I came in today around 7pm, awesome young lady helped me pick out a new tank and is always so sweet! She was awesome the previous time as well! Makes the trips pleasant! Will be coming back forsure!!

Went for the first time a few days ago and bought their juice. It was a little harsh but I came back to see what we can do and they fixed it without a problem. The house juice here has amazing flavor will recommend to friends. The staff is super chill and easygoing! Definitely going to become a regular here.

Jeremy was so helpful! I’ve never been to a store that has locally made vape juice. He gave us a great discount for buying a vape kit, as well as 60ml of juice. They sell disposable vapes for much cheaper than stores around. He answered any questions we had, and even let us try out the juice before we bought it! The people there are wonderful. But they seem to have a problem keeping items in stock. I was recommended a tank to use that was one of the best and then after I bought it, three times in a two month period they were out of the coils for it. I feel that you shouldnt have to drive 30 minutes out of your way to their other store just to get the product Im looking for. If its something you recommend to people, make sure you have all of the parts for it in stock all the time.

Came to this location in desperate need of some juice, but they were having some difficulties with their systems. The young lady that was running the booth was very awesome, polite, and professional even though she was in the middle of technical issues. Long story short, me as a customer, I felt no pressures of there being an issue going on. Needless to say, this is why I love the Yadkin crew!

I went in this morning to replace a fossil of an ecig. The assistant manager was extremely helpful, she showed me my options that were in the price range that i wanted to spend. She is very knowledgeable, accomidating and super nice. She WAS NOT pushy or aggressive when it came to showing me ecigs. She respected the decision i made on one. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to. She is like one of those folks you just meet but feel you have known them forever. Really great experience.

I took a tank in that the glass was broken the lady working tried EVERY glass she had to try getting it fixed for me but my tank is older so we had no luck. So I bought a new tank and she took the time to set it all up for me! Thanks for always being amazing!!

I had a great exprience with the helpful staff. They spent a good while showing me different options amd explaining the difference. They had a very wide selection of products and i was able to try and test everything and they set me up completely before leaving. I will be back to get some different flavors. It looked like they went up to 24mg in most flavors. There is a 10% military discount and a referral card that gets someone a free bottle on their first visit. I havent been doing this long enough to say how their prices compare to others, however three different people told me this store is the best in the area. I will be back.

The guy who was helping me had no problem with how picky I am, he paid attention to what I liked and turned down, and ended up making an excellent suggestion that turned out to be a good pick. Everybody there treats you like family. Out of all of the vape shops that Ive been to this one is the most Chill Spot. They dont force you to just hurry up and buy they actually take the time to care about how your day is going. Its an amazing experience and I would recommend this to everyone, people who are trying to stop smoking, people who just need an upgrade on their current Vapes like its wonderful. Even if youre just having a bad day theyll definitely turn your frown upside down.

The female employee working was very ANNOYING, interrupting our conversation with another employee. No one could finish a sentence with her around. We are the type of customers that know what we want when we walk in, so constant nagging on what is on sale and trying to pick out products for us is excessive.The guy who helped us was GREAT. Asked the important questions, helped us pick out great flavors, got us the coils we needed and suggested a great vape.If she is there working by herself, we will surely walk right back out and take our business elsewhere.

Ok, so this is over a period. The first time I went in there, Jo was extremely helpful! But the guy, short with black framed glasses seemed sketchy and trying to get me out the door. The couple other times Ive been in there, it seems like everytime I go in there, there is a different person.. How do you get comfortable and learn what someone likes in terms of getting juice?How does your salesperson suggest what flavor suits someone? Which brings me to my biggest complaint, the house juice! Some flavors are good, some flavors seemed to have sat there that they have gone bad, and someone sold a few to me. The blood orange flavor has gone bad, tastes like fiinger nail polish remover, completely trashed ny coil. When asked to smell it, has a hard dried peice of juice sitting on top, so unable to smell it at all, and im not buying it like that, so it has sat there so long, the vegatable glycerin has dried.. And finally, the tobacco flavor ruined my coil, unfixable, trashed it, and put a cloud haze on my glass. The taste was like soap, as thick as soap, and when I took my tank apart to clean the glass, is bubbled up like soap, so if it look like a duck, and quacks like a duck, its not a chicken! When I called the guy to inform him of this issue, he didnt even listen to what I was saying, he just cut me off and said we cant exchange then! And I was not even interested in getting an exchange, even though it was my free bottle, from the buy 2 get 1 free deal that was going on at the time. So needless to say, Im very close to just taking my business somewhere else, I know there are businesses here in Fayetteville that will take my money!Additional review: just went in there again to get more juice, figuring, just maybe, quick visit, in and out, done, simple.. Well, according to my receipt, Brandon was very rude and hateful to me after he misunderstood what I was saying, admired for the big bottles, go the 30 ml bottles instead, didnt realize that I have been gettikng the 50 ml bottles, which is only like a 2 dollar difference.. So needless to say, you have lost a valued customer, and everyone that I have been convincing to start vaping will be sent somewhere else.. also, I have been there about 10 times in the past month and a half since i started vaping, they were giving me an initial card for when I buy bottles of juice I can work up to a free bottle of the small bottles of juice, well, they switched systems and it has lost my transactions so he only gave me a 25% off of 1 bottle, and I saw their guidelines, 1-4 juice purchases its 25% 5-9 Is 50% I should easily be over the 9 mark, but it is what it is, yall failed a d for that, someone else will be getting my business!!

Absolutely loved this place! My husband and I wanted to find a new vape shop after we got here but it’s even better than the franchise we went to in Augusta! Great staff and loved the variety of juices.

I absolutely love this vape shop!! It’s the only vape shop I use. They treat me like family and are very accepting. They also work to make sure you have the best set up to fit your needs! I tell all my friends that vape to go to this shop! They got me off the juul and it was the best decision I ever made! And they juice policy is the only one I have ever seen. If you like a juice in the shop and get it in your vape and you don’t like it, as long as you have 75% or more left in the bottle you can go get it exchanged for free!!! It’s amazing!!! Deff the best vape shop I have been to and will be the only one I go to while I’m in Fayetteville, NC!

I found this Shop when I moved to Cameron. I have been to two others and I happened upon this one. I think they are experienced and know what theyre talking about which to me is rare as far as who knows what about throat hits and the strength of a vapor liquid so I had a great experience there and I will continue to go there.

Came in to spend money, as soon as I walked in I noticed a couple full tables where every one was sitting and chatting. It was 30 min till closing but no one acknowledged me as I approached the displays while looking around for some service. This young lady finally got up (real friendly) I explained what services I needed, and I was even willing to come back the next day to pick up a completed set of coils. She pointed to one of the tables and said your going to have to ask one of them I was confused on why I was asking for service. In any other shop I would have already been given a quote and may have already been done with the simple task I needed and was certainly willing to pay for. I told the nice young girl that I would return another time that was convenient. Needless to say I wont be returning and will caution all of my e cig using friends to steer clear of this establishment due to severe lack of customer service.

Went there as a guy who had never vaped in my life and the staff was really helpful. Described to me the different kinds of vapes and different price ranges and ended up getting me exactly what I wanted, while letting me try each vape individually to see what I preferred. After a year+ away, Im back in FayVille and wow, the vape landscape here has changed. I watched all of the Madvapes shops in Texas shrivel up and die, and apparently that deleterious effect has spread to Electra since the merger. And reading the recent reviews, Im totally confused. Are you family members? Are your taste buds shot? Have you never been to a good shop, so you dont know the difference? Did you even visit the same shop that I went to yesterday?The more knowledgeable staff are gone, the new crop only seem to know how to push SMOK garbage, and some of the cheapest (price, flavor, and quality) juice choices in the industry.And now, according to my old boss, the chain is up for sale again. Thatll be what, fourth time in three years? Drive right past. There are better choices in town.

I purchases a SMOK Trophy tank and some itaste vv batteries last week.. Great Combo. Throat hit, vapor, taste, all great. I stopped in yesterday to grab another Trophy tank but they were out of stock. The sales girl said they had a generic one that was just as good as the original and it used the same atomizers. Got home filled it up and nothing. No vape at all. Took it back and they said the atomizer was wrong, was too short (its what came in it) So they replaced it. Now it kinda works, This generic tastes nothing like the original. I cant even feel any throat hit at all. I get smoke but no satisfaction, its like i hit nothing. After 3 or 4 hits it starts tasting burnt, have to put it down for a while before the burnt taste goes away (The original works perfect, can hit it 10 times in a row without the flavor changing) I tried both tanks side by side on the same battery with the same settings with the same juice, they both have 2.5 ohm atomizers. there is a HUGE difference. One works, tastes great, one doesnt, tastes Horrible. I returned for the second time within a few hours to let them know it wasnt working right and got attitude almost immediately. The girl behind the counter tried it and said it was working fine, nothing they could do for me (she vapes 6mg on 3v, I use 24mg on 4.5v) of course its going to taste strong to her. I asked her to compare it to my original, she said she didnt need to, that it was working fine. Grrrr but its not, it tastes really light and burnt. The best way to describe the lightness is it felt like pulling on a broken analog cigarette. I didnt want a refund, i just wanted to exchange it for one that works. Maybe pay the difference and get the original when it comes in. Only had the pos with the correct atomizer for a few hours. I wouldnt have another one of these if it was free. Ive spent Hundreds and hundreds of dollars at Electra Vapor and referred at least 25+ people. I own a business across the street and every time one of my customers asked about my E-cig i pointed out the window..Now when i point across the street itll be to tell them to stay away. So many people forget about customer service these days. (because they are just employees, it doesnt matter to them, they get a paycheck regardless) They can care less if their customers are happy, i felt like she was calling me a liar. I didnt come back complaining because it was fun. I came back because i felt like i spent my hard earned money on garbage. Garbage that was recommended to me by the store. There are plenty of other places now to buy locally and I can guarantee you that Electra Vapor wont get any more of my money. I recommend looking elsewhere for your vaping needs.

I am assuming this is the same place as madvapes. But geez these coils are insanely over priced and due to no contact I wasnt told the price until after they ran my card. I paid more for 2 coils than I do for 3 at cloud city vapor.
