Mr. Smoke Vape Shop

Horribly leaky cart and no exchange provided. $30 product leaked out overnight. Granted we did leave the store, but proof of purchase was in the account. They argue that the reason they can’t refund is because we could’ve just brought in a cart from a different purchase but my response to that is that proof of purchases are held in accounts and this was our first experience even buying anything from this store and they would’ve seen it was the recent and our only purchase. I asked if she could call the owner and she stated that he is in Brazil. So I guess just because the owner is in Brazil, he cannot be bothered to know about customer’s questions with the store? Does someone really just let their business go if they’re out of the country? The manager offered $35% off after invalidating that they carry leaky carts. She stated she’s never seen that brand ever leak. Perhaps that’s a personal truth for her, but we couldn’t take up the 35% discount until later that day because we had spent the last $30 we had allocated for that stuff for the moment and it was a complete waste. We got 0 product out of it. When we returned later that night we requested the discount, bought another one, and it also leaked out right in front of them and had to try another one. Until we’re offered a real way to make it right or they make a chance to slightly lighten up their return policy, I couldn’t be bothered to come back.

I had a terrible experience here. The woman who appeared to run this particular store was beyond rude and for whatever reason, singled me out by offering discounts openly to her friends but not offering any kind of discount after I was going to be making a very large purchase on several other of her products.While they have a decent selection, I can not express how much I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this store. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The Mr. Smoke Shop on garland has 1000 times better service than this location. Specifically calling out the dude with a man bun. The one at garland carries a better variety of product and I guess they dont carry the same items. Garland offers to order for the customer say they want something specific. I went to the college one to get a product the the garland store carries and Mr man bun was so misogynistic about the FlonQ brand (that garland 100% carries) that I just left with my money. Garland actually looked up products at the other stores for me before and are super sweet. Highly recommend going to garland unless you see man bun guy there (he has dark hair and look at you like youre stupid, that guy). Train your employees please. I will not be spending any more money here (and boy did I used to spend a lot) unless man bun is gone.Went into garland shop after setting up a student acct on college. I found out after my 8th visit that it was never activated so my points were not accumulating as I had thought. There is no way to track your account either. Luckily the guy at garland saw it and said Ill give you a discount since you have been here so much. Like what!? Why tf would you create my acct and not ACTIVATE it?! Ripped me off.

While not the best variety of vape tanks and rigs, the service was spectacular. I ended up buying a decent rig and tank. The saleslady was so helpful and informed. She took the time to explain the rig and was just a great help.

I’ve come here a couple of times before and had a great experience, but the other day I got a torch here for $30 after having bad luck with two others and asked the girl checking me out if I can return it if the ignition or something breaks. She said yeah, so I got it. Anyways it broke after two nights and so I went back, they wouldn’t let me return it which was fine, I understand return policies. but the girl with the long hair who checked me out straight up lied about ever telling me It’s returnable, which wasn’t cool in my opinion. the guy offered me 50% off a different one if it was “a day and a half” after getting it but it had been 3 days (broke after only two) so he gave me 30% off a different torch. he was fiddling with the one I got before and ended up snapping a piece (in pic), and when I said something he was just like “well it’s unusable anyways” So, not the best experience and probably won’t be coming back.Update: Went back to get the torch (thank you, genuinely) but your nephew was a jerk about it, told me I was taking advantage of his uncle and that leaving a review was crazy. Customer service is definitely lacking.. I feel like I had a legitimate reason to leave a review..

The best people ever!!! My silly butt went into the store 15 minutes before they even opened, obviously unaware, and they still helped me. Very polite. The entire time never even mentioning that they were not open. I got everything I needed, and the service was amazing. Prices were even better will forever be going to Mr. Smoke!

Sells faulty products and refuses to exchange them less than 24 hours from purchase. Go to Vapor Maven right down the street instead.

Listen. I will forever be coming back to this place. My first time coming was this past Saturday night. They guys were friendly and inviting. The selection is CRAZY! I was recommended the RAZ Strawberry Shortcake vape, and it tastes so good! 10/10 would recommend!!!!! 🙏🏾🔥

Just bought a vape (of a flavor I typically buy) there and walked outside and hit it for it to taste disgusting. I walked back and asked if it was possible to swap them out for a new flavor and the long brown hair guy was nice and was trying to help me out but the short white kid with the curly blonde hair said that he couldn’t do anything about it other than give me 35% off of another vape since I walked out the store for 2 seconds because he was a “nice guy” and that’s what “nice guys do”. Like okay Mr. Ego, I will definitely be keeping my business to smoke stop in Springdale and Lit Premium off Weddington. TRY YOUR VAPE before you walk out. But even then he said switching them out for a bad flavor isn’t what they normally do. So maybe just don’t try your luck and shop somewhere where they actually want repeat customers :))

Made our 2nd visit to this store tonight. Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff. The help we received was top notch. We left with 2 new purchases we are excited about. Will be back to this store in the future!

Huge fan of the place!. Huge selection, decent pricing and great vibe. I usually make my stop before work which makes my day! Unfortunately, circumstances saw me stop in on a rare evening and I was unpleasantly surprised by the customer service skills of the young weird guy working tonight. Still my favorite place, Ill just make sure to stick to my usual schedule!

EDIT: Excellent customer service. I was able to go back and exchange it for a new one and it worked great. That specific flavor must have had a bad batch come in.I went in last night to purchase an escobar. The first one I tried was dead when I opened it. The second one worked, but within an hour it started tasting funny like it was already spent. I waisted $18 on it. Not a good place to buy an escobar.

This place is the best! Love the atmosphere, The selection of glass is exquisite, quite a bit of unique pieces as well as a versatile selection of trinkets and do-dads for the smokers leisure use. The prices and the products will have you coming back to look again I swear!

Always been my go to place for anything smoke shop related. The staff is very welcoming, polite, and they all seem to know what their doing. The owner also has one of the most lovable dogs who occasionally gets to interact with the customers. Anytime he is let out in the shop, store goers have been asked if they are fully comfortable first in my experience. 100% would recommend using Mr. Smokes on college.

The truth about this store is that the previous owner sold because he willingly sold vapes to underage teens, and the new owners kept the name. The new owners then bought a bunch of bad glass and cheap vapes to mark way up and sell to tweakers. This place stinks inside and out and I hope the owners see my review.

Very nice and organized shop. The lady that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She went over several setups for what I was wanting and then went through some different flavor profiles to pair with the new device. I will definitely be using this shop from now on solely based on her customer service and friendliness. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her a proper shout out.

THIS SHOP IS A SCAM. Their points system is a complete rip off. The shop owner is always in mexico if you have a problem. Got sold a vape that would not work, was told it was state of the art or pro choice and it was a complete POS. I bring it up to the manager, best they can do is 35% off the next. What?? I just bought this, you want to sell me another? There are 100 smoke shops in Fayetteville, avoid this one.

This shop is great! I go in and they always have a great mix of flavors and pieces for my hookah at home! The staff is super friendly always smiling and ready to answer any questions you have! If they dont have something you need you can even have them order it for you!

Im trying to get in and get out and you can sometimes. But if the old know it all is working their youre gonna get a lecture about how your smoking or vaping wrong. Said hell hook me up if it doesnt work out. But dont be a D*** - and dont pressure me to buy what you want me to - young guy was cool and made sure I understood what he was saying and told me what I was doing was still safe so 5 stars for him for sure!

Arrived an hour before close and the gentleman ( I believe the owner) was super helpful and made sure I left with a quality product. He was super informative and I haven’t felt a good atmosphere in a head shop in awhile, so this was a breath of fresh Air. Will definitely be going back!!

The best smoke boutique In NWA. Atmosphere is very cool and the staff is very reliable on getting me and you their immediate expertise on all products this store carries. The product line increases daily so there is always something new to check out. It’s close to U of A! If I was a student I would go there for all my vaping and smoking needs, including other HARD to find treats and supplies. The staff is fun to talk with as well and not pushy . I go in everyday just to say hi and may grab a new item or two. Awesome people! #1 shop and I’ve been to all the others and Mr. Smoke has prices they don’t get close to. Check it out seriously.

Im using my gf account & also my gf always buys my vapes for me and in lunch the other day I went to this store I had left my vape at home.. I purchased two vapes from here. Went back to work. Realized then, that 9ne of the vapes I just bought didnt work. When I got off of work I went back to the store, mind you, it was the same lady that check me out & she refused to help or exchange it. She Then ask why didnt check it before I love the store and I then explain to her that I did know and that it was my 1st time actually purchasing them ; then she said well I usually tell customers to check them all b4 they leave , but I forgot. You knew I was just in there that same day lady. So dont go here. Rude AF.

Great place! Not gimmicky like most smoke shops. I have an odd vape pen and staff knew exactly what I was looking for when I called about coils.

They sell broken disposal e-cigs!! Went in and bought a hype bar, it was working fine for 20 min then stopped getting any smoke at all. Asked for a simple replacement and would show them the receipt and how it still lights up without blinking without producing any smoke. They’re probably broken. DONT BUY ANY DISPOSABLE VAPES!!!
