Collin is seriously an amazing massage therapist!!! I got the 90 min full body massage w/the hemp infused treatment! He also helped decrease the pain in my feet for 19 hours!!! With all the knowledge he possesses in MT & all the modalities hes learned!! Very l, very smart & knowledgeable!!! I wish I could LIVE here just to get massages from him! The front desk lady was super nice, very helpful, and super easy to talk to and get information from. 😀 I will be going again before I leave Colorado!

I love Massage Heights, as it has exposed me to a variety of massage therapists and different techniques. It took a while to find THE best massage therapists, but I found her. Vanni reads your muscles, and applies a slow and steady pressure to each strand/band of muscle fiber. Massage is certainly an art form, and she knocks it out of the park every time. In addition to massage, she has shared great feedback on where I hold tension, and tips on where to find stretching techniques. I keep this in mind regularly, and I think it is actually improving my posture. I wont go to anyone else for as long as she is with massage heights.

My appointment was at 6:30 pm, but upon arrival, the reception was busy. I waited for 5 minutes to be checked in, followed by waiting another 7 minutes to use the restroom, where I encountered an awkward situation with a guy who forgot to lock the door. The massage began at 6:45 pm and ended at 7:30 pm, which meant they cut 15 minutes from the session but still charged for a full hour. This policy wasnt communicated beforehand.The massage therapist doesnt check in with you during the session to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.I left a $15 tip just to be polite , but I wasnt satisfied with the massage. Many other places offer better massages and better services. I will not come again.

This place is wonderful, I wish I could afford a massage more regularly or sooner, but nothing beats the experience, making sure you consent the whole way. They have you leaving in the most relaxed dream walk after. I love the energy of the place and the workers. Highly recommend to anyone who feels they struggle with tight muscles. Really excited to be going in again

I love Lizz. She has a very thorough deep pressure massage technique that really heeled to loosen up my neck after almost two years of chronic pain and stiffness. Thank you for helping me so much and as always, I look forward to my next appointment!

I love massage heights, so many great therapists and such a relaxing place. My favorites are Janelle and Kelsey. I had a fantastic hot stone massage with Kelsey today. I have found them clunky and not very effective before, but Kelsey was wonderful at using the stones and my shoulders were much more pain free.

Update (Aug. 2024): This is still a great place to go for massage therapy! The therapists are so good at what they do and the front desk staff are amazing! Mia at the front desk really went above and beyond during my most recent visit. Mia suggested a really smart idea and showed me how I can save money and get more massages! If you are unsure about getting a service at Massage Heights in Fort Collins, then I would recommend giving this location a try! Its excellent!This place is great! The front desk staff are welcoming, professional, and caring. The massage therapists here are so talented; they are massage geniuses! I really like deep tissue massage. I have had wonderful experiences with Janelle and Josh, among others. If you’re considering massage heights in Fort Collins, then I’d highly recommend checking it out!

I LOVE my membership at massage heights! Lizz is my girl, but I have had to have another gal work on me and I was not disappointed. I love that I can add elevations and get a foot scrub along with my massage!

Kelsie was amazing! I has been working many long hours at computer and she worked out all the knots and I felt like new person.The massage tables are incredible! Made for a woman !Highly recommend!

This was my first time in and Daniela was absolutely AMAZING! She was very attentive and asked if the pressure was okay etc. absolutely enjoyed the massage. This establishment was great, all the gals I met today were SO sweet! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Massage Heights is a great go to for a single or membership massage package. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Kelsey is a fantastic therapist — highly recommend!

I took a friend here to get a couples massage after a hard day and it was a wonderful experience. They got us in on very short notice, and gave us extra special treatment Very professional staff, and the environment is very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good massage.

My masseuse found my social media after my massage somehow and followed me on it. so extremely unprofessional and disturbing, and very triggering. and DO NOT sign up for the membership, do not let them trick you. They make it sound like you can cancel at any time and that it’s such a good opportunity when in reality the only way to end your membership is moving states, and even then, you need to show them a valid state ID proving you moved. They won’t accept mail or anything else so good luck if you’re temporarily moving! i am mindblown by how entirely unaccommodating this company and all of its workings are. I will now be forced to pay $70 a month when i dont even live in this state all because i wont be getting an ID where i move to. and I don’t even want another massage after what happened with my last one, it’s uncomfortable to know someone has been touching you for an hour and then went out of his way to find you on social media. i am uncomfortable and do not want to come back and literally am moving away and they are still refusing to cancel my membership. not to mention the staff is rude, management is awful. they don’t care about anything besides money.

I have been a member of Massage Heights for several years and have had various therapists over that time. Lizz at the Front Range Village Location is absolutely the best ever! She focuses on areas of stress and works until it is GONE!! I cannot even tell you how good I feel when I leave. I look forward to the next time as Im walking out the door!The studio is clean, comfortable, relaxing. The staff is awesome and accomodating!

Janelle has been my therapist for over a year, and I go 2 times per month. She is absolutely the best!!! She listens to what I need. She is so good about knowing what your body wants and needs. She also has a energy healing component. I have had great results with her. I have severe issues with back and neck pain. She has significantly helped me. Would recommend 1000xs

Well I’m really disappointed. Couples massage and mind you it was my bfs first massage EVER. We went to relax, not to have a long conversation. I don’t think it’s the employees fault but more of how the company has trained them. They were very kind women and the massage was great.

Been a member for quite some time and I typically go to the Loveland location. But, there was an opening with Theresa (spelling?) in Fort Collins. She is AMAZING! I like deep pressure in my neck/shoulders and Theresa definitely delivered! She worked with all my requests, concerns and needs! Before I left, I scheduled a two hour massage with Theresa! Would highly recommend her!

My friend gifted my husband and I a couples massage from Groupon (we just had a baby a month ago so was looking forward to some relaxation), but they wouldnt accept the Groupon because I had a massage there FIVE years ago so I was not a new client. I think thats just terrible. What an awful business practice. Very disappointed and would not recommend a business with such poor practices.

If I could leave a negative review I would. My husband and I used to have a membership here. This past Christmas, my daughter purchased a Groupon for us to get a couple massage. We booked it and gave our names etc. When we arrived today for our appointment, we were told they couldn’t apply the Groupon because we were “previous” clients and that it would be $140 a piece. That is absolutely ridiculous and because of this I will NEVER go to a massage heights again. They lost three clients forever today, and more once I post on social media. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Collin absolutely knocked it out of the park with my massage. The pressure was perfect, and he worked out knots that Ive had for months and other massages did nothing for. I feel 3 inches taller then before I went in, and not only am I coming away a lot more relaxed, but Collin was kind enough to walk me through a lot of what he was doing, the physiology behind knots, and how I can fix my posture more! The front desk staff was also DELIGHTFUL. Friendly and helpful, I think Ive found the best place for a massage in Fort Collins

This is my home location and when I moved last year I started visiting a new location however my billing is still attached to this one.I called my new location to cancel my account because due to low staffing I could never get an appt. She told me they were hiring new people and that I could freeze instead and still access my banked credits but not accrue anymore. That sounded perfect. She sent me the paperwork, I filled it out and sent back 20 mins later.A few months later I noticed I was still being charged (I missed it because I left tips on the same card and mistook the bank deductions as tips) I called them and they said I had to call my home location I did that and the spa director said they never got the paperwork from the new location but she would freeze it now and work back with the new locatid get back to me with a resolution. After not hearing from her for a couple weeks I called back and she said there was nothing that could be done because it wasn’t her fault. It wasn’t my fault either…Recently I called again noticing that I’m still being charged, I spoke to Emily the new spa director and she said she would freeze it right then and then work with ‘higher ups’ to see what cold be done. Her account manager Cailyn then emailed me to say she’s sorry I got misinformation and that my account was never frozen but also wouldn’t do anything about it. When I asked for someone that could assist she declined to give me anyone else’s information.Then… I was charged again. Emily didn’t freeze it either so I had to reach out yet again and they gave me a credit for only the most recent charge. I now have 15 credits and can’t freeze the account and still access them.I’m currently working through LinkedIn to try to find someone above Cailyn since she would not assist.

Wonderful massage therapists for every need. Dominic is my personal favorite because he does deep tissue and my muscles always feel better when I leave. The owner is also very sweet and always looking for feedback on ways they can improve.

Easy to make a reservation, intro and member pricing seem much more reasonable, non member pricing is double the rate. Everything inside is clean, the staff were really nice and helpful getting me through paperwork. Sabrina was in charge of my massage session and used consistent medium pressure like I asked, and did a great job finding and releasing tension. The massage was very relaxing, and I really enjoyed the addition of hot stones. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you need to de-stress!

This place is a hot mess. Very few of the massage therapists are good. Many good ones move on. They also signed us up for a year contract right after our first massage, when our brains were a bit foggy. Lastly, be careful when you call, as they record your phone call without notifying you.

I stopped going to Massage Heights due to some health issues I was having and their services were not helping me at all. I contacted them to cancel my membership, but they wanted doctors proof of my claims, which I couldnt provide because I was not seeing a doctor about this particular issue, so they refused to cancel. I didnt go see them at all for probably 6 months while I was still paying the monthly fee. I changed employment and no longer had the same HSA account that my bill was pulling from. I did not update it with them because I was not seeing them anymore. Now they are sending a collection agency after me for several months of services that were not actually fulfilled on their end. The massages are subpar and the customer service is terrible. Do not use Massage Heights!

Nothing against the individual massage therapists but the front office business practices are just like a high pressure sales gym membership system. Complicated and difficult to cancel.My husband and I both had memberships but when I explained that we were moving and his new job location and hours make it impossible to keep the memberships they pressured me to keep mine. They offered to put my account on hold for six months and said that I could use his credits after due to their several mistakes in billing and applying the credits appropriately.One of the big things they use as a selling pint for couples is that you can use your spouses massages if they don’t. But then they push the charges through on your credit card on file instead using up the credits that are available. There were multiple instances where I had to call and correct how they billed our credit card. Because of that they said that using the available massage credits after the 90 expiration wouldn’t be a problem but don’t believe anything they say if it’s not in writing. Now that the six month hold is up they’re saying the credits can only be used if he restarts his membership which is not what they told me prior to this.I’m so tired of companies that use sales models that push abusive memberships that are difficult to navigate and cancel. You’re better off going elsewhere folks!

I can’t say enough about how kind the staff is here. The front desk gals are wonderful. I will say that for the services/experience of some of their massage therapists, MH is over priced. I’m also pretty disappointed that with the 10+ massages I’ve had here so far, not one listened when I asked them not to go too deep or too long on my shoulders. Again, everyone is lovely but the quality for the cost isn’t there and that’s why I didn’t renew after my year contract.

I had a facial with Jessica and she was amazing. My skin looked and felt amazing! The front staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the environment is relaxing. Will be going back again.

My wife and I both signed up for a year. Definitely not worth it. Mediocre to terrible massages (extra soft pressure) Don’t bother complaining they’ll just tell you it’s your fault. And they’ll straight rip you off. My wife has had miscellaneous charges that they just can’t explain. And they will do nothing about it. We made a mistake. Horrible experience. I have been using their services for a couple of years now and always found them to be very professional. If you become a member they offer a good value too. The place is very well maintained and staff is very helpful in booking and rescheduling your appointments. It might take a few tries though before you can find the right masseuse that fits your massage needs. I didn’t find their facial service to be as useful though maybe because their esthetician keeps changing.

I have had a membership for nearly a year and found a great massage therapist. Unfortunately the one time I decided to see someone different because I was just trying to get in they put me with a male therapist without asking. The woman on the phone asked me no follow up questions to try and book me with someone I would enjoy. It was truly one of the worst massages Ive ever had.I was scheduled for a 90 minute deep tissue massage, he applied little to no pressure. I wanted the massage to be over by the time it was halfway through. I felt like he did absolutely nothing, I wasted my time and my money and was more upset when I left. I spent $100 at the appointment and when I called to let them know I was disappointed all they offered was a complimentary upgrade my next treatment. I will not be renewing a membership there. They have a large inconsistency with the quality of their massage therapists and as a company they dont seem to care about their clients.

The staff here are amazing. Had a wonderful massage from Michelle! I had a tension headache for weeks that is finally gone! She even recommended additional services that would help relieve the stress I am feeling. Can’t wait for my next visit!

The massage therapist was caring and did a good job but she should really go work for another bussiness. The bussiness practice are horrible as well as poor management and I had to argue about price that was promised to me. Really wanted a relaxing massage after being in a car accident and got a big headache instead. Spend your money elsewhere where 60 minutes actually is 60 min.

Unbelievably bad experience. Customer service to remedy experience literally threatened me with criminal charges. I requested a deep tissue on three separate occasions. One when making the appointment over the phone. The 2nd on the form I filled out on their iPad. The third to the massage therapist himself. After our massage had commenced and I told him I needed some intense pressure. He told me I would need to reschedule with one of two other therapists there that could do deep massage. This was after the massage had already started. 30 minutes into the massage I dont know who was more uncomfortable- me or the therapist. Do some research before you give this place your money. Trust me. You can look over my review history and see I very rarely leave negative reviews. This place has truly earned it.

Investing in a monthly plan for a massage at Massage Heights is one of the smartest things Ive done for myself this year. Super friendly office staff, and high quality massages every time. Ive had experience with Rich, Robbie and Danielle, and every time has been excellent and a personalized and healing experience. Thank You!

Start to finish - horrible experience. Bad massage, therapist had a bloody nose, no mask, horrible customer service. Called to give feedback since you cant at the time [theyre too busy selling you things rather than listening or looking at the fact you are leaving crying]. Never got a call back from the manager. Said he was going to contact the franchise, regional manager, talk to the massage therapist, etc. Zero action taken. Groupon is now reviewing Massage Heights since the business overall provided a traumatizing experience. Disappointed and have let my friends and family in Fort Collins know to not go to Massage Heights.

I suffered from a bad neck strain that caused me to lose sleep and affected work. I went to an urgent care and they recommended Massage Heights. The next morning, I woke up at 3am from excruciating pain and easily made an appointment online for the following day. I was so nervous about having anyone touch my neck, but I needed professional help.Massage Heights was easy to find and theres plenty of parking. Right away, the staff was welcoming and I was very comfortable in their lobby as they enforce social distancing with plenty of hand sanitizers throughout the sitting area.After a few minutes, I met with my massage therapist and he helped to find where the target area was after a few movements and stretches. At the end of the session, I had the most range in my neck than I did the past week and my body and state of mind was so relaxed, I felt like I could fly. I didnt realize how much tension my body was holding onto!I walked out of the session and immediately bought a membership.

My massage was really great however. I got roped into a massage package n get a free facial. I was told I could cancel at any time. so I accepted and now theyre scheduling me for a massage every month without me even calling in? Thats not supposed to happen, your massage are supposed to roll over to the next month if you do not call in and schedule one. I get these confirmation texts the day of. And theyre charging my credit card and I am unable to opt out. Dont listen to the ladies at the front desk when they tell you you can cancel at any time. Including tip its like a $900 Contract....Im not happy.. I also asked them to put my account on hold, When they wouldnt cancel it. They did not! their computer is still scheduling me and charging me. And now I cant get ahold of anyone. so my only choice is to cancel my card.

Dominic gave one of the best massages I’ve had! Relaxing but also so effective at getting the knots out. He gave good advice too. He’s a great listener and very courteous.Madi at the front was great too, very personable and helpful!

I came here as a treat for me and my mom to have a nice relaxing day and ended up getting a membership for both of us. We go every month and have tried multiple therapists they have all been great and well knowledge.

I will never go to this site again for massages the front staff you could here the swearing 🤬 will at the front desk and Dominic who did the massage was awful no pressure did not listen to what my areas of concern were and even afterwards he did not even bother to great me and assure everything was ok or how i felt. Even afterwards the front staff were not to concerned with wanting to if all was good just if i wanted to book again. Its all about money i guess so maybe I will need to look for another place to go for my massage therapyI have been doing massage therapy for years and this is the worst by far!!I really do think that i should be able to get a full refund after this incident and not even a week later i went in again to get an actual massage

I have mostly had good experiences here until recently. I had used the online form to sign up for a massage and signed up for 12:30. On the day of the massage I got a call from them asking if I could switch times because it really throws off their day if people schedule on the half hour. It probably shouldnt be an option then. Anyway, I ended up just cancelling altogether because I could not do the times they wanted to fit me in. I just had a hard time with this interaction because it seemed as though I was inconveniencing them even though I am the one paying for the massage. Like I said, they are usually very friendly. This was just dissapointing and rude.

Provider had good technique but I will not be rebooking.60 min appointment at 3:30. Started at 3:35 and ended at 4:20, so was 15 min short. Provider had a thick smell of cigarettes throughout entire session. Room was cold and muscles could not relax. Provider was unable to remove the knot in my back which was the only reason I booked the appointment.Business should also probably invest some time in an internal review process so that these kinds of issues can be identified with customers and fixed before it reaches Google’s public review page. Email review surveys to customers after their session.Why can’t receipts be emailed? Front desk staff printed out my receipt and had to hand cut it with scissors wasting the rest of the paper. Upgrade your POS systems.

I truly think that Emily should receive an award for the countrys best massage therapist! This is a great place to go to relax and let them work out some stress. I pay for the membership which is very affordable and flexible. Highly recommended!

The staff will treat you ok unless you dont sign up for the membership plan or if you try to cancel the membership plan. The lack of communication, ability to return phone calls and customer service in general are exceptionally bad. They stalled on getting back to me on cancelling my membership. Which meant I had to pay for an additional month, because I didnt cancel in time. Then they forgot to mention there was a 3 month expiration date on my credit. Also, a couple of their staff members dont enjoy working there. This is always a red flag. Go anywhere but to this company.

I called to schedule a session for my fiancé and I. The woman that answered the phone (Laura) was a little rude. Her tone of voice and customer service skills might need a little work. I was in the middle of scheduling our appointment and thought to myself. “Is this how everyone will be talking to us when we arrive and will we be treated poorly?” My fiancé wants a nice FRIENDLY and relaxing atmosphere while being pampered and I just felt with the way I was being talked to that this wouldn’t be the place to go for that. Not a good way of bringing in business.

Went for a Groupon couples massage. We requested 3 female masseuse when scheduled a few weeks before. The day before we received a call that there would be a male replacement for one of the females. As far the service, it was ok. Have had much better here in Fort Collins.

They practically forced me into buying a membership, and the only reason I ended up doing it was because she promised me I could cancel my membership as long as it was 30 days before the next payment was taken out of my account. I specifically asked twice to make sure I could cancel. When I called to cancel a couple months later, the lady on the phone was the same lady that signed me up and told me I could cancel. On the phone, she was extremely rude and told me I could not cancel. When I told her what she had said previously, she rudely said it didnt matter, and it wasnt allowed. She never apologized or anything, and instead just tried to get me to schedule an appointment.Do not recommend going there.

We bought our daughter a $140 gift card for her birthday for a facial. When she was done they charged her an additional $55 dollars for product and tip when they told us when we purchased it that the $140 would cover it all plus tip! So $200 total for a facial. That is crazy!

It’s not a relaxing atmosphere they are trying to sell you something from the second you walk in the door. They brought us back 5 min late and our massages ended 5 min early. The therapist was very kind and did great work but the company as a whole was not for me.

The lady at your front counter represents the face of your company. As a professional athlete I imagine Im an ideal customer. On my birthday you guys sent me an email on my birthday interesting me in scheduling a massage today.Not only was her time of voice rude, she rudely acted like you DIDNT send me one, and that i need show her the emailemail I get there.I asked something for clarification, and as she was explaining I responded, not knowing she had more to say, and she rudely says, interrupting me, let me finish!I literally Sai i do not do business with rude people like you and hung up. This is supposed to be a place where relaxation is going. I can take my money elsewhere! Learn to treat ppl!On the phone, you cannot see someones mouth and therefore it makes it hard to tell if theyre done speaking. Glad I didnt do the membership!

I went for the massage and complained the same day on sore back problem. Also followed up with the team for my severe increased back problem. They seem to be helpless so bad that I had to take my day of at work and also planning to visit a doctor for the issue. Also, they said there is nothing really they can do over it. The least I expected is a call back to atleast give me some relaxation on my back. They are the therapists who should know these

BEWARE- DO NOT PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP UNLESS TOU WANT SCREWED OVER. Despite my contract being up for the membership, they refuse to honor my request for cancellation. They make up policies that are not stated in the contract. They also use very high pressure sales tactics to pressure you into purchasing a membership, and then once you have one- it is not as great as it seems.

I was very grateful for the understanding staff and just overall enthusiasm of the ladies working when I went in for my massage.

Poor communication and high turnover in management and office staff positions. No apologies whatsoever for any shortcomings or office staff errors. The quality massage therapists dont stick around long.

Yes their help is very RUDE! I called in March and asked for them to not charge my card, the girl was very RUDE! Through Covid they will NOT stop Charging my Card! I would Never recommend them to anyone! They are Not personal, its all about them!!!

I’m not very happy that my debit card was charged today for my membership I realize it’s probably all automated however you knew you were going to have to close you could have suspended all charges for membership and with the pandemic happening the business is closed and I could have used that money for essential items.

Spa style massage parlor. Nice for relaxation and pampering. Not all that healing or therapeutic. Corporate feeling ambiance along with planetarium style music playing during massage
