Xhale City - Fayetteville CBD Smoke Vape

I have been a loyal customer at this vape shops for almost 2 years but after the experience I had yesterday, I will never shop here ever again! The little bald guy that works there in the daytime was very rude. I knew the argus tank I wanted to purchase for my boyfriend but he kept insisting and pointing to another tank. I was in the store three days ago and another employee opened up the argus tank I was interested in to show it to me. It was 100.00 vs the tank the little bald rude man sold me was 69.00. I walked out of the store for 2 seconds because I knew this was not the tank I wanted to buy, I went back inside to tell him I wanted the more expensive tank, he then proceeded to tell me that once I leave the store I cannot exchange the item. He then told me he could sell me the one I wanted for a discounted price but could not exchange the item! This was outrageous and a huge diservice! Do better Xhale city!!!

Isaac was the best help. He is patient t and explains everything for customers. Loved the service I received. Will definitely ask or wait for him to help me.

I’ve been going here faithfully for the past few months and the people are ways helpful and patient which is good because i’m picky .They have a wide selection and are really informed about the products that they have .

Good selection and they actually know what they’re talking about, so it’s perfect for more experienced smokers and rookies looking to learn what they like. Peyton was amazing and I can’t wait to use my new glass!

Generally speaking Xhale City is a great smoke shop. This particular location however stains that reputation. Every time I visit this store, I am reminded that there is nothing but headaches waiting inside.On numerous occasions I have dealt with sub-par customer service, random closures, limited stock and arbitrarily enforced policies. I have never had the amount of issues with any store as I have with this location. Each time I visit hoping things would get better but they have not.It’s disheartening to have to drive to all the way to McDonough to have a location that actually keeps things in stock and seem more interested in customer satisfaction.

My husband went there on 10/6/2023 bought a box of some strawberry flavored wraps. He told the female that he didnt want any old wraps. Had a whole conversation about old wraps stores sale him. Thats why he came there. Get home OLD WRAPS. $25 and he went back today 10/7/2023 they tell him nothing they can do about it. The manager standing right there with the same girl that sold them to him yesterday. Thats Bad business. He will not go back there.

Not sure of the young man’s (he has long blonde hair) name that helped me Saturday but he’s such a knowledgeable and respectful person! I did not feel rushed with making any purchase, and he was able to answer any question I had. He was working by himself and handled the influx of customers very well, especially the senior one. I will for sure be back to buy more.

Every time I go here, the staff is just so incredibly fun and sweet. Brayden helped us tonight and he was just the sweetest! I bought a new vape and have used one brand for years. He sold me a new and better brand and set it up for me. So sweet 😍

Staff is very friendly and they remember faces. Nice, clean store. Big selection of CBD and THC products. Definitely a place to visit if you get a chance. If you see something you like better grab more than one because they definitely sell out a lot.

I have been spending crazy money in this store lately. Customer service has been decent and had no complaints. Saturday I bought 2 g-pen that were strangely cheaper than the smaller ones. My husband charged them both only to realized they both were defective. Called Sunday the guy said call manger Monday and she would exchange. Come Monday she’s not there and young lady said since they were best friends she would call her at home. The rep called me back 3 minutes later to tell me basically I’m out of luck and call the manufacturer. I’m super disappointed after spending at least 200 in this store per month. Didn’t want money back just another pen🤬🤬. Will not shop with them anymore. I understand the epidemic but they still there job to get money from manufacturer, not mine

I have purchased many things from this store and I have not once been disappointed. The customer service is fantastic. Everyone’s very nice, especially Susie! She’s so nice and she makes the transactions so easy. The only reason I don’t give this a fifth star is because it is quite expensive.

This store has everything you. Need to vape. The people are very helpful and friendly. Its the only vape shop I go to in my area. Give them a try. If they dont have what you want, theyll get it. And prices are good too. Btw they give veterans a discount..

This place used to be awesome, with great people. The last time we were in here there were new people. My wife got the same thing thing she always gets but it was $20 more expensive. The traveling manager or manager trainer was nice though and made it right. We went back tonight (Halloween) bc he said there would be a 30% off sale and he wouldnt be there, but would have have a bag set back since theyre usually out. We got there and again didnt recognize the people there. The guy that waited on us had 0 customer service skills and wasnt welcoming or friendly. First he said hed seen a bag put aside then in the next breath said he didnt, but he never even checked. The sale was actually 20% off but it didnt matter bc the product had went up ANOTHER $20 so even with the sale it would have been more than its EVER rang up before! We ended up just getting enough to get us by and spending less than half of what wed planned. This was our weekly Kratom and CBD stop, but we wont be back unless we see the few people on day shift working that we still recognize, or bring that the people that make you feel like family. Customer service is everything!

The rudest little blonde girl in the front. While she falsely accused me for having a fake id (validated by the cop who happened to be in at the same time as me); the other staff members simply acted as they didn’t realize she was getting out of line and walked away. I asked if someone else could help me because the entire time she’s reluctantly checking me out, she’s telling me that she still thinks it’s fake and that it doesn’t look like me. The second I handed her my idea when she said “flash it for the camera” she immediately said “this is fake, I’m not selling to you.” Not only was she proven wrong, she proceeded to try an impeded the sale by telling me “ your card declined” which it did not. I left the store, regretting stepping foot in there.

Very helpful staff better experience than most vape shops, I drove to the location because I usually go to the location in lithia springs, but this one is closer to me. CBD is in the window, but there isnt any in the store, so that was a bummer. I opted for a advertised vape only to get home and see the vape expired in July. Its January. The $14 isnt the only issue but the drive is crazy. I know Xhale is overpriced but I go because they have the products I like, only to go they dont have the products and then the stuff they sale me is old is not something that will keep me coming back.

Out of probably 10-15 different “vape” shops I’ve used, this hands down has figured out the nuance that occurs between a shopper and a seller….. When I go in there( by now they know what I’m getting) but before that I was acknowledged and left to be. When I had arrived to my decision then would I make towards an employee with my items.Compared to literally every other “vape” shop…. The only word I can use to describe is “suffocating……The prices aren’t too bad eitherThanks friendMTP

They sale broken vape pens!!!! I brought one it was broke I just went in Atlanta and got one. Forgetting I had that experience 6 months later ( today) brought a pen. Took home it didn’t work. Went back took it back they gave me a new pen still didn’t work. I call some female gets on the phone and after hearing my story she says no exchange no refund. I just purchased it less than two hours ago. She say call the company it’s there problem not ours. Absolutely will I ever even look over that direction passing down the street. They have no customer loyalty or stand behind there products. Do not buy there they sale defective items!!!!

I love this vape store! I am not a vape-er, but my boyfriend is and his rechargeable vape has lasted him a very long time! I love the cbd selection as I take it to add a little spice to my day and it also helps me get to sleep. The lunchbox alchemy brand that they sell here is amazing if you are a cbd user and this place is very convenient as it stays open until midnight! Love this place!!!

On June 28, 2022 I came here at 10:20 and they were not open (they are supposed to open at 10:00). I can understand a minute or two, but a half hour late opening is not a good look for management or ownership :/ there were 4 other customers waiting outside when I got here. Very disappointing

I never caught her name, but the cashier that seems to run this place every time Im there deserves a raise because she is an outstanding overachiever and really knows her products and actually cares to really get to know her people and for that I will always only go to xhale City in Fayetteville ❤️🤙

My first time shopping at this vape shop. I went in and the guy at the counter was so helpful. He literally gave me what I need and nothing extra. I love that he listened to what I wanted and found just that with no problems or questions asked. I got to taste test which was great because I hate buying stuff and not liking it. When I asked him about the cbd oil he did educate me on how to use it with my vape which was awesome. Definitely coming back thanks. Sorry I didn’t get his name. However he was so sweet. They had great customer service and plenty of products.

Went in to this location today and only one person working and no more paid attention to who walked in and what time or anything. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have received in this location so far and I drive a good ways just to visit this location. I dont go to any other vape store. The sold me a product but now they dont seem to even carry it anymore. So I guess now I have to find a new vape store to shop at and get what I need. This is extremely disappointing because I went to 2 of their locations and got poor services for the first time.

The knowledge at these stores are on point, I stay by the one on ponce but I’ve been to 3-4 but I went to this one and the one in lil 5 and they are always on point.

This is my new place for anything from vapes, juices, CBD, exc. The staff is extremely nice, very pleasant to speak with, and has an extensive knowledge on all their products.
