Use to love this place and come in often but I happened to get a defective vape that doesn’t work at all so I called to let them know because it was closed by the time I realized it and I live 30 minutes from there and they told me all they could do was give me a 15% discount. That is not right. I have been a customer for 2 years almost and I promise I won’t be back. Every other place I’ve been to will make it right. The guy working also never said anything about you need to try it before you leave or we can’t return or anything of that nature. Otherwise I would’ve opened it and tried it on the spot.

They customer service at the shop is impeccable, my device stoped working and with the assistance of there knowledgeable employees they were able to fix it, these guys have my business for life.

I went in Monday morning and I was amazed at their vape selection. The customer service was great from the kind lady behind the counter. I really recommend this shop because it’s so clean and organized and everything is priced very cheap. They also have a great variety of things. I will definitely be coming back for their great delta 8 section. Overall wonderful shop and I will definitely come back again.

I thought this place had good employees, but as far as product I wouldnt recommend FUMe, brought two of the 2500 on the same day and the blue Flav worked fine but as soon as I puffed the purple Flav it wouldnt stop smoking like it was defective and tried to hit again and it tasted burnt, so I took it back and was told to wait the person who sold it come to work and will help, I ask him to call cause I spend a lot of money there, so he called the guy knew me and said give me a 20% discount and I thinking bruh I can get that from the clover app just for coming there, if need anything refunded good luck they dont back there products. Shop knowing to try everything you buy before living that vape shop or better at a better place.

They have a huge and very unique water pipe selection , a huge disposable selection to choose from ! One of the best things is their vape juice selection it is very big and way better priced than other places I have gone to , customer service is a 10/10 . Best part is they offer a loyalty program so the more you buy the more rewards you get ! Will definitely be making this my main vape/ smokeshop place I go to !
