Just needed to share my experience with Massage Envy in Fort Collins, Colorado …. I have had MANY messages in my life and most of them were nice. BUT—I hit SOLID GOLD— to my surprise yesterday with a massage therapist named Chris … He is phenomenal and I highly recommend him. My hips and back and sciatic were hurting so much when I went in and was PAINLESS since yesterday..He truly cares .. everyone was so helpful.. From Sonny who manages Massage Envy..willing to bend over backwards to help the clients p
The place has operated in the most shady fashion by bullying my shy son into a membership on his grandmothers credit card. He needed ONE massage and now my elderly mother is stuck paying for a membership she can’t use after they confused him with what he was signing. He specifically said NO membership. They won’t work with her to change it or reasonably break the contract. This place will not take care of you they will take advantage at any chance they get as they did my 82 year old mother. Stay Away!!
My massage itself was great, but highly disappointed in the staff and management. They sign you up for the membership telling you, you can quit whenever but then when you go to you get stuck into a 6 month contract. So as I am now stuck with astleast 6 month membership I will be using at other locations over Colorado and not this location due to the manipulative nature here.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. Im not one to even write a negative review, but this place cancelled my massage 3 TIMES. One of the times I drove there and they told me in person that it was cancelled and they had called me the day before to let me know they did not ever call me. AWFUL MANAGEMENT, they wouldnt give me my money back. I would never go here again and warn off anyone looking to go here.
I have had a horrible experience with this location/business. I am currently pregnant and had scheduled a massage. I was called a couple days before my scheduled appointment to tell me the person I was scheduled with doesn’t do prenatal, so they rescheduled me for two days later. Showed up for my appointment and 10 minutes past my appointment time, I was told my therapist didn’t know she had an appointment and wasn’t there so we would have to reschedule again. Rescheduled for a week later and 15 minutes past my appointment, they notified me they didn’t have a pillowcase for the special prenatal pillow they use and we would have to reschedule again. Their next available didn’t work for me and I was told I would get a call later that day to reschedule. That was three days ago and no call. Terrible customer service and terrible planning.
I had a 90-minute prenatal massage booked (it takes a while to get these appts), and it was changed an hour before the massage to a 60-minute (which is actually closer to 45min here). I was notified of this change via text- no call and no options to rebook for a 90-minute. The assistant manager said she made the change to maximize her schedule- its clear massage envy prioritizes their bottom line/corporation over clients.I much prefer the services at Spavia, Massage Heights, or even their Loveland location. When I asked for the next available prenatal massage would be, she was looking at 2 months out and lectured me about how this is standard practice for them.
2wks ago I called to cancel the account, I have been diagnosed with compressed discs and have to start seeing a doctor to get it resolved. After explaining all of this the girl said, We can definitely stop the debit on the account. I said thats what I had hoped, and was why I had called so far ahead of the withdraw date. She said, If you dont mind, Ill have my manager call you when hes in just to chat about it. I said that was fine, but that I wanted to confirm my account would not be charged. She stated, Yeah, well definitely not debit the account. The manager called a few days later during my working hours, and I didnt respond to his voicemail, since I figured he was just calling to try and get me to stay. I never received cancellation paperwork or heard anything further. Two days ago they debited my account anyway. I called immediately and told them they had overdrawn me and I needed the funds reversed before I accrued fees. I never heard back. I called again this morning, and finally received a call this evening. The manager accused me of lying, spoke over me and rose his voice, and then hung up on me. I called back to ask the managers name and cancel my appointments remaining and was told by the girl at the front she would not give me his name because she didnt know what happened. I told her theres nothing illegal in her telling me her managers name, its public knowledge, I just need to know so I can communicate with corporate. She refused and put me on hold. I hung up, saw the cancellation paperwork was finally sent to me, and that they cancelled my remaining appointments. I lodged a complaint with corporate, and then read their BBB reviews and saw theyre in a class action lawsuit and realized nobody is going to care or help- so I might as well leave this review. This all occurred at the Fort Collins, CO store 0191 at 1514 E. Harmony Road Suite 2B.
The membership model is a scam. Ive been paying it monthly for 10 years. Ive accumulated as many as 40+ unused massages. I need to cancel it just to try stop adding to this number. But if I cancel, I lose them. I think the Colorado Attorney General needs to address the legality of this. I gave 2 stars because the massage therapist at my location was great. But I hate the business.
Terrilbe customer service. I booked a massage appointment months in advanced, but was not sent a text or a remimder for the appointment, so i was not refunded the $145 for the appointment that I missed.
I was a MassageEnvy member for nearly 10 years. I originally joined the Thornton location and had an amazing therapist that I became very good friends with. I scheduled 2 hour massages every 2 weeks and I would book my appointments out 4 months in advance. Annually I spent about $3500 at Massage Envy because it was a very important part of my wellness routine. My experience at the Fort Collins location has been nothing short of unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and frustrating. They cant seem to retain talent. Every time Id find a good therapist they would quit within a fairly short period of time. Id then have to start building my relationship with another therapist all over again. One therapist that had been my go-to had a bit of a habit of getting injured and on several occasions my appointments were canceled by Massage Envy at the last minute. Literally just a couple hours prior to my appointment time. Well, since I book appointments 4 months in advance, last minute cancellations throw off my routine for the next 90-120 days. This leads me to Massage Envys hypocrirical cancellation policy. If I were to cancel my own appointmnt a couple hours in advance of my session, I get billed for the entire 2 hour session. When THEY cancel an appointment 2 or 3 hours in advance, they dont offer any consolation unless I fight for it. Even then, they still dont comp the equivalent of the entire session, only a portion thereof. As I said, their cancellation policy is entirely hypocritical and skewed heavily in THEIR favor. I guess the franchise is now big enough that they can afford to lose a client whos spent over $30,000 with them in the last 10 years.Fortunately I now have the phone number of one of those good therapists who quit Massage Envy. She comes to my house every two weeks and I pay the therapist directly not some corporate franchise who cant keep good therapists on staff. Welcome to the McDonalds of the massage business.
I got a text the morning of my appointment that said they were excited to see me at my appointment. But I got there, I checked in, The receptionist did not ask for my name, she assumed I was somebody else. Ben so I waited about 10 minutes, then when the massage therapist came out she asked for Lisa which is not me. That is when I found out that My message therapist was not in today. I am a busy person and if I would have got a text saying that they had to cancel and reschedule that would have been fine. I get things happen. But not being notified, And showing up to an appointmenthat I had to rearrange my whole schedule for Is just not OK with me. If I was offered A discount or even a real apology I may think about rescheduling, But none of those things have happened. Very least I should have gotten a phone call from the manager to Apologize. Just basic decency goes a long way.
Customer service is non existent. I have gift cards for them and Im going to throw them in the trash. They cant keep employees and the people at the front counter are the worst.
To Google Reviewers:On 12/20/22 at 12:23, I spoke to Emily, (She was rude, relative to talking over me.) inquiring about sending cancellation paperwork that I paid my 19 year old daughters one year membership. With that being said, since she is of age and I am paying for the services, the protocol is for her to call requesting cancellation paperwork. My daughter called twice inquiring about when she will receive the paperwork. When she didnt receive it via email, I called asking to speak to the manager. As parent, our role is to teach and advocate for our child/ren relative to life situation like this one. They did not inform her that that she would receive an email notification by the end of business day. Emily, will say one of the representatives told my daughter that, but that is not true. I should have looked at the overall reviews of Massage Envy before having my daughter commit a year to this franchise. Good customer service doesnt mean the manager of the franchise cuts off the person paying for the services. I would NOT recommend Massage Envy. I encourage you to look at reviews and their services prior to committing.Respectfully,Christina
Massage Envy Fort Collins will scam you. Do not give them your credit card information or sign up for any sort of membership. They will lock you in and not let you cancel! Never have I ever received such back and forth from a company and their customer service....BE WARNED!!
The therapist seemed angry about being at work and didnt really seem to care about the quality of his massage. It seemed like he had some other stuff going on that maybe impacted his performance. My 60 minute massage ended up only being 45 minutes, and I still paid the full price. It wasnt a bad experience by any means, just a little disappointing.
Bought a gift card for my mother to go here as a mothers day gift. Apparently after signing her paperwork and getting sorted out, they told her that the 12 minutes she spent signing paperwork counted towards her massage. So thank you, Massage Envy. For wasting our time and my money.
The people who work the front desk were friendly. The 90 minute massage was good and thorough, but prices were higher than at local independent places, which I find throw in a few extras like aromatherapy for free. The atmosphere was stark and calm, and the rooms were clean, but the facility lacked a certain warming calm charm I appreciate in spas.I was using a gift certificate, and the most frustrating part was that I was quoted one Introductory price on the phone (which I typed into my appointment), a price $5 higher when I arrived at my appointment (5 days after I booked the appointment), and a price $8 higher when I went to check out and pay. Im not sure whats going on with pricing, but based on this experience, Im going back to my usual local therapist rather than Massage Envy. I was just trying to use a gift certificate and now its used.
My massage therapist was great! He did the job very well and I was happy. I give the company a 3 not him, he would get a 4.5. The reasons I give them a 3 star rating:1: I pay for 60 minutes and only get 50 minutes of actual massage time.2: the front desk staff are Im sure required to be, but are pushy as heck about up-selling you on their products and services. Even after you say no, you have to say no at least 3 more times. Very frustrating. I come to relax not to be hassled.3: I walked in and felt uncomfortable like I shouldnt be there.
This must be the worst location I‘ve ever been to. Three times now they have called me on the day of the appointment to cancel. This latest cancelation, an hour before the service that has been scheduled for a month, has been canceled because the provider doesn’t work on men. Why wasn’t this disclosed when I booked the appointment? This is a ridiculous way to run a business and I 100% regret signing up for this garbage membership.
Major ripoff! They will talk you into doing the membership which is a yearly subscription they dont easily let you out of. It renews automatically without even a warning. If you want to cancel there is a waiting period, so make sure you do it well in advance. I had massages that I had already paid for left over when I cancelled. I verified that these would not expire, and then when I called to make an appointment 2 months later they informed me that they had deleted them due to the fine print in my cancellation policy. Apparently this is a company that makes their money off of people not getting massages. Save your money and go use a private masseuse. Its better than giving to a money grubbing national company.
My experience for my resent visit to message envy in Fort Collins off of Harmony Rd was unexceptionably. I checked in and waited for about 10 minutes to find out that the therapist wasnt there. The lady at the front desk was nice enough but the fact of the matter was that I took off work for my appointment and drove 20 plus minutes to wait for nothing. Every person on this earth only has so much time so time is more valuable then money. The lady at the front desk apologized and said she would have the manager call me. Normally I wouldnt complain on the internet but Its been over 24 hours and I still have not been called by the manager. In the past 3 or 4 months when I have called to book a message I have got an answering machine and not a person. I have been a message envy member for over 10 years and have never experience this much lack of customer service. I do like some of the therapists but unfortunately they must have too many customers and therefore they dont need me or an new customers. I advise finding another message company.
After 12 years as a loyal customer of Massage Envy I decided to cancel my long term membership. Customer service has been deteriorating for several years and high turnover of employees. Never received a call after canceling. Just ok As a 12-year-old customer who brought them dozens of clients over the years I pre-paid my last massage when I canceled my membership. When I went to have my last massage they wanted to charge me full price. In fact even more than the member rate. Then the wanted to compromise and charge me the first time customer rate of $80. Again for a massage I already paid for. And said that the massage I had pre-paid expired in 60 days. Meaning they wanted to be paid twice. This is how they treat a 12-year-old customer. Rather than trying to get me to return as a member, they kick you out the door. And the girl who worked there probably less than 6 months told me, it said this in your contract. In fact she said it 8 times. Regardless that I already paid them. They continue to lose Customers and don’t understand customer service. But stealing my money on a massage I already paid for was OK with them and then they told me that if I didn’t pay twice they wouldn’t pay the therapist. So even though I had already paid them, they said they would not pay the therapist who gave me my massage. What kind of business is this? I paid them for the additional 30 minutes that was not prepaid the left. If this is how they treat 12 year old customers I would say not the best place to go. Never was asked why I was leaving after 12 years. Plenty of other great places.
My wife has gone here once before and loved the therapists. However she expressed to me that the staff was very dry and would upsell with force. If you did not allow to be upsold on there product they were very short and unfriendly. So in avoidance of this happening again I wanted to get my wife a surprise message package for mothers day. I would be the one to handle everything so she did not need to deal with the staff. Then to confirm with my own experience that the staff was very dry and condescending. Due to the surprise conflicting schedule with other plans I tried to reschedule her appointments with the explanations on why and being very apologetic. I was told that to reschedule it would be a 50% reschedule fee. To reschedule our appointment would cost us 50% of our package price. Our package was 180$! So in turn you can not reschedule, you just lose the appointment and have to pay for another one and half appointments. The manager I spoke with was unwilling to work with us on this and was very rude and unfriendly. We will never bring our business to this company again and will recommend others to look somewhere else for there message therapy needs.
Okay massages, but the business practices are a scam.Tried to change the owner of a shared account when the other owner moved away. A new account was created, and accumulated massages were transferred, but the old account continued getting charged. Tried to cancel both accounts and get a refund for the fraudulent charges, and was told that couldnt be done without the top manager. Was offered a standard cancellation, which involves getting charged for another month and signing away all legal rights. Tried to schedule an appointment with the manager instead, but was told to just come in some other time and see if they were around. Asked to have the accounts frozen (Freeze Plus) to prevent any new charges, but theyre both still getting monthly subscription charges.Have tried to catch the manager but theyre always gone. Still getting charged. Situation still not resolved, months later.
Ive been trying to cancel my account for 3 months. First time I was told I could put my account on a freeze, but I was still charged the next month. I asked to talk to a manager and was told I would get a call back, but that never happened. I was told that I needed to fill out paperwork to cancel my account and I asked it to be e-mailed to me. The first e-mail did not contain the paperwork, so I had to call again to get the paperwork e-mailed to me. It takes 10 days for the cancellation to take affect, making the delay in the cancellation process seem intentional. Im left with calling my bank and asking them to block Message Envy from charging my card because I dont think my account is going to be cancelled. When I asked if I would be refunded for a service that I am not able to use (significant other needs Chemotherapy every two weeks) I was told it wouldnt happen.
Ive never had massages before coming here; so, I may lack perspective. However, I really like how friendly the masseuses are. They do a great job.Super professional, never awkward.I have a lot of pain issues that Ive tried to deal with via chiropractics and physical therapy. I think the massage has been the most beneficial.Front desk folks are quite nice, as well.
If you enjoy your monthly membership increasing by $10/month with no notice or reason, receiving poor customer service and never being able to schedule an appointment; this is the place for you.
Massage envy is disrespectful, dont know how to communicate with each other, dont know how to schedule. I schedule a massage for my wife for Valentines day (2017). It was suppose to be a surprise and they called her to confirm. So that surprise was ruined. Then I did another surprise for our anniversary in July (2017) and they called her again when I told them not to and ruined the surprise once again. Then again today (12-31-17) we had two appointments scheduled for today for my wifes birthday and they only scheduled me to get a massage. When she called at least 3 or 4 times to confirm everything but they still ruined it. We will not go back and hopefully dont ruin anyone else day.
My Wife and i had memberships to M.E. previously, and cancelled because our appointments would consistently be cancelled the day off due to “scheduling issues”.It’s now a couple years down the road, and due to having some tendinitis issues, i’ve needed massage again regularly. The new store GM assured me that they had fixed these issues and to sign up again. Well, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the same kind of business practice occuring. I got a call the day of an appointment that they once again had “scheduling issues” and could not accomodate. This seems to be a regular occurrence. Now we have memberships, and I feel that we were duped. I would highly recommend not going unless you absolutely have to.
Made an appointment showed up for my appointment and waited 10 minutes then I had to ask the staff if the therapist is running late and of course unsurprisingly she wasnt even there. So now my time is wasted. the staff at the desk was very apathic to the time I wasted arriving to this appointment with a well if you come back we can put points on your account. Why would I want to come back to this ME when employees cant even show up to work on time or at all? This isnt the first time this has happened i cant wait to get rid my massage appointments so I am cancel this crummy ass membership.
What good is it to have a membership and have all these services sit build up and when you absolutely need to use them for such as back problems and neck injury. You can’t use it. Fully booked can’t help. Don’t care. Have a nice day click. Pretty much sums it up for this place. If it’s an emergency expect the emergency to wait two weeks out or go somewhere else.Kinda like politicians at this place should have nascar suit on with big patch that says we take your money and run.So I plan on cancelling my membership with this place and going elsewhere since they really don’t care about any of its members or guests. They are cold if don’t buy any products.Looks like planning on researching other places. Done giving this place and Greeley chances.
I called to schedule an appointment as I have for the past two years even having a membership and Samantha said she could not make an appointment unless I gave her a credit-card. I have gone to this location and had a business membership for two years and never missed appointments . We always tipped at 25 percent minimum . This sudden requirement to have a credit card on file is absurd. I have maintained a honorable relationship and some how I do not believe that an appointment cannot be made without a credit-card .I am not giving my card number over the phone to a person I cannot verify . Its one thing to secure online with a card or in person because you can see and verify security measures yet for all I know its a scam now in taking my cc data . For all I know Samantha will write my info down and pass it along. I have had too much fraud to just had a card number over to anyone on top of the fact she could see I have had a membership for two years. They need to use some tact and common sense . I am not comfortable with this and nothing was said while selecting appointment times. This was not the policy as recent as august. Thus is unacceptable to treat a long standing client like this and to have such lax security requirement. Dont forget the seats for waiting clients is in total earshot of the desk and the name and numbers will be repeated back by the clerk for ANYONE in that lobby to hear and take your credit card data . This is exactly how fraud happens . This is a seriously flawed and risky policy if it is indeed a policy and not just a clerk over stepping . Its up to each one of us to practice security in order to prevent fraud and theft.
Theres is no reason why it should take almost two weeks to get an appointment at what equates to the fast-food of massage places. Never can schedule an appointment. Would love to cancel, but have several pre-paids and they only give you 60 days to use them when you cancel. Pretty hard to do when you cant even make an appointment.
Today I got a massage from Erin & it was one of the most delightful experiences of my life. Erin was so kind, as well as all the other staff, & she was very talented & friendly. I felt so good leaving today, that I could not stop smiling. So relaxing 💆🏼 😊
The lobby is closed during torrential wind, no guests allowed inside until the massage is due, so here we are, waiting several minutes AFTER the start time of my massage. Cancelling this membership ASAP and will be giving my business to someplace that values their guests.
Been going here for years… have never had any issues until today. Received a confirmation text the day before the appointment… arrived this morning to find the therapist did not come in and would not be coming in. 30 minute commute and a disappointing start to the morning.
I have been working with Lisa at the Fort Collins location for my lifetime acne problems and I am really happy with results so far!! I have done 2 chemical peels and 1 microdermabrasion and I notice a huge difference in my skin. Lisa is super nice and caring and I feel really comfortable talking to her about a sensitive subject that has plagued me for 20 years. I also have gotten massages from Nathan there and he rocks!!
Ive been coming here, off and on for years. Massages are almost always top notch. I upgraded to include a foot exfoliation with my massage. What a disappointment. My feet were rubbed with sugar (I think) for a very short time, then put into hot towels (wonderful). However, it took a few minutes to get that set up, so It was 15 minutes after the hour before hands ever touched me. Then there was the exfoliation and all of that cut into my full-body (not quite, in this instance) massage time. I would recommend this place to everyone, and I often buy gift certificates for family. But skip the feet exfoliation.
I had a massage there once quite sometime ago and the gal that did my massage gave me a the worst massage i have ever had. Her fingernails were just barely long enough to ruin the whole time. I almost had to end the session because of her nails. They were digging into me for the whole hour.. after that massage i couldnt ever go back.
Due to broken hardware in my back where a massage would have caused total quadriplegia and death, I asked to have my acct frozen until my back reconstruction was complete so as not to lose the 6-7 prepaid messages. They so sweetly agreed to do this, then constantly tried to Bill me for MORE unused messages. NOW we get a note that they are going to turn us over to collections for MORE unusable massages unless we give them even more money!!!
I received a massage yesterday. The staff was very friendly. My masseuse seemed very bored and uninterested in his career and my needs. I actually asked him if he was new but he informed he had been doing this for 5 years. I politely asked him to change up his technique as he just swiped his hand back and forth constantly, no technique, sweeping, or massaging at all, it was like a 5 year old child was trying to give their mom a massage. He continued to ask about the pressure, which was fine but I kept waiting to feel him start to massage me and not just kind of wipe his hands up and down. I usually get 2-3 massages a week. I suffer from RLS so massage therapy is very important to me, (I informed them at the front desk ahead of time as well, so they could at least google it) unfortunately this was the worst massage Ive gotten and a complete waste of money and Im very disappointed and wont return.
I came in for shoulder, back, and hip pain and asked the therapist to focus on those trouble areas with a deep tissue massage. I got a generic back rub with no focus on the areas of pain despite my prompting in an attempt to get some attention on the areas. The therapist had her headphones in which I could hear throughout the massage which lasted 45 minutes despite paying for 60 minutes. Disappointed.
I cannot give zero stars, but here goes. So, I signed up in 2016 and have some family issues, life kicked up some tough patches etc. I need to talk to the billing person here and they cannot be reached. I have called multiple times left both voicemails and messages with people. They are happy to have you sign up and give them money, but as soon as you need to talk to them about money its crickets. But they are happy to send your bill to collections. Go somewhere else, its a scam
Came to Massage Envy for the first time. Richard was AMAZING. I HIGHLY recommend booking with him. He is medium to deep pressure and it felt (and still feels) amazing.I am an avid massage-getter and was really impressed with this location and Richard.
Bought my daughter a 60 minute facial with Cassidy- she was great, I had explained to her what troubles my daughter is having; oily skin, large pores, and moderate acne. She was very gentle on her skin, and explained the step by step process. She recommended us a variety of products to use for post treatment, and gave my daughter her own step by step skin care regiment. Overall, this was a very pleasent first experience for my daughter and we cant wait to book with Cassidy again!
I LOVE Massage Envy. Have found 2 therapists that have helped me immensely! I am a retired nurse and so this review of health care workers is extremely important!
This is a franchise that doesn’t truly care about its customers or the therapeutic work they are supposed to be doing. Office on Harmony has a receptionist that truly cares about nothing and a GM who is either “busy” or “not in.” They are ridiculously expensive without the membership and there is, quite frankly, nothing compelling about them to sign up for a membership. Look up a local, individually owned practice. Anywhere but here.
Just had one of the best experiences at Massage Envy, Fort Collins, CO! From start to finish - Rich, Preston, Lisa, Devin, and Brittany exemplified extraordinary customer service and the massage was in my top ever! Definitely returning and bringing “the girls”!!
My shoulders and back become tense and sore due to work. Alicia W. diagnoses what muscles are causing my soreness as well as performs an excellent massage. I leave without the pain which brought me to her. Alicia gives pointers on how to posture better and at home exercises to strengthen muscles. She is the best most through masseuse I have every had.
Got a gift certifucate as a gift. The massage was nice, but when you leave it is high pressure sales. There goes the relaxation. Who needs a sales pitch after a massage? Prices after 1st massage skyrocket. Wont be back.
Ugh hit or miss. The front desk girl is about as useful as a box of rocks. I have female preferred on my profile and she almost always screws up and put me with a male therapist. She absolutely sucks at scheduling and says Uhhhhh & Ummmm ever other word.... But they are clean and professional. Usually very good about giving you the full hour! Brodi is the best therapist I have had there!
Such a relaxing experience. When you walk in all the employees are so friendly. The massage therapists are professional and it’s a great way to relieve stress. Candice is great for facials!
Its been few times that I call to set up an appointment and they tell me they going to call me and they never call back. I have to get a massage once a month and sometimes twice a month cause of my back pain. Now I have to wait another week to schedule a massage.
This location is sadly one of the worst I’ve been too. They never answer their phones, they never have convenient times but they happily take your money no matter what. I actually get stressed out trying to book my massages with this place.
Love to get my massage scheduled monthly here. Always can book when I want to come in, convenient hours, friendly staff and excellent therapists. Would definitely recommend!
They never do the whole hour and a half, they cut it short by 10-15 minutes. I paid for 1 1/2 hrs. (I wonder if the other places do the same?) People want there moneys worth.
I get amazing massages from Kierwyth and Birch. I have repetitive motion muscle strain and knots from my job, their knowledgable & intuitive massage techniques have helped me greatly improve my health. Front desk staff is always helpful and happy.
Too expensive for the contract. Many masseurs dont really listen to what I want, but just do their thing. Id rather go to an independent massage therapist, spend the same money and get more.
👐Lexie was by far the best massage Ive ever had. Great at deep pressure and has style Ive never experienced before. Amazing hands
Member at massage envy for several years ,this location has some of the best therapists there are . Highly recommend Alicia W, Mandy Natasha and Kerwyth .
I really love this place! The therapists are very good. Plus, they are open long hours, its clean and the staff are friendly. I have always had a good experience.
All I have to say is the GM, Mercedes, needs to take a course in customer relations or just never ever talk to customers. Thats probably a better idea.
Surprised at the quality of available therapists, not sure about the beauty side of things but the facility is nice and the available hours/location are convenient
Best massage I ever had! I think the gentlemans name was Keith...go get u a massage from Keith!
Great experience!!! I came in with numbness in my arm and hand and Tyler worked magic. I feel much better!!!
I love getting my facials here with Candice! She is wonderful as is the whole staff!!
It’s such a clean, cute, serene place. Very professional. And the massage was amazing.
My wife was having neck pain tried everything went a got a message now shes feeling great thanks
Very nice, straightforward massage therapy option. Never had a bad experience.
My wife had a appointment and the staff was a no show. This place is hard to get into and when you really need them they arent there
This place stole a massage from me that was a birthday gift! Don’t go to theifs.
I would recommend Mandi. She is excellent and the staff at the front counter are always courteous and helpful.
Im wondering what the benefits of being a member are because theres never availability for the dates and times I request.
I highly recommend Nina and Erin! They are both amazing!
My job requires long hours of standing and this is the place that helps me every week to regained my strength.
Alicia W is the best. Great sports massage
Tyler was awesome!!! Definetly coming back.
Great massage, great and friendly staff.
Never had a bar experience here.
