The massage therapist was very good and hit all the right spots. I felt wonderful when we were done. As advertised, the language was challenging but I had no issues. I plan on going back.

I read a lot of the reviews about Eden massage. The recurring issue i picked up on in the reviews was that the ladies doing the massage ask for a bigger tip than what you give them. I determined to try out this place anyway especially after the management commented that they had fired the person responsible for this reprehensible behavior.So I called and reserved a time slot for a 1 hour massage. Upon arrival I was ushered back to a room and told to get ready for the masseuse which is typical no papers to sign is not, but thats ok just hurried the process along. When the masseuse came in she explained in very broken English I would be getting a 30 min massage instead of the 60 min we had agreed on because this would be a 4 hands massage (2 masseuses).I tried to explain i still wanted the 60 min but she kept repeating her broken English about 4 hands so I said ok lets get on with it.I have to say the two ladies Jessica and not sure the others name did a great job. Some very unorthodox massage moves like neck popping and walking on my back but I really enjoyed it hence 3 star rating. At the end I paid for the massage and tipped each masseuse 20.00. I should have only had to tip one but since they insisted both be there I tipped both. What got me was they had the Gaul to insist and argue how they should each get 30.00 tips instead of the 20.00 I paid. I kept explaining I just paid 40.00 dollars in tips + massage fee but they kept arguing. At this point I told them they were not supposed to be asking for tips and stood my ground. Despite the warnings in the reviews I was totally stunned that they kept repeating that tactic!If they are allowed to continue there business will plummet because people like me will be to embarrassed to return! FYI I never did get them to understand I wanted the typical massage with just one masseuse. BEWARE ITS TRUE THEY MAKE YOU FEEL BAD ABOUT THE AMOUNT YOU TIP THEM.

Let me start by saying I have gotten many massages. Tonight was one of the best deep tissue massages ever. Lily will work out all your aches and pains. Just communicate where you’re hurting and whether the pressure is ok. Your massage will not be a relaxing massage. And you will not be falling asleep. Deep tissue massage and those two things do not go together. Relaxation comes hours later when you can feel all the aches and pains and muscles spasms gone. If you don’t go to Eden massage you will be missing out on a real Fayetteville treat.

Was just there for a massage and instead received one of the most relaxing experiences that I have had in a long time. The massage was worth more than what was charged in my opinion. Definitely looking to return when I am in the area!

Massage was decent. Tried to tip $10, therapist demanded more. Gave an additional $4, she told me the standard was $20 for an hour. Never in my life have I encountered someone who demanded more than a 15% tip, let alone more than 20%. Don’t go here. Place is cash only and shady.

I would not have even given this place one star if it were not for the fact that you have to give at least one to post a review. I have a $20 tip and she asked for another $20! First of all, it is rude enough to ASK for tips. Secondly, the fact that she didnt think $20 was a good enough tip is even worse! The massage was not even that good. The room was cold and she didnt use enough lotion so it started to get dry and hurt. I have had way better for way less. I will NEVER come back to this place. Save your money and get a better massage somewhere else.

I was traviling through Fayetteville and really needed a massage, being in the car for a long time is a drag. Eden managed to take me in right away. The place was clean and looked nice, I had a cute massage therapist and wow was her hands strong. She seemed to know how to apply the proper pressure and worked out all my knots. Price was good as well. Im glad I found this place and will be coming back.

We are new in town and I booked a couples massage for a date night for me and the hubby. It was a wonderful experience. Clean and professional. A great hour massage. ZERO complaints, we will definitely be back!

The massage was good, they had different techniques that they used to help with the tensions. Only issues I had was setting an appointment is pretty much useless. The English of the Staff was only marginal. The session was supposed to be a hour long but it ended 10minutes short. The main area that I had asked to be covered wasnt really covered like I had expected it to, my ankle. The room was freaking cold also.Id recommend this place, if youre having pains.

It was a great place to get a message. The staff there was really great and friendly, and they understood my needs when I told them how aches were. They were reasonably priced, and you get more than what you pay for.

Never had a therapist continually talk with a coworker during a massage. Then she tried to get me to give a bigger tip by showing me receipts from other customers. As far as the massage, it wasnt bad but Ive had better.

My husband and I got a couples massage and it was great they did a wonderful deep tissue on him and were very gentle for me. They listen to your needs and adjust accordingly. Will definitely be back!

Visited this Eden again back in March 5th. Used my credit card, and when I looked at my bank statement on the 27th, Eden massage charged me $170 for a 1 hour back only massage. Im trying to dispute the charge, but doesnt look good.Do not go to this place. They will double charge you if you use your credit card. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

My masseuse did an amazing job throughout the whole massage. I communicated with her throughout on what I wanted and felt refreshed after my session.

Massage was subpar. Was some someone rubbing me through a blanket most of the time. The tables are uncomfortable and service was terrible. They tried to make me tip more than I already did. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay away from this place. Every time someone came in my massager walked out of the room to go deal with them which is terrible.

I have been here twice. Jenny was great. Worked out my shoulders and back. Pressure was awesome andatmosphere was inviting. Truly enjoyed both of my massages.

Paid for an hour and only got 48min of massage. When I tried to tip 10% because of being shorted on time they took my money and wouldn’t give me my change back.

Love this place. Excellent massages. True to deep tissue. Worked out knots and kinks. Brought my mom and dad and now another visit for me. See you guys next week. Worth every penny

The only reason why Im giving them one stores because they were forcing me to give them a tip. And when I didnt give them a tip they caught an attitude and gave me and ugly look. I got a $70, hour massage and they watch me go to the ATM to get $80 out of my account. And they said $10 tip, I said no because I need that for gas but they constantly ask me for it so I walked out.

Eden Massage deep tissue massage hit all the right pressure points and nerves and left me very relaxed and stress free. The massage therapist had very strong hands, I would definitely come back again.

Found this place on line, its been awhile from my last massage. I love Eden! They did a deep tissue that really helped me. The lady was cute and thats always a plus. Hope to go back soon.

Great experience. We got a couples massage on a walk-in. Staff were very friendly. There was a little of a language barrier but if you just let them do what they do you will leave floating on a cloud.

I had a great experience at this place. Came in and tried the deep tissue with my husband which they had the offer for couple. The store is fresh and clean , very relaxing. Professional and friendly staffs. Will definitely be back.

I called to make an apt and the lady said she was too busy call back later. She wouldn’t even tell me the prices. And hung on me. Only communication I could get was I’m busy. Wow this place must be good if they too busy to answer the phone. I’ll take my money else where.

I had a wonderful massage after over working my back muscles it was a miraculous recovery due tothe best massage I ever had.

Dont recomend i went there yesterday the price is $70 an hour which i was gonna pay but she said she was busy and for me to to come back in 30 mins. i came back 30 mins later she told me to come back in 30 mins. i call today and she tells me it is $70 plus atleast a 20 percent tip so ur looking at a minimum of $84.

Massage was good, but just like others have said before... the ladies will demand a tip afterwards.. I dont mind tipping but please dont demand one from me... last night got a massage and lady came in while I was dressing and demanded tip... when I said what was 70$ for... she said thats for owner not me... I need tip.... 1st of all you massage me for one hour and thats exactly what I paid for.... Secondly I didnt get any special treatment or ask for extra time..not professional at all...

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The entire massage was so painful, and when I left I had so much pain in my shoulder muscles that lasted for days. She even chased after me for a tip at the end. It was awful.

The massage was ok. My visit was after lunch. The smell of Asian food was really strong.

I tried to book an appointment twice on the website but there were no options to book other than calling the establishment. When I called to book, the owner immediately answered with “I’m busy” and hung up before I had a chance to speak.

The experience was great. I felt relief and release. Professional stuffs and good services with reasonable price. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place.
