Absolutely amazing experience! Ive had pains in my back for quite a few years, labor jobs have been my line of work. I havent ever felt this good after getting a massage. Its been a few days since and Im still feeling good. Highly recommend if youre new!

We really enjoyed our visit. My partner and I purchased a couples massage for our anniversary. This spa is very clean and inviting, we felt very comfortable there. Jessica and Abby were terrific massage therapists, both very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back for more services in the future.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review about this gem ever since my honey and I visited in February. We both received 45 minute foot soaks which included the choice of either a head/shoulder or foot/calf massage. Our foot bath was so luxurious, perfectly warm and infused with flower petals and essential oil. We were offered a delicious ginger tea, and the soak room was beautiful with dim lighting and the most comfortable reclining chairs. My guy is not at all a spa person, but he absolutely loved the experience. It was the perfect amount of relaxation and pampering without being overwhelming for a newcomer to spa services. Michelle was our provider, and her beautiful energy and caring hands had us feeling so happy and cared for. I can’t wait to come back to enjoy some of their other offerings myself, and my guy says definitely more foot soaks in his future!

I’ve been to Soak & Spa 3 times now and have been extremely pleased each time. My most recent appointment I had Sam and she was so nice and had great recommendations for me to take home to continue my healing. Will be back for sure!

Booked a couples massage for the weekend, it was both our first massages. Our massage therapists were very considerate and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We both feel less tension and pain from before and are definetly coming back!

I wanted to get a massage today, and the place I have a monthly membership didnt have any openings. I looked for another option and found Soak Spa. Im so glad I did! I received the best massage in recent memory in a lovely environment. I actually decided to cancel my monthly plan to come here in the future. Highly recommend!

I love this day spa! Melissa, the owner, is wonderful and warm, and the massage therapists - especially Gretchen and Cara - give exceptional massages. I usually go once a month for a massage to relieve neck/shoulder pain and tension headaches, and its such an effective way to relieve my stress. The foot soak is a must do, its a great way to start out a spa service. Their facials are great too! The new location in Scotch Pines is lovely. Highly recommend!

I had a reflexology foot soak from Rebekah, which was amazing. Helped release some of tension and anxiety I’d been experiencing. Sooo relaxing! That was followed by a wonderful facial from Dawn. I’m an esthetician myself so my standards and expectations are pretty high. Dawn knocked it out of the park! I will definitely be coming back for more of both.

Becca at this Massage place is maybe the best Masseuse I have ever experienced. She is gifted, caring, professional and just in one word: WONDERFUL. I suggest going to see her today!

Cara has a great touch. She has wonderful relaxing long strokes and good pressure without any pain. She found a sore spot on my knee and rubbed through it. If you truly want to experience comfort and relaxation, I recommend Cara.

I had an amazing experience with my massage here. I opted for a 90 minute massage with reflexology add-on.My mom, sister and aunt have all been here for foot soaks and loved it, but I wanted to get a fuller body experience. The package I chose was the integrative energy healing and massage session with Sam.I think the best testimonial I can give is that I immediately booked a second session after I left this one. It was really a wonderful experience and Sam is intuitive, thoughtful and thorough. 10/10!

Wow! What an amazing experience. Set in a very welcoming, calming and beautiful space. The people are so kind and gentle. I also loved that they have so many energy work options along with traditional spa pampering. I have never had a facial or full massage before. This was a wonderful and relaxing experience. 10/10 would do it again. I practically fell asleep on the table. The atmosphere is nice and soothing and classy. Light instrumental music and flowing water sounds fill the air. The staff were all lovely and did great jobs.

Amazing atmosphere but this review is for Angela. Just WOW!! I have been In multiple accidents with built up scar tissue all down my neck and shoulders. Her neck work was amazing for a 75 minute. The pressure and touch just blew me away! I believe her also working at a chiropractors office has just taught her the right pressure points to massage. I would say if you’re looking for a lighter touch but need that swift pressure in the correct areas, she’s your gal!Already booked another appointment with her!

Excellent spa day I had today! First off this is going to be my “go to” massage and facial place from here on out. The attention to detail here is spot on! From the warm booties and hot towels they put on your feet during your massage and facial, the inhalation of relaxing essential oils before starting your massage, the ginger tea and water offered prior to your service. There’s not a lot of spas out there that go the extra mile to make you feel very special. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and answer any questions you may have. Samantha gives amazing massages so I return to her every time and today my first facial with Imogen which was top notch. I can’t wait to return! I almost fell asleep several times during both my treatments so that’s when you know it’s good! Don’t hesitate for a second to book with Soak Spa. The Soak Spa is a very lovely place. From the reception area to the powder room. My massage room had a lovely water feature with very light background music. Heated massage table and a therapist that attended to my problem areas.

I always look forward to my monthly facial with Melissa! She makes each session so comfortable and relaxing! Including an incredible neck, upper back, arm and hand massage is such a treat!

My husband bought me the all day spa package and it was hands down the best spa experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to Melissa, Sam, and Kenzie for a day of bliss. The massage, facial, body scrub/wrap, and foot soak were all amazing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the ginger tea is divine. The is a true FoCo gem. Sam is incredibly gifted at massage! My shoulders are two inches lower each time I leave. The foot soaks are indulgent as well. Highly recommend!

This is to say how much I loved the massage at Soak Spa which was a couples massage with my wife. My technician was Sam and she gave me the Best Massage that I have ever had!! She listened to what I requested and she proceeded to give me a massage that was Perfect!! She was very professional and very personable. My wifes technician was Dawn and my wife said the very same thing that she had the best massage she had ever had, also. We left feeling very happy and refreshed. I have had so many times left a massage feeling like why couldnt get the massage I was looking for?? I can say that with Sam and Dawn we will be back again at a later date looking forward to another great massage. It was a wonderful experience and we would recommend Soak Spa along with Sam and Dawn to anyone.

Id been experiencing some tightness in my legs, more than usual and some pain in my Achilles tendon. She asked me what I needed to work on and I shared with her. She worked thoroughly on both the front and backs of my legs, ankles, feet, hips and back. Soak spa is my happy place!! I look forward to using my membership each month! Talon and the gua sha was amazing for really working out my tension and chronic pain. Danielle is amazing too! I am addicted to the lash extensions! I cant go without them now. I hardly wear make up and my eyes still pop even when I wear my glasses. The facials are relaxing and really help my skin stay healthy. I love going for foot soaks to relax with friends too! The owner is awesome and all the staff is welcoming.

This week was the first time I visited Soak n Spa but I immediately joined the member ship program (super great value at the $65 level — the same cost as chain memberships that are nowhere near the level of service). The signature massage includes aromatherapy and hot towels (usually cost extra at other places) which was honestly a really great touch (the hot towel on your back just feels amazing) and my therapist was super attentive to unique aches and pains I have and I had great relief after that. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the ambience and attentiveness of the staff and surprised as how affordable the memberships are. I bought gift certificates for friends for Christmas and I ended up getting a great value because of the membership. If you’re looking for a one off spa experience do the whole thing with the foot soak and massage, but if you’re the type who prefers a regular place — this is it!

Ive been in three times now. The staff is friendly, professional and clean. The ambiance is cute, warm,and cozy. This last time was extremely exceptional. I was needing a last minute massage and was lucky enough to get in. The booking was easy and fast. Although Cameron was new, she has experience and gave me the best massage Ive ever had. And Im picky. Great pressure and communication. I booked another appointment right away.

As a gift, I booked my boyfriend and I a couples massage. I was a little nervous from the beginning because it would be my first massage and I wasnt sure what to expect. However, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Elizabeth was excellent with answering all of my questions and getting back to me right away. My boyfriends masseuse, Abbie, was also great! He works a physical job and really needed someone to help get all the knots out. My masseuse, Rich, was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I thought I was going to have knots in my back forever, but he worked them out pretty good! They both checked in on how we were feeling and made adjustments when asked. It was an amazing experience and I think we will be booking another massage with Rich and Abbie pretty soon!

I have had very few massages in my life, reason being the last one I had years ago, I got a terrible headache from the massage. However, I am in serious mourning and the thought came to me to see out a massage, but I wanted something with hydrotherapy, so I called Soak Spa & Foot Sanctuary. I really did not know what to ask for, so asked the receptionist what she would recommend. Amber was my masseuse, and she put me at ease instantly and started soaking my feet in herbs and essential oils. I had my scalp massaged, my neck, hands and of course my feet and calves, it was totally amazing. My only regret is that the receptionist did not recommend a full body massage! Amber is awesome and though I live out of state, I will be back and highly recommend. :)

Today I had an amazing experience thanks to the awesome staff. I was gifted the peace and harmony massage package. I first had Cameron who did my foot treatment and massage! She was incredible, I recommend her. She was caring about me as a person and what I wanted. She made the whole experience amazing! I loved working with her! Misty did my signature facial. She was also amazing! I learned so much from her and walked away with some great products to help with my skin. Such a great environment and the staff really make the whole process so amazing 😊

I dont often leave a review but I have been trying to find a place to get a good foot massage that isnt sketchy and not have to get a pedicure. This place is it. They did exactly what I wanted and needed. I will go back and for more than a foot massage and soak. Thank you! Just what I needed.

Three of us planned a spa day with facials and massages. It was challenging finding a spot that could accommodate all of us at the same time. We were referred to Soak by another spa in town. When I called Soak, Elizabeth was super helpful and coordinated the day for us. Really great experience all around. Super accommodating, good vibes and relaxing atmosphere. Shout out to Gretchen who literally gave the best massage I’ve ever had. All my girls had amazing treatments and massages. Can’t wait to go back and try one of their foot soaks! My daughter who is a bride to be and I went for a day at the spa. The experience was wonderful! They worked on both of us at the same time in these big comfy chairs while our feet soaked! The bride added a facial and she enjoyed it. I did an eyebrow tint which was good! The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable and the ginger tea is awesome! I have tried massage parlors all over Fort Collins, Loveland and even out of the country. Hands down the soak spa and foot sanctuary wins. From the moment I arrive to when I leave I receive personalized care. Everyone is friendly and attentive. They even offer tea and snacks! I always request the same masseuse when I get a massage. She is amazing she really knows her muscles and has worked wonders on my shoulders. I also highly recommend their foot soaks. Five stars! I recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely the best facial experience Ive ever had with Melissa. Shes my first call to take care of myself. Its WAY more of a relaxing experience than just a facial. Professional, calming, and caring. Wonderful massage with Clint. If you ever feel squeamish about a male masseur, he makes it a non-issue. Will go back! Foot soaks are really worth it. Someone came in repeatedly to add warm water to the soak and make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend for an incredible experience.Update: if youve ever been curious what it feels like to have baby skin, now is your chance. After having a facial (complete with a mini foot soak, feet then massaged in oil, wrapped in bags then heated towels, multiple facial treatments, massage on shoulders, neck, arms, hands, face, and even ears, and too many extras to count) I am so relaxed I can barely walk. Seriously, this is the best there is in self care. Dont miss out. Oh, and dont be tempted to compare apples to apples with other salons. No one else is going to give you the value for the money. Melissa and her team care deeply about the total experience for their clients. I wont go anywhere else for spa services.

Wonderful ambiance and staff. I think it’s slightly overpriced for just a soak and 10 min foot rub, but it was a high quality spa and I would come back to see if the longer massages are more worthwhile.

Found the Soak Spa on google search and decided to check it out based on its ratings, and it definitely lived up to its high ratings. I went in to purchase 2 Foot Soak packages for xmas gifts and came out with 4, plus a Facial/Massage package (for me). Melissa is a delightful owner, professional and very knowledgeable. I loved the signature facial and look forward to trying the many different choices they offer. And Edith gave me one of the best massages - perfect pressure. Cant wait to return.

I have gone to soak spa & for sanctuary for around 2 years now for deep tissue and relaxing massage therapy and my experience has always been amazing. The massage therapists always do an awesome job taking care of the aches and pains Im dealing with, the environment is always calm, clean, and relaxing, and I highly recommend them for a pleasant massage experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Every single person was pleasant, it was relaxing and clean, and the massage and facial were phenomenal. Clint gave the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t live in Colorado, but when I come to visit I will absolutely be scheduling appointments with Clint for a massage, and Misty for a facial. I very rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it!

I joined the monthly club for services which has helped me reach my goal of self care with a monthly facial. So far Ive tried three different facials and each time I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I started in the foot sanctuary. Our Soul Full Delight foot soak was wonderful! We were able to sit side by side and enjoy each others company along with the foot and neck massage.After that, we each had a facial. I had never had one before. I had no idea how wonderful and relaxing it could be. Allison is a master! Two days later we went back. I had a body stay while my daughter had a Mom to be massage.The atmosphere as soon as we walked in the door was caring, professional, and relaxing.I highly recommend Allison and her expert staff.

Very relaxing experience from the second I walked through the door. The ginger tea was lovely. I never felt rushed.I had a 60-minute deep tissue massage and Id say it was in the top 3 massages Ive ever had. My massage therapist, Rebekah, incorporated gentle stretching, which felt awesome!I plan to return. I even purchased a couples massage for my boyfriend and myself before I left! Looking forward to coming back and trying the foot soak massage as well!

I just had my first visit at Soak after receiving a spa gift certificate from my husband for my birthday. I chose the body scrub and shea butter body wrap, followed by a deep tissue massage. My skin has never felt so soft, and I cant remember the last time my muscles were this relaxed. I feel like a pile of butter.

I have been coming to Soak Spa and Foot Sanctuary for over a year. I originally came as I was having issues with rosacea and acne at the age of 50. My hairdresser recommended Soak Spa. The first person I meet was the owner, Melissa. She is amazing. The next person I meet was Ashley. She put me on Face Reality products and I followed her recommendations for treatment. Before COVID hit, she said my skin was in great condition and released from treatment. My skin still looks great and I continue to use the products. Now I have moved on to getting a massage. Clint takes care of me. Never have I had a massage where the massage therapist could find places that I didnt even know needed work. My last appointment was on Dec. 5th. I signed up again for the monthly wellness so I can have me time at such a beautiful place.

This has been such a special find of mine! I dropped in the first time upon seeing their signage on a major road in town; I had a very challenging day and needed some TLC. They were able to take me as a walk in and I was hooked. My second visit was on Valentines Day when I took my husband and we had side by side treatments-foot soak and massage. He is not a pampering kind of guy but he loved it! My third visit involved a group Soak and Meditation session which was fabulous. Now, I cant wait to book my next visit.

I was in search of a massage therapist to replace my old one and received quite the surprise from a Google search.She is now working here and she is the best. Great day spa. Have had various types of massages and foot soaks, all are awesome and which is best is subjective and based on what you are trying to achieve. Working too many hours at computer the deep tissue massage is great; just need to de stress then get a foot soak; best of all get both! Gretchen is best massage therapist I’ve seen in 10 years of getting massages. The spa is lovely, the front desk team friendly and professional and the extras like ginger tea and hot towels put this place way above the chains. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were gifted a couples oasis. Foot soak and 60 minute massage. This was our first ever professional massage, and Crystal and Dianne had to mop us off the table it felt. The setting was calming, our therapists were well-versed in anatomy, and we left there feeling like new people. We WILL be returning.

I received a signature facial and did the first Guided Meditation Foot Soak in the same day. I have never been more relaxed. Its nothing like anything Ive experienced. Its relaxing, detoxifying, and invigorated my spirit. I came out of there feeling refreshed and ready to take on the next week. I HIGHLY recommend these services.

I just had my first body wrap by Ashley today and it was wonderful! I got the seaweed wrap. It appealed to me because it’s detoxing, but it was also very hydrating and rejuvenating. I am very sensitive to energy and this felt like it worked very well on an energetic level as well as physical. I feel deeply relaxed and also clear! Lots removed from my energy field. I will definitely go back for this treatment again sometime. I hope soon!

I had a wonderful time at Soak spa for a microdermabrasion and a facial. Melissa was very knowledgeable and attentive, she checked on me the next day as well and a week later to see how my skin feels. I signed up for 4 total sessions with her, which were an amazing deal. By far, the best spa experience in northern Colorado! Thanks to Groupon, Ive been to a lot of spas in the area; after going to Soak, I stopped buying Groupon deals and started going to Soak exclusively. Melissa has changed my skin. She is an expert in dealing with acne - even stubborn adult acne. I never walked out of the house without foundation/concealer; now I can do it whenever I want, without worrying about how my skin looks. The ambiance is soothing and nurturing; little touches of special care are everywhere. Ive enjoyed the monthly foot soak specials, and the sinus relief treatment has helped to drain my sinuses almost immediately. I cant say enough about Melissa and her staff - theyre all wonderful!

Wow!! I was looking for a holistic spa that used quality products, and I found it!! Each step of my facial included organic, yummy ingredients that have made me absolutely glow!! Melissa (owner) was so thoughtful and so extremely knowledgeable - the entire experience was magical. Every detail you can imagine was thought of! I will be back!!

I had an amazing facial with Melissa on Friday morning. I came in with dull, dried out, dead looking skin and left a thousand layers lighter (it felt) with glowing, gorgeous, transparent skin!! It was amazing! I have kind of difficult skin -its very nice when treated well but when NOT it really shows, and I unfortunately abuse it too frequently. My Signature Facial at Soak Spa completely reversed the damage Ive done and I left feeling fabulous and absolutely glowing. I couldnt possibly recommend anyone higher for skincare than Melissa and Soak Spa.

Melissa is amazing. Ive never been one to be disciplined about taking care of my skin and she has turned that all around. Not only have I seen an improvement in my skin but I know that its being improved as naturally as possible. The Micro-Channeling service immediately improves fine lines and gives your face a glow-y appearance for days. Oh, and the facials are heaven. Im never so relaxed as I am after one of her facials. The entire process led me to be in a meditative state. This experience transcended far beyond the external skin on my face, décolleté, hands arms and feet!It was lush, personal and healing both physically and mentally.After I returned home my husband commented on how my skin was glowing! My favorite part about Soak Spa and Foot Sanctuary is that there is a Walmart, and then its almost a little hole in the wall. That is until you walk in. That is where you will find a dazzling dark, yet soothing atmosphere. I suggest starting with any soak. You will be in almost a cave-like room, where you will sit comfortably, whilst your feet are submerged in warm waters. That is when the real magic happens. I was in Fort Collins for just a few days and noticed this business and thought Wow, what a great idea to just have a relaxing soak and massage for my tired feet.Even thought it was last minute, they were able to schedule me for 45 minutes of bliss. Crystal, my therapist, was attentive but not intrusive. After setting me up with warm water, a heated neck wrap, she lowered the lights and let me relax. Checking in to see if the water needed heating or if I needed anything. Then came a wonderful sea-salt foot scrub and lower leg/foot massage.BLISSIf I lived in the area I would be a regular customer!

I had pain in my upper back and neck for 5 months. Nothing helped. I went to Claudia and she made the pain completely go away. She found out the exact spots of pain and really made them all better. She is awesome! I thought the pain would return, but it has been 2 months and zero pain. I highly recommend her.

I scheduled an appointment and the week of my appointment they closed because of COVID 19 (understandable). I was told that when they reopened I would be one of the first people contacted. I never received a call. I emailed Melissa and she said she would call me and never did. I called the spa and got an appointment and when I showed up they did not have me scheduled. I give up and I am very disappointed. It is such a shame, because the reviews seemed really great for this spa.
