When I came in yesterday, I really wanted to like this place. The ambiance was cool but unfortunately, the service was lacking.As someone who has been to many hookah lounges up north, I expected more.When I walked in, the server was just sitting on her phone. In my experience, servers should greet guests and make them feel welcome. Despite letting her know that it was my first time, she didnt seat us or provide a menu until we asked, which is crazy to me. She simply turned on the music and didnt attend to our needs unless prompted. This level of service is just wild to me.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ! Went this Wednesday to try to buy a section, throw money and pop bottles with my friends from out of town. I along with another customer named blaze requested for the same server Shawna for the simple fact her costumer service is top notch. However the tall brown skin lady with curly hair who in fact said she was the new owner told us “no you get what you get “ and gave us the WORST SERVER along with her being VERY RUDE and disrespectful Towards us . Then had the nerve to talked down on the employees and to put the cherry on top we waited almost 3 hours for a hookah because our server never came back to check on us . It took Shawna asking us how we were doing ,and immediately she brought us a hookah and turned us up . I recommend if you want good service call weeks prior to coming and ask for SHAWNA ! So this doesn’t happen to you

The services of the hookah girl (SHAWNA) was an absolute delight! From the moment she arrived, her professionalism and friendly demeanor were evident. Not only was she prompt in setting up the hookah, but her expertise in preparing it to perfection was impressive. The flavors she offered were top-notch, and she was accommodating to our preferences. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and the personalized touch she brought to the experience. It made our outing even more enjoyable and memorable. She had such a positive attitude along with her bubbly personality. The familiarity and passion about products and services at Anubis Hookah Lounge shows that she enjoys her job. I went in recently because I was new to the area and wanted the checkout the scene. The bartender Jada was phenomenal, great drinks and quick service. I was quite impressed with her! Tried the hookah and that was good as well. Overall pretty cool place , art was good and vibes were good.

I was visiting North Carolina to see family and decided to visit this lounge for the first time. The bottle girl, Shawna, was very polite and patient with my indecisive selection choices. I will definitely return just to have services with her again! Also, the music playing was up to date and had a really nice flow.

Every time I go to Anubis, it’s nothing but great vibes! The hookah and music are great but one bartender in particular steals the show. Casey Jay was amazing!!! She is always so lit and accommodating and she will make sure you have a good time and a drink in your hand! Request her next time you go, I promise you wont be disappointed!

I have been to many hookah lounges and this one captures the vibe I was looking for. Our bartender, Jada, served FANTASTIC drinks and was super quick; atmosphere was cool, chill, down to earth, all that you need. Art was cool too, but has more potential. otherwise, Id recommend getting the Blue Mist hookah flavor, absolute fav!

Love the Vibes here! One of the girls Shawna kept me and my Bf laughing the whole night. She had Great CS I ordered a hookah and use the flavor the hookah girl suggested the flavor was not it lowkey was pissed but Shawna got us right I even stayed out longer than usual !

I didnt even make it inside before security told me purses are not authorized. Im trying to wrap my mind around why women cant bring in a purse. Where am I supposed to put my ID (unless u dont check for it) or my money (unless everything is free of charge). We ended up going to Marleys cafe & Lounge instead.

If your new to the area and love hookah but also want to have the time of your life go here and ask for Shawna her services is magnificent and she goes through the menu with you making it easy for you to see what you want .She is one of the first persons I know to know the menu off the top of her head . Came in on Saturday night I usually drop in from time to time. It’s a Chill spot to check out with some friends. I had a pleasure of having Shawna as my hookah girl, she was friendly and great with checking on our needs.

I spend majority of my weekend days here and the vibe is immaculate, Cydney was the best. Energy was perfect and was very fast paced. Would recommend this place and having her!

Service is trash. Bartenders have an attitude. Customer service is subpar. Don’t use your card here. Not sure if they steal your card info to run your card in the future, but I keep getting bank notifications for purchases at Anubis and had to cancel my card. Looks like this location is in need of new ownership and management.

Very cute spot. There is a cute outdoor sitting around out back and in the front. The inside is very small maybe 6 booths...the drink were not good....weak and just not good. Expensive too.

Trash. To start off, it’s overpriced to get in. Security is VERY SELECTIVE on who they follow rules for; they said no purses to my group of friends, however allowed other women to carry theirs in. Drinks and shots SMALL and OVERPRICED and couches had patches and holes in them. If you’ve been to quality hookah lounges, this is NOT it, more so for patrons who don’t know how a good establishment looks and operates. Save your money 😊

Great joint with an awesome vib and staff. It looks awesome with all the blacklights and painted walls and hookah is very affordable. Plus they got a blacklight painting of the star gate from SG1. Would definitely come again. :D

How do you charge $20 for a cover charge on a Saturday and have nobody working and nobody in the building. Drinks are $15 a cup and the cup is small. We had to wait 15 min. for someone to take our order and 30 min. for our hookah. This place is a joke and whoever manages this establishment is a fool. Go to a different hookah bar because this place is trash.

Place is a joke! Came on a Saturday night, charged $20 cover charge. Place was dead inside, then had to wait forever to make an order. Staff taking selfies while I had to wait to get any kind of service. Cost $15 for a small crown & coke and had to wait forever for my hookah. Ridiculous!!

I love it here! It’s a great vibe every weekend I come here, especially on Sundays for Karaoke Night! Definitely a new go-to spot for me when I’m in Fayetteville!

This is by far one of the best hookah lounges, bar, and night club Ive ever been to and Ive been to many. I almost never leave a review but I was so impressed by the staff I decided to eave a review. Its been a while since me and my wife had so much fun. The guards at the door were friendly, honest, and accommodating. We hadnt even paid to go in yet and they kindly let her into use the bathroom. The drinks were very good, reasonably priced, and more than on time. The DJs music was fire and they were very timely with the hookah despite how busy they were. I give this place five stars and more than happy to go there for years to come. Its awesome and the atmosphere is great, definitely go visit for a good time.

Very nice atmosphere upon arriving, but a few red flags. There is a no purse policy but they don’t check you at the door which is weird because pockets bras shoes and socks are still a thing, I actually had a protection device that I forgot about in my boot. There’s a velvet chair in the women’s bathroom… maybe just a Halloween decoration but that’s was a no for me, God knows what it’s collected sitting in there. The Manager could do with an attitude check. Working with the public you should have an inviting “how can I help you” attitude. While I very much understand policy and that rules are rules there is a certain way to go about things. There is a way to stand on your establishment rules and protect your staff while still being polite and helpful or at least give that illusion. Miss girl was so snappy and dismissive with a customer in front of me that I decided not to order anything. I didn’t know if it was a bad night for her or what but it definitely didn’t make me say omg I would love to interact with her. And the customer was actually in the wrong so that says a lot I would say. There was a sense of disorganization as well. I’m not sure if some sort of collaborative thing was going on but a flyer was made for the “event” that I attended that advertised things that the house staff was clearly not aware of which caused some confusion when another customer in front me wanted a discounted drink advertised on the flyer. Again the woman in charge was just stand offish about it. Although she did up cooperating it was clear that she did NOT want to. The flyer said that this was a weekly event but maybe they just started it because it was also a terribly small crowd along with everybody not being on the same page about prices and the process of entry so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt. There was a list that if you mentioned a certain persons name I guess you got in free or whatever but I’m not even sure because at the door people were mentioning this person and being on the list but were not on there and still being allowed whatever benefits being on the list offered. Maybe it was just to give off a fancy vibe. The art on the walls was BOMB.

I came here last Saturday with a friend. We got there around 12 ish and waited for a little outside, probably no more than 15 minutes. The staff was extremely nice from the men at the door, the hookah girl and the bartender. It’s exceptional customer service. Everything came out at a decent pace especially because it was busy. It’s very comfortable there between the customers and staff. The atmosphere is nice for people that aren’t looking for an extreme party scene, it’s more laid back. The location is nice and even when it was packed there was plenty of parking that wasn’t too far from the building. This has easily become one of my new favorite locations and the fact that there’s someone replying to the reviews good and bad is also a plus. It’s also nice to be able to make reservations and be able to come in and out without having to worry about losing your place inside. I’m excited to have found this place and recommended everyone try it out.

Ive come here in the past and was never told a reentry fee before. As I was getting ready to leave one of the male staff workers who sits at the door lied to my face when I asked about it as Im leaving and he lied and said that I was drunk and I absolutely do not drink. He then said Ok and had the nerve to try and fist bump me. I told him I probably will not come back and then said Ok. I had a bad feeling he thought he could target me and then to lie to my face and try to fist bump me. He should not be working for a lounge in my opinion.

Last night, I was introduced to this amazing hookah lounge by a good friend who I frequent local hookah establishments with had the pleasure of meeting the owner Anthony. At first I was put off by the distance I had to travel but quickly that disappeared by the friendly welcomed we received. I consider myself a hookah enthusiast and lover of great vibes and i was NOT disappointed in the least! The atmosphere was exactly what I wanted (great music, lighting, hookah flavor and comfortable chairs)! Before the end of the night I was sold and knew that when I wanted a night out with friends or solo I would come back to Anubis. I was able to have a great conversation with Anthony about my personal hookah, flavors and my experiences at other lounges. Anthony was extremely generous, kind and very welcoming which made my drive that much more enjoyable! If you are skeptical about traveling across town to enjoy a nice hookah with friends then do not hesitate to stop in and give them a try! I had the Joe’s mix and was not disappointed! This is the best hookah lounge in my opinion and so will be back to bring my friends and family. Thank you Anthony you have a customer for life!

Overall fun party atmosphere, but the hookah is way to over priced for it to have absolutely no flavor. I even tried another hookah later in the night with a pineapple bowl and it still had no flavor. Drinks are also way over priced. I had a good time with friends but probably won’t be back.

Went here for the first time this past Sunday for a friends birthday and had a GREAT TIME. It has a cute setup, good drinks, hookah, good music, and the staff were very friendly. This is definitely one of the top hookah lounges in the area. I will definitely be returning.

The hookah and drinks are great and all the ladies are even better; with management and the bartenders. Check it out for yourself! There is no other better location in Fayetteville.

Went last night for my brothers birthday the music and Hookah were great but 2 drinks and 2 shots for almost $60!! That’s ridiculous I know at bars you obviously pay more but even just the drinks were $30 that’s a rip off and the drink wasn’t even strong smh 🤦‍♀️ probably my first And last time

The venue caught my attention through a mutual friend whose recommendations were spot on. Anubis offers a completely different vibe than the other hookah lounges and is constantly upgrading it’s services. Amazing hookah options, great music and a creative drink menu! Definitely the spot to go for those in the know!

Drinks are way too high. They did the most at the door I had a small purse that was too big to take in. Thank God I didnt catch an uber; on top of that they took my photo. Honestly I might have picked a place out of my age group but with those grown prices I expected more of an experience at least glasses not plastic cups at almost 15 a drink.

It took an hour to get one hookah, which the staff was rude in giving to us, additionally the three persons to one hookah rule is a straight rip off off if you order at 1130 and receive hookah 30 minutes before closing. I’d rate them negative stars is the site allowed it.Additionally they use tactics such as banning you to return because you’ve provided a negative review of them. Definitely do not go here!!!

We showed up and we’re told they were to full capacity and the next thing we see is they let this beautiful black lady in. When I asked about it I was told she was invited. Invited or not full capacity is full capacity and then not 30 minutes later the let in about 15 black people apparently coming from another club of which I won’t name. I am not stupid. I am white and they wouldn’t even let the other black people in that had been waiting like me. Worst club entry experience ever in my life and I have went to clubs in Memphis and downtown Raleigh and never been treated like this. The owner may want to review his entry staff for sure. I will never be back not my friends.

Sharing one star because I can’t share none. Cover charge is $20, and the drinks start at $10. Groups of more than two can’t share a hookah. Go somewhere else!

We were very excited to try this place, however, it’s sad they had us pay the cover and go in knowing it was already packed with no couches left available. It’s a first come first serve basis, but it would’ve been nice knowing that before wasting $30 (for 3 people on the cover) it was my last night visiting in town so just overall disappointed but they had good music.

Very bad experience. I invite my friend to check it out but I was surprised by the waitress that I have to leave my idea behind the counter until I leave incase I spill something on the floor. I was charged $50 for a hookah which is worth $30 at Aladdin at Hope Mills rd. . Not only that but we have to be kicked out 20 minutes earlier than closing because they have to clean up. Ill spend a penny or recommend any one to go there again.

The first experience was okay but tonight, my friend & I were there for all of maybe between 30 minutes to an hour and we just left because of how pushy the hookah girls were. They asked if we were ready to get one (which we weren’t YET) but they informed us that it was mandatory & kept coming back over and over badgering us about buying a hookah. Not welcoming at all, very unprofessional, lack of customer service & rude!

Atmosphere was very uninviting….The bartender and her supervisor had an WHOLE altercation about rather or not the bartender put WADE TOO SOUR in my drink or not…. After explaining to her that I make drinks she said well it’s no refunds and you free to purchase more drinks!!!!!’ Not anywhere I want to spend my money!!!!!!!!! I will never RETURN👎🏾

This used to be my favorite hookah lounge in fayetteville UNTIL this past Friday. Security let someone in with a weapon. A group of dudes began fighting and all of a sudden one of the guys started shooting INSIDE the lounge! Everyone dropped to the floor and hookahs as well as hot coals began to fly. I have never been so scared in my life and I spent 10yrs in the military. People were trampling over one another trying to get out and once out, the same guys began to shoot outside. My friends were trapped inside because they wouldn’t open the door to let anyone else out and he had our keys so I was a “sitting duck” outside! Anubis put hundreds of peoples lives in danger due to the neglect of their security officers. I will NEVER go there again! EVER!

Over priced hookah; people that don’t know how to make hookah and bartenders that don’t how to make a good drink but good music and vibes tho

I give this place one star only because the gentleman at the door was a liar. My brother and I came here 1st time check this spot out, but was told they reached capacity. We walked off as two females were walking up. They asked why we didnt get in we told them they reached capacity. Only to walk to our car and realized they let them in. We walked back up to ask if they reached capacity why were they letting people in. Two other females walked up asame time we did and they let them in as well. Their response was oh they were here earlier. They allow people to leave the premisesand come back whenever as long as they have a wristband on. Never got a chance to walk in the place.
