Spavia Day Spa - Fort Collins

Not the worst spa I have been to, but definitely not great. I liked the robe and the warm neck pad. The bathroom/locker room was nice. The relaxation room was okay, the only seating was benches up against a wall, some chairs or areas where you can lean back or put your feet up would be nice. I like that they give you an option to choose your lotion scent for the massage.There was an essential oil diffuser in the relaxation room, but it was not on.They do not use any hot towels during massage, which is one of my favorite parts of a massage. They asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen too, but then no music was playing during my service. The massage table was wider than others I have been on, which I liked. But the table was super high and hard to get on. Sheets need to be replaced because the elastic is worn out and the sheets kept coming off during the service.I did not like my massage unfortunately. I would not schedule with the same massage therapist again. My back hurt more when I left than when I arrived.Front desk could not tell me the prices of add on services and just said “I don’t know” or “I think it miiight be around this much”. I was interested in adding some on when checking in but decided not to because I did not know how much it would cost.I think they knew they did not provide a good service to me because they did not offer me to rebook or try to sell me on their membership.

I love Spavia and am so excited to got to see Savannah there last week. I’d been struggling with a back spasm for 3 weeks and after seeing her I’m finally not in pain and can turn my head again. Spavia gives such an amazing client experience. I love the locker, personal robe and slippers, the relaxation room, personalized music and scented lotion. I look forward to trying the extras at future visits too! Very highly recommend!!

I have always had such wonderful experiences at Spavia. I really enjoy that they have a relaxation room with neck warmers so I can arrive early and start relaxing rather than going straight to a room. All the therapists Ive had have always been great. Recently I had Michele who did an amazing deep tissue massage and was very skilled.

I keep coming back to Spavia over and over for the relaxing atmosphere and incredible services. I always go for the Essential Signature massage and am never disappointed. I always leave feeling so much less tense than when I came in. Each masseuse takes their time and really listens to your needs to help you receive the best service possible. I will continue to come back and will keep recommending Spavia to friends!

This place is Heaven! I always have the most relaxing experience. Michele was amazing with my massage. She applied the perfect amount of pressure for relaxation but also beneficial for getting out all the kinks. Vivian has been my go to for facials. She is so knowledgeable about skin care. She’s helped me improve my at home, skin care routine.

This place is awesome! I come once a month or more frequently if I gave neck and shoulder pain. I get a great massage every time! The staff is very nice and they are always on time. Megan is the best - go see her!

I had Deanna as my therapist yesterday. Hands down the best massage experience I have ever had. I have had many massages but never a spa-like treatment. The spa was very relaxing with the dimmed lighting, relaxing waiting room, tea and lavender neck pillows. Once in the room with Deanna, she was the nicest and sweetest therapist ever! She made me feel comfortable and not awkward. Her techniques were wonderful as well! She went over and above. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Spavia off and on for the last 4 years. This last year and a half they service has gone down. Massage therapist are the never the same, they seem to leave through a revolving door. Today, the massage person. I had, did not introduce himself, was not very welcoming. Massage was awkward. He Massaged one foot but not the other. After the Massage they usually ask if you want tea or water, he was not by the door when I walked put. I wanted a few minutes but didnt see him. So I went to change and walked out to pay. I guess my membership is for premium but I always had essential 60 minute massage. I was told I am not able to us my credit for a lesser charge. I showed her I always get the basic essential massage. So I finally said, I would like the credit for today, go to my services and asked to cancel my membership. There is always an issue when I go in. I am a pretty understanding person. A massage is not cheap and the main reason to get a massage is to relax. I leave more irritated then when I went in.I work in the customer field also and know how to handle situations being new or not. I have had too many issues when going to your location but I have chose to keep coming back. I know how hard it is to provide the best customer service no matter what staff is available at the time. I also know, from last experiences there, if I leave, my issues have been swept under the rug with no return calls to me. I am sorry he was having an off day but I dont ever take my personal stuff to work with me since I work closely with patients on a daily basis. Getting a massage is not cheap and paying for something less than expected it not right. I can see if this happened once but having several issues over the last 2 years, there is an issue there. I will gladly go elsewhere. You have a variety if good reviews to.where mine wont matter. I ha e a right to voice my concern.

I had a wonderful experience here with Daiana. She was so sweet and really did a good job with detail and making you feel comfortable. The spa itself is relaxing. They have a relaxation room with heated shoulder pads along with tea. It was nice to shower off after my service so I didn’t get the lotion all over my clothes! Also hate the feeling of lotion so I really appreciated that. Front desk was also very inviting, super kind.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed the massage I gifted him at Spavia. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. He enjoyed the spa so much that he surprised me with a gift card to get the service of my choice also.

Been going here for several years now. Love it! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bad massage. Michelle who just started here was absolutely wonderful and definitely one of the better massages I’ve ever had in my life! Highly recommend Spavia and her.

Rain is a fabulous massage therapist. She is attentive, kind, and amazing at what she does. She gives a thorough and relaxing massage. I would highly recommend her. The Spavia salon is clean, well kept, inviting, with a host of friendly and accommodating staff. Five stars in my book.

Spavia has really declined in both the quality of their therapists and the quality of their customer service. Youd think they would try harder to provide better customer service with their rates going up. They have charged my account incorrectly the past two times me or my family had used their services. Ive canceled my membership and if they charge my account again Ill be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and possibly the police.

I Love Spavia! Everyone that works there is wonderful and excellent at what they do. I can truly come and relax while I’m here. Got the added in Foot perfecting treatment and it was wonderful! Thank you Spavia for helping me take care of me!

I just transferred to the Fort Collins location from Lone Tree and was so impressed! Giulia took great care of me, kept me informed on what she was doing and made me feel so important while I was here. If you’re looking for somewhere to get a massage or facial, I highly recommend Spavia!

Had an amazing deep tissue massage with Michelle. She was fantastic! I love the extra touches at Spavia that feel like a high end spa at the price point of a medium range one.

I had the pleasure of having Kelly give me a seasonal facial and dermaflash treatment the other day. Kelly is kind, professional and has a relaxing touch! It was slightly disappointing to have the facial stop just under my chin and ignore my décolleté, but I’m guessing that’s more likely spa policy than any fault of Kelly’s. I’m enjoying my smooth, shining complexion-thanks Kelly!

It’s been a year since I signed up for our “membership.” In a year… a year of paying for this service every month… I have been able to be seen maybe 4 times. I schedule appointments way in advance because my schedule is tight. And it never fails, the day before, I get a call saying they’re double booked the slot and need to reschedule. So I’ve paid for 14 months of service. Used 4. And am likely forfeiting $1200 in credits because if you cancel your membership you lose them. But you also can’t USE THE CREDITS accordingly because they have no clue how to schedule appropriately.Find a real spa. This is a con.

So great - I had an amazing massage with Richard today! I am 3 weeks postpartum and was badly in need of relaxation and needed some work done on a lot of tense muscles. This was the best massage I’ve had in years of coming here! Richard did a fantastic job.

I was a wonderful facial with Kelly at Spavia. She was so friendly and I felt so pampered. I loved the natural product line she recommended for me. I am going to see her again to try a microderm. A beautiful and clean spa.

Tim has over 20 years massaging and it is evident in his skills. I believe some people have it and some dont, and Tim HAS it. He has strong hands and heals things with them! I am soooo great full to have his gifted hands in my life!

Love this place first time going to Charles and let me tell you his the best, I mean everyone is really good but you know when you just find the one that when you get out you are cured haha yes next time I go I will be requesting him again. Thank you so much!! As far as the reviews that I’ve seen with negative comments and membership etc I have a membership i absolutely love no issues whatsoever it was the best decision I’ve ever done. Now I just need to use them on a regular basis as I have so many billed up my resolution for this year is take advantage of my membership and actually go once a month thank you to all the staff that had always helped me when I needed it!

I have been going for massages for 4 years. I have never ad such an amazing massage as I had with Robby. He listened to my concerns and addressed all of the areas on my back that were tense and tight. I 100% recommend him if you need a firm massage and have knots and tense areas.

100/10 recommend! I got a salt stone massage from Tim at the spa today and it was by far the most incredible experience Ive had for a massage! If all of the therapists are as knowledgable and talented as him, you wont be disappointed ever. The little lounge they have is a calming middle point between changing and going with your therapist, so no awkward changes in the room. They also have a shower available in the bathroom! They had questionaires before the massage so I could answer my preferences instead of doing all that before the massage. The salt stones were fantastic! Overall I really enjoyed the experience. The staff was nice and while the towels and robes needed to be restocked, it was still a very classy environment. Cant wait to go back!

My husband got me a membership for Christmas and it is the best gift I have ever gotten! Every time I come in I am so relaxed and pampered. The robes are cozy, the shoes are comfy, and the vibe is so peaceful. The front desk staff is so helpful and inviting. My favorite experiences so far have been with Kelly! I just had my second service with her, an anti-aging facial the first time and a detox wrap the second time. She is so talented and has the perfect touch! She goes off of your vibe, can carry a conversation if you want to or will work in silence if you prefer. I highly recommend Spavia and am always counting down the days until my next appointment!

I have had 3 massages and 2 facials with Spavia since January. Dianna is by far the best massage therapist Ive ever been to. She is very thorough and really pays attention to my needs. She focuses on the areas that need attention while still giving a fantastic full body massage. The entire staff has always been very warm and welcoming, and make me feel comfortable each time Im there. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They offer nice amenities, like plush robes and sandals, warm neck wraps, hot teas and a relaxation room. The bathroom is very clean and offers changing areas, a shower and lockers. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that I wish the staff were more knowledgeable about the products and the individual therapists. If they were vetter able to offer comparable therapists for when you are unable to see your normal one, that would be super helpful. The facials, while nice, are nothing special. I did have a big issue with my account and the staff were amazing at investing and solving the issue. They communicated well with me through the entire process. I really appreciate all the staff at Spavia, and enjoy my experience each time Im there. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently hosted our office Christmas get together here with a pamper day! Our staff and doctors enjoyed massages and facials. I personally loved the experience from start to finish. The staff and therapists are professional but warm and welcoming. Facilities are clean and well decorated. The products used are clean, all natural, and leave you feeling amazing!We loved the warm robes and inviting lounge area to relax before and between services. I cannot wait to come back for my own spa services here!

Out of control amazing place!!! From the girls at the front being so friendly and helpful to the cleanliness of the retreat center and ladies room. I sipped on hot tea and I even got a hot lavender neck wrap while I waited in the zen area for my therapist. I have had multiple services here, I love it so much I can’t stop coming back. They have the best deals with the membership options. All of the therapists and estheticians are so skilled, you can’t go wrong here! I will come back again, again, and again!

Best birthday presents Mothers Day EVER.I purchased the revitalize spa package as a well-deserved gift for myself this year. It was a 5 hour only pamper visit with a full body massage, body detox wrap, facial, and I purchased the scalp massage in addition.The safe was super friendly and welcoming.I went home feeling so relaxed and fabulous.Its definitely worth the investment for anyone who is in need of a reset.

I came here for the first time yesterday and my experience from scheduling to checking out was great! I had my massage with Heidi, and she was AMAZING! Absolutely one of the best massages Ive ever had. I added hot stones to my massage, and it was a great choice! I felt so relaxed. Being able to choose the music I wanted and if I wanted to talk or not during my massage was the icing on the cake! I will absolutely be coming here again soon to see Heidi! Not to mention, the membership pricing is so reasonable!

I am a whole new woman after visiting Spavia for the first time yesterday. My Aunt and I received a gift certificate for a massage and facial for Christmas. As a busy mom of 4 I had not had a chance to schedule a spa day. Anyway, from the moment we walked in. The front office ladies were helpful in getting us started with our paperwork and explaining our options. Once we entered the spa area we were shown where the locker room and retreat area were. I loved that there was a curtained changing room as well as a shower. Once we were in the retreat area there were mints, warm neck pillows along with tea and water. Max was wonderful, my massage was pure bliss. Chantel was wonderful as well. This was my first ever facial and she knocked it out of the park. I will be back very soon.

Love this spa. Beautiful and good service. The masseuses I have had have all been great. My last massage with Matthew was really good. I had some really tight muscles and he did fantastic at getting all my knots out.

Update in regards to their response: There was not hot water available to make tea in the retreat anyways.They missed my tea that I asked for in the end.

I just went to Spavia for the first time for a facial and it was such a relaxing experience! The whole atmosphere was enjoyable, the dressing room and relaxation area are clean and inviting. They have neck warmers, hot tea, and cozy robes. My esthetician (Kelly) did an incredible job and was so friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a to treat yourself (or a friend) to a spa day!

Jenna was absolutely spectacular. I asked her for a couple things before the massage and she did amazing at following through so I didnt need to adjust in the middle of the massage. Always a relaxing time here!

I don’t think I’ll be back. I booked a group celebration here and had to call at least 5 times to get someone to call me back to confirm treatments. Then they moved two appointment times up without notifying me or the group. I booked a 60 minute massage & it was 40 minutes. The massage was basic and not restorative. The therapist seemed to be dialing it in. My friends facial also was only 40 minutes and was to be 60, and one of my other friends waited 30 min past her appointment time. Overall I was disappointed with the experience and will find another spa for relaxation.

Online scheduler does not work. I called to schedule my appointment over the phone a few days ago and when I arrived for my appointment today was told that I didn’t have one. They kindly offered that I come back in the afternoon.. unfortunately I arranged childcare for right now so I could go do something for myself after nearly two years of holding onto this gift card before committing the time for me. I’m sure it was an honest mistake, but gosh, that really sucks.

My husband got me this membership as a Christmas gift. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. Amazing therapists and front desk service. Love this place. As a nurse and mom, I wish I could get a massage and facial everyday. However, once a month is great too!

I can’t boast enough about the services I’ve received here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The retreat/relaxation area is so peaceful that I can feel the stress start to melt as I wait for my specialist. I’ve received so many wonderful services but I will have to say the deep tissue massage or rosé bouquet radiance facial are my top recommendations for new guests. Truly can’t go wrong with Spavia Day Spa.

Really really liked the massage therapist I had originally been going to here and she was absolutely awesome. But as Im pretty sure shes left this company (understandably from my interactions with the new office people) and after my last experience paying for my massage. Im in no way going to be supporting this business. The front desk people were catty rude and just downright terrible at their jobs.

So I really wanted to like this place because they look amazing and have great prices. I booked two packages for me and my partners mom to get skin treatments. On the day we were supposed to go our dog started having a stroke and we had to spend the day in the vet with him. I just called and spoke to Holly in the office explaining that we were in the vet with our dog and that they were very sick and we had to cancel. She stated they would still be charging us the cancellation fee because “the esthetician still has to be there” when in fact, it was the last appointments of the day, the Esthetician does not have to stay there when they have no appointments left for the day… so it was actually just ridiculous to me. I also just expected some sort of compassion for our situation but this place clearly does not care about anything but their money.

This was my first massage in a long time. Came in for a couples massage with my girlfriend. My therapist Rebekah got all the pains I knew were hurting and a few things I didnt even know were bothering me.

Julianne is a wonderful esti, 100% recommend. kate, one of their massage therapists, is also someone id recommend. love the environment in this place. and danielle is also very friendly and was so welcoming from when i walked in. they have comfy robes and a retreat room to relax in. i love this place. 5 stars 🤩 if i could give more i would.

This place is super cute & relaxing! I love the way they designed everything & how it’s all set up. The only reason this place doesn’t get a full 5 star review is due to all the things that happened at my appointment.I walked in with a friend on Friday to schedule appointments together for yesterday. One of the girls at the front desk mentioned that they didn’t have at the same time which was totally fine & scheduled us back to back. That same day I also asked if their guava sugar scrub had any type of coconut in it because I have an irritation to coconut. She said no. When I arrived they had messed up the appointment for my friend & were expecting her to be there at the same time. & didn’t even have a correct number for her even when we were in person booking. I wasn’t allowed to do the body scrub because it did have coconut which is fine. I’m glad they didn’t. But when I got other treatments done the massage therapist started massaging me with the guava lotion & said it didn’t have coconut in it which didn’t make sense in my head but didn’t really say anything. I liked the smell of it so much I bought it. They did compensate my scalp treatment for the mix up which was nice!When I got home I started reading the ingredients to the lotion. The first ingredient in it is Coconut Oil🤦🏻‍♀️ I broke out in a rash.I definitely would recommend this place because of how relaxing it is but definitely make sure your appointment is right; phone number and all. & just more knowledge on what’s in their products if you have sensitivity to anything or have allergies.

From the moment I walked in and worked with Jules, to my massage with Raymond, to my body wrap and facial with Kaylee, I could not have asked for a better day.Starting with Jules…boy is she a Gem! Explained to me what I was going to experience, ordered my lunch and just made sure the operations of the spa were in order! Onto Raymond. Listen folks, this man is a health care provider. So many people will not seek out a male massage therapist; however, I will tell you…Raymond was/is the best therapist I have ever had…and I have had a lot of massages in my lifetime. He was extremely professional, makes sure you are 100% comfortable with the pressure, music selected and conversation. I like to talk during my massage, and Raymond is a super multi-faceted man with so much world experience. I loved it! Finally, there was Kaylee! Although much younger than me…okay most of them are…she has an old soul! Another multi-faceted individual with so much to offer in her young years! Also, she actually put me to sleep during my facial—mid-conversation!! That was definitely rare for me! When I got home and could not stop talking about my experience. I have had two massages at this location, one with Rose and one with Vanessa, both were great and probably one of the best ones I have ever had! I decided to go for the membership and I feel great the next day every time!Also, I do want to mention the staff there is always warm and welcoming and very helpful when you arrive, they seem like they thoroughly enjoy working there and the customer experience.

Being a member here doesn’t seem to come with too many advantages other than the price of your massage is less. So if you get a massage every month it’s worth it because essentially your fourth massage is free compared to if you don’t have a membership and get a massage every month. The sales team never seems to know what all is included with a membership and you’ll get emails saying some great deal for you only if you’re not a member. There’s rarely any member emails and usually a BOOK TODAY FOR TODAY which honestly how can I take advantage of that when I work full time? I’ve also never seen any VIP events like advertised on their become a member sheet.

My favorite spot for a relaxing date with my husband. Jackie and Jennifer are amazing for massages and I have loved every facial at Spavia. We love our membership here!

Have been here twice and both were very relaxing experiences- once for a hot stone couples massage and then the essential massage. Both times guests seemed to be staggered really well so it didn’t feel busy and the space is very clean and calming. Have been on weekdays both times. Rose was very skilled and professional and tailored the massage to my specific needs. Highly recommend!

The energy here is so positive. I absolutely love working here. Pros; we get discounts on retail products, a free monthly arrive, $$$ on membership sales and the owner pays part of our insurance for those that wish to participate. Cons: I only wish I could work more hours but cannot because I’m retired. The owner (Terra) does a fabulous job in creating a harmonious atmosphere. We actually all love our jobs and have fun.

My husband booked me for a detox body wrap, massage, and a facial. This was my first time being treated in this way so I was excited, but a little unsure of what to expect. Right when I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, Tara and the front desk staff. I filled out some personal information and then I was taken to a little sitting area where I put a warm wrap around my neck until my masseuse came to get me. I was gifted with Ramon who was experienced and gave me a wonderful massage. Each time I was directed to where I needed to go and what I needed to do which was super helpful and assuring. I did not feel unsure at any point. Nell was my wonderful body wrap and facializer woman and I felt like I was glowing, plump, and super soft by the time I left. I dont know what products they use, but they definitely work! Everyone was so nice and patient and attentive to me and my spa day. Also, I was given food which was awesome! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to get a boost for their body and spirit.

They have an amazing membership plans and were not pushy to sign me up. All my questions were answered. Going every 2 weeks. Great way to self care for both of us. Thank you to all staff.

We had the very best spa treatment at Spavia today - I havent had such a great massage in years. It was a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived, with the owner on the premises who greeted and welcomed us and we loved the small, personal touches (heated beanbags, choices of oils and even the individual choice of music). Loved it all and will definitely be back soon!

I had a truly wonderful and relaxing spa day at Spavia. It was a gift from my kids for Christmas. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the facility was warm and inviting- it really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go here again and I don’t even live in foco.

Awful company! I would give 0 stars if I could.I tried to join as a member and I have had NOTHING but issues. My account somehow got linked with another customers account so I was being charged $89 for my membership AND $79 for another persons memberships. I luckily caught that but not till 3 months later. It was a hassle to get refunded for the other persons membership that I shouldve never had to pay for in the first place. I should have had 3 months worth of membership still for myself but they terminated my account without telling me and now they want to say that when I terminated my account I lost those massages. I would have NEVER terminated my account before using $267 worth of massages. The owner was extremely rude telling me thats not her problem. I will look into this but give me 1-2 days. We will see if I ever get a call back. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, FRUSTRATION, AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My husband and I booked a couples massage this past June for our anniversary, and we left with a membership! The massages were amazing, the relaxation before and after were amazing! Over all, great for feeling relaxed and peaceful. I used to have trouble with miscommunication at the front desk, and my membership was cancelled before I wanted to cancel it. I went back today and used a promotion I was emailed, and the ENTIRE experience was amazing. So amazing that I decided to start a membership again.

Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist. Kind, skilled and experienced. I highly recommend booking with her. The host team is very kind and accommodating. The spa is clean and peaceful. There are lockers to store belongings and they have all the accessories and supplies you could need in the locker room. This is just a really nice spa.

I had used a gift card to get a spa treatment package. They did not honor the package but broke it down into 3 treatments (which was not the same) so for $250 I got a hot stone massage, a facial, and some oil put on to my scalp. The massage was only average. There did seem to be a disconnect between the 15 minutes of Of paperwork I filled out and the therapist. She asked the same questions that I had just spent all that time filling out on their tablet. The Room had no audience. The music was static I disruptive and annoying .The facial was terrific . Probably the best I have ever gotten but, the 5 minute oil treatment made a mess of my hair. It took 3 shampooings to get it out.I also think this place is completely overpriced. I thought that on my 1st visit but only went back because I received a gift card.They also strongly encourage tipping. Im not against tipping but I dont think it should be mentioned when you book your appointment. They wanted to take the difference on my gift card and apply it to the tip. I guess this is assuming that the massage therapist and the esthetician would be earning a tip. Perhaps at their prices ($119 for approx 60 min massage and same for the facial) they should just pay their talented employees better, instead of expecting the customer to bring their wage up to a fair, competitive level. I believe tipping should be for good service not for making sure a businesses employees or subcontractors are getting paid enough to keep them on.

First time at this Spa for my birthday. Jacqueline surprised me with how strong her hands were for being so petite. I was a little disappointed because I paid for an hour massage and a foot treatment but all together was done withing an hour so.... The Owner at the front realized I was a bit bothered by that and made sure she did everything she could to make sure I still left happy. Good customer service.

Best. Ever. My husband and I bought a groupon for a couples massage. And let me tell you, best decision ever. The staff was very friendly and professional and since the facility is brand new, everything is crazy clean. The masseuses were just great. They focused on the areas we asked them too and you could tell they were passionate about their jobs. Were moving out of state soon but if we werent I would absolutely be going back.

I had my very first visit today and got a hydraderm facial with Chelsy, and I enjoyed it so much! She was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable! On top of that, the facial was amazing and I am so happy with the outcome! I would definitely recommend coming here!

They can always figure out how to get me in. Not only that, I’ve been trying to find my favorite massage therapist but every time leaving like it’s been the best time yet. True spa feel with membership pricing. Best of both worlds. Addictive!

Beautiful newer facility, relaxing waiting area with tea and warm neck wraps. Massage was pretty standard, nice and relaxing. Awesome facial-- my skin looked and felt absolutely refreshed and healthy afterwards! Love that there is a membership option and package deals. The whole experience felt like I was in an efficient, welcoming place where I know it will be good, though maybe not totally top-notch luxury (for the price I found this completely fair). Friendly and non-pushy front desk staff and owner. I would definitely recommend this spa for regular self-care.

Have never had a facial/massage in my life. But let me tell you…Jahira at Spavia was amazing! Gave me my true first taste of heaven. I recently had a sports massage with Julie and the whole experience was AMAZING. The spa itself is very nice and relaxing and Julie is incredible at her job! Shes so sweet and listened to what I needed and really helped stretch and relieve my muscles. She used pressure in areas I was tight and had me move my extremities along with her techniques to help relieve tension. It was a true sports massage and Im glad to have found someone who actually digs in and releases aching muscles. Thank you, Julie. I will definitely be back! :-)

I was never into getting a professional massage until I came to Spavia. Not only is everyone friendly as all heck, but my recent massage therapist, Stan, is a literal angel sent from above. He must have descended from a holy place. He is kind, soft spoken (which is super relaxing), and so understanding of the muscles in the human body! He works hard on your problem areas but managed not to neglect a single part of your body. The reception staff are all so nice, and the manager is super sweet. I highly recommend Spavia and Stan to anyone looking to escape real life, even if its just for an hour or two!

They are amazing people and took care of all my mom’s medical conditions on being called upon for bad spa. I was astonishingly happy with their super friendly nature and a mature manner to handle the situation. She went to spavia again and has an amazing experience this time. I have had a variety of massage therapists at Spavia and they are all excellent. The environment is more relaxing than any other spa I have been to. And the Rejuvenate package truly is a luxury experience! The customer service is great and they have a very reasonable and flexible membership plan that you can easily stop if you want to.

The employees are really sweet; however, the owner is not nice to their customers when the customers have an issue to put it simply.It would have been really nice if the owner was more flexible and understanding with the customers due to issues everyone is facing due to COVID. Since they are not, it just seems like they just want to take your money.I had several issues with them and I was able to resolve them over a couple months. It would just be nice if the issues were handled appropriately and on time.

My family of four and I went to Spavia for my moms birthday today. Even with all the Covid-19 regulations our time was absolutely magnificent. We got three facials and one massage, all of the consultants who took care of us were absolutely fantastic! We highly recommend this relaxing spa. Shout out to Jaidyn! I love spa hopping and Jaidyn has been my favorite so far! She has a very delicate touch, usually most aestheticians I’ve had really tug at my face and eye areas(which defies the whole point lol). She is also great with communication about asking about my needs and making sure nothing is missed. I love the Hydraderm facial and especially that she doesn’t skip my neck and décolleté(I’ve had some 5 star spas just only do my face). The results have been amazing!Please note this review is a real experience and written under a faux name for privacy.

I have now been to Spavia twice! I have absolutely loved both experiences. They are professional, and you truly get a spa feel. They walk you through the process from beginning to finish. I surprised my fiance with a couples massage and they did a great job keeping it a secret from him. I have bought gift cards for management for Christmas, and plan to do so again this year. I plan to continue to refer everyone here. So mucb better than the other massage places in NoCo.

I had a facial with Jahira and she was amazing. She was easy to connect with and knew what products would help me clear up my acne. She also did a nice massage on my arms with an amazing smelling product.

Super awesome! The whole place was so tranquil! Every detail was well planned to make it easy to relax from the reception desk being well organized and quick to the dressing room to the relaxation room you wait in for the technician. I got a facial from Macie and it was so amazing! They ask you all your preferences to begin with in the paperwork so you just lay down and relax. Couldnt have had a better experience. Its a a little more expensive,but absolutely worth every penny!!!

Tiffany does a fantastic deep tissue massage. I cant remember the last time I felt that relaxed.

I took my team to Spavia in December. I called 10-15 Spas looking for a place that could take all 4 of us at one time. They made it happen which that in it self was a relief. Once we were there I loved EVERY service I recd. Body Wrap, Massage & Facial. I just recently got another facial on a business trip and was so disappointed as it didnt compare to the one I got here.The few days after my facial my skin pealed but once it was done shedding that dead skin.... My face never looked so good. Ill bring my team again the second we have an opportunity.Staff was kind and helpful as well and the owner was an absolute JOY!!!

While I have never had the opportunity to be a guest at Spavia, I have had the honor of knowing the owner for over 30 years. She is one of the smartest, most hard working and dedicated people I have had the privledge to know. I know she works tirelessly to ensure she has the best staff, best processes and offers her guest the best experience possible.
