Employees are helpful and kind. I have had a great experience every time I visit. I appreciate being able to return my purchase within 24 hours if something goes wrong. This was not the case with many stores where we used to live.If you need to make a return, just make sure you go to the same location you purchased it. The store on Timberline has a different system so they cant do returns from the College Ave. location and vice versa.

Kelsie was extremely knowledgeable and customer service-oriented. She took her time to explain the products and present the options so we could decide which were best for us. She ROCKS!

Walked in on a whim after needing to find something to replace my current accoutrement. Not only did I find two of what I needed but I also found something else and some great conversation. 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming back again whenever I need any glassware.

I go here for my disposable vapes and the customer service is always incredible. I picked up a new piece of glass and Jenny gave me a ton of great information on the piece and everything I needed with it. Will always recommend this shop.

This shop is mids. They sell pre-owned glass thats advertised as new. I purchased a Symbiartic piece from them about 2 years ago and it turns out its pre-owned. They lie and claim they only have ever had 1 symbiartic piece and that its in-stock. But you can literally check their instagram history and see theyve sold other pieces by him. I wouldnt trust buying a heady from this shop.

It was quite refreshing meeting Ms Ashley in the beautiful shop. As a collector that lost his collection, it was nice to speak to someone who the difference between a cycler and a inline perc, what foreign prodo and local American work is. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. I spent way more than I was going to. But I love the pieces I got. The new collection is off to a good start. The place was clean, With a comfortable atmosphere. They had everything along with a few new things I had not seen.Ive been an avid smoke shop lover and a glass collector since I was old enough to walk into one. Im 40 now. I never write reviews either but she was really good. And this spot was just that comfortable to visit. Ms Ashley is a wonderful sales person in this field. As good as I was even.

Go to shop in town. Jenny was very helpful in orienting us to the different sources (local vs mass production), pricing levels, and available items in the shop and left us to browse without pressure. Picked up some glass and accessories and so far we are loving them!

Easily the worst smoke shop in Fort Collins. The employees don’t even know basic stuff about glass. And most of their glass is obviously cheap import glass that breaks easily but they tell people it’s made in the U.S

Stopped here the other day to check out their king palm display and buy a nectar collector. Had the privilege of meeting Ashley, who was a GREAT help and even gave ms 20% off. And honestly, this is one of my favorite pieces Ive used! Simple, basic, yet does the job with minimal effort. If youre looking for a store with all your accessory needs like King Palm, bongs, pipes, grinders, papers, and more then do yourself a favor and head over to Up N Smoke! Youll be in great hands with Ashley! (I forgot to take pictures of it brand new. As you can see, its been used since purchased.)

Theyre always very nice to me here. They no longer will carry my usual brand of vape but Ill likely continue going here just for the staff

Fantastic customer service, friendly, and helpful! I came in to browse and was greeted by Ashley, who encouraged me to look around. I inquired about a specific brand of glass that they didnt carry. Ashley went above and beyond by researching the glass I asked about and pointing me towards some pieces they had that were similar in style and function. I ended up leaving with a beautiful new addition to my small collection and I couldnt be happier with it.The store is simple to navigate and their displays are set up beautifully. It was a no pressure, fun experience. I look forward to coming back!

Upn Smoke is one of my favorite smoke shops! Ive bought several pieces here, big and small, and an ecig. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they work with you to stay within your price range while still finding exactly what you want. Lots of local glass, and even a glass blowing studio in the front!

Ashley was a great help when I came in needing the perfect hand pipe to switch to from smoking the bong all the time and found the most adorable locally made frog pipe I am in love with. Thank you homie!! It smokes like a dream:-)

The Fetch doggie cbd tincture is amazing and has helped my dog deal with nerve and muscle pain from a car strike injury. She loved the treats too, they helped her get a little extra relief. The weight based dose range worked well for her as I use the lower range for her daytime med and the higher end for her nighttime med. At the vet I had to pay a high minimum fee per visit before even getting her meds and Im sorry to say I just cant keep up, but this tincture has been a life-saver. I was worried the tincture might not last but its been 3-4 weeks now and Im still about halfway. If you are budgeting the tincture will be fine without the treats and will last much longer than the treats for pain relief. Your pet will show a big difference in their behavior and youll know you made the right choice. Before this, she wasnt able to stop whining in discomfort. I cant believe she seems happy now and needs us to keep her resting and calm. The 1000 MG bottle is worth the price and saved me a few hundred and those vet bills were already a killer. #Fetch

Every interaction Ive had with the staff here has been OUTSTANDING and they have an amazing selection with competitive pricing. The shop is very clean, well lit, and the pieces are given just enough breathing room so they can shine on display! Tonight I spoke with Ashley about what I was looking for and she hit it out of the park with the first item she showed! Extremely happy with every purchase Ive ever made here - and I always leave the shop with very good vibes. 🤙

Up n’ Smoke is truly the best glass shop in Fort Collins. The staff is always helpful and friendly but not over bearing. Their glass selection is awesome as they have everything from super expensive and artsy down to stuff that will simply get the job done. Recently, I bought a boxed banger set that just did not function appropriately after getting it home and using it a couple times. I called and spoke with the manager, Ashley who took amazing care of me by going MORE THAN above and beyond to make it right and be sure I was happy with my purchase. NEVER have I received such amazing service or experienced that kind of loyalty to the customer and commitment to the brand (typically just have to bite the bullet when it comes to glass purchases). Simply the best. I now only shop here and show it off to all my friends that visit. Keep it up yall!

Some girl with glasses, a nose ring, and a terrible attitude spoke to me like a dog when I attempted to read the label on a vape behind the counter. No! No! You cannot stand there! I totally understand having a policy that doesnt allow customers behind the counter, what I dont understand is how some people never learned to communicate properly. Its so sad that people-skills are not being taught to this generation. Next time perhaps try, Excuse me sir... At least then you wont lose a customer.

Best place ever. I have been to a million glass shops all across the great state of Colorado and these guys are THE BEST. Best customer service, I have been in there A LOT lately and the gals are extremely helpful, take time to listen to what youre looking for and are excellent at finding solutions to my needs (even alternate solutions!) Hands down you will not be disappointed if you go here. The glass is killer and priced fairly. Keep it up!

We came in with the intent not to spend much money -- we told Ashley that we were just looking for a dab tool. Ashley was SUPER nice and helpful, chatted for awhile, and thats when we got to talking about how we were in the market for a new dab rig but had a bad experience at a different shop (it was WAY overpriced, as in, something that was $25 at Up in Smoke started at $60 at this other place). Instead, we had planned on getting a rig through a friend who got a discount at their shop. However, Ashley was so cool that we called that friend and told them NOT to get it because we found one somewhere else. We went back to Up In Smoke the same day, bought one of the rigs she showed us, as well as some CBD products. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the products in the shop, really helpful, nice, and attentive. If she wasnt so great, we would have gone through our friend instead. HIGHLY recommend this place. Great service, high quality products, and great prices. Well definitely be back.

Up’n Smoke is by far my favorite shop in FoCo! I came in a few nights ago to celebrate my spouses birthday and Sabina was so helpful in making sure we all left happy and my spouse got some great new glass. Ive been in a few times this year, the last time to buy a new rig. Every time the staff has been so kind and knowledgable! They offer a wide variety of glass and accessories, and are very helpful. Good pricing as well. They also are being very safe regarding COVID right now, and overall just have a great atmosphere. My new favorite head shop in town, by far!

Hands down the best head shop in Fort Collins. And there are a LOT of options in foco to go to, but this is the number one. They have excellent deals and will always work with you to get a good price in what youre interested in. The people who work here seem to truly care about their jobs. I worked one on one with Ashley trying to find a replacement rig and she was amazing. Just a joy to talk to and also extremely knowledgeable whenever I had questions about specifics. I talked with a gentleman who was also EXTREMELY kind and it turned out he was the boss. He works on the floor alongside his employees and seems to make sure you walk out with a great deal. Huge selection. Tons of items that are generously spaced so as not to be cluttered. Very clean! I just came in to browse for a bit but Alex was super friendly and more than happy to show me anything in the case as well as instructions on how to use any item I showed an interest. The only thing I didnt love about the place was Ive seen some of the same items for cheaper at my regular shop. One other thing that made me really happy was the place is pet friendly. I got to pet two dogs in the few minutes I was there. A++

My girlfriend and I went to Fort Collins looking to buy a new system, and went to several shops. All of the shops had great selections, but no sales people. We went in asking about dab systems and no one wanted to tell us anything except the incredibly obvious. Im not sure what the girls name who was working but she was a tiny blonde girl. She showed us a few different styles and explained everything. Their deals were fantastic and so was their service. We were so stoked on this place we ended up spending about 300$. Anyway, I highly recommend this place! By far the best experience Ive ever had in a head shop.

Best vape/glass shop in town! I was just there last weekend and bought a few pieces and of course there was a sale I couldn’t pass up. Par for the course. Got some great glass and when I tell you that everyone who works there is crazy helpful and super positive it’s no lie. Sometimes when I’m driving by I wanna stop in just to chat cuz they’re so friendly. If you’re looking for a great selection on glass this place has some killer pieces from local artists. Hands down my go-to place in town.

Easily the best Head Shop in Fort Collins. Incredibly fair pricing, which seems so hard for every other shop in Fort Collins. Engaging staff, that’s incredibly knowledgeable with the glass and products they are selling. To top it off, pet friendly. I love that I can pick up new glass in between walks with my malamute.

Ashley who worked there was super nice and respectful, didnt pressure me into buying things, was very informative and really made me want to buy glass from her because she was so authentic and real and just genuine. The other person who worked there was also kind as hell. I would definitely come back and buy from them just because I love the energy in their store and they have geode glass and glass that has crystals attached to it. The energy is bomb I recommend checking this place out to anyone who is thinking about buying beautiful glass. ♡

Shop has many different items, all spaced out efficiently, and a wide range of choices in each genre. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent prices as well. However, I had an impromptu walk in interview, I was told I would get a call back soon and never did. I dont like being teased as if Im going to be given a position somewhere. Be upfront. It is okay that I did not get it, Im sure someone more qualified did (even though the sign on the door said no experience necessary and willing to train). Im more concerned about the vibe of the owner and the questioning, he felt the need to ask me if I was in a relationship and I cant help but wonder why the hell that is relevant; thats an inappropriate question to ask a potential employee on a first meet and interview. The owner seems kind of creepy and its not surprising to me that all the employees I have seen are objectively attractive females.

If I could give 10 stars, I totally would! I am from South Dakota and this shop puts our shops up here to absolute shame, great pricing, great selection of e-juice, and beautiful art all around. The manager, Ashley, was sweet, kind, and helpful. I think I checked out at least 10 e-juices before I decided on what i wanted, and she was patient the entire time. When I am in Fort Collins again, I will definitely be visiting.

Really great store with a wide selection and products at good prices. I love their cbd isolate powder. The only thing that weirds me out a bit is that they only seem to hire teenage girls to the point where it often feels like a sorority in there. It makes me wonder if there’s some creepy old manager dude behind that business decision. Either way i still recomend this place to my friends.

Me and a friend were visiting from Duluth MN, and we stumbled across this smoke shop. We went in and the glass selection was nothing like Id ever seen before! The whole store had glass all the way up the walls, and in cases wrapped around the store. Biggest pipe selection I have seen so far. Logan was very informative and helped me through the process of buying a new box mod as well! I would 10/10 reccomend this smoke shop!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to David and Tyler! We went in today to get a torch and ended up getting a super cool dab vape and one of the $100 mystery boxes. Tyler was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice when buying our vape. David hooked my boyfriend and I up with a one hitter since it was my first time in. Not to mention, our $100 mystery box was filled with sweet goodies for us! Highly recommend this shop- will definitely be returning!

The BEST business in town! THIS is how business should be run! If youre having trouble with yours, just ask Ronnie how he keeps customers happy, coming back, and recommending his store to everyone, everywhere!I first set foot in their old location because of all the positive things heard about them. Among other things, I purchased a scale that didnt work quite right so I returned it. Ronnie replaced it with a better, more expensive model, for free, and even sent me away with a free gift (pipe)!Been going back every since and have always had the same amazing customer service. I wish more businesses cared about their customers like Up N Smoke does.

I went into the store yesterday afternoon and was very specific about what I wanted. The young lady who waited on me said they didnt have what I wanted She recommended an alternative, and said it would do the same job. It was expensive, but I bought the item based on her recommendation.I took it home, did a single hit with it, and realized it didnt do what I wanted and what I asked for.I went back into the store this morning--one day after I bought it--with the receipt--and tried to return it. They would not accept the return. They pointed at a sign on the wall that says no returns.I said, your website repeatedly says satisfaction guaranteed. I said, your employee never mentioned a no return policy. I said, the receipt says nothing about a no return policy. I said, I didnt read your walls when I came in here. I said, I trusted your employee and relied on your satisfaction guarantee. I said, how am I supposed to know if this thing works for me unless I try it out. I said, you dont have what I want, so I need my money back.Regardless of policy, in these circumstances, a decent, honorable place would have accepted the return. You know that, I know that, and they know that. I got ripped off by this place. Watch yourself.

Used to come here every single day to get an xtra bar and knowing the return policy (having it back by 9 before close so they can swap it) i left and we headed up the canyon and it just stopped working after coming down the shop was closed and we went the very next day...zero refund, not even a sorry. i had a recipt and frequent the store often...this experience will be my last....this really hurts me because ive worked closely with this shop for years now and to be treated like that kinda makes me wanna leave.

New to vaping I had several questions and the young lady (who’s name eludes me at the moment although we discovered that Cape is home for us both) was able to guide me with careful questions to determine what I wanted as well as needed. Great knowledge of inventory and had the ability to point out what would and would not work with my Smok baby. Glad I walked in. Walked out happy and educated. Wonderful experience.The glass was beautifully displayed and once again was thrilled as I already had a PAST knowledge but hers surpassed what I thought I knew.Selection was just right. Not overwhelming and gaudy like some shops.This is the only shop I have walked into and felt at ease with my lack of understanding of vape products as she didn’t try to push something I didn’t need. Just an honest and true love for the job.Great job. I’ll be back!😎

Great friendly place never been to Fort Collins CO. And the lady working was awesome before using GPS I went to 2 liquor stores asked about the closest smoke shop and both places couldnt tell me where one was so I google it and found this one, when I walked in the lady was very friendly and help me rite away she even gave me a good deal on the one thing I needed and thru in something extra on the house cuz I only had limited $$. Highly recommend this place.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of amazing local artists as well as cheaper generic stuff for those on a budget. Nothing seemed overpriced to me. They have everything you need.

Dont buy their Quick Fix. Its bootleg and doesnt work. The batch numbers isnt recognized on the Quick Fix website that confirms its legit either. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Rip off!Went in to use a hooked deal for $5 off e-juice. Since it was happy hour they had already taken 3$ off and apparently you cant “double up” on deals even tho hooked is a completely separate thing than in store deals. Ending up paying $15 for 30ml even tho a 60ml of better quality was ony 18$. So dumb. The staff was very nice tho and explained to me this predicament but i will not be coming back, sorry.

Came into get some e-juice on the fly . Closest place to me that was open. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very welcoming , and helpful . Defiantly a chill vibe and lots of kind people to help you when you need it . You guys are aweasome . Resonably priced for e-juice and other items from what I saw but did not dive into it much.

Absolutely the best smoke shop in Fort Collins. I know some of the staff and the owner through being a regular, some of the kindest people on the planet. The kind of people you want to smoke with, and that should say something.

Called ahead for a certain glass piece that I was told was there. 20+ minute drive later after arriving, I come to find out that they in fact dont have that piece. The reason I called was to avoid exactly that.

Got a bong from there on the 4th of July, 2017. Best bong buying experience of my life, and Ive visited many head shops. Guy that helped me through in at least $50 worth of free stuff, including a quarts nail, reclaim collector, carb cap, and a pipe. Turned out he was the owner of the place, damn me for forgetting his name. Other guy that worked there really knows his stuff too. After shopping at 4 other shops along the saw street, this shop proved the be the most bang for your buck. Store is organized and well lit. Deserves more than 5 stars.

By far the best smoke shop Ive been to. the selection is totally sweet, and the staff is even better. Ronnie, the owner, was a complete gentleman. We went a couple weeks ago and they just so happened to be having a great sale that day (BOGO $4.20) and the owner even threw in a free chillum with our purchase. They were having a vape contest that day so my boyfriend and I signed up, what the hey! after the contest was over, and my boyfriend and I were respectfully defeated hehe, the kindest lady who worked there decided to give us both the prizes just because we were kind and nice. Their cbd grams are amazing. A little pricey but definetly worth the investment for a hollistic medicine that works extremely effectively. I have been to most shops in the area and this definetly is the best. Their cbd bar on Friday’s is great too to try it out.
