VIP Smoke Shop - Florence

Many of the smoke shops in the area carry the VIP logo. However, Mall road and Mt. Zion are different. The owner is fantastic. He’s kind, helpful, and cares about your experience. He also has incredible employees. Every employee I have had help me-by far the nicest people in customer service. Yes , it’s a smoke shop, but I expect nice helpful people everywhere I go. They fit the bill. Very important- they actually know about almost every product they have. And if they don’t, they don’t lie to you. 10 stars ⭐️ if possible

Great atmosphere friendly staff, very knowledgeable, have rewards system like speedway just keep receipt, but owner will cut deals and make it worth your while. Great store.

We go here all the time to get our tubes and sometimes our tobacco the people are really nice and helpful here its a really nice place to go if you need anything smoking wise and they do have a few other things

They have everything you could need here. I went in to get a glass piece and was basically taken on a personal tour of every option they had. The prices were super good too. These guys dont like pieces to collect dust on a shelf for sure. They were friendly and just a good vibe to be around. I saw they had hemp wraps in all kinds of flavors so I will be back for that

This place has everything you need and stuff you didn’t know you needed! Lol. The amount of flavors is unreal. The pricing is great. The customer service is awesome. He takes his time and shows you everything. It’s definitely a must see and shop. It has Cookies apparel hoodies , tees . It’s an awesome shop.

The lady was really rude to me because i was asking a question about the different brands of vapes and she told me to just pick one. i just picked one out and didn’t like the flavor and she said there was nothing i could do about it except deal with it. i don’t understand what the problem was because i didn’t like a certain vape.

Great atmosphere and wonderful service provided. If I had any questions about any products, they were answered they were also very knowledgeable about most products, and overall the best vip I’ve seen out the Florence / Hebron areas well organized I can find most of everything and I like the selection of different and new products

Normally They’re great, never once had any issue before last night, the new metal elf bars are horrible! I bought the blue cotton candy flavor, hit it 3 times & then it died! & it doesn’t hold a charge! I’ve tried multiple charger’s; by far the worst elf bar I’ve ever bought! VIP is still awesome, I have nothing against the store, but those new metal elf bars are NOT IT!

Best vape shop in Florence the owner Khaled is super cool and helped me and wife get the right mods and the perfect juices for our taste buds… i highly recommend this place over all vape shops… super friendly service, great prices, and great selections on vapes and juices i would give it 10stars if i could…..

Amazing deals and unique finds! They have so many flavors to choose from on vapes. The prices are better than any gas station. The incense smell amazing with so many scents to choose from. You gotta check this place out!

I accidentally left the box of 32$ pods on the counter. Noone else was in the store I realize it when I get home. So I call them. He says Ill watch the cams call me back. I called back his buddy answers saying he left. But they cant find the pack of pods anywhere. I said did he watch the cam? Said yes but we cant find the pod pack. Wouldnt the cam be able to tell ya if u really watched it!!!! Dont go here bad people
