It started out pretty terrible. But I held out for about 30 minutes hoping that it would get better. When I finally lifted my head off the table to see if the massage therapist was all right since the entire time has been odd I noticed he was on his phone woth one hand and massaging my neck with the other. I would not recommend.
I’ve been here a few times. The older man is by far the best. It’s worth waiting until he is available. The lady started my massage but somewhere along the way transitioned to the young boy. The boy did a good job for the first half then either fell asleep during my neck massage OR was distracted by his cell phone. There were periods where his hands weren’t moving at all. When the massage was over, his mom came in and asked how it was. I asked him if he fell asleep and he said no quickly and looked at his mom. I tipped a little less this time (the only reason I tipped is bc the older man owns the store and he does a good job). If I go back, I will specifically ask for the older man.
0 stars if I could. They just argue with me. I left early on my horrible 20 minute massage. No chance I will return. Im so sorry I even came to this mall. The mall director should evaluate them, just cause they make the rent payment doesnt mean they should be providing services. Use the chair massager instead, its way better.
Ive been coming here for a while, and the older gentleman is AMAZING, if he is there, get the massage. The girl is definitely not as good and at one point she was texting or doing something on her phone while she was massaging me.
I had the full body massage done, I go to lay down and the face pillow smelled very bad like bad breath. The massage starts with a lady and I dont think she knew how to properly massage because the entire massage consisted of her forearm and elbow being pressed against me, and pinches on my skin on my shoulders. She did not ask at any time if the pressure was okay. The pressure was very intense, we proceed to check out and it was $32. I was not going to tip after I was not satisfied and still paid full price and she demanded a 5 dollar tip. I paid and and will not return. I hope this helps anyone that is thinking of a quick visit.
Wow! Fabulous massage. Super convenient, clean, and easy to get in. Editing review to add that when I went back the lady was very rude and just kept saying “come tomorrow” because she couldn’t understand English. I really wanted a massage that day 🤷🏼♀️ not the next.
Ive been going to Easy Relax for 3 years now, and love, love, love the husband and wife team that make my life better. They give excellent massages. I look forward to my next massages .
I experienced acupuncture & reflexology, and I can honestly say it’s been the best massage of my life; not to hard, not to soft. He had a way with knots. Heaven on earth 🌎
The older man massages good👍🏽But NOT the lady👎🏽Thought I’d give the lady another try but her massages aren’t good. She even demands a tip.
Excellent! The massage hit all the right spots, pressure was just right. Detox foot bath was a wake-up call 🤮. Should have done that one years ago
AMAZING PLACE... I got a 30 minute full body, acupressure massage followed by a 30 minute foot detox, and I felt like a new person only hours later!🦋
Lovely foot and upper back massage combo. Both my mom and I were impressed and would return.
The guy is pretty good, but the girl not so good. I have been visiting this place in the mall for many years and it has been slowly going down.
Foot Massage was good. They demand to tip them. Wow
Always relaxing and usually not a long wait
