STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!If possible, I would give it negative stars because of the way we were treated by the manager.My wife and I decided to do a couple’s massage which was booked 5 days jn advance. It took forever for them to answer my messages and phone calls, until I eventually got a hold of them!We unfortunately were faced with the WORST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER. We unfortunately had a family emergency on the way to the spa, which is 1 hour away from where we were. I called 30 minutes ahead of time and message them to inform them that would arrive 30 minutes late and they said everything would be fine and okay! To our surprise when we pull up to the location, they call us and tell us that it’s too late and the appointment would be cancelled. The manager said sorry and apologized at least 10 times, but didn’t provide a solution, instead she told us that she would forward the issue to the owner which would come back eventually and get back to us EVENTUALLY(no given date or expectation).Long story short, pick a truly professional location, these people ruined our wedding anniversary plans and didn’t care much about it.Let this be a fair warning to anyone reading this.If the owner, moderator, review responder ends up responding to this review, I sincerely would save the your time and tell you to not do it because the experience that matters to a customer is the FIRST one and not trying to pick up the broken pieces of one, or trying to argue with them to prove an unjustified point when a business is at fault.
The people here are very nice and funny. very very good experience! my masseuse was very kind, i had freshly baked cookies and brownies and it was the BEST. would definitely come again. (typing this while getting my feet done by my favorite tech 😁)
MAJESTY DAY SPA IN FORT LAUDERDALE.On Friday April 21, 2023, I made Reservations at the Majesty Day Spa in Fort Lauderdale Florida 33301. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Leah. I explained that my husband’s birthday was coming up and I wanted to do something Special for him. I saw an ad in Groupon & decided to learn more and got on their website. Ms. Leah took the time to explain all the packages that she had going on at the Spa and what caught my eye was the DELUXE PACKAGE which consisted of a Full Body Relaxation Massage, a Royal Foot Treatment, and a Waterfront Picnic. This Location was easy to get to, it was inside the NuRiver Landing Condominium first floor. When my husband and I arrive, it was a surprise and Ms. Leah and her team of Experts, Ms. Elizabeth & Ms. McKayla took control. They welcomed us upon arrival, greeted us with mimosas & prepared a flight of drinks to make us comfortable. When you walk into their lounge the layout is remarkable. Décor is on point to take some nice pictures and create memories with your partner. They walked us to the room where we both were going to experience the Full Body Relaxation massage. This Massage was given to us by Ms. McKayla & Ms. Elizabeth. When all was said and done these Masseuses Rocked! Their massage was impeccable as they tackled our upper shoulders and lower back, legs, and arms. They massaged parts of the body to help alleviate stress caused by our daily work life. The room had a beautiful frame with flames going through it, soft relaxing music that will make you dose off, nice therapeutic scents that when you took a breath, the aromas were captivating. After that experience we got dressed and Mckayla and Elizabeth guided us to our next experience of a Royal foot treatment. OMG Ms. Leah took over and we really enjoyed the intense foot massage. Our feet soaked with warm water, natural organic scrubs and oils that awakened our tired feet and brought it back to life and rejuvenated the skin. I loved the cleanliness of this Spa. Professionalism at its finest. When our foot treatment was over, we exited the Majesty Day Spa walked right into a Waterfront Picnic prepared by Ms. Leah and her girls. These Professional ladies went above and beyond to make my husband’s Birthday Special. This team made sure that there was no rush existing, and they wanted us to enjoy the view of yachts passing through the river front. This day was so memorable for my 63-year-old husband that he really felt like the KING he is…I just wanted to show him that I really love him, and he is appreciated all year round. Thank you, ladies, for making this day SPEACIAL!!! You ladies ROCK!!!! I highly recommend this SPA for a wonderful special occasion for your loved one…Even if that loved one is you! 5 stars does not do justice for the up & beyond service received for myself & my employees. In most industries Customer Service isn’t given enough appreciation. So I wanted to do something for my girls, remembering what it was like to be in their shoes. I shared this with the very patient staff at Majesty Day Spa. Who spent 3 days trying to iron out and plan all the details. Lots of back & forth, with me being unsure on what to choose. I’m so grateful I chose Majesty Day Spa. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like true royalty. ( it’s my personal belief we all are 😊). Everything from the layout to the practitioners who performed our service it was the perfect day. It created a relaxing environment for my girls to be able to to just be & come out of their shells. We had all of our needs & wants tended to without that feeling of needing to be rushed. The whole day was timed & planned perfectly. One of my girls literally kept saying it felt like she was on vacation because it was so surreal. As if I needed anymore reminders of the Goddess Queen I am but from now on I’ll be sure to go to Majesty Day Spa to treat me like the Queen I am.

The experience here is pretty special - for the length your stay, youre treated like royalty. To start, Jason at the desk welcomes you and will attend to your arrival needs (Coffee? Drink? Cookies?). Once youre in, its like you stepped into a royal throne room. Fine details adorn the walls, jeweled accents, walls of roses, and, of course, large gold-trimmed thrones. The massage room is fairly standard for a day spa, but the masseurs are above average. Our particular experience was with Reuben and Valentina and they were very good at their jobs. Overall, this was a very nice experience that I look forward to having again

Booked through Groupon for a romantic massage class with my hubby pre valentine’s day and I was so happy with the service. We ended up switching to full massage instead of a class because its been a very stressful week. We had chocolate covered strawberries 🍓 and wine and a gel like substance for our feet that was so relaxing and different. We then had our massage for an hour… Hubby and I enjoyed it greatly. They started with our backs, then our feet, afterwards we got a head massage. The spa is well decorated, inviting and they also offer different options for couples and also for individuals from facials , to teeth whitening, to facialPeels and even Princess Spa Parties for little girls….Beautiful spot.Quick update went a seconds time for a deep tissue massage and I want to add that it was all that I needed… Angie took care of me. I came out of the room a very satisfied customer. She also educated meOn what to do to address the stiffness in my back. Full disclosure when I went there was a mix up and I was given aSwedish massage, I told the owner and she fixed it right away and allowed me to get the a deep tissue massage right away to rectify and that to me is excellent customer service and caring for a customer. I am super happy and really recommend this spa.
Unfortunately, all I can say that was great about Majesty Day Spa was the picnic set up after the massage and foot scrub. They advertise the massage and foot scrub Oceanside, confirmed it over the phone and their website photos show the services on the beach. However, all of the services were held inside. The music is extremely loud and difficult to relax. You can also hear patrons having conversations outside during the massage. I asked my masseuse to apply more pressure as she was very gentle. She agreed she would but never changed the pressure applied. The Manager has has an attitude and treated her employees very disrespectfully and also started to rush us towards the end of our beach side picnic. The outside picnic set up is very cute with two tents, is decorated and the food wasn’t half bad. The wait time ti receive the drinks ordered was very long. However, for $300 which included tip, I think it is extremely overpriced for the poor service received, being rushed and the unprofessional manager.

Nice people and place. Their approach is not to sell their products but address what the customer wants done and go from there. So unlike another place in Palmetto, Boca Raton. My only suggestion , The valet should be FREE.
Booked a massage at this location. Parking is s nightmare, you either find meters far away or valet at whatever cost. Ground floor of a residential building. The location was fairly clean, ceiling tiles looked like they needed service. The decor is very princess party like and the ambiance was fine if you were there for nails or pedicures and dress up parties. Far from a spa, didnt see hydrotherapy tubs, or locker rooms, no sauna, no steam room. The massage felt rushed, no real effort made by therapist. The odd twilight music in the massage room was ridiculously annoying and loud beyond logic. Price is reasonable but far from cheap for service provided. They suggested that we tip 20% instead of asking what amount or percentage of gratuity we wished to add. The staff was friendly, pleasant and professional but acted rushed. Seemed that the same individual(s) running the check in desk were also the massage therapists. Would love to rate higher but the value for money wasnt there and the service we received was substandard.
It is a very well decorated place, it was like escaping from reality, i dont give them 5 starts because they dont answer their phones on Mondays or Tuedays and dont reply emails,they didnt offer me not even a glass of water and I have to paid for valet parking,Anna was amazing ,thank you Anna. We had a couples’ massage with them and had a good experience. They made us wait as the previous client was late to the appointment, but they were nice about it. They offer drinks while you’re waiting and/or before your massage. The place is easy to find and there’s a valet parking for $5 right in front of the entrance. Massage was good, the place felt nice and clean. I’d come back to this. Their last appointment is at 6pm I believe and they’re also closed on certain days. Make sure to talk to them in advance, they’re very responsive usually.
Had an amazing experience with my deep tissue massage. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The first time I went they gave me a glass of rose, and the place is beautiful. The aesthetic of the place definitely is royalty themed, making me feel like a princess

We arrived 15 minutes early as it was our first time to this spa. They were running late, which would have been fine, but we’d scheduled hour long specialty services & they treated us for 35 minutes. When they asked how it was & we told them fine, but only half of the service we agreed to pay for- they asked us if we wanted to go back in the room for the rest of our massages. We declined. That’s not relaxing or professional - i would not recommend taking a chance here when there are so many other good spas in FTL.
Thank you guys for ruining my birthday. I called and made an appointment for my mom and I to get facials and a celebration pedicure a few weeks in advance. The day before comes and I call to confirm only to be told that there will only be one technician working because the others took themselves off the schedule for that day. My appointment was cancelled with no warning/calls. Then I’m told they’re not even sure that one technician would be there and they would call me back to let me know. Never got a call back. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized and they did not have a care in the world.

McKayla- this review is for you. I booked this appointment extremely last minute, I’m talking 12 minutes before I was due to arrive and although we were both skeptical, I’m glad they took me. It’s Friday, I ordered their Groupon for a Luxury facial Spa package with wine and hopped in an Uber. Thankfully I was 7 mins drive away and everything worked out. The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming and honestly I was in this cocoon of ecstasy from start to finish. While my final mask dried McKayla offered to massage my arms and hands—I have mild carpal tunnel— and I never even knew my hands could feel so good. Absolutely loved my experience with these wonderful ladies. Thank you ❤️🙏 and will come again if possible. ❤️

I came here the day before my birthday. I booked two services- the inch loss wrap and a massage. I mainly booked with this spa for the massage, not really the wrap and was so looking forward to it.When I came in, I was told that because I had been in a car accident where I was rear ended in 2017, I couldn’t get a massage. The massage therapist told me that in the state of Florida if someone has been injured, not even a chiropractor can adjust you without first seeing MRI’s and doing X-rays. This was news to me and I was so disappointed. She told me she could still give me a massage but that she wouldn’t go near the areas where I needed them most (neck and shoulders) which was what I had booked them for. I was also told I would have to pay the same amount.It was a no brainer for me to forgo the massage. The massage therapist seemed irritated with me. I was surprised at that seeing as how I had been blind sided by her. Had I been given some kind of disclaimer in advance I would have canceled both services.Flash forward, I went to a chiropractor and on my first visit, I was adjusted without an X-ray or MRI, meaning the massage therapist could have given me the service. I asked around to see if this was a one off with the chiropractor, but turns out this is standard practice.As far as the wrap went, I saw improvement in my arms and that was it. I paid $200 for it.On top of it all, I was made to tip after dealing with the experience. Very frustrating over all.
I booked a 50 minute full body scrub for me and my mother, for her birthday. We arrived at 12:45, the appointment was for 1pm. The masseuses didn’t invite us into the room until 1:20, took 7 minutes for us to be briefed and undress, so they started at about 1:27. They finished at 1:55pm. So, our massage was really just 28 MINUTES. I’d love to say that those 28 minutes were filled with the best massage I’ve ever had, but it was quite the opposite. We asked for medium to firm pressure, but barely received pressure at all. Every part of the experience felt prolonged, as if they were trying to cut down on the time they actually had to perform the massage. It took an unusually long time for them to retrieve their supplies throughout. I’ve had massages in the past and I’ve never been so disappointed. The place looks very nice, but I suppose looks can be deceiving. This was a gift for my mother and now I find myself wanting to make it up to her for such a bad experience. What a waste of $200.

So, my wife scheduled us a body massage, body detox, and luxury foot treatment. Our manager/technician Leah was very friendly, inviting, professional, and caring. Warning - this is one of the most disorganized massage parlors in Fort Lauderdale.I’ll start with the valet service. They don’t pay attention to cars pulling up so you have to park yourself. Once you do that, then they finally look up and realize you’re there. Even though we self parked, they still demanded we hand them our keys. (The only guest parking available is the valet, so there was no choice it seems).Then we get to the receptionist. She’s super disorganized and apparently can’t keep track of the appointments that she sets. Even with a set appointment and coming 15 minutes early, be prepared to wait an extra 15 minutes past your scheduled time.The massage itself was fine, but we had made an appointment for a couples massage with a detox wrap special. Apparently, they forgot that we had a special and tried to make us checkout without the rest of the package. We reminded them what we had ordered and then we’re informed that they weren’t prepared for the service they had scheduled us for. We would either have to wait significantly longer or choose to do a paraffin wax foot treatment. We opted for the treatment, but as there was only 1 person available to work on both of us this also took quite a bit of time. She was lovely, and the work she did was quite nice.As we were finally in line checking out, the receptionist decided to take someone instead of us while we stood there for 15 minutes waiting. Our checkout process was all of 2 minutes, we had to wait for 15 minutes as she took the people behind us in order for them to book a package.We paid for the valet through the spa checkout. When we get outside, the valet literally handed us the keys because our car was so close. So we literally paid them to hold our keys.The massage therapists and the woman who did our paraffin wax baths are the only savings grace and the reason they didn’t get 1 star.There are some incredible and efficient massage parlors around the city. This isn’t one of them.
The decor was really nice and all the staff were really friendly. I felt the massage was not worth the price, I go a lot to different places and this was my least favorite massage, there was no head massage, chest, or face which is one of my favorite parts. The foot relaxation was really over priced, it was the jelly treatment, with a quick rubdown and then paraffin. The picnic was a huge let down, it was 150$ and all it was chips and salsa, a small container of guacamole. Little bites (cookies and muffins) some mixed fruit, lunch meat, crackers and cheese and veggies with ranch. I could have bought all those ingredients for less then 60$. It did not look anything like the pictures and there were no macaroons etc. The wine pours were great but that was an added charge for wine tasting. I was also really upset about the hidden charges, when I made the appointment we went over pricing and not once was it mentioned about the gratuity ( we expected to tip and even left more) but it was added automatically (30$ for the picnic and 15$ each person for massage )and then there was a surprise premium day up-charge? 20$ PER PERSON.... They should really share all this on the phone... overall I wont be back... try the spa Atlantic- amazing massages and then you have access to rooftop pool, and their spa inside!
So far, I am having a hard time getting in contact with these people. Ive called to book an appointment. I was told that I will receive a call back to confirm. My appointment before my groupon expires is now been a week. And I have not heard from anybody they say online, That they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I called Wednesday still no answer, still no reply. That is terrible customer service to me. I am getting tired of calling them and leaving messages.
This was the best massage and attention Ive ever had. My husband and I are here on vacation. When I tell you that Leah made our experience the best ever. Leah really is a great face for the business. She goes over and beyond as a manager. I absolutely love her finesse as she moves throughout the spa delivering smiles. Her staff compliments her well. Ayesha was just the best when it came to massages. She has the golden touch! Hands down! I wanted to take her home with me lol. She really know what she is doing. Nina was not only knowledgeable but really such a calming and lighthearted personality as what she brought to my facial experience. She gets the job done and delivers the results desired while making you very comfortable and relaxed. My face wants to thank her. We definitely will be back on our next trip if not sooner.

The receptionist was super sweet and thoughtful, serving us fresh baked cookies and tea upon our arrival. The massages were amazing! I could tell the therapists were experienced because my wife and I felt like ourselves again! The facials were thoroughly performed while the esthetician explained everything she was doing. We were treated like ROYALTY! Thank you so much Majesty! We will be returning very soon!
The staff have excellent customer service. Very professional. And the massages with the essential oils are amazing! I have 3 kids and a lot of stress all the time, I feel more relax now and my husband feels brand new! Thank you girls.
What a fantastic afternoon! We did their Couples Massage and Romantic Beach Picnic and couldnt have enjoyed it more! Wonderful massages from Crystal and Q, followed by awesome foot treatments, and now were sitting in a pop-up cabana on the beach having a super tasty picnic with wine. A perfect romantic ending to Valentines Week! Cant wait to do this again.
I went here with two of my friends for one of my friend’s birthday a couple of weeks ago. the staff was extremely friendly and took very good care of us. gina was the one who did my facial. she was knowledgeable and gave me a bunch of tips on how to properly care for my skin. i don’t remember the name of the gentleman who massaged me but he was wonderful as well. i would definitely recommend this place and will likely return very soon!
Yall...When I tell you this place is magical! I had the most amazing time. I got the Gentlemens facial package and Deep tissue massage. The staff was communicative, attentive, and friendly. I was super relaxed my whole time there. From the facial to massage I had the best time. I know I was snoring at times at how relaxed I was. I need to apologize for that. But yall had ya boy feeling so damn good! This was my first time experiencing a massage and my life is changed. Im definitely going to get one once a month. BE AWARE! Made a reservation for the Luxury Beach Picnic as a surprise for my partner on Valentines Day and was immediately disappointed. They had failed to send me the address of the location the day upon arrival. I had called several times and it wasnt until the 10th ring when someone had finally picked up and gave me the directions to the location. Then upon arrival of the location, they had failed to inform me of the suite number for the spa. My partner and I had walked around aimlessly for 25 minutes and had called 10 times over again to get the exact location and nobody had picked up. Thankfully I had ran into another couple who had the suite number and we were both able to find it together. I was told the whole appointment would last 90 minutes. Our appointment was at 4pm and the duration of the foot massage had lasted until 645pm. Unfortunately because I was told the whole service would only last for 90 minutes my partner had booked another massage for us at another site and so because of this we had to leave at 7pm. Our foot massage had ended at 645pm and because we had to leave at 7pm, we were not able to enjoy the full experience of the beach picnic. All together I had to pay over $300 for a couples foot massage and only less than 15 minutes of the picnic time. Was 100 percent ripped off and do not recommend this to anyone.

I had a facial a detox and a massage all outstanding. The staff are friendly supportive and highly knowledgeable you just know you will be well taken care of. I just had a wonderful experience with this spa and wanted to give a shout out to Jason who made it easy to book appointment and very professional. Gina did my facial and was not only informative but it was my first facial and I felt like she was warm and caring and my face feels wonderful. Christine was my massage therapist and she was warm and thoughtful not to mention her magical hands. It was my first day spa experience in many years. So many of us do not take time to spoil ourselves and this experience was so wonderful for me mentally as well as physically. I will be back with my daughter and friends. Thank you staff🌻💛
The manager of the establishment scolded my fiancé for tipping our massage therapists slightly less than the 15% she stated was the mandatory minimum. (She had given $10 each rather than $13 which would be the 15%) It wasnt even that she asked her to give more tip, it was her extremely demeaning tone.It was a 4 year anniversary present I bought $175 her and she left embarrassed and hurt. She ended up giving them an additional $10 to satisfy the blonde manger lady, but well never be going back or recommending anyone to patronize there again. Her behavior was unacceptable and it made our experience anything but Majestic.Beware of the entitled attitude of the staff at this establishment! 🚨 👎🏾- Kevin D
Although, it was a clean & cute set up & everyone was nice, they had untrained/unlicensed/unqualified practioners who didnt know what they were doing. You scheduled a massage without a licensed massage therapist present and assigned a student (not even a massage student) who gave a sloppy annoying sugar scrub massage that wouldnt qualify to apply sunscreen on a friend. Then we scheduled a crystal reiki session (the reason we went with you, b/c may daughter loves Crystals) & she didnt use Crystals. Plus, although my daughter said the facial was okay and was happy she did extractions, they burned my daughters face during her facial. So, even though you discounted the massage. The experience was highly disappointing.
Ill start with the good first. The Spa was very beautiful and clean. The Receptionists were nice but I arrived on time and called 3 times to find out where to park and how to enter but no one answered - instead they called me on a different number a few minutes later. I didn’t receive any of the wine, pastries or forms that others said they got (just a small cup of water). Information was also misleading too. I booked a couples massage that was suppose to be “overlooking the water”- what they meant was that the building was overlooking the water. I said I wanted a facial for my my acne prone skin and they added on something called the “20 min express facial” which isn’t even mentioned on their website and no one told me it was 20 mins of doing what I do at home on my face - they just said a 50$ facial - it had no extractions or anything (when lady on the phone told me extractions were included which is why I didnt bother upgrading). I wish I could’ve read through and understood the deals, prices and details of my appointment better. I had to call them back two days after making my appointment in order to receive my conformation information and It didn’t even explain what treatments I actually booked. My massage and facial were rushed (they did both of them together). They put hot towels on my mom during her massage and non on me. They didn’t even look at my skin properly and the facial ended up giving me more acne. I would not come back - the spa was just overpriced and not worth it to me. I haven’t been to many spas before but something just feels off about my treatment received here (it did not match the standard for the price and the expectations I had based on the previous reviews).
Hi everyone, if you have some money to waste it this is the best place to do that , I bought facial and massage package for myself as a birthday present, very disappointed of quality. First of all it wasn’t 50 minutes for service , In few words I can describe this service as unprofessional. I don’t know the name of the lady who gave me the massage, she didn’t introduce yourself to me but honestly, she has no clue how to do the massage, she was super nice and polite but I came for massage, sorry if it sounds rude but I just feel sorry for my money. I don’t recommend it anybody to visit this majesty Day spa. I forgot to mention one more thing they remind you that you have to pay tips, I already payed 20% then at the checkout I have to pay more , $15.00 for each girl And $20 for weekend booking. Wow ,good job girls!!!!!!!
I would give a 0! I have been coming to Magesty Day Spa for years but recently the experience has not been the same - Customer service needs training! Also, no one answers the phone. Ive been trying to get ahold of them for a couple weeks with voicemail but havent been able to schedule. Lisa wasnt too nice or easy to speak to either and I think she is owner - I guess it comes from the top 🤷♀️Will not be returning here and do not recommend! There are many other nice hotel spas that actually allow you to use the hotel ammeities as well. Check those out instead!
Highly disappointed with this establishment. When you book an appointment they ask for a card to hold a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours. They cancelled 30 mins before my appointment time and asked me to arrive 15 minutes before to allot for sign in. My boyfriend and I were already on our way when we received the call that they had to cancel our couples massage. This is extremely disappointing because this couples massage was part of my birthday plans. In addition, my boyfriend who is a Veteran was extremely disappointed as he suffers from back pain, due to his military service as an airborne infantry man. We initially had deep tissue massage and they wanted to offer me exfoliating massage. No. I think they should have honored their cancellation fee and should have offer my boyfriend and I $25 off our next alternative booked massage, due to the sudden inconvenience. This would have been our first time utilizing this establishment. However, this experience has tainted our perspective.
If youre looking to book a 50 minute massage, turn around and go somewhere else. We booked for three people, confirmed the booking and on arrival were told there was only one booking for one person. Only two of the three massages were completed. We asked the girls working what could be done for the third person in our party, they had nothing to say. When we spoke to a third person, we had suddenly added a facial? Its clear the management here is lacking and staff is forced to deal with their BEYOND POOR communication. So poor that one of the masseuses actually said Yeah. Were super unorganized here. Sorry.
The ladies that stayed with us for our 6pm appointment were very nice. Unfortunately...I cant give 5 stars due to the service I received. We both felt a little rushed and I have never had a full body message where I only received the message on my backside but not the front nor did I get my arms and hand message either, the feet message from the back was ok but the front was never touched. Begin the Cristian women I still left a nice tip for their time. 😔
The experience was amazing from the moment I made the first call to make appointments to the warm fresh cookie at the end ... and everything in between. The co-owner Mariah was so gracious and courtesy. She made sure to take care of our every need and then some. The staff and services were amazing too. We planned a girls spa day- my mom and sisters. We had massages and facials with some enhancements - scalp therapy, back scrubs, hand and foot scrubs and hot stone. We went all out. We didnt know what to expect but we knew we deserved a special day of self care. Majesty lived up to its name because we felt like royalty once we were done. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will be back.
So I got a couples massage package for my husbands birthday. Let me just say, the customer service was actually great despite some of the reviews I read about customer service. Everyone was nice & friendly. My issue was actually with the massage itself. The guy that did my massage must have been new. This was by far the absolutely worst massage Ive ever had in my life!! He seemed very unsure about what to do, & he even attempted to massage my lower back through the sheets!🤦🏾♀️ Ive had enough professional massages to know a good massage from a bad one & that was just terrible. Also, at one point instead of massaging my arms, he just kind of pressed really hard on them as if he was trying to break them🤦🏾♀️. & to think, I still had to tip smh. I also noticed the carpet runner in the suit was dirty & very unattractive. The receptionist did give us a pastry to share & a plastic mini glass of wine. It was cute, I just expected an actual glass considering the price & location. Overall I gave them 2 stars because like I said the customer service was amazing, the massage was just terrible & the guy appeared to be very... unkept.
We literally have had so much fun. It is absolutely amazing. The people! The decor! Our services were incredible too: Everyone was extremely professional. I would come back every day if I could! We will absolutely return.
I scheduled a couples massage for my wife and I and we came out of the massage feeling very relaxed and renewed. My wife suffers from neck and shoulder stiffness and she has contemplated getting an MRI to determine what has been the main cause. She has tried many different medicines and treatments and still has not found relief until today where her massage therapist Caron gave her the relief she has been searching so long for. We know that it wont take just one session to find full relief but that is why we know its so worth it to take a day trip once a month to have Caron help my wife to continue to experience the relief she needs.We were also pampered with a foot cleansing that left our feet feeling soft and refreshed. Not something I would do on my own, but definitely something I enjoyed with my wife.Staff was great, services were what we needed and price was right. Definitely recommend them.
I just had a spa day with my friends and it was amazing. The ladies are very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They took a lot of pictures for us and even gave me a crown to wear for the pics ( It’s my birthday). I live 30 minutes away but, I will definitely be back. It’s worth the drive.

Had such an amazing overall experience here. We came to Florida for a bachelorette and our original plan was to do outdoor activities, but due to the weather, our plans were squashed. Having a spa day was our last minute Plan B. They were able to fit our party of 10 in on the same day and was very accommodating to us. The moment we walked in, the staff was very friendly and made us feel like we were top priority. The spa had such a nice ambience to it that it makes you feel like a real queen/princess as soon as you walk through into the spa area. I would recommend this to anyone and of course if I’m ever back in the area, I would most definitely return again.
Couples massage was so great my husband fell asleep. The vibe was amazing. We had champagne served to us and we felt like true royalty. & it’s by the water. We loved every minute of this experience. Front desk and massage therapist were also super nice.
Wow. The mess over here is un.be.lievable. Obviously, the person who runs this place has no genuine regard about quality of service, building customer relations.. or relationships of any! Over the months I’ve observed a revolving door of staff come and go. That says a lot about management. In comparison to other spas I’ve been to, this is one of the worst, wildly over priced, tacky, and unorganized places you can think of going to. Terrible food, seriously, not luxurious; products and machines are not state of the art, hidden fees, lies from money hungry owner, even the towels they put on your face smell old. Imagine that. I seriously wonder if everyone who is performing services is even licensed. I have half the mind to call someone about it. It’s always been hit or miss for me. Definitely would think twice before booking a Groupon here. Just my honest opinion.
Jason and Ana are fabulous!!!! I got the massage and facial for mother’s day. Jason did everything possible to give me an appointment the same day and also a time that will work for me!! I had my first facial ever with Ana. I felt so pampered and well taken care of and Ana gave me an excellent facial massage. Thank you guys, I will be coming here more often !! It was a fantastic experience!
I bought a Groupon originally for a wrap and had a bad chemical/allergic reaction. Couldnt follow through. The lady was nice enough to reschedule me for a massage for the following week to compensate for the Groupon I bought. However, for my appointment, I showed up early 15 minutes like they requested, and I ended up having to cancel the massage because after 30 minutes of later and waiting, the massage person never showed up. No one even offered me any beverage until after 25 minutes of waiting in the lobby. They were going to get more of my business for monthly massages for my mom and I with their Gold membership plan but they lost our business 100%. Dont recommend. Not reliable.
My company went with MDS to have a virtual spa session for our annual retreat, and it was great! I have super sensitive skin, and all the products they provided in their package felt great on. The sunscreen especially smelled and felt amazing on the skin.The 5 stars is for the spa class but also their customer service. They ship the items in a spa box, and my face roller broke in the mail at no fault of theirs. I emailed support and asked if I could buy a new one from them and they agreed to ship one out next day for free!! Awesome customer care. Nice people. Great products.
Service was good but when I made the appointment they said $20 up charge for gold mask, champagne and something else to start the new year right. I said okay. Never got any of it, got charged for it and now they wont respond to my email asking why I was charged for it when I never got it. Very very poor customer service. Shouldnt take a week and still no response to my emails. Also if you think youre getting everything in the description of the Groupon think again. There was this technology of a mini facelift and I had to ask about it and was told that usually for the older customer. Please keep in mind the actual tech was phenomenal.
Ok, so listen up everyone, this spa was so on point. My husband surprised me for my bday a spa day in Fort Lauderdale. From the moment we walked in Carrie greetedus with a warm welcome and offer drinks on arrival. We started to prepare for our couples message and meet our awesome message therapist Lesley and Carrie. It was amazing we had add-ons to our message which was great. and then we had a foot bath/jello( please get this and thank me later) and paraffin dip. Wonderful experience the first day , We needed to book a facial for the next day and that was amazing by Erin.The Beautiful owner Mariah was fantastic she along with the staff insured we had the best time possible. very personable and asked questions to help understand what our needs were. You have to book an experience here, you will not regret it.

BEWARE of undisclosed surprise EXTRA CHARGES at checkout and no resolution after!!! This business uses poor and unprofessional customer service practices of charging surprise fees after you have received a massage. I would never recommend this place due to when I received my email receipt a $40 charge ($20 per person) bc we had a Groupon and choose a premium date (a normal Saturday?... was not holiday or anything?) for our couples massage. We were in no way informed of this charge PRIOR when we made the reservation for a Saturday a month in advance. Upon returning home and receiving my email receipt where it read $40 for premium date I thought perhaps I did not read the fine print on the Groupon??...I then went to the voucher and there was absolutely no information about specified days. I feel very untrustworthy of this practice and poor customer service. I have also called to express this and request a $40 refund and was told a manager would go through the recorded calls and get back to me. There has been no resolution and all I have been able to do is leave messages and be ignored. And a manager never contacted me. Disappointing and completely unprofessional.
This was my first time at a spa and Gina, Sheryl, Jason, and Sally all made the experience so great. My skin looked amazing after my facial and the massage was so relaxing, I fell asleep! Everyone was so understanding and friendly! I will be going again, most definitely! Would recommend this to any and everyone! I certainly was treated like royalty!

$20 upcharge for having 4 ppl at same time? Even though we offered to pay direct vs the Groupon price online . You should be grateful as a business that 4 spots are being booked vs having a fee? Seems like a money grab to me. Also asked again at end and was told were usually booked on weekends so we have an upcharge. Makes no sense. If you were booked you probably wouldnt have t been able to get us in. Started 20 min late even though was told to arrive early or we may lose time. Massage was only 40 min. My wifes facial was aggressive and one of worst shes ever had. Mother in law massage was short. Music was way too loud in massage room to relax. Face holder was so low my neck was stretched fwd and uncomfortable. Only person luckily who had a decent experience was my niece who had a bday. These little things are what would make a business earn 5 stars vs customers having to point them out. With a name like majesty Id expect an unforgettable experience. Relative to massages Ive had elsewhere it wasnt worth anywhere near $100.

First of all I don’t care who you are or where you’re from but I can guarantee your that this day spa is one of the best in south Florida. It’s located inside of a five start condominium by the intercostal. Before entering I could tell I was going to be impressed, just by the scenery outside. And boy I was not disappointed. The massage therapist was one of the best. Aromatherapy heated tables, wine, lovely lounge area was the best. It was my besties birthday and they made her feel super special, I even felt as if it was my birthday. They gave her a crown and she sat a royal high back chair and took Pics. The ambiance was everything and then some. I loved every minute of this spa. I really didn’t wanna leave. Very nice chic, elegant decor with diamonds and rose pink colors and crowns everywhere. I can’t wait to go again.
Today was the first day in 6months since I receive a massage, my partner and I decided to give this massage company a try. Once we arrive they ask us to fill out a paper and explain in details where the issue was that we needed more attention on. I explain my lower shoulder, my neck and lower back and my ankle which I really needed pressure on. They also asked on the paper if I wanted regular, medium or firm, I circled FIRM. when she started the massage she asked me how was the pressure I told her to go deeper because I was not feeling it. She DID NOT do anything I requested, she didn’t pay attention to the instructions on the sheet of paper and she did not listen when I told her deeper. I’m actually disappointed because I was really looking forward to a great massage and to feel good but my back is still the same. I would never go back. HORRIBLE!!
I wish i could give this place no stars. A disorganized mess. I booked an appointment on 3 separate occasions only to be told their staff was not working on that day, i wasnt on the schedule or the spa cannot perform my scheduled service. I took my mother to the spa for mother’s day, it was my mom first time visiting and the spa embarrassed me. They ofc could not perform full services because they were unprepared. After the 4th visit to the spa and unable to receive services i cancel my membership. I haven’t been back in a month and these ppl are still charging my card. Smh a disgrace.
UPDATE: THIEVES !!JUST PAID $40 for a regular pedicure. And this is the price the Owner gave us as a discount after talking to her about the mistake made with our reservation.At the counter they have the price list as $35!!!!So disappointed!!Lost 3 customers today.The owner could have saved the day but chose to fight it and not solve the problem.Very poor communication and no basic logic what so ever and book a party of 3 for the same technician one after the other. Meaning we will wait on each other more then 3 hours.Extremely over priced for water and fresh cookies.Our technician is very friendly and nice.Place looks very nice but it does not over come the disappointed from the service.
I went to Majesty Day Spa while on vacation in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Quinn did a fabulous job giving a relaxing massage and the facial felt like little cloud puffs were cleaning my face. They opened just for my friend and I on a day they normal would have off. The photos they have online of it being a unique Majestic experience were just as they appeared in person. Will definitely go back when I visit again!!!

Love this place , I had my first chemical peel done here about 2 years ago and decided I should go last week. I waited to make sure I received some results. Anne was a real sweet heart, very soft spoken I felt like I was talking to a friend. She’s very knowledgeable. I wanted to peel more than my first time going and she made sure my request was met. I’m on day 5 and peeling and smooth skin in my next few days will be revealed . Thank u Anne 💜
I was given a spa gift card, went on the website to see participating spas. I found this spa to be beautiful and called and made my appointment. Once done I hand the gift card to be told they do not accept it. We were told to pay and they would look into it as they were listed on the site for the card. After 2 weeks, they did refund our money and charge the gift card. But if I showed all proof why was I penalized and put through the process for poor advertising/marketing?Okay 2 years pass and we were looking to relax, I go to groupon and I see them again, the service itself was great after all, so why not. I called at their opening time 10am. No answer. Okay maybe things are running late, 10:30 no answer. I message the number on the website for texts, then decided to go. One young lady was there very polite and in trying assist me, to her surprise as well, the manager she called decides to be closed. No wonder there was no answer and she is the only one there. So she tells me to call tomorrow to schedule. I requested my groupon to be refunded and continued on with my day. I received a call the next day to schedule and I explained politely that I was only off on that day and was already refunded. Click. She just hung up. No words. No sorry about that, have a good day, nothing. Poor customer service and added a third poor experience to their resume.
Very disappointed in this spa. When booking the couples massage, I asked for 90 minutes and the nice woman on the phone said no problem and that it would be an additional $40. However:- appointment for 11am- arrived at valet at 10:53am- We were inside spa and completed paperwork at 11am- They took about 10 minutes to take us back to the room- Massage started at 11:20am- finished at 12:18pmSo we received a 58 minute massage and they charged us for 90 minutes. When brought to their attention they gave us $10 off and I just paid it because I didn’t feel like arguing.The nicest thing about this place is the girl who works up front. Otherwise, we feel cheated and they know that they did not give a 90 minute. We paid $179 (with the $10 discount) and gave a $30 tip.

I always felt relax the tech ask questions, with what I felt comfortable with during and before the sessions. she made sure I was ok. I think it weird serving champagne in a plastic cup. There is champagne glass that looks like glasses however are plastic or different materials. I like the consistency because I have used the services before for massages. I like how you guys provide the paper to fill out since peoples medical history does change.

The owner and masseuses are extremely nice but I wasnt a fan of the massage itself. I definitely dont feel like I got 50 minutes worth either. The massage kind of felt more like I was getting rubbed down then actually massaged. Wasnt impressed.
The masseuse asked what spots they should work on. I said lower back neck and shoulders. Barely touched my shoulders never touched my back. Skimped on the hot towels. One towel for two legs. My husband got two. Forgot to wipe my neck. Left me with sugar on my neck and my hands were sticky. We werent left with anything to wipe off with. The lotion after was not applied in all the places the sugar was. $25 upgrade fee, mandatory 15%tip and parking came up to $58 after Groupon was $126. The 25 upgrade fee was for the exfoliation massage with two women. We wanted a different massage but they could only do it with two men. The receptionist offered $25 of my next service but I do not live in Florida and I will never come back here. Money wasted. My masseuse was not well trained. Only reason I didnt say something during the service was that it was a couples massage and my husbands first. He was enjoying himself and I didnt want to ruin it

Leslie is the most expert massage therapist Ive met. She will know everything about ur habits with ur body and how to fix . She sounds like a doctor explaining.. amazing.. love this spot ..its a gem!
The environment and decor is really nice and calming. The staff is so friendly and warm. Jason was so welcoming and acquired great customer service skills . Jina is so professional and really takes her time to ensure you are satisfied and well taken care of. I definitely would recommend anyone to go to this establishment and I definitely will be going back at-least once a month.

Our massage was sold as a 50 minute massage with a 30 minute wrap. We received just the massage. On top of it all my masseuse wore gloves! Would not recommend!
We had a magnificent experience from the front desk agent to our massage therapist Ruben. The salon is very nicely decorated and the building is right on the river. We did a couples massage and detox. It was very creative and we both left feeling extremely refreshed and relaxed. A definite must try. We found this salon online before visiting the area. We hope to come back when we visit again.

Horrid experience. I had called the establishment to see availability before buying the Groupon facial. I was told that they would honor the price and to go straight with them and give me a gold facial mask as a thank you. I booked for this service which included an led therapy and nuface toning. Plus I upgraded to extra extractions for $25. Upon arrival today- the technician did a basic facial for 30 minutes - no led therapy, no nuface- light extractions- and when I said I paid for deep extractions especially on the nose- she said she did it. Really- like I would not feel it if she did extractions on the nose🙄I had to ask her about led therapy and nuface- she goes let me check- then brings it back and does the service after my face is already finished. Now the payment- price does not match what was promised- so I bring it up to be asked did I save the Groupon coupon with the discount? This is a scam! Dont go- worst decision. Sitting here typing with blackheads still on my nose which were supposed to be taken care of.
Best spa I have been to by far. The service is top notch. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left they took such good care of us with so many nice touches along the way. The spa is clean and beautiful and in such a great and convenient location. They offer so many services that other spas do not offer. Give them a try you will be so pleased and glad you did.
My husband and I had a couples massage. Jennifer and Stephanie were really good. They were so accommodating to my weirdness. Great experience! Jason at the reception counter was quite possibly the best customer service experience I have had and I work in hotels. Hats off!
Upon arrival of my appointment I tried calling the facility 3 times to figure out how to enter their building, no one answers, just to finally walk in and 2 of their employees are sitting directly NEXT to the phone and when I asked WHY is no one answering, they looked at each other and back at me and simply said ughhhh...sorry. The company also double charged me for gratuity, though i paid in cash they still charged my card and Im currently STILL trying to get a refund. This was my very 1st experience getting a massage EVER and honestly I wasnt crazy about it. Just me though...everybody has room to grow!❤
I have been here more than once and honestly I plan on being a regular! First off the customer service is amazing! Jason is the first person you encounter when you get there and goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of! He is the sweetest! They offer complimentary Rose, water, and they make freshly baked cookies everyday! The services I have received are pedicures, massages, and facial treatments! Leslie by far is the best for massages! She takes her time to get to know what your areas of concern are and targets your problems areas while explaining in detail what is going on with your body! She will not leave any kinks or tension in your body! I have never felt that good after any massage until Leslie!! I also got the hydra facial and my skin afterwards looked absolutely amazing! Jina did my facial and she is exceptional! She really takes her time to get to know your skin! She explained the entire process and what each step targeted. As well as helped me come up with a treatment plan to meet my skin goals! I’ll definitely be seeing Jina on a regular! And let’s just take a moment to appreciate the ambiance! From the royal chairs to the royal treatment and service you walk in and out feeling like royalty!

My boyfriend and I bought a Groupon for the couples massage as a valentines celebration. It was above and beyond our expectations. We were lucky enough to have Allison and Manuela. My boyfriend was super nervous going into it considering it was his first massage and Allison made him feel incredibly comfortable. He left saying we’re going once a month so thank you Allison 😉! This is one of the best spas i have ever been too. I went to majesty day spa with my husband to celebrate my birthday and we both had wonderful and relaxing time at majesty day spa. Anneta and Ruben were fantastic. They made us feel very relaxed and comfortable during the whole experience. I highly recommend majesty day spa for couple massage and any services that they offer.
The facial was great but the unpleasant massage overshadowed it. I didn’t get what I asked for. I told her I wanted a gentle massage and instead she massaged too hard. She talked the entire time and gave me plenty of unsolicited advice. I would not go back for a massage. It wasn’t relaxing at all. I was so sore the next day I could hardly move.
A beautiful salon located in a gorgeous waterfront building with valet parking. I had an awesome massage, fabulous manipedi and the best facial Ive ever had. She even removed nearly all blackheads painlessly. My only suggestion is to plan on extra time for the nail services as they are meticulous and give you Perfect results. I highly recommend Gina, Lisa and Felicia.

Great place had a lovely time for myself and my mothers birthday. My aunt was also able to get pampered. The staff where very accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to take pictures wearing crowns that they provided for our special day.
Although the facility was very nice and well kept, I was very unsatisfied with my services. I got a package that included a hot stone massage, facial, and champagne. I did not get my drink until after the treatments and had to ask for it a few times. They told me they usually cant give the drinks because of Covid (which makes no sense if theyre open and in close contact with people during Covid). I ended up chugging my drink while checking out.When I booked over the phone, they said I would get a male masseuse, but I ended up with a petite older woman who seemed to struggle with applying pressure. I asked her at least 3 times to apply more pressure and I think that maybe she was just incapable. The whole thing felt like she was just gently rubbing oil on me.The woman who did my facial, Jina, was very nice and I considered going back to her until the next day. Im assuming shes not well versed with handling melanated skin because my skin immediately looked bad and even worse the next day. All of the dark spots (that I mentioned were my biggest issue with my skin) got even darker after the treatment and more popped up. I was required to leave $15 tip for each of them which would have been perfect if they did a good job.

WOW WOW WOW! The best experience ever from start to finish!! Even before starting, customer service was some of the best I’ve ever received. JASON at the front desk is the best, He was so accommodating to the fact that I was on a tight schedule due to a business trip, got me a late appt at the last minute which was SO appreciated!! Also got me a great special on the facial I was interested in. THE SPA IS BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL I could not stop taking pictures LOL and they made it so much fun even tho I was the last client of the night they did not rush me, got me champagne and made me feel so welcomed. ANNA who did my facial was SO AMAZING she took her time and was so attentive and informative the entire time, she educated me so much about my skin and helped me tailor a new routine that will work better for my skin type. I am truly soooo impressed, i referred several of my coworkers to come here and i can not wait until I’m back in town next so I can come back again!!!!!! 10/10 RECCOMEND!!!!
Today I went to this spa to get some relaxation. Not only did I accomplish that, but the staff was amazingly friendly!! They were accommodating. They honored the Groupon rate for me! I loved it! Give it try! I don’t think you will regret!! I absolutely did not!!!!
This is the worst spa I’ve been to. The couple massage was poorly done. It didn’t feel professional at all, I felt like they did not know what they were doing. The room was cheap looking for the money I paid and didn’t even have soothing music, all I heard was them breathing and the fan. It felt short and rushed. Plus they ask for tip. I did not even want to tip! They also ask for an extra fee for COVID? Lol. If you want a good place to go to, The Pelican Grand Resort has a beautiful spa and the workers are amazing at what they do.
The 1st time I scheduled my appointment the owner blamed her daughters boyfriend for not putting it into the system , therefore we were not able to get our massages. My fiancé is in law enforcement and that was the only day we were both able to make it. We tried scheduling with them 3 times after that but because of his schedule we were not able to make it and called DAYS in advance to cancel. I was already iffy about going in because the previous times we scheduled with them I would get 3 different people calling me for credit card info , or that Groupon voucher was already used or that they had 2 males for massages and not females. This time they wanted to charge me a deposit because I’ve canceled in the past ! First of all, nowhere does it say that a deposit needs to be made AND not to mention they canceled on US twice. Very unprofessional. Jason was extremely pleasant to deal with , the owner is very unprofessional!
Planned a relaxing day spa for a batchlorette party. Had the whole spa to ourselves. I couldnt have asked for better service from the moment you walked in until the very end. This place is nice. Staff was super nice and welcoming felt like family. We had massages, facials and a foot detox. Great experience definitely would come again and recommend
This place has horrible customer service. I was calling to book a reservation, once I finally got on the phone with someone, she was very rude and nasty. You would think they would be nicer to someone who is trying to give them money. Very disappointing and disrespectful.
The aesthetician, Anna, was absolutely fantastic! Her care and knowledge regarding skin care was absolutely on point. I feel as if I had received a much-needed education on skin care. She was kind, helpful, and very accommodating. Thank you for such a great experience.
Ever since the owner has delegated responsibility to other managers, the place is no longer what it used to be. When you call to make an appt they have several openings on weekends, but then ask you to pay a surcharge because they are busy on weekends and what to accommodate everyone? They do not let you know about the surcharge until after you have already paid for the services through Groupon. The groupon page does not mention a weekend or holiday surcharge either. I have been here previously with and without a groupon and have been helped by the owner herself - I had a wonderful experience, but the new manager is neither helpful nor has any customer service skills.
I had my first real massage experience here with my partner as a belated Lupercalia event. I was surprised by how comfortable the staff made me feel, as I am pretty anxious when forced to be in close proximity with strangers. DO splurge for the hot stone massage! We will be back.
What a wonderful massage. The gentleman that did my massage hit all of my points. I feel awesome. The place is very nice especially for girls outings. I had a couples massage. They offer wine, tea, coffee and warm cookies. Oh and one of the highlights was the warm massage bed... plus!
WHAT A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! so I bought a groupon and this people scheduled me for Sunday and I blocked my whole afternoon to be able to go. A couple of hours before my massage they cancelled on me saying the massage therapist was sick. I was disappointed but I understood, then 20 minutes before the original time, they texted me they could take me ... and I called and I said that I m sorry but I was already busy. The lady very annoyed re-schedule my appointment for Friday 15 at 5 pm. I kept getting messages that day with weird confirmations and she said not to pay attention. Today I received a message confirming my appointment for Friday at 2 pm !!!!! MY GOD it was for 5 pm. so I called and the manager very annoyed told me that because I was already predisposed I should better cancel my appointment. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT FROM A MANAGER? rather than understanding my frustration and re-assure my appointment was for 5 pm she very rudely say she didnt want me to go there upset. Sorry for the inconvenience I guess. they definitely dont value customers and their booking system is completely messed up. Now I am dealing with my refund which they dont take responsability and want me to deal directly with Groupon. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGER. I am gonna make sure to put them on social media and tell everyone I know not to EVER go there. So frustrated.

I called December 18 and Booked an appointment for January 3 at 2o’clock for a couple massage. Me and my fiancé came from Naples. It was a graduation gift for him and they were closed!! Even more disappointed no one called me to cancel the appointment or anything was very upsetting and ruined half of my day because it was supposed to be surprise from me to fiancé.
My massage was amazing I had Jina as my masseuse. She made me feel very relaxed and made sure I was comfortable. Her hands are amazing she did a body scrub on me. Well worth it ask for her definitely.

Had my first Majesty Day Spa experience with a mani pedi by Sally. She did a great job. She was very sweet, social & we had great conversation. The location is amazing as well. The salon overlooks the intracoastal with beautiful yachts docked and valet parking for $2.50. Loved my experience at this spa. Cant wait to return.

I had the most relaxing but targeted massage by Chris at majesty day spa in ft Lauderdale. If you’re a woman who works out or has lots of tension please please go to Chris he works out all of those little kinks you didn’t even know affected all the large muscles. Upon a arrival we discovered that there was a booking error and only one aesthetician was available. After a minor panic attack, Jina gave us a glass of much needed wine and found a resolution. Both my friend and I were assisted by her and she was the absolute best. This was my first facial ever and it was great. Jina did an amazing job; left with a glow and baby soft skin.

I had a dip powder manicure and pedicure with Violetta. I’ve been doing dip for bout 1 year. She is very meticulous, there are no lumps in the nail color and it’s nice and thin. I would definitely recommend having her do your nails!

This place is super cute and stylish and the staff is the sweetest people you can meet especially the front desk he was the sweetest person you can meet . I would recommend this place not only for style and cleanliness but also for its variety of treatments and perks , they do facials specifically to cater to your face type by taking a small questionnaire. I will be coming back to this place and recommending it to all my friends .
Sally did an excellent manicure and pedicure. Beautiful waterfront location on the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Valet parking cost $3.00 and you can text the valet service to bring your car around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Unforeseen family emergency, yes they do happen, unfortunately. But to be charged $75 as a no-show fee - even though we still showed, albeit late, AND generously tipped not only the technicians but also the front desk receptionist - this is just an unsavory and gluttonous business practice on the part of Majesty Day Spa, Jason, and Mariah. Ill gladly update my review if this business does the right thing - in the meantime, just take your business elsewhere.

If I could rate it Zero stars I would. I made an appointment for couples massage 3 weeks in advance. Left my job early, Just to show up to closed doors. Security guard said they were closed all day. When I tried calling, all I would get is an answering machine. Very disappointing

CAUTION - DONT BE FOOLED!Most embarrassing experience ever!! Mediocre massage done in upgraded location a Hilton hotels conference room. The setup was out of a horror movie! The clients were separated by metal frames with white sheets hanged to them - like out of a war-nursery. The wine given to us was transferred into a plastic water bottle (that they obviously had been recycling for all guests besides us).Then came the magical foot massage. A nice touch of originality, but heres the catch- we will give you a free sample if you give us a 5 star review. Needless to say after I googled what they were using I was NOT gonna spread lies about their luxury spa. I mean seriously, putting my feet in a $2 gel and being charged 45 bucks for it??Then came the ocean-front view this was the closest Ive gotten to the FYRE festival. We were moved to the entrance of the beach (where everyone that walked in wave at us) in a plastic dome, containing pink sequence, tacky pillows, and so many valentine stuff from the dollar store just to fill the space that I felt like in an episode of Punkd throughout the whole ordeal. The picnic is literally crushed chips, preserved avocado spread, literal luncheon packs opened and displayed like they werent from the $1.99 box I give my son every day for school, and if your dry heres the leftover wine in the plastic water bottle that we been serving you since you walked in. Stay and relax, and whenever your ready just leave and well take care of picking up everything for you... Yeah right... After 45min of being left in the beach entrance inside the corniest plastic dome Ive ever seen- pops the text message you got 15min to leave the area- I wanted to treat my loved one to a stress free valentine and instead I wasted $700 cash on the closest scam Ive seen since the FYRE festival.

This spa has such a regal, refreshing ambiance! The staff is friendly and inviting. Karen used great technique, and was very attentive to the specified areas of focus. This gem was a great find!
