I had a massage and facial today and it was the BEST experience! The vibe walking in was relaxed and the girls I met were the sweetest. I will definitely be back!*Update*Miss Brandi is the best for getting a massage, you will leave feeling like a million bucks every time!

So, because it happened so long ago, I didnt want to believe the reviews HOWEVER, I booked an appointment on Varago...they canceled my appointment and gave me a refund because they didnt have the room available somehow and no later times which wouldnt have worked for me anyway. Just crazy.

1st time visit, walk-in. They had an opening and I got a 1hr massage. Great experience! Much needed. Very relaxing, comfortable, clean, professional, cater to customers needs. They offer many other services I hope to take advantage of during my visit in the area. Reasonable, fair pricing, worth the time and money spent! **Not sketchy like my stop before I found this place!** Also they cater to military, added bonus, another reason to support this business! 🫡💆‍♀️

I went with my mother as a treat for her and we LOVED it. She got a package with hot stones on the back added, and I got the introductory Swedish message. My mom is a war veteran so it was a plus that this spa employ’s and supports our countries Veterans. My mom also has bad anxiety so at first I was getting nervous but soon into the message she started to calm down and we both melted away! A fabulous place, we will be returning!!

The spa was so beautiful and offered so many services! This was my first time at Me Time Spa and I came for a birthday massage. It was literally one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I heard really good things about this place and wanted to try it out since it was near my house. I booked online like they said to on they’re website just to receive a call saying that the women who was suppose to be doing my service wanted to change the Change the day because she wasn’t coming in. Then I revived a email notification that the time of my appointment had been moved two hours later without anyone contacting me. I had to call them myself and ask them and they said it was because they had other people ahead of me that wanted to get multiple things. No one even bothered to call to ask if my schedule would be okay to do they appointment two hours later than scheduled because they had bigger clients. Then I received a call 2 days before my appointment saying that my services was canceling my appointment again and wanted to reschedule. I canceled my appointment all together because they did not care to communicate with a customer and we’re not nearly as professional as many other spas in town. They also did not offer be a refund even though I have already paid then $30 for a deposit on a service that they are choosing to cancel. So now I have to repay another person at a different spa.

I just call them to set appointment. at first was good then she When she found out i was using groupon she simply said she had nothing for 3 days in a row. My advice to this establish dont affilate using groupon if you dont want to honor it. Im glad i called first before purchasing. Or i would had lost money.

I suffered from bad blemishes and breakouts. I ran into Alisha and she gave me an on the spot consultation. I was able to make an appointment but so many many things came up I had to reschedule a few times. She was very understanding and very accommodating. My facial was everything and more. She was knowledgable of exactly my skins needs. The environment was calming and relaxing and she is one of the nicest most down to earth women Ive met in a while. Beautiful inside and out . My face has cleared up tremendously and its only been 3 days. I will definitely be coming back monthly and Im so happy I took the leap into her direction. Highly recommend.

I have always had a hard time with the front desk staff, however; kept going back because I absolutely loved one masseuse. Last night I booked a massage online and received confirmation. When I went in a fewMinutes prior to my apt, the staff had no record of my apt. They were able to get me with a masseuse right away. The massage started out very nice. Unfortunately, about a third of the way through it, she kept falling asleep. The massage from then on out was pauses and gaps while she nodded off and what seemed to be her just trying to keep her hands moving. All technique and attention to any area was gone. I was uncomfortable and confused. Once I had finished I proceeded to the front to pay. My total was $65. I handed the girl at the desk my card and she informed me they were only accepting cash. I got in my car and drove to the ATM to withdraw $80. When I returned I handed her the $80. She informed me they had no change.... (mind you the change would be a perfectly acceptable tip, however I had already given that to the masseuse). I took $20 back and dug around for some change. I managed to come up with 64.50. They seemed unsettled at the .50 cent difference but I had no other options. I dont ever leave less than positive reviews as I understand the weight they carry. This was just one thing right after another. I took the day off to pamper myself for a little bit and it became stressful and unsettling.

Had a facial with Alisha it was absolutely wonderful. My skin was glowing as if I had on makeup! The staff was truly friendly and attentive. The spa decor is very nice and they adhere to Covid-19 protocol, something that I really appreciated. I am a supporter of this spa. Thank you ladies.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of MeTimeDaySpa! Very welcoming when my husband and I came to get the couples massage and that was our first time receiving a professional massage. The Stella Red wine was delicious and music selection was relaxing with good vibes! Definitely will be coming back for their other services!

I loved the ladies here- Alisha did an amazing job on my lashes and definitely wants you to be happy with your results! Her prices are on par with the market and she is very friendly. He threading eyebrow technician is also amazing at what she does! I look forward to returning for both services in the future

By far the best massage experience I have ever had. Falaun is extremely skilled and got every kink and knot I had right out. Seriously you will walk out of this place feeling like a new person. She is AMAZING !!! I recommended her to a friend and my friend said the same thing...best massage ever. The staff is friendly and the facility is nice. This place is a hidden gem :)

Over the last two years, my family and I have spent nearly $1500 in gift cards and services for our mothers/aunts. My aunts reached out to Me Time to schedule their appointment within the last week with the expectation that they could utilize the remaining balance on their gift cards they received last year. They were denied the option and were informed that their gift card had an expiration date. The gift card receipt, gift cardholder, and the actual card do not have an expiration date PRINTED. As well, their salesman never communicated with ME (the buyer) when I purchased the gift cards on behalf of the group last year.On the phone, their front desk attendant stated that once the card is purchased from the store you have 60 days to schedule an appointment. In this case, their first appointment was satisfactory but on the second trip, they did not receive their full service and was told they could reschedule later.This is where the confusion really comes into play, they accepted one of the 4 cards purchased but DENIED the other 3 the opportunity to utilize their remaining balance. I called and requested a refund and was DENIED because they have a non-refundable policy.To the staff of Me Time Day Spa, we were avid supporters but I do not appreciate you and these counterfeit actions. If my family cannot receive the service as stated, please feel free to provide a refund for the balance on the 3 remaining gift cards.I hate returning home and hearing news like this. Me Time Day Spa is committing several crimes with this incident. Therefore, if you received or give a card, please make sure you ask these thieves to write the expiration date on your receipt.

I had two services done here. My entire experience was great. The lady assisting was very professional, pleasant and wanted to ensure I enjoyed everything, which I did. They offer a great array of services. Will be back.

Omg! Today was amazing! My friend and I went in not knowing what to expect. The place is beautifully decorated and the somber music is so relaxing. I got a Brazilian wax with a pampered foot massage. My friend got a massage with cupping. We were SO pleased with our services that we have already booked again. I’m scrolling the site right now to see what else I need to add on! Alisha is amazing, really down to earth and extremely good at what she does. I have never had a wax that left me so smooth. Fr. Zay is absolutely AMAZING with those hands! Book a massage and another service. Make a day of it. We wish we had. If I could give this place 1000 stars I would!

I bought a foot detox and foot massage Groupon deal from this business for my mother about a week ago. The receptionist was friendly and scheduled the appointment in a timely manner. However, my mother did not like how she was put in the lobby/front for her foot detox.. no privacy and not relaxing at all. They should have put her in a back room in the first place. Then she got her foot massage by Brittney (I think that was her name) and Brittney paused and fell asleep at least 2 times. That is not professional. Yall really need to address that to her and work on that. Overall the experience was just okay, nothing special.

I was searching to have a facial and I came across Me Time spa on Facebook. I set my appointment and the vibe was everything. Everything looked very nice and CLEAN! NOW on to my facial my skin has been EVERYTHING OKKKKK! The staff was very welcoming and nobody has touched my face since. Skin care line is the bomb.Thank you for the wonderful service.

Used a Groupon and they were extremely accommodating! My husband and I had the foot detox and massage. It was amazing! Both ladies were so personable, professional and kind. Amazing experience you won’t regret!

Just left Me Time, before today I would have suggested this place to anyone. I came in for an Appt at 12p, didn’t go back until 12:30p and was done by 1:10p. They then informed me that I had to by a fee for cancellation back in 2016. So today I paid $85 for a less than 45min massage. Receptionist tells me, “there’s nothing she can do, she just following the rules”. Mind you I waited 30 mins, neither the owner or masseuse apologized. I come out and see another woman waiting and masseuse says to her, “I really apologize about your wait, thanks for being so patient”. This was my place of choice for a massage but after today, I will not be back!

I love Me Time Day Spa! I had no idea how to take care of my skin and its been a ROUGH last 3 years. I hadnt taken time out for myself and decided to treat myself to an all out deep pore facial for my birthday. My birthday wish was to get my smile and glow back and they sure delivered that! The atmosphere was friendly, clean and easy to find. My appt was with Brandi, she sas very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She took the time explain my procedure in detail and provided me with a water. Inwas very pleased. I recommend this spa and I will be returning.

We bought a Groupon to get a massage from here. However, this place canceled our appointment without our knowledge. The lady at the desk was completely unhelpful. She said that she remembered there being an appointment, but it was removed. I will never give this place my money, and I hope Groupon returns my money because this is unacceptable.

My mom has been going to MeTime for 7-8 years. We recently purchased a Groupon and a direct MeTime certificate for my mothers arthritis. My mom just had to schedule the massage and enjoy! Unfortunately, she was given a difficult time when calling using the Groupon. She was told her appointment would be 3 or 4 months out. Having received appointments at MeTime before, she thought it was strange the appointment was so far out. The lady mentioned that the Groupon appointments were now only on Thursdays. When my mom mentioned she had another certificate, the tone changed and the lady was able to schedule her in 1.5 weeks. 😕 I called the owner/manager about the issue. While she apologized, nothing was done to rectify my Moms experience or our purchase of the Groupon. The Thursday policy was enacted after we purchased the Groupon, but the policy still applied to my moms Groupon gift. By the time, we were notified of the policy change it was too late to cancel the Groupon purchase and get a refund. There was no small print about Thursdays only on the Groupon before or after purchase.Recommendation to MeTime: Honor Groupons purchased before the Thursday policy was enacted. And then, limit the amount of MeTime Groupons massages are available on Groupons website to avoid an influx of Groupon clients. Either way, clients should get the same service..Groupon certificate or direct certificate. They are still paying customers.

Going back for my second appointment, today! Ive been looking forward to it for a week and a half!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind! I had microdermabrasion done for the first time and it was an excellent experience!! I couldnt get over how much knowledge they had about my procedure. They recommended the redness reducer (but didnt push) and cant believe how much it helped, I am ecstatic. I bought the Groupon for four microdermabrasion sessions and I am so excited to see the results; if only one made this big of a difference I cant wait to see what more will do! I swear, I know I sound like a paid sales person and I actually never do reviews but I was just that blown away!

My husband purchased a Groupon for us to use on a massage. When we called to schedule an appointment, they are booked 3-4 months out since we found out they only service Groupon deals on Thursday. When the appointment date arrived the Groupon voucher had expired. They offer no resolve or credit and state that you need to contact Groupon. Simply put, you lose out and just wasted money for a service that you will not receive. WHAT A SCAM! I decided to look at some reviews and noticed quite a few other people had this same experience. I will not recommended this business to anyone, because clearly customer service is not a top priority.

I made an appt for a wax. The receptionist was friendly. The owner, Dana, did my wax. She was very professional, and kind. She educated more about my waxing. I was extremely pleased with the everyone. She also is a veteran of the Army. That made my experience even better. I love supporting my veterans.

Purchased originally through groupon...what I didnt know was they only accept this on Thursdays and theyre booked 4 months in advance.Previously rated 2 stars...had another massage by Brandi, 4 months from the 1st and it was great, much better than the 1st.

I dont like waiting when I make an appointment and I am on time, but I loved my massage. A mom of 4 it relaxed me so much that I didnt know I fell asleep until she woke me up once it was finished. I dont know what she did. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Will suggest to anyone and go back

Bought two groupons back in April, called to schedule them and they said as of May 1st, groupons are only redeemable on Thursdays. They stated this was in the fine print. This was NOT in the fine print at the time of purchase, but perhaps updated as of May 1st.Love Zay, the masseuse, which is why both husband and I always request her. Too bad we wont be going back.

Went in to Me Time Day Spa this evening for a Brazilian Wax and when I say the best service I ever experienced, customer service was excellent and Dana who rendered the service was amazing, she was very welcoming and professional I was so satisfied I booked a consultation for a facial next week. They offer so many services definitely looking forward to my visit next week.

My husband and I really enjoy going here ever since our his and hers anniversary massage last year. My birthday was last Wednesday and he bought the 60 minutes Swedish massage package thats currently running. I want to highlight Ms. Zay, she did my massage and from the moment she laid her hands on me, it was on!!!! OMG, BEST MASSAGE EVER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZAY. Ive been getting massages for years from a well known place in town. Today was my first time trying Me Time , and I had the best massage I have ever had in my life by FeLaun. Unlike some places where a 60 minute massage is really only 50 minutes. ... this place says on hand time and you definitely get your full time . Ill be going back soon. The Me Time Day Spa is one of the best little nooks in town! The drive from inner city is so worth it. I have always came in and felt so welcome. Mrs. Linda is one of the sweetest most helpful people I know. She goes above and beyond to schedule you in, especially for regulars! It is like a piece of heaven every time I walk in here. Some people rather go to a bigger venue and spend a lot more money for the newly adopted technicians from FTCC. I would rather take Mrs. Lindas years of knowledge and skin wisdom any day. She is rooted with her culture and understands sensitive skin types. I feel like this is one of the best places and I did not want to give my best kept secret away, but if anyone disagreed with her awesome service, I had to give my POV!

The owner went above and beyond for my first time experience with a wax. She is well knowledged in her job and it shows! She has built my confidence 100 percent with her services. I highly recommend!

I purchased a Groupon for this spa and when I went to use it they said that they no longer honor them. I find this to be super unprofessional on their part. All they wanted to do was blame Groupon instead of thinking about the customer who is now loosing 50 bucks cause they don’t aren’t keeping their word.
