Beth did my nails today and they turned out perfect! I came in with stubborn nails to take off and she was so patient and gentle with removing them. Loved chatting with her as well; she was so sweet! The price was more than reasonable for what I got. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and down to earth. The atmosphere was so comforting and you could relax without feeling rushed. I left feeling pampered and de-stressed . Thank you all for the great experience; especially Beth!

This is the most expensive and the worst service I ever had. Yes, the place is pretty and Broke was really nice. I dont understand why they decided to remove the cuticle without soaking the nails in water, she didnt cut it , she pull it... super painful!It looks like my 10 old painted my nails and I asked her to cut them short and I was afraid she will cut my skin. On top of that they are super short and not even.Dont go there! $80 down the toilet

I’ve never had a bad experience here. 10/10 location for massages, manis, pedis and haircuts.Their massage service is my absolute FAVORITE. I got prenatal massages when I was pregnant with my son and Grace did such a phenomenal job!

Annmarie did my hair & makeup for my wedding reception and she crushed it! I got so many compliments all night. Also, Ally did my mom’s hair and makeup and she looked beautiful!! Would recommend booking here if you have any event you’d like to be styled for

Loved it the minute I walked in! If you are looking for a place to get a pedicure, look no further!! Especially if you used to go to Mi Salon in Florence and have been looking for a similar place to go ever since 😭 well this is the place!! Loved Wensdy and Cerise. They were so nice! We were seen right on time and the whole thing was affordable and didnt take super long! Im sold as a loyal customer who will be looking forward to come back for pedicures 😊 and the pedicure area was stylish and comfortable!!

I had the best experience getting my mani/pedi with Beth! Since I’m new to the area, I have been longing to find a comfortable and professional environment such as this. Upon walking in I was greeted with warmth. It immediately put me at ease when Beth continued the experience with informative, good conversation and the light-hearted personality that I much appreciate in these types of settings. I’m looking forward to trying the services they offer and highly recommend any person to try them as well!

The salon provides top-notch services, and I want to give a BIG shoutout to Hayley for the FANTASTIC work she did on my hair color and style! I was really impressed with her expertise in the products she used, and she made me feel absolutely confident and gorgeous! I will definitely continue to see her as I have full confidence in her. I went here to get a perm and Brooke did a fabulous job! Very talented Hairstylist. My hair turned out great! The staff are very friendly and helpful! An overall wonderful experience and will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Dont waste your time going here. The people are very rude. If your not happy with what you get the owner will tell you THIS ISNT THE SALON FOR YOU ! Instead of accommodating you and fixing it. The owner needs to learn how to run a business and make customers happy because she clearly missed the mark there. Ill spend my $200 somewhere else and get nicer service and a better Highlight nextime.

This salon offers many services but its their people and employees that they invest in that is the difference.JEREMY is absolutely amazing! It does not matter what you are having done, he is mastery at every level. Ive had color/extensions /hair cuts... everything he does is done to perfection (and his work is priced accordingly) he is clean/professional/caring and personable. I always leave a bran new person with the biggest smile. My cut and extensions were blended and shaped perfectly. He is meticulous about each cut and has an eye for fine detail. His work is very much like art. Big thank you to Jeremy for taking pride in your work. Will go nowhere else!

This week had been absolutely awful for me. After the hell i had been through with life and personal issues I looked last minute for a place to de-stress. I found Cloud 9 online and they had an opening, so i gave them a chance. They did not disappoint! I was greeted by a couple friendly receptionists, and as i waited for my massage appointment they answered my questions about some of their products. The spa was beautiful and clean. The environment was very inviting as well. The sauna and shower to use in the spa was a definite added bonus. Alexis is an AMAZING therapist. I had yearly massages at the Mi Salon location in Florence prior to finding Cloud 9. I would recommend this place to everyone. Trust me, this is money well spent. There is no doubt in my mind that the spa at Cloud 9 is good for the soul and I am deeply greatful for their services. ❤💆‍♀️

Ill preface this with my hair didnt turn out bad, but its not at all what I asked for. I asked for the lighter caramel color in the first picture, and then I ended up with extremely dark brown hair. I came in with very light hair, so I only wanted a shade or two darker. The stylist told me she was using a darker dye on me only after it was already on my hair, and I would have asked her not to if Id been given any warning. She brushed through my hair so aggressively that I had a headache when I walked out, and I had a decent amount of dye on my face and ears. I was also charged $25 more than I was quoted over the phone. I dont plan on returning; the experience was very unprofessional.

This place is simultaneously more affordable and an overall much better experience than other local massage places. Elements and Woodhouse arent even a consideration for us anymore.

Lonnie always knows the answers to my most perplexing hair problems, and for years, he has given me the most beautiful, stylish haircuts every time he cuts my hair. Right now, he is helping me to adjust to and navigate the changes that aging has brought about in my hair, and this has not been easy for me, to say the least. But Lonnie always steers me toward good choices in styles, techniques, and hair products. He also always has an upbeat, positive attitude, and the whole person has kept me coming back for years. I had the most difficult time tracking Lonnie down after the closing of his former salon, and when I ultimately did, it was like the clouds had finally lifted--so Cloud 9 was an appropriate name for the salon at which I found him. Lonnie, moreover, did my hair for the most important day of my life: my wedding day! I got married much later in life than most people, but the day was special to me nonetheless. Lonnie specializes in creating hairstyles for those extra-special occasions in a womans life, and despite my being an older bride, he made my hair look absolutely beautiful. I had many compliments on it that evening, and the style and the veil held in place throughout the entire wedding and reception (including dancing).Lonnie is simply the rock star of the hair salon world! 😍

First time at this salon. Great prices compared to other salons that are outrageous. Friendly staff and quick availability.

Just received the worst haircut from here. My layers look awful and not even. I have pieces longer than others. I tried to get her to fix it before I left but when I noticed it was getting worse, I just wanted to get out before I ended up losing all my hair.

Grace did AMAZING on my Swedish massage! Very relaxing!Beth did a WONDERFUL job on my pedicure!Its nice to actually talk to someone when they do your pedicure/manicure! Will definitely be back!

I found myself in a pinch while out of town after the anchor bead in my hand sewn weft extensions disconnected from my scalp. I contacted Cloud 9 Salon after a quick Google search, and the receptionist was wonderful! She gave me the confidence that I could be helped, and was able to squeeze me in same day! Lucky for me, Morgan (Moe), was the artist that I was assigned to. She went above and beyond in reattaching the beads to my head in a manner that removed the pain caused from my experience with another Salon. She was professional, personal, and skilled in her work! Highly recommend her for extensions!!!! I will be back!

New client. I called for an appointment today, for color/highlights/hair trim. There was a cancelation this evening, so I was booked right away. Kennedy did an absolutely fabulous job with the color! I have let ONE person color my hair in the last 20 years (due to bad experiences). When I told Kennedy what I normally do for color, she LISTENED, and gave good suggestions. So I let her work! When I told her I wanted as little as possible cut off my length, thats exactly what she did! I couldnt be happier! Yes, I will definitely be going gack to her! Thanks, Kennedy and Cloud9!

I had a 90 minute massage with Kelly. And a 60 minute with Grace. The entire experience was relaxing and just what I needed. I feel like a new person. They did a wonderful job working on my problem areas. After my massage I sat in the sauna and took a refreshing shower. 10/10

I got my hair highlighted and the hair stylist Megan was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job! Even though I wasn’t sure what I wanted done she was able to ask me enough questions to get an idea of what I like. She took great care of me and I left loving my hair! I definitely will be back this place is great and I highly recommend it. Megan is wonderful!My husband and I also got Christmas massages here and I can’t remember there names but we left booking them again. Absolutely the Best. This has become one of my favorite places! Need a good gift for a special someone send them here! They will love it!

Love it! I have thick wavy hair and Natalie is the best! The reception ppl are nice and quick. Make sure to get an appointment. I make mine a few months before I need to go. They are always busy and often have a long list of people waiting for an unexpected cancellation.

I like this place, always friendly and clean, stylists are always pretty good no matter who Ive had but the prices are a bit ridiculous to me. For a wash and trim, it cost me $49.I understand that the stylists are on different tiers/prices but I made an appt a week or two ahead of time and thats definitely not the price I was quoted by phone. I was told $35, so not sure how it ended up being so much more.

Update to the owner response - I was not at all growing my hair out. It’s very upsetting that you try to turn the situation back on me. Perfect example of bad service. I specifically said when I called that there was a section of hair that wasn’t cut right which became more obvious after the haircuts began to grow out. When I went to get my hair fixed by another salon since your salon refused to correct the mistake, the stylist said it was almost a half inch shorter on one side so it had nothing to do with the “growing out process”. It was a bad haircut and all I wanted was 10 minutes to fix a section that wasn’t cut correctly. I am a very nice person and it is very upsetting to be treated so poorly, which is why I took the time to write this review. Your receptionist was very rude and it very much caught me off guard. There was NO attempt to correct this haircut. Own up to the mistakes your salon can make instead of trying to put the blame on the client. And unless this is the receptionist I spoke with on the phone writing your response, no owner ever attempted to contact me as you stated.Used to really enjoy coming here and had hoped my search for a stylist had ended. I have short hair and my last haircut was great until it started to grow out. Two weeks after my cut it would not lay right and it was longer on one side. I called and asked if I could come in and get this one side fixed. It would have taken maybe 10 minutes. I was shocked to learn they would not get me in. The stylist was booked for two weeks and there was nothing they could do and to just wait until my next appointment. Well with short hair you can’t just wait out a bad haircut. The receptionist was very rude! I am very easy going and hate to complain but I am so upset to have been treated in this way. I found a stylist who was able to fix this haircut and it was an inch longer on this one side!!! Just be cautious going to this salon. The customer service is awful and they truly just don’t care.

We had a party of 5 celebrating a birthday. We spent the entire time we were there with Alicia and Cerise. We all loved our manicures and pedicures and enjoyed being with them. Both were very friendly and professional. Several people also received facials and massage. They were pleased with theses services. We dealt with 2 different receptionists and both were pleasant and checked several times to see if we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Cloud 9 and we will be back.

I had my first appointment this morning. The support staff at the front desk were awesome. Blair, who did my services was very professional, polite and easy to talk with. It was such a relaxing environment and experience! I loved every minute of it!!! I give Salon 9 10+ 🌟.

I had an appointment at 11am to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted. My massage was right after at 12:15pm.. I took a break and had plexigel nail appointment at 3pm. I had never had any of this done and my bf bought me a gcard for Christmas so this is what I chose. All I have to say is I will NEVER go anywhere else. The whole entire Staff helped me and made my entire pampering day AMAZING!!

I was thoroughly impressed by the Salon and, more importantly, how attentive the staff was. From my initial call and a very incredible follow-up for this appointment, and made it and did not have to reschedule it and come back. Thank You

Called to get a haircut. Got right in as someone had cancelled. Loved the place! I had Mo, she was very pleasant and cut my hair exactly as I asked. I absolutely love my haircut and have gotten so many compliments. The price was great and the salon itself is just classy! Will definitely be back!

They do a good job but prices are a bit wonky. Prices in the brochure fold don’t match, been there for a couple of haircuts for my teenage kid and it’s a bit pricey for me. Going to try a couples massage and hope to come back give it a 5 star after that.

This is just meant as a warning. If you have texture or curly hair, that you wanted blonde or color on. Do not go here, they gave me a girl with 2 years of experience. That even said “I know this isn’t what you wanted”. Massaged the bleach and toner at least 3 times directly to my scalp and left sores, bleeding, and flaking. Again this is meant as a warning for people with textured hair.

Jeremy does a great job. He is patient with my questions and concerns. I dont feel rushed. Love the compliments I get on my hair!

I came here today to get some extensions done and it was great! The front desk lady was friendly, and the lady doing my lashes not only got them looking great but was super nice and easy to talk to during the hour and a half. Also, I had to use the bathroom a few times and she was more than ok with it which made me feel great because I didn’t feel like i was making an issue like some people can make you feel like. So ANYWAYS, when you go to get some eyelash extensions, ASK FOR SAVANNAH! I will definitely be coming back had a great experience and love my lashes!! :)

I just recently moved here to Kentucky within the last year. I needed my hair dyed for my up coming wedding and I am so glad I picked cloud 9 salon to go to. The staff was so friendly and the place itself was so clean and so high class looking. The prices were great. Moe (not sure on spelling, so sorry if it’s wrong) did my hair and she did such a great job on it. I am so happy with it and it looks so great I have gotten multiple compliments from strangers. I will absolutely be coming back!

DJ and Emily provided the best massage experience I have ever encountered. They creativity found a way to give us the treatment we requested even thought there was an issue with available at the time we requested. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the treatment you need. They should be given a massage gun to work on clients with which will take the experience to the next level. This is the BEST in NKU by far.

I took my 4 year old in for her first trim with Lori and to get her nail painted with Tammy. They were both so nice and went above and beyond. Her nails are still going strong with the glitter “Elsa” polish. Thank you so much!

Love this salon!I get a shellac manicure 1-2 times a month and a pedicure about every other month with Alicia. She is so kind and sweet and is always ready to try something new with me. If I break a nail within a few days of our appointment she always fits me in to fix it.I also get my hair done with Kara every couple of months. She listens to want I want, looks at all the pictures that are my inspiration and tries her best to get me want I want if not better.My husband and I also come in for a couples massage every now and then and it is always a good and relaxing time. We havent found our person yet but everyone does a good job.Cloud 9 is alittle pricey but once you find your person that understands you and your needs it is worth it ! I will never go to a another nail/salon unless my people leave.

Darlene is an amazing masseuse. She gives the perfect pressure and my back hasnt felt this great in ages. Ive been getting massages from her for years at Mi Salon and Im so glad shes back in a salon. This was an even better experience than at Mi Salon.

Clara did an amazing job on my facial!! I already scheduled to go back and see her again. She’s my girl now for all things skincare! Def recommend her!!! And the spa itself was stunning and spotless!!

Booked myself a massage and facial weeks ago. Went to my appointment today and was told my appointment was cancelled due to staff having Covid. Fine. I get it. But here’s the kicker. They said they called me Tuesday and left me a voicemail to cancel/reschedule. Problem is when I asked to confirm my number they had no number on file for me. How did they call me and leave me a voicemail if they didn’t even have a number on file. I am so disappointed. Now I have to wait another month to have my spa day. This is so ridiculous

Always a wonderful job! At cloud 9 Ive never been disappointed! No matter who the stylist is Ive always received a wonderful haircut or pedicure. They dont make you wait long and theyre extremely friendly. Any time I try to go to another hair stylist or pedicure salon I always wind up back here.

This place is great! I had my haircut by Jackie and its probably the best cut Ive ever had. She spent a lot of time making my hair perfect, and listened to exactly what I wanted. She thinned out my very thick hair and it lays so nicely. Ive paid double for a cut that doesnt look at good. The salon is clean and well lit. I highly recommend Cloud 9!

I absolutely love this salon and spa! Its a very clean, classy and professional place. Kathleen is my favorite stylist! I dont have a favorite massage therapist and the several that Ive had appointments with were beyond amazing. No matter if Im getting a haircut, highlights, massage or facial Im always so relaxed in this gorgeous establishment and I leave satisfied and happy!

Amazing experience!!I went to cloud 9 with a friend for a spa day, we chose about 5 services that we planned to have throughout the day. Every single person (8 total) was incredible. They were all very kind, friendly, and talented.We both had massages for the first time, and it was fantastic. They made us feel very comfortable and welcome.If you plan on getting a manicure ask for Alicia! She does the most precise beautiful mani/pedi on the planet.

When I called a friendly gentleman answered the phone. He was helpful in my concerns about trying them out and recommended Danielle. Super glad he did. Wish I could take her back to my city. She did a highlight, cut and style. Super Happy!!!

When I moved to Kentucky, I needed to find a new place to get my hair done. I don’t trust just anyone. I’m Asian and not everyone can cut Asian hair properly. This place was recommended to me, specifically Kristi L. She works wonders and is amazing! The salon is BEAUTIFUL and luxurious yet reasonably priced! Go here!! You won’t regret it!

I recently moved to Cincinnati for a job, as well, I was looking for a new stylist and salon to go to on a regular basis. I am very particular ab my cuts so I was concerned about finding one that would live up to my high standards. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Cloud 9 Salon. I was preparing myself to go through three or four different salons before I found the perfect one, but after my first two visits with Janette, I am happy to say I have found my new stylist!!! She is awesome, listened to what I wanted and gave me professional input on what she thought would look best. The salon is great for a spa day or just a haircut; they offer great services at very reasonable prices. If you are looking for a stylist to really care about you as a client, Cloud 9 is the place to go and Janette is THE girl to ask for!!

Really really disappointed. This was my first time at cloud 9. The spa was beautiful and the massage therapist was very sweet but that is where the positives end. I chose to try Cloud 9 because it’s closer than my regular spa and being 7+ months pregnant I wanted convenience. I went in with high hopes as my last massage elsewhere in August was the best I’ve ever had. I noted firm/deep pressure on the form- got a light rub down at best. Her hands or the lotion were freezing the whole time. I felt very much like I was her last massage of the day and she just wanted to get out of there. I went in looking for some relief from pregnancy discomfort and came out wishing I’d saved the money for something else. Just really bummed.

Ive been here before with a friend of mine while she was getting her hair done by Moe so I came back to have my own hair done. Moe is such a sweet girl and so very nice, she cut and styled my hair for a work dinner meeting and she made me feel beautiful and so comfortable. I would highly recommend Morgan (MOE). (:

First time there, but everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. I got my hair cut with high & low lights put in. I explained what I wanted and Randi did exactly what I asked for. She was super attentive and really wanted me to be happy with my hair, which I was.

My wife had a appointment with cloud 9 salon. She use to talk highly of them until she showed up for an appointment and they canceled on her the second she walked in. Not only was my wife apart of a wedding when you left her stranded she had also just had our son. When she woke up that morning she was so excited and happy and looking forward to getting her hair done. Anyone women should know how it feels after having a baby that you just want to feel beautiful again. Unfortunately, instead of finding a solution my wife walked out of there in tears. Instead of giving her her power back you helped take it away. Shame on you for putting a client through that. Thats extremely disappointing. I would never recommend cloud 9 to anyone again.

Called to schedule an appointment. Specifically requested a Saturday and was scheduled for about a week out. I arrive on Saturday and they tell my appointment was on Friday even though I specifically requested a Saturday. Told me they had no one to take me and asked if I could reschedule for Tuesday. I said no and left the salon. About 5 minutes later I receive a call that they actually have someone who had time and could take me. So I go back in. I wanted my hair trimmed and my eyebrows done. A lady took me back and i was out of the salon in less than 15 minutes. Hair cut and brows done. The job was done quick and without care. No desire to do a good job but rather get me out of the salon as soon as possible. The lady who did my eyebrows told me ,as I was in the booth, my right eyebrow is skinnier than my left but you cant tell unless you look really hard. I get home and take a better look to find out that you can tell VERY easily that my left eyebrow is much bigger than my right! I have NEVER had this done before. Not only that but another stylist on the way out said Wow your eyebrows are really red. So I paid $45 dollars for a dry trim that took not even 5 minutes and a brow wax that wasnt done right. Additionally I was told this is not the only scheduleing issue they have had recently and that they just let someone go and hired someone new. I will NEVER come back.

Just saw Janette for the second time this year with my 6 year old daughter. She is awesome! She sees us both back to back and is very good. She is very attentive and friendly, and very pretty. ..my daughter says she looks like a barbie:) Thanks Janette for doing a wonderful job again, we will be back! And thank you for making my daughters tangly hair much more manageable😊

First time there yesterday and had the Hydra facial. Katy was awesome. Then, I had a mani/gel pedicure. that was not as enjoyable. took too long, jets did not work and my feet should still be smooth today. but they are not. too expensive. wont be going back.

Elisha is the queen of pedicure! But all of them are good. Had my first pedicure there and now I look forward to them. Makes me feel like a trillion bux.😁👍

My wife loves this place. She comes mostly for pedicures but it is a full service salon. Certainly one of the best in northern kentucky.

I have been here twice, my first experience was absolutely fantastic. My second one, not so much.I showed my stylist a picture, she assured me before starting that my hair wouldnt look like the exact picture. Which i was fine with, as long as it was close. The end of this process wasnt close at all, and i am not happy with the turn out. I paid $175 for a color that isnt very pretty on me, and i also didnt want to hurt anyones feelings by disagreeing. Cause she absolutely loved it. I thought i would get more of the color in the picture, which was a pigment of pink, instead i got a copper orange color. My stylist was very polite, and extremely helpful. I just am not happy with the end results.

Went in for a Dutch braid into a single braid, was done well and was done within 30mins. Only complaint is my braids werent tight enough and fell out in two days.

I said I wanted to keep my length. All said and done my hair is above my shoulders. It was passed my bra and she wouldnt give me the highlights I wanted. Will never go bk. The Color Room is 10 times better.

The place is very clean and has a relaxing environment, everyone is very friendly. Jeremy, is amazing at what he does. He takes his time and explains everything that hes doing. He definitely had me walking out with my confidence back!

Im personally pretty high maintenance when it comes to getting my hair cut. This salon does wonders and its not too expensive (I spent $20 for my hair cut). The staff is very friendly and courteous! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is picky about their hair!

I am not a routine haircut gal, but when I do decide to go I will always pick Cloud 9 Spa. This place is amazing & Savannah never fails to disappoint with my hair cuts even when my requests are confusing lol. Highly recommend!!!

I have been a loyal customer here for awhile. I went in Just for a hair cut. (Just to clarify after I blow dry my hair it looks like I have a Afro.) I told the lady I wanted two inches off she washed my hair then cut it. Then blowed dried it. At this point my hair is super frizzy and looks awful. Then she takes my cape off and says thank you. She didn’t style my hair, even though I told her I curl my hair. I was so embarrassed that I had no words. Then proceeds to charge me $46!!! I’m not a person that can be rude. As soon as she walked away I had to put my hair in a bun. Then I came home and had to fix my hair. I literally paid this salon to cut my hair and then had to come home and fix it. I always love going to a salon, I feel so much better about my hair when I leave. Not this time. The lady who cut my hair was super sweet and I felt like I couldn’t tell her that my hair looked awful. I thinking I will be finding a new salon. I will never pay $46 again for a 2 inch cut and feel hideous that I have to put my hair in a bun.

I’ve been to many Salons & Spas. Cloud 9 is by far the best. I’ve had hyperpigmentation since my last pregnancy and after only a few facials my skin is almost clear. In my profession I shouldn’t wear makeup and now I don’t feel self conscious about the discoloration of my face. I see Cloud 9 for all my beauty needs, facials, hair and my eyelashes. I can’t say enough about this place. The staff, the atmosphere, the owners. They bend over backwards to make you feel glamorous and comfortable!

Went in on a Saturday for a color test with Randi. She told me I would hear from her the beginning of the week. I called on Wednesday. No call back. I called on Thursday. No call back. Called twice on Friday. Finally got a call back. Scheduled the first available Saturday for two months out. Fine. I understand. Recieved a call a week before my appointment wanting to push it out over another month. 3 months for an appointment. Not acceptable.

I had been there for customized facial(50 minutes) and I was 7 minutes late, which I informed them and they were fine with it. But they finished my facial within 26 minutes. They made me fill out lots of paperwork and questions about my skin.. wasted another 15 minutes, finally they ended up putting blame on me for coming late and given me only 26 minute service for 75 dollars.

I took two teenage girls here 13 and 15. I gave three-star cause one daughter loved her stylist. The other one not so much. The stylist didnt speak to my 15 year old. Ask what we were doing and that was it. My daughter was very uncomfortable the whole time.

Very, very pleased with my cut and style. Kylie provided me with tips on how to get the natural wave look. She was personable and all around a wonderful person. Thank you! I love this salon.

Worst hair cut ever!!!! I went in with a picture of what I wanted and wasnt even close. When asked what I thought I told her how unhappy I was. She then told me she couldnt have given me the cut I wanted. I said nows a nice time to tell me that. And it was cut so short there wasnt enough hair left to fix it. I looked like Adolph Hitler. When I went to pay I told them how unhappy I was. I was still charged and was told a manager would contact me to try and make it right. But I never got a call. Nothing was ever done.

I had an awesome shellac manicure with Alicia! It was wonderful and shes so sweet. I plan on coming back another time. Great job!

If I could give no stars I would. Moe is the stylist I was stuck with and she is so unprofessional. She burned and blistered my scalp, she was rude from the start, and she gave me highlights then charged me for a Balayage, which is what I wanted. Ive contacted the salon several times and Nothing! Called and emailed. I was charged 185 for bad service and an even worse haircut.

Stylists are educated on the latest hair trends. This is a full service salon--hair, color, lashes, massage, etc.. Always feel like Ive been pampered when Im there. Would highly recommend!

It was my first time being in a Salon and the lady in the front was friendly. The person that did my hair cut was Savanna, she is the nicest person and easy to talk with. I love this Salon !

Jeremy, the master stylist at Cloud 9, cuts layers the way the masters used to, back in the 80s. My layered long hair falls in a beautiful shape, and theres blended movement all over the whole head, different from the layer-around-the-edges experience you mostly get now in salons, because somehow everyone else forgot how to cut hair.

This place is awesome. My stylist is Kathleen and she is truly a professional. I recommend this place to everyone. They are friendly and I always get a great cut and color or whatever I come in for!

Horrible customer experience. Girlfriend spent $165 on a haircut she was not happy with. Stylist refused to fix unless there was an additional charge, manager was incompetent, and owner was rude. People who don’t value clients should not be in business.

Can’t trust them! I put my necklace in the locker. I forgot it as I went him and left it there. Came back and they gave my husband the engraved heart with my initials , that was attached to my necklace. But they stole my gold necklace. Wow, just wow!

Took my daughter here for something special for her birthday! It is Beautiful, clean, they are so respectful, we got excellent results! Im so impressed!

They refused to honor their return policy, later took the product back but never issued a credit. The owners are rude and condescending and only care about money. I highly do not recommend them for any service or product.

The gals at the front desk are very friendly. The management/owners are very condescending. You will find this in the review comments- as they seem to always shift blame back onto the customers. Please don’t waste your money here.

I went and had the hair removed from my back and was expecting pain..to my surprise the girl that removed the hair was really good at what she does and it wasnt bad at all.5stars here

I asked for them to do a test on my hair and after me attempting to call 3 times and 7 days later I get a voicemail not even answering the question that I wanted I would call and leave a message for the lady that did my hair but she would never call me back I guess it look like I didnt have money so I wasnt good enough for them

Bad experience. Overcharged too much. Wont go there again anymore. A level one person (they have level 1-6 people) dyed my hair and charged over $90.
