Remington Flats Hotel

Remington Flats was welcoming and cozy the moment we walked in to our room. We were delighted by the personal touches that made it feel like home away from home.The room itself was clean and well maintained. It was nice to have a little kitchen to use to prep each morning before our daily hike. The layout was perfect and had the feel of a studio apartment.The location could not be more ideal. Most everywhere we had a meal was within walking distance and on those walks there were plenty of places to stop and shop.The owners checked in on us regularly via text to make sure we had everything we needed but, otherwise, it was a self check-in/check-out experience. I very much appreciated that.Well be returning to Fort Collins and especially Remington Flats. Maybe next year :)

Loved staying here! The room was so nice. I enjoyed sitting in the back outside. Close to old town and lots of places to eat. We borrowed bikes and it was fun to ride around and explore. Owners were amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding place to stay in Ft. Collins. Visited CSU with my son and location was perfect - literally across the street from campus. Convenient to great restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here when we come back. Owners are very responsive to answer questions. Loved the 2 local cold brews in the fridge!

We had a wonderful stay at Remington Flats! We were only staying in Fort Collins for one night, and this was the perfect place. The self check-in process was super simple, the room was comfortable and welcoming, and the outdoor space was so peaceful. I would definitely recommend to anyone passing through the Fort Collins area!

My daughter and I had an amazing time at Remington Flats!! Our only regret is that we couldnt stay longer. This will be our go to place to stay in Ft. Collins. Clean, unique, and the personal touches made our experience top notch. We loved the location, quiet street, patio, popcorn, NA beer, and coffee!

Fun little spot to stay! I had to walk my dog at night and I felt really safe around the studios as it’s well lit. And the rooms could still black out because of great shades. Easy to stay here with good hosts, great food choices around the area and a comfy bed. Go ahead and book this one!

Great location for visiting Fort Collins. You can easily walk to get coffee and shop. It is always nice to have a place that stay that feels like home and not a basic hotel room.

Great property close to Old Town but just far enough away to be very peaceful. Instructions to access were very clear. I will definitely book here again on my next trip to FOCO.

We stayed at Remington Flats for our anniversary weekend! It was a a lovely whimsical little hotel! The rooms are very cute! While we didnt use the outdoor commons areas they are setup very thoughtfully

This is the cutest little place. My husband and I came here for a little 4 day retreat. We got the romance package, and it was super sweet. The little personal touches were fabulous. We received a check-in text every morning to see if we needed anything and to make sure everything was ok. Plenty of room, comfy, and private. The record player and records were a lot of fun! We had the Foco suite that faces Remington St., and it was still quiet and private. Close to everything! Would 100% recommend and we will return!

It was fantastic one night stay at the Remington flats. Our studio was Clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We love the family friendly atmosphere and the lovely communal garden.

We stayed in the Bohemian suite one night when we were in town for our daughters dance performance. What a fun place. Everything was ready for our arrival ahead of schedule. There was a designated parking space and we had dinner at a sushi place across the alley. Remington Flats is in a great location close to restaurants and things to do. We would stay here again.

We stayed in the Hemingway studio, it was amazing! Very clean, lots of light, highly recommend. The location is great, we did not use the car until heading back to Denver! My daughter and I stayed here for a visit to CSU, we walked to CSU and Old Town. I would stay here again.

Let me tell you about this place!! The moment you walk in to the patio garden, you see how beautiful and cozy this place is. It’s so inviting!! When we arrived, Annie and Doug were in the back and gave us such a warm welcome and we chatted for a bit before going into our room. The room that we stayed in is the Bohemian and it is as adorable and cozy as the rest of the place. Annie put three beers in the fridge for us, which was a great start to our brewery tour. Doug prepped our bikes for us, which the bikes are a must! You have to ride their cool bikes! I rode the sick black Schwinn, which I highly recommend; super comfy seat! All in all, I was just incredibly impressed by this place. So glad we discovered it. Do not pass it up! It’s well worth it!

Such a cute and cozy place!! We loved staying here for the weekend and had a lovely time. The owners checked in via text and were so kind and happy to help with anything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home. The garden and fire pit area is adorable and the room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The guestbook inside is such a nice touch, we loved reading through everyones happy memories and notes. Would absolutely recommend Remington Flats to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Fort Collins! ❤️

What a wonderful place! I booked my room last minute and was pleasantly surprised how charming the room and overall establishment was. The rooms are very spacious and includes all of the amenities you might need. The outside is equally charming with a real vegetable garden and fire pit. When I come back to Fort Collins, this is where I will stay. Thank you.

Great room and lots of helpful information provided for our stay. They are close to train tracks which woke me up in the middle of the night. Will stay again and bring ear plugs

We stayed in the Live Simply suite and it was very comfortable and likes that it was on the first floor. Everything was very clean and enjoyed the extras of coffee service and toiletries. Thank you for the bagels in the fridge. Delicious. The location was perfect for all the local sites and downtown area. Cant wait to come back.

Great boutique hotel. The rooms are fun and unique and the location is great. The hotel is walking distance from Old Town and near to many hiking and biking trails. The Remington Flats are wonderful. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. That is especially helpful coming from the East Coast with limited baggage. Annie & Doug were great and so helpful. Definitely take advantage of the bikes. Such a super way to explore FOCO.

We stayed in the Bohemian room with our dog during a visit to Ft. Collins for meetings at CSU. The location was perfect and we loved the uniqueness of the hotel. The owners were wonderful hosts and had excellent recommendations for dog-friendly restaurants. Will definite stay again the next time we are in the Fort.

We loved our stay at Remington Flats! The location is perfect for walking & enjoying the downtown restaurants & shops. The owners did a fabulous job with the garden space where you can relax & enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We loved our room, very comfortable and had a nice kitchen for cooking. Fantastic! I stayed in the Hemingway studio unit. Very clean, bright, and cozy. Annie and Doug are excellent hosts who are passionate about what they do, and know Fort Collins really well. They can suggest lots of things to do around the city if you are looking for activities. But it was great just hanging out in the studio, with plenty of room to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the sitting area, or work at the kitchen table, which I also did. Thank you, Annie and Doug, for creating such a wonderful experience!

We were delighted to discover this hidden gem located close to the center of Fort Collins. We have stayed in two of the suites and both were well-appointed, sparkling clean, and comfortable. Each suite is uniquely and tastefully decorated. The gardens and outdoor seating are charming. The space is so inviting that I hope to stay here every time I visit Fort Collins whether the stay is an overnight or extended stay.

Remington Flats is fantastic! We stayed in the Bohemian Studio (D) on the ground level and the boutique experience was outstanding. The owners are very service minded, the location is great, the bulk coffee and teas were quite good and much appreciated, and the room was quite comfortable and clean. The converted house sits in a quiet core neighborhood in Fort Collins with many commercial services available on foot. There is off-street parking available as well. We have stayed in other places while visiting our daughter and not been nearly as happy. We travel a lot and tend to seek clean, unique, comfortable, service-oriented accommodations. Remington Flats fit the bill and then some. We most certainly will be returning. Highly recommended!

We really loved this hotel! The decor is fun and vibrant. The bed is super comfy and we had at least three different types of pillows from which to choose. The apartment was quiet and private but so close to everything we wanted. We walked to the campus, a fun breakfast spot, a couple of different breweries, and Rare, a must-do for dinner.We looked at a couple of boutique-ish style hotels in Old Town but they were really expensive, and kind of corporate. Were so glad we found Remington Flats. The rooms are so personal and unique. Plus, we met the owners and they are really nice. They were great with communication before check-in. Read their emails! They are very helpful. Its hard to complain about the Remington, so I wont. Ill just say, there is really no need to look elsewhere, you found your spot.

The Remington Flats are clean, quiet, and comfortable studios in the Fort Collins area. The owners, Doug and Annie, have supplied the units with everything to provide for well thought out needs. We were happy to have air-conditioning during a hot weekend stay. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to many places including restaurants. Well definitely be choosing Remington Flats over the multitude of older hotels in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our charming flat. It was sparkling clean, artistically decorated, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It even had a parmesan grater which I needed for dinner! Location was great - walking distance from Old Town in a quiet neighborhood. If we’re ever in Fort Collins again, we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Remington Flats for the past 6 weeks. I cannot come close to expressing the enjoyment of staying at this jewel. The rooms are so cute and comfortable - feels like home! Annie and Doug are the most gracious of hosts and attended to our every need. Whether it’s recommending restaurants, hike and bike trails, things to see and do, they are an invaluable resource- plus they are fun people!The location is perfect as well. The neighborhood is central, historic and eden like. Convenient to all the restaurants and shopping in minutes whether by car, foot or bike.The ONLY negative was that we had to go home!!

Remington flats was the second stop to our anniversary trip. The little details in each room are what makes this place so special. It was very clean, quiet, and just the cutest little room. No detail was missed. We felt right at home here. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Remington Flats. We stayed in the Autumn flat and then in The Hemingway and loved them both! The flats are super cozy with comfortable beds and chairs, plus a nicely furnished kitchen. And the location is great! It’s a nice walk to downtown or the campus. This is so much more welcoming than staying in a regular hotel! Highly recommended!

Spent 10 days at the Remington Flats and was lucky enough to experience 3 of their studio apts. Fo Co ,the Bohemian and the Hemingway Studio.What a treat , each studio was unique, homey, inviting ,and all and all wonderful ! Was in Ft Collins for radiation treatment for my dog at USC So to have a soft place to land each day was just what we needed !Fond memories of this place, location , neighborhood ,and Doug and Annie right there for anything I needed ! This place is the crown jewel for the city of Ft Collins…..Highly Recommend !!

This is an awesome place the room was very clean and nice. We added the wine with meat and cheese tray and it was beyond expectations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was great.

Had the most wonderful stay in Studio A at Remington Flats. Everything was exceptional from cleanliness, to amenities, to communication. It was wonderful to have all the small perks (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, full kitchen, plenty of utensils and cookware, towels of every kind, comp coffee & tea, dish soap, and more! Be sure to take advantage of the comp bike rentals! No better way to explore Ft Collins. We will certainly be back.

After a 14 hour drive with an infant and 2 year old, my family and I were very pleased and relieved to be staying at Remington Flats. The apartment was VERY clean, had everything we needed and the cookie was delicious! The location was very easy to get to, private but still able to enjoy Fort Collins culture. I would stay again with family, or as a romantic get away with my spouse. Thank you!

Great location, right next to campus. After a long day of walking around for family orientation, was very nice to go back to the room and fine two nice craft beers waiting with some chocolates. Small touches are awesome! Will stay again for family weekend.

What a wonderful and welcoming place to stay in Ft. Collins. The studios are nicely decorated with full kitchen and comfy beds. The courtyard is lovely for hanging out, reading, and enjoying a glass of wine. The neighborhood is awesome! I highly recommend Remington Flats. Love Remington Flats! A quaint room with everything I need. Great communication before and after booking, as well as at the end of my stay. The owners provide complimentary beer, snacks, tea, and coffee - including my favorite, pumpkin spice (how did they know?)! The room was clean and comfortable. A great place for me to read, do a little work, and get a great night’s sleep. I ate in, but there are plenty of places nearby that a guest can walk to. Thank you for another great stay (this is my second!)

Remington Flats was incredible! Impeccably designed, with all you could possibly need or want, including local beers, a garden to harvest from, and bikes to borrow. It was quiet indoors, as well as in the garden, with comfortable outdoor seating. We loved it!

Remington Flats is now a favorite in Fort Collins... if I can get in! Dont hesitate to book this place if you want a cozy stay. The bed was great in B. So clean. Everything you could need. All sorts of goodies are left for you and their binder is full of great suggestions.I had the pleasure of running into the owners Doug & Annie who were tending to the grounds. They recommended Nicks Italian for great pizza, pasta and supposedly best burger. They were right - the burger was AMAZING, the best!You can tell they love their town and Remington Flats. The care is easy to see, from the inside out. Ill definitely be back!

I stayed in the Hemingway studio. It was so much more than I could have asked for. I opened the door and immediately felt this warm, welcoming, calming vibe. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed. The coffee/tea station was much appreciated! Location could not be beat. I can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful hidden gem! My husband and I just went up to Ft. Collins from Denver for a 1-night quick getaway. The owners were very helpful and great communicators. Our flat was absolutely adorable and very very clean! Loved the added touch of some beers and snacks left in the room for us as well as the caffeination station with coffee and tea! And it was close enough to downtown that we could walk down there! I have already recommended Remington Flats to some friends who are driving up there in a few weeks. We will most definitely be back to stay again!

Remington Flats Hotel was a wonderful find in Fort Collins! The self check in was easy and convenient, the room was cozy and comfortable. The amenities were so nice, coffee, tea, cookies and beer! We would have loved to use the fire pit but the weather didnt cooperate, unfortunately. The proximity to CSU means that if my daughter becomes a Ram, we will definitely stay here on future visits!

The FoCo studio was a delight! Perfect for my mother and I to visit my daughter who was performing at the Center for Fine Arts in a dance production. The location was perfect between her dorm, the CFA and old town… so convenient and wonderful touches that made the stay memorable; thank you!!

Remington Flats will definitely be seeing us again. The accommodations, hospitality and ambience were awesome. Loved the wishing well, gardens, fire pit and location. Loved having our coffee on the patio! So much better than a hotel. These folks make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need, even smore fixings!

What a lovely and unique property! I only wish we had longer to stay and enjoy all of the amenities, like the welcome beer and the growler. We thoroughly enjoyed the free bike rental and loved all thee local recommendations provided by the owners.

Remington Flats is such a special place. We stumbled across it a few years ago and now make it a regular part of any trip to Fort Collins. The rooms are perfect for couples with lots of special touches. The specialty teas, coffee, refillable growler, firepit, and available cruiser bikes are such thoughtful additions. If you’re looking for a place to stop for the night or a week, Remington Flats is the place to be!

Great place. We rented 3 rooms which were all uniquely decorated, clean and tidy. Court yard was beautiful and Annie was a great host. Centrally located and easy access. Will definitely be back.

Remington Flats is a wonderful place to stay, either long or short-term. The owners go a great job to ensure that the rooms are cozy and clean. The best location for those wishing to be close to Old Town - pets are even welcome! I highly recommend Remington Flats for its funky and friendly atmosphere.

If you’re traveling with your furry babies we highly recommend. If you have small kids this is not the place for you, my kids are older and they stayed in the room below us so that was fine. The rooms were pristine and the service was impeccable! Free beer in the fridge and complimentary water and tea was above and beyond! The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is the beds were super small, a double bed I believe not a queen and the washer/dryer was not included in the price of the room (plus it took us 5 hours to dry our clothes!!!!!, it’s a European washer-ridiculous) Yes the rooms were small but you could’ve had a queen in there and still had room. A little too close for comfort to my husband lol, at one point I thought I was going to fall off the bed 🤣😂 but hey if you like that cool for you! Thanks for a great stay Remington flats! ( since I was corrected by the owner that the beds were queen, lol my apologies-unfortunately it was still a tight fit for us, truly felt smaller regardless they were not comfortable)

If you’re planning on going to Fort Collins, this is your home! This was our first trip to Fort Collins with the primary focus being microbreweries and great eats. Remington Flats is in the perfect location.... and the use of Fat Tire bikes allowed us to make a “southern” loop one day and a “northern” loop the next. The fire pit/patio is perfect to chill and the local is close enough to walk to old town. Lastly, I generally don’t write reviews but I feel compelled, given the wonderful time we had. Remington Flats certainly goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable! I stayed here for about a week when I was starting school at CSU, and the hosts (Annie and Doug) were very accommodating to my many requests; ex. having packages shipped to the hotel, booking shuttles to the airport, late check-out etc.. I actually had my kitty cat in tow, so the room itself was a sunny and spacious hideout for him as well. Id highly recommend!

Love Remington Flats! This is my second time staying here in 6 months. This time for a week of writing my own book. Studio A is my happy place. Cozy, comfortable & like a little home away from home. The owners are fantastic, kind & warm. They even left me flowers & a bottle of wine upon my arrival as inspiration!

The Remington Falts are awesome. Very comfortable & clean with a homey vibe. Doug & Annie who run the place are wonderful people and clearly go the extra mile to make sure your stay is %100. I just moved to Fort Collins and will absolutely suggest my parents try to stay here when they visit (if its not already booked up)!

We just stayed here. Awesome! A true boutique hotel right next to CSU and blocks from Old Town restaurants and shops. HGTV-level accommodations. One very big studio room with a bed, two sitting chairs, kitchen table with 3 chairs and small kitchen. Room for a roll-away-bed too. Much nicer than staying at a hotel. Locally owned. Complementary bikes to roam around. My wife and I loved it.

It was a nice room with a full kitchen. The bed was just OK and the pillows were way too big for my taste. However it was still a great price for everything we got. The lack of a receptionist was a bit weird at first, however if that helps save me money then I have no issues. Id honestly just bring your own pillow if youre a stomach sleeper especially.

We stayed in FoCo room. The place, inside and out, is just lovely. Room was surprisingly quiet being just one street off of 287. Location was great, close to everything we needed including PVHospital. Everything was just as advertised. We will be back and have already recommend to family and friends.

I Love, Love, Love Remington Flats! Its the best place in Fort Collins! The rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean. I love that it is so close to all of the restaurants and shops in old Town.

Had a really great one-night stay with my wife. Remington provided a lot of up-front communication about what we wanted to do that evening and had a reservation at a restaurant all ready-to-go. The day before we arrived I got a text with the room code and on the actual day of the stay we didnt interact with anybody. Just walked into our cool studio like we owned the place and had an awesome night wandering around Old Town.

Stayed here while dropping off my daughter at school. So convenient and comfortable. I could easily walk to campus and old town. This is definitely be my favorite place to stay in Fort Collins!

Cozy and thoughtful touches all over the place, including cookies and beer, Keurig coffee, all the oils you need for cooking. The kitchen (I stayed in suite C) has a 50s retro theme and was very charming. Best of all, my pug and Japanese chin loved the yard. Peaceful and close to town.

This place is fantastic and we cant wait to go back. Our family of three enjoyed a relaxing, quiet, and comfortable stay in the Bohemian Studio (the full kitchen is key!). Oh, and the dog loved it, too. Attention to detail, personal touches, and excellent communication made us feel welcomed and cared for. Everything is easy! Easy parking, easy self-check-in, easy on the wallet, easy strolls to campus or Old Town, and the best shops and restaurants in Fort Collins. Being so close to all the action, I was surprised at the peace and quiet--great nights sleep. Remington Flats is an asset for the savvy traveler.

I stayed because I have an interview for a very important infrastructure project in Ft. Collins. I couldn’t have selected a better place to rest. You should be proud of Remington Flats

The room was comfortable and we appreciated the amenities like coffee and beer. You cannot beat the location. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Old Town or a 5 minute bike ride. We highly recommended this place!

I travel a lot and really try to stay out of chain hotels every chance I get. I wasnt sure what to expect and the reviews were high so I gave it a shot. I had the pleasure of staying in studio D, it was awesome. Fire pit right outside, one single step to get in... perfect. The parking out back was a little tight for my F-150 and I could have parked on the street no problem but I was able to get into a spot. I didnt have any issues with the Wifi and I was transferring data for work for several hours every night, Netflix worked just fine too. One super awesome note here: There is no check in person. You get a text with some pretty simple instructions, like Hi, you are in D, here is the door code. I read one review where someone complained about not having to park, carry all of your stuff in, stand at a counter, fill out a bunch of paperwork, get a stupid card key with a pizza ad on the back, go to your room to unload, then move your car. I thought the check in process was cool, easy and left me thinking why more places dont do that. I went out for drink but cooked in my room, in my full kitchen. All of the dishes were clean and I tried my very best to leave the room better than when I found it. I will be back with my wife, she will really dig it too. There is a million little things that make this place awesome, too many to list. Thank you for the Beer, and the cookie, and the where the locals go weekly menu, the welcome Jesse note on the chalkboard, the fire log... I could keep going.One more thing, I am claiming Studio D for life, D now stands for Dombach, its mine.

Wonderful place to stay, cute decor & lots of nice touches throughout. We stayed in the Hemingway & we found it spacious & loved the little balcony. It is close to everything!

What an incredible place!! Super cozy and eclectic...felt like I was in someones home, not some cold sterile hotel. They thought of everything--there was whipped cream in the fridge to use on hot cocoa or coffee, there was an empty growler to fill at local breweries and there was even a Netflix account for us to use on the TV. I loved every single thing about this place and definitely plan to come here again. They are relatively new, so any kinks they may have had in the past (as Ive read in other reviews) have surely been worked out. I found their communication to be excellent too. We ended up arriving quite a bit earlier than I originally anticipated, and it wasnt an issue at all. Theres also firewood stacked near the fire pit now. I travel all over the world for work, and this has been one of my favorite places...especially at this very reasonable rate!!!!

We had a wonderful birthday trip for my husband! Annie got birthday treats with candles at a moments notice and Doug was so helpful with the bikes! Free pinball was the highlight! We will come back soon!

It was the perfect little spot in the heart of everything going on. Once you get in your room it’s your own space with nothing to bother you. Beautiful courtyard and the perfect amount of amenities for the space. Definitely would come back!

I recently had friends from California stay at Remington Flats. They were thrilled with every aspect of their stay! They have traveled the world and said they have never received such detailed and helpful local information or caring surprise touches!

Great place to stay! We wouldnt stay any place else in the area as business travelers or even with our family. Clean and Quiet. So much to do in the area, all within walking distance. Very nice furnishings and property. Friendly people with great communication.

Best place to stay in Fort Collins bar none. Uber chic, clean, and tons of extras not found in large or chain hotels or vacation rentals. Self check in was a breeze and the parking was secure.

Please be aware, this place has a very strict no cancelation policy. If there is a chance you wont be able to make your dates for whatever reason (even unforeseen), you should probably look elsewhere.Booked within 7 days of the stay, so their policy is no cancelations/changes whatsoever, even when a historic snowstorm is being forecast and the governor is telling people not to travel. Tried calling prior to the storm to change the dates to avoid travel issues, but they would not allow us to move our reservation. Afterwards, they did offer us a credit for a future stay, but it didnt even cover a single night, so that wasnt particularly helpful.

Great customer service. Comfortable room. Walk or bike to campus. Recommend borrowing bikes from them (free!). Recommend the s’mores package. Lovely courtyard with nice fire pit.

Quaint hotel not too far from Colorado State Universitys campus. Rooms are well furnished with a full kitchen and free WiFi. They also have bikes for you to use anytime.
