It was a great experience, my boyfriend and I went together to get a facial. It was exceptional. The workers are great and professional. Also I went to get my lashes done and it was amazing. I’ll definitely go back. Everyone there is friendly and kind.

I got an amazing wax experience with Jessica. Jessica is amazing, she was very, very patient, sweet, great to talk to and her waxing methods are by far the best I’ve ever experienced! Jessica also would constantly ask me if I was doing okay or if I was in any pain and it was a comfort because no one really asks you that at any other location that I’ve been to. The spa is always clean, very posh and the aesthetic is so nice inside. The cafe is amazing too and I love the options for smoothies. I will definitely begin regularly getting my Brazilian waxes and vajacials here from now on!

I had a Brazilian wax appointment with Jessica. Usually these are pretty uncomfortable but Jessica did an excellent job while making sure no hair was left behind. This was the most comfortable wax experience I’ve ever had. Jessica was very professional and personable. Shanique love beauty spa is clean and has a very welcoming space. Will definitely come back!

I have been to Shanique Love Beauty Spa several times and I must say that everyone that I have encountered has been super friendly and professional. The reason for this particular review is because this visit was beyond exceptional. My wax technician name was Simone and it was the first time that I was serviced by her. Simone was very professional and did an amazing job. Simone was very gentle and made the whole experience very comfortable. I love her work and I will definitely book with her from here on out.

My experiences that I had was AMAZING. Jessica did all my services first the wax was so perfect. She did not hurt me like other places that did my wax before. What I really love about Jessica she is very passionate about what she is doing and it shows in her work. The facial that she did was amazing as well my pores was fresh and clean. Great service! I had my first Brazilian wax and vajacial with Jessica, I was a little apprehensive but she was pleasant and eased my fears. She walked me through the process explaining everything before she did it and gave me tips to improve my skin. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be booking her for all my future appointments!

She was welcoming! Place is inviting! Jessica didnt only perform her job with skills she educated me through the process answering all my questions. She was patient with me as I was a nerve ball! She handled me with tender care.. I left with total satisfactions. I will return to see Jessica again soon!

I love going to the spa. I heard great things about this location, so I decided to try something new. The service was excellent. The robe was too short, and the massage area was in the front of the place it did not have enough privacy. The young ladies that work there were awesome, and I appreciate them trying their best to keep so comfortable. The setting was very uncomfortable.

Wanted to share my awesome customer experience at this place. Im a Male and had Brazilian wax done with the vajacial (company needs a unisex name for this one. Lol). Anyway, Jessica Liddell provided exceptional service. By nature of waxing, the process was painful but Jessicas professionalism and personable approach made the process enjoyable. Her fun conversational style helped keep me distracted in between pulls. Also, I had a 30 minute massage and foot scuba performed by Jasmine. Shes very pleasant and have gifted hands. I almost fell asleep during the session. Lastly, Id like to give a special kudos to the front desk clerk. She was very friendly and have a bright and welcoming smile. I would definitely encourage anyone (guy or girl) to book an appointment.

Amazing experience beautiful personality! Made me very comfortable for my first wax and vajacial. Calming environment very good job at getting all the hair. She also took time to explain the benefits of waxing versus shaving 🪒 and how shaving can cause your hair to grow all types of ways. I will most definitely be back for my monthly self care routine 🤎

This spa is PERFECT!! I had a great experience. I got my very first facial my esthetician Alexus she did incredible she gave me so much information. It was so relaxing they have great taste in music. Then my pedicure that was done by Janice was lovely she was very thorough. They have a pedicure room which is great it’s private and they have Netflix. I went there for a full spa day for myself. The service was amazing from the time I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces. I booked several services and all of them were top notch and on time. Each consultant made sure I was comfortable and my needs meet. The place is clean and they even have a cafe inside so you can enjoy a relaxing beverage while you are being attend. Although it is a bit of a drive for me it was worth the commute and Ill be visiting again.

I had a GREAT experience here. I had waxing done with Alexus. She made me feel very comfortable and she is very friendly. She’s truly made to do this. She walked me through the wax and did everything to make sure I was comfortable. The products she used was high quality as well. She used mermaid wax which is not only good quality but very pretty. I appreciated the the use of dermalogica products too. These are great products. I felt at ease and WILL be returning. I highly recommend this beauty studio. The use of great products combined with friendly staff and luxury. It’s a little gem! I can’t wait to come back.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Jessica. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t rush through my appointment. I was hesitant about getting waxed because, well - it hurts! But Ms. Jessica took care of all of that. I did more talking & laughing than worrying about the pain. The facility is clean and welcoming. I will be a repeat customer from now on.

Zero stars. I had the dishonors of visiting this place for the first time a month ago. All of my go-to MUA were booked solid so I did research based on the reviews and actual photographs and came across this place. Unfortunately the person that I wanted was not available until later in the day which is when I d be unavailable. So the receptionist said that the person currently open is Imani and she was good too. I looked at her IG portfolio and took the chance. Got there 10 minutes before time and explained that I prefer a neutral and elegant look for the occasion. I showed her some examples from the shops reviews and one done on me by my last mua. She said the last mua did a very nice job then proceeded. Clipped my hair and she was very rough instead of careful not to mess up my brand new do which I mentioned was done just yesterday. First red flag. She frequently had her hands in my hair to get the right angles, and very rough might I add. I mentioned that my hair was just done yesterday, right? Why arent you using my chin and jawline and also speaking to me to tell me how youd like me to position my head?? Second red flag. As shes applying my foundation I noticed how sloppy she was around my edges and curl pattern. Dont you want to be as cautious and clean as possible to avoid any makeup in my hair?? She adds on the lashes of her taste after I told her I didnt like the length cause clearly thats what she made the session about - her. Then after that.. she goes into adding more and darker colors that I did not consent to and I was wondering what the hell is taking so long??? After that was done and she was about to start on my lips, I made it very explicit by telling her I like a nude/clear/neutral color. She does the OPPOSITE and creates the WORST OMBRE that wasnt even well blended!!! When she was finally done, I was very displeased and didnt want her working on me anymore since she hit nothing but red flags. There was nothing that she could correct cause you clearly do not listen and took FOREVER to do my make up! I said my cheekbones have the dark color that you used and it doesnt look well blended in. She tells me thats your contour and I asked for it to be taken off. I am sitting directly in front of you and giving clear instructions of what I am paying you for. Why didnt you ask if I would like contour added??? Not everyone likes that. How do I ask for neutral/clear lip and you choose to give me a mediocre ombre??? I walked out TWO HOURS later looking like a drag queen!!!!! The only thing that came out right was the eyebrows and eyelid colour. Everything else was dismal and disastrous. So I rushed back to my hotel to remove-- yes, remove-- the garbage and thankfully my sister had an experienced and real professional mua who was doing her face and she squeezed me in and touched me up beautifully!!! Thank GOD!!

Today was my first time at this location, and it was awesome. Thanks to Erva, who took care of my wax. She is professional, very friendly and whats more important for me, she made me feel so comfortable. I really recommend it.

I got my eyebrows done by Shanique last weekend and it was perfect. I am always really particular about who does my brows because of past experiences with other places. However, Shanique did a phenomenal job. This business was absolutely professional, the location was beautiful, my brows still look perfect 1 WEEK LATER! I highly recommend her services. Definitely a satisfied customer!

I had the most divine experience from start to finish. I booked the brazilian wax, vagacial, yoni steam combo with Jessica. Candles were lit, Good tunes were playing, it was just what i needed for a spring reset! I will definitely be back. Thank you Jessica for such a lovely tender experience. I felt relaxed the whole time which usually isn’t the case when I get brazilians. The only critique I have is that the smoothie from the cafe could’ve been blended more. I was chewing and drinking at the same time. Aside from that the experience was absolutely lovely and is worth the commute I made from South Beach to Lauderhill. I will definitely be back

I came up from Jamaica and was experiencing discoloration in my skin. I visited this location and had an amazing results from my Microdermabrasion treatment with Jessica. My skin is much brighter and more hydrated. The atmosphere was amazing. The place is clean and the music was very welcoming. Also the smoothies are amazing!! A++++++

I arrived for my appointment and she started at the correct time. This has been the best experience I’ve had from an esthetician. Unfortunately I was unable to even render my service at this salon. My review is based on the owner not willing to assist me with a Groupon I purchased.Groupon accidentally deleted my account and refused to reinstate it or compensate me for the Groupons that I have already paid for and have pending although this was an error on their end.This salon was one of the purchases I made. I provided the owner with all the proof that I have showing that I paid for a service that I have not used. Initially she seemed willing to help, but then quickly decided to turn me down and refer me back to Groupon after I had already advised her of my situation. After that, she completely stopped responding to my texts and would not answer my call either. Again, I provided her with everything I had besides the actual Groupon code.All that was left for her to do is match the purchase amounts and dates, but clearly refused. This Groupon expired this past Saturday. Therefore Groupon and the salon got their portion of what was paid and the customer got left with nothing to show for it. Youd think a business owner would be more willing to help someone that is attempting to be a new customer. Especially when provided with all the proof. Its not like I had nothing to show for it and decided to claim I had a paid service pending. Disappointed with this outcome.I was unsure how to reply to your response directly.I was never provided with the option to come in. If that would have been an option, I wouldnt have continued to reach out and inform you that it was coming up on the expiration date and waiting to hear from you nor would I have taken the time to write this review.

Than last month when I learn that she open a bigger shop with more services I went & ckeck it out. Wow to my surprise she had a team for massages had one than last month came back this month with my husband for the couples massage & facial Wow it was beautiful experience we was well relaxed , our face felt so clean the treatment the girls used was just right for our skins. The volcano 🌋pedicure was warm, soothing and refreshing. I felt like it was a mini getaway, walked in looking crusty. Left shining and feeling amazing. I would most definitely recommend, you give it a try.

Owner is Kind and Professional. The environment was very warm, welcoming and all the ladies that work there do their best to provide quality services to the customers. Just a small suggestion, it would be nice to offer an alternative beverage for customers that do not consume wine. Other than that, continue to be great.

I went in for a brazilian wax. The place was crawling with little roaches. You would not believe. Not only that but it was so hot in the salon. I was sweating prefusly and the woman waxing me was sweating as well. When I asked about the air conditioning the lady tells me its not working and there is nothing she can do. How is anybody working in these conditions? Unbeliveable. Dont come to this place. You will be disappointed.

Kierra is very nice and very professional. Ive gotten numerous compliments on my lashes and really love how they look. Ill be doing my refills and plan to keep them as long as I can afford to.

Lets cut the lies here. Akia reaches out 1 time not multiple. Her only day was Thursday. I was not available period. When my travel dates where has nothing to do with what the issues where. Don’t try and deflect it to me. You were not in the studio when the lamp fell and bust my lip and I still have the scar, when she glued my eyelashes closed, or what I said to her before I left. I stated that they looked like they were going every where. I left several messages for you to respond to my call but nothing. You never investigated whether it really happened or not. You just believed whatAkia said. Yes my original issue was the gap and or space in my lashes. But when you and Akia deflected from the issue to my travel dates not being consistent I spoke the truth. The only person that I needed to tell what was going on was you. Akia was present when all of this was taking place. You never ever in writing or in text asked me if the lamp fell on my face and lip. .... and that is facts.

I went in today and got Kay. She’s so down to earth and funny. She was gentle and did not rush my services. She’s the best! And I’m keeping her. Go see her she’s gonna do you right!!!

As a first timer that was a great experience. Professional, very clean and amazing staffs. I would most definitely come back. You feel welcomed the minute you step foot in there and it’s very relaxing.

My eyebrow was burnt and now I have a scar. At first I thought it was irritation, which is normal for me after getting my eyebrows done. But then it was burning as the day progressed and now I wake up and there is a scar. I will not be going back.
