I recently visited the store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Matt and Dallas. They did an outstanding job educating me about their products. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made my shopping experience both enjoyable and informative. I came in with specific needy needs. Walked out with more than I originally anticipated. Usually this is a hard L for me, but Chelsea could not have been more correct about advice and recommendations. I’m jaw dropped at the attention to detail, and extremely satisfied with what I came home with. Beyond friendly, beyond informative, beyond professional. Best place in town! The manager is the coolest and always gives me and my husband the best deals when we go in! We are regulars so he’s always so cool to us and gives us the best deal for our money!

So usually a great spot with great help from the workers on shift, they have an awful refund policy. I bought 2 100ml juices from them, realized I only needed one and went to return it. But was then told they ONLY do in store credit for that which is aboslutely stupid. So now im out the money I spent on juice I dont want/need. Maybe try posting the refund policy or verbally telling customers the policy on purchase. Because for me right now I feel scammed outta 20$ one of the worst things a business can do imo is have a bad refund policy

By far the best smoke shop in foco there is! First time in and felt very welcomed. Saff was awsome! Very informative and really understood the products in the store. Amazing prices! unique peices!

First-timer at this shop. Driving by and just popped in for butane and cigs.Was waited on by an absolutely stellar employee. He was friendly, spirited, and engaging. Extremely knowledgeable, his enthusiasm for work and life was truly gratifying.His name was J.T., and whatever Wild Side is paying him...Its not enough!😁

This shop always has plenty of stock of coils, pods, and salts for my Nord 4. All the staff is super helpful but on my visit to the store today, Tyler absolutely went above and beyond to help me find some fresh flavors and double checked all of my coil packs were full. My only complaint is that I was not able to give Tyler a tip on my card for his excellent service and I had no cash on me. This shop is stellar.

Wonderful little smoke shop. Clean interior lots of stock and the guy that helped me out (Josh M according the the receipt) was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

You couldnt ask for more friendly or knowledgeable staff thats willing to assist their patrons. I witnessed several customers above and beyond service and assistance without hesitation. Absolutely spotless shop. Pricing is more than fair. And the manager of stores absolutely on point if youre looking for a particular piece for particular reasons thats the place to go if youre not exactly sure on what youre going to need to be able to reach your goal. Josh and the crew always put clients first. Absolute pleasure doing business there and I will again

This is my favorite vape store, it’s the largest selection and the friendliest staff in all foco. They have more disposable vape brands than other stores and coils, pieces u name it

Shop owner is dope af, the prices are great and deal are dummy.My only problem was I’m pretty sure my bangers were regular glass and not quartz. My oil was tasting and burning funny so I went back to an old nail and it was fine. Some times you pay for what you get so I’m not too upset.

Great staff, great selection, nice and clean store. They also open at a reasonable time unlike some shops that are like “eh, we’ll be here when we want to”. True pros.

Today was my first visit to this particular Wild Side and your wonderful employee Josh turned me into a new recurring customer! I wish I could give him more than 5 starts because he definitely deserves it!

Headed to this location after the one on college since we heard it’s the newest location. We decided to wait on buying at the college store and see what the harmony store had. The girl who helped us didn’t have a great attitude from the start. We were going to purchase some tips for our seahorse pro and she claimed that we had to be over age 21 which we just knew wasn’t true. Called college location and they agreed with me. End of story girl did it on purpose cause she didn’t like us? Wow real cool of you

Awesome experience! Very polite, honest, knowledge and on point with customer service! Made sure I had everything I needed and then some (I just couldn’t help myself with the deals they have going on). Plus they have fun raffles every month, who doesn’t like free stuff!? With their deals, prices and customer service their definitely my new favorite smoke shop in town! Thank again, I appreciate you!

Great little smoke shop. I was in FC for the weekend and needed to grab some vape juice and kratom. I was incredibly pleased to see they carried my favorite brand of in-store kratom (havent seen it outside of Upstate NY). Large, diverse selection of vape juice. I wish I knew her name, but the young woman behind the counter was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all things vape and knew the inventory/stock well. She was super friendly and a great conversationalist, too. Ill be back in CO next year, and if Im around FC, will absolutely be back.

I Was visiting from out of town and Lexi gave me an incredibly genuine and awesome experience. Was extremely knowledgeable and patient when it came to narrowing down options. She is a customer service specialist! Highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Was greeted with smiles right when I walked In. Most Knowledgeable and friendly staff at any headship I’ve been too. Cheapest prices around with a huge selection and deals on everything, and they price match! They gave me undivided attention and made me feel right at home. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Absolutely love this place!! They have some of the sweetest glass I’ve ever seen in there and the guy that runs it was super helpful and real cool. He hooked it up with a great deal. Definitely will be back!!!

Bought a thing if vape juice, walked out to my car, realized my mod was broken, didn’t open the juice or anything, came back in, I guess they have a no refund policy not posted anywhere, was offered store credit if I use it by the end of the work day otherwise they can’t refund. Not coming back here, 16$ loss for nothing.

I always have to go back whenever I buy anything from there. They only sell you the wrong thing if you go in for any vape stuff. Went there twice and had to go back to return stuff twice. Never again.

Sold me vape that was missing pieces and had been returned. It didn’t work at all, which means they took a returned defective vape and then put it right back in the display case, without even testing it.
