Woodhouse Spa - Fort Collins

My husband booked me a spa package at Woodhouse Spa for my birthday today! It included a prenatal massage, pedicure, and bath soak. All of the services were wonderful and everyone was very friendly. I left feeling so relaxed. I will be booking another massage with Nicole - she was great!

Really, really great experience that leaves you feeling as pampered and refreshed as you hope. We did a couples massage, the robes are super cozy while you wait in the quiet room to unwind, we enjoyed a glass of wine. The massage itself might be the best I’ve ever had. I did a Swedish style that was perfect pressure and put me into a trance. My fiancé reported that she feels pain free and relaxed for the first time in months. After the massage, you can take as much time you need back in the quiet room which is a missing piece at other spas. The shower and amenities are the final cherries on top of the experience. It was divine, would recommend for your next spa day.

The staff at Woodhouse is extraordinary. Ive never felt so pampered before. Thank you for the best birthday a gal could ask for. I cant wait to return!

Booked a couple massage for our anniversary. Best massage weve had, even better than a $500 spa in vegas weve attended.They offered us drinks while we waited (wife had a mimosa).As a male who doesnt visit spas often, I would say the best part is that the staff walks you through the process and doesnt judge you for your lack of knowledge. Felt right at home.Wish I could remember who gave me my massage, he was excellent. Without saying anything, he could tell when pressure was too much and adjusted accordingly. Absolutely the best Ive received. (Even though I slept through 20 minutes of it)Changing room was nice and you can shower off when youre done. Took advantage of the sample cologne as well.Easy 5 stars. Will definitely be back.

I was so impressed with the quality of deep tissue massage that Meagan provided. She exceeded my expectations in strength and endurance in her ability to provide a thorough and extremely skillful massage of my full body with focus on problem areas! I will be returning to her again. Only issue I had (completely un-related to Meagan) was the sounds from the hallway carrying into my massage room. I could hear doors slamming, glasses clinking, and people talking throughout my treatment and that was a little distracting/took away from the ambiance. Otherwise it was a wonderful first experience at the WH.

Woodhouse spa has become a favorite of mine! Brittany the esthetician is fabulous and everyone working at the front desk is caring, kind and helpful. I’m always pleasantly surprised at their extra offerings and how good I feel when I leave 😌 The ambiance of the spa is great, the quiet room and extra amenities are the cherry on top! Definitely would recommend this spa!

My mother and I went to Woodhouse to get mani pedis and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone at check in was so friendly, we got soft robes, and slippers, and something to drink. They have a little changing room to store your things. Our providers were Michelle and Alyssa, and they were so sweet, fun to talk to, and they did a great job on our nails. It was a great experience, super relaxing and fun. Well be back again!

Woodhouse spa in fort collins was such a great find. My daughter and I needed some quality time together and this was perfect. From check in, to the quiet/relaxation room to the services, everything was perfect. We loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

Best massage ever! I have been back 3 times now to Clara and every time has been great. She is great at adjusting her pressure to your needs. My stress and tension are always relieved after a session with her. The facials and pedis are also wonderful. The environment is relaxing and I never feel rushed.

This spa is beyond any expectation I could have had. Went with my mom for my first massage and it was exceptionally incredible. The staff was personable and kind as well as comfortable and accommodating. I’m surprised the experience wasn’t more, it is completely worth the money you spend. Amazing !!! I was really disappointed in my experience receiving a hydra facial at Woodhouse Spa. While I was receiving the facial, the esthetician asked me if I would like something that would improve my skin. I said sure! Thank you! Im not even sure what she did after that, but when I went to the cashier, they charged me a lot more than what I had signed up for initially. I think that is really wrong. If theyre going to be adding on services, they should be up front that it will cost extra and not make it seem like theyre doing you a favor!

Everything was excellent! Tara gave me the most perfect pedicure Ive ever gotten! Heidis massage was soo relaxing and much needed! The wrap was new for me and Rich made it a lovely experience! The quiet rooms were so nice and comfy, I didnt want to leave! Ill absolutely be back and recommend everyone come here and treat yourself to a lovely spa day!

Ive been a repeat customer, and there was absolutely no recognition of repeat business which they wont get anymore. Spent over $1000 to treat my friend and I to a pre planned birthday date - only to get packed into a waiting area like sardines with a bunch of other people. I was not tended to once after the first beverage offering. I wandered the basement space aimlessly trying to find an employee to order another drink to no avail. This was the special customer service they had us come an hour early for. We were promised in advance private space. And even after not getting the space promised, a staff member said shed try and get us a private room and never followed up. Additionally, I purchased products and one has mold in it. Truly horrific venue experience.

Heidi was on point, all the staff are so nice, we booked another session immediately after we were done. We have a great place back home and we travel all over, so take our word that this IS THE SPOT if you are in Fort 🙏👌

We had a couples massage after a super stressful run in our lives. It was my husbands first massage. The ladies were amazing and his masuese made him comfortable enough that he said he would definitely do it again.

Meagan was absolutely phenomenal. This spa was relaxing and offered everything from check in to check out. Meagan nailed what moderate to deep pressure meant. I felt as though my muscle groups were targeted together to release my tension. I have never rebooked at a spa and that changed today! I cannot wait for my next massage with Meagan!

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a spa. All of the little details were so thoughtful and added up to a really lovely time. 34wks pregnant and in desperate need of some tlc - you guys were an answer to this pregnant ladys prayers!

Edit: management was very accommodating and open to feedback about my previous visit. The staff member who did my wrap previously is no longer at WH so it makes sense that that service I received doesn’t reflect WH services. Nicole does a phenomenal massage! I will be returning for services.My husband wanted to book me a relaxing day during my third trimester. I haven’t found a nice spa with a luxurious relaxation room or anything since moving to CO, but Woodhouse was highly recommended. When booking my appointment he asked what would pair well with a prenatal massage and the nourishing wrap was recommended by the receptionist. He booked both. I had the wrap service first.. this is where it went wrong. I love the service and amenities when arriving.. I was super hopeful. When I entered the room for the wrap the girl was very nervous and almost uncomfortable? Not sure if she was new or because I was 30+ weeks pregnant? It wasn’t relaxing at all. She slapped on the concoction in places she could reach.. I was uncomfortable on the table.. I think she finally got a wedge cushion but even then didn’t really cover majority of my body or belly (which I thought was supposed to be “nourishing” and hydrating to my pregnant skin and body). I laid there on this crinkly paper very uncomfortably and then she wiped it off and brought me back to the relaxation room. 🫠set the appointment off on the complete wrong foot.. I was devastated my husband treated to this day and it was uncomfortable and not relaxing..HOWEVER.. the massage therapist was phenomenal. I had one of the best massages ever. I wish I hadn’t done the nourishing wrap or I wish I had my massage first. I never write poor/average reviews but for the money spent.. I do not recommend the nourishing wrap and I definitely don’t think they should be recommending this service for pregnant patients if it’s so “difficult” and not nourishing or relaxing.. very disappointing especially for almost $500 with tips. Would consider returning, however, for a massage and the relaxation room!

Every visit Ive had at Woodhouse has been so amazing and relaxing! This spa has so many thoughtful and special touches throughout. I love arriving early for my appointments, taking my time to get changed into my robe and slippers in the locker room, then heading to the quiet room to meditate or read a book with a complimentary beverage and heated neck wrap. I get hydrafacials with Josslyn, who has the touch of an angel! Her facials are so gentle and relaxing, yet very effective and Im always happy with the results. Every employee Ive interacted with at Woodhouse is very kind and professional.I see other reviews mention the price of this spa being high, but in my experience the prices are comparable to other spas and estheticians, especially for the top notch treatment you will receive at Woodhouse.

How to make your woodhouse experience worth the money -1) ARRIVE EARLY2) have a mimosa and read or meditate3) COMMUNICATION during session will ensure you have exactly what you came for4) Nichole is amazing, I highly recommend if you have any chronic pain5) post massage, take your time in the lounge. Have another drink of choice and rest for a few minutes. Then take a shower with all the delicious products they provide. I strongly suggest the shower mist and doing some breath work. Follow by lotion and you’re all set!

I had a facial here in September with the dermaflash add on. The facial was great, spa is large, relaxing and beautiful. The best part was the most unexpected though, I could not and still cannot believe how incredible my skin looked afterwards. It just continued to glow more and more each day and after about 3-4 days of improvement it stayed in that clear, smooth, glowy state for weeks afterward. Hands down the best results from a single facial, ever. Excellent product recommendations as well. I didn’t end up purchasing that day but wish I had. Next time!

Had a really great facial with Maya today. What a sweet young woman she is! I really appreciated her calm, friendly, confident demeanor. She was very attentive to what I wanted and when the facial steamer ran out, she added more water for me and let it run longer since I liked it so much. Really nice spa. Beautiful decor and very elegant set-up. A bit expensive so be prepared for how much your final bill will be. I will be going back, but Ill be saving my pennies in order to do so!!

I booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and I for her birthday. She had been here once before with her mom and loved it. We had a pretty good experience this time but I guess they were short handed or something. The staff was VERY friendly. My massage was great and hers was so so. The massages were identical (minus a few advanced moves my massuse did that hers did not) The shower after the massage was probably the best part. It was very refreshing and awesome being able to wash off all the oil and such. My girlfriend told me about a complimentary beverage and a lavender wrap that she received last time that they didnt do for us this time. It just seemed rushed and I was bummed about not getting the drink or wrap. For the money I would have expected perfection.

My wife and I had a couples massage. They suggested to come 30 minutes before our appointment to spend time in their quite room before your massage. We took advantage of it. We had a mimosa and they provided a warm neck pillow. My wife loved the heavy bathrooms. The massages and couples room were great. The only opportunity was the changing room was small. Single show and bathroom.

I felt/feel amazing after such a wonderful spa day! From check in to check out, everyone was wonderful to me! I appreciate all the care given to make it a special, relaxing, enjoyable experience. This will be an annual birthday celebration for my friend and me 🎉💕

If you want to treat yourself, this is an amazing opportunity! I hate getting massages and having to get up and get right in my car, but the entire environment and lack of rushing at Woodhouse completely eliminated that… I love the robes and the relaxing lounge that you’re welcome to sit in and “wake up” after your treatment. The entire staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the sweetest gal checked me in and made me feel so at home. I feel fantastic after my massage, it was perfect. Vanessa certainly listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. I will be back!

I LOVE it when I get my money’s worth (and more) at a spa. Woodhouse is officially my go to now! Last week was my first time there (Mothers Day Gift) and you know you’ve had a wonderful experience when you’re still daydreaming about it days/weeks later.My massage was perfect and then having quiet time in the relaxation room afterwards is truly the best way to end a spa visit. Also, I really appreciate the decor at Woodhouse. I think interior design is just as much a part of a spa package and you can tell this was taken into account. I have a very small budget, so when I do spend it I want it to be on something special…(this mindset has taken me a long time to learn. 😉) Woodhouse Spa has completely earned a spot in my budget and I can’t wait to go back! 🌸✨

My husband and I went there the day after our wedding and the staff from start to end was just fantastic! We got to change into soft robes and sandals, they offered us complimentary drinks, we got to sit by this beautiful fire place while awaiting our couples massage, and the massages were absolutely amazing! Im definitely planning on coming back for either a massage or even a facial. The women at the front desk were so helpful and cheerful, everybody congratulated us on our marriage, and made us feel so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend to anybody

Everything about this spa is the kind of luxury and pampering you look for in a spa. Alyssa is a new esthetician and she was incredible. Asked a lot of questions, examined my skin and made recommendations. The treatment was so relaxing and my skin looked incredible and felt hydrated! Audrey and Andrea at the counter were warm and welcoming. It’s a perfect retreat to refresh and recharge.

Mani-pedi was very good. I was a little disappointed in the small room with narrow chairs I waited in as I am a larger woman. It would be nice if they provided a more comfortable (perhaps armless) chair experience in the main floor lounge.

Be sure to come early and stay a while after your appointment. The changing room area and quiet room are a wonderful way to start and end your time there. I came about 30 minutes early and was so glad I did! The changing room area is a spacious, calming atmosphere and a warm, soft robe and slides await you in your personalized locker. There are two beautiful restrooms (one is large enough to change in if you prefer privacy like I do) and a vast, beautiful shower. The changing room area also has many amenities available such as, beautiful fragrances, lotions, hair dryers and even mouthwash! I have had many treatments at this spa but my most recent was the tranquil Hot Stone massage. One full hour of relaxing bliss! My therapist began with a consultation to learn what I liked & disliked during a massage. She also asked about areas to avoid and areas to concentrate on. After a warm foot wrap, I enjoyed one of the best massages I have ever had! I was sad when it was over but I retreated to the relaxing quiet room to extend my luxurious & peaceful time at the beautiful Woodhouse Spa. Soothing music, chaise lounges and a beverage of your choice; I chose champagne! I so look forward to my next visit! It truly is a relaxing, luxurious experience.

Ive been going to Woodhouse regularly for over a year now and love it every time. The atmosphere is perfect, and all the services are top notch and thoughtful, taking your body/skin/hands/feet into account rather than giving you a one size fits assume massage, facial, or mani pedi. I bring my husband for massages, and my mom and my sister for mani pedis and they all live it

Such a cute relaxing getaway in the middle of Fort Collins. I brought my mom and sister along, to do the opposite of hiking in the Rockies. The staff was friendly, professional, and set the tone for an afternoon of pampering like weve never had before. Arrive 30 minutes early to wrap up in a robe, sit next to a fireplace in their cozy quiet lounge, and sip beverages of your choice before your appointment. I did the Hydrate and Soothe Facial, which was amazing. My face feels refreshed and bright. The cleansers and serums are custom and gentle to your skin type. The soothing shoulder and arm massage during the mask, I felt like I could fall asleep at that point, laying under the warm blanket and heated bed.Definitely coming back the next time Im in town.Thank you for the wonderful experience that I now share with my mom and sister.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Everyone there was pleasant and professional. If Google would let me, I would give them 10 stars!

I had the most amazing HydraFacial from Hannah! My skin is glowing, free of blemishes, and feels amazing. Hannah answered all of my questions and gave detailed advice for my home care routine. The hospitality staff made me feel pampered and were so attentive, as well. I’ll definitely be back!

My experience was amazing, my husband bought me the calming retreat, the first time I went in I wasn’t really satisfied, I gave my feedback and the customer service and the manager Audrey was absolutely amazing!! They are super kind and friendly, the 2nd experience was super relaxing and Dana gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! They are super clean and sanitary and I will definitely be returning!

This place is fantastic, just what Fort Collins needed. Yes, it’s expensive but all the amenities I would expect with price tag. I had a lift & form facial with facial cupping with Hannah and it was relaxing and effective. I walked out fully relaxed with tighter pores and nearly nonexistent wrinkles!

My husband treated me to an entire morning of self care at the very last minute. Not only did they make time for me, but when I was there, they treated me like royalty. I won’t hesitate to recommend or return. Best facial, mani/pedi in my life. Book it now.

I purchased the small NuFace hand wand & really like how portal the device is. Lets face it! Our northern CO climate is super challenging for the skin; esp. for those 50+ ! The FIX serum included wasnt lubricating enough for use with the NuFace so I just used my own facial oil. Ive purchased other products & have been very happy with them. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Looking forward to booking an appointment in the near future.

I have been evry disappointed in other places but this one lives up to the hype. Beautiful with great customer service. Already booked for next month.
