After reading the glowing reviews about Roger, and being in desperate need of a color correction, I called on a Monday in hopes to be able to get an appointment with Roger the same day, and I was surprisingly accommodated that same day, which made me ohhhh so happy! Marcelle sat me down on the chair and listened to my concerns about my ugly orange hair I got from a previous hairdresser. Both Roger and his assistant Marcelle recommended everything I had in mind which I wanted done, but having been told what I wanted done to my hair would be impossible by two other hair stylists I was in tears…Guess what? They affirmed me I would be happy with my results, and what I wanted done was possible, and I left with beautiful highlights, and I even returned the following week to have the keratin blowout as per their recommendation also! I’m honestly so glad I listened to them! I’ve never felt so trusting in a hair stylist! Roger made me feel confident so I let him do what he recommended including a hair cut! I’m a big believer in that you get what you pay for, and 35 years of experience with hair is definitely what you want your hair stylist to have under his belt!! Highly recommend Roger, I couldn’t recommend someone more! Roger is super talented!!! Thank you for bringing my hair back to life and all your kind hospitality!

This hair salon is AMAZING! The staff are all so nice and attentive. Beatriz was very accommodating and fit me in between appointments. She is personable, sweet and very professional. Both Beatriz and her assistant Carol made me feel like I was their only client while attending to me and kept me informed as they were doing my hair. Okay...so this place has great reviews so maybe they were just having an off day or something?I went here for a trim and purple hair dye. I went in super happy and excited to get my hair done. I told the woman who washed my hair before she started that Ive had several brain and spine surgeries and my head and neck are quite scarred, and its hard for me to sit at the hair-washing sink. I explained what I wanted, then I got a quick hair trim that I was happy with…but when it came to the color, it was just a mess! The stylist used no foils to bleach my hair (which I understand can be a balayage technique so although it was odd, I didnt say anything). They left my head uncovered so the beach dried out and didnt heat up so it hardly processed at all. They washed out the bleach without checking the processing level so no one realized that my hair was still dark. They had me sit at the hair-washing sink for over an hour! I couldnt tell what they were doing behind me because I’m also blind in one eye so I have very limited vision, plus no one explained any step so I assumed they were conditioning or something? Turns out nope, they were using the purple semi-permanent hair dye…on soaking wet hair OVER THE SINK! Not only were my scalp and neck stained purple but the bleach did not process so my hair was dark and even on the lighter spots the dye did not soak in because the hair was wet! Plus, by the time they had me sit up my head and neck were in so much pain, and all that time/pain was for literally nothing!When they saw that the bleach/dye looked terrible, they did a second round of bleach (still without foils) it was just sloppily slapped on there and damaged my hair. After 20 minutes someone came and added more bleach to the spots that were obviously missed in the sloppy first application. I sat there for another 45 minutes for the bleach to process (they still went to wash it out without checking the processing level btw but at least this time it had lightened) By this time I was in so much pain and so frustrated after sitting there for 45 minutes for the second bleaching process that I asked the woman who was going to wash my hair what EXACTLY she was planning to do. She said we are going to rinse out the bleach then add the purple dye when I realized that they were planning to apply the dye on wet hair for a second time, I was done. This whole thing started at 10am, it was past 1pm and there was basically no progress. I said I just wanted to leave. I had them wash out the bleach and I walked out with nothing done.The girl at the front desk was nice and promised someone could fix it quickly, but at that point I didnt trust anyone at that place to lay one finger on me. I was in agony, I felt like the stylists were incompetent and inconsiderate.Im really shy and have a lot of health problems so I have a hard time being firm and advocating for myself, I always feel like I’m being an inconvenience, so I should have spoken up way sooner but I was nervous and scared and in pain.

The salon was able to accommodate me with short notice and Roger was a magician with my hair! He transformed over processed over colored hair into a work of art. I am so happy with the staff and attention to detail with my hair! Definitely found a repeat customer n

I’m honestly so disappointed. I went to this salon for a wash blow out with a bouncy wave. I didn’t receive that at all. The hair stylist was persistent on giving me curves. Tight curled that didn’t look anything like the picture I wanted. I understand she told me I can brush them out … but still, I should feel pretty leaving a salon. She sprayed the hairspray directly into my eye,I know mistakes happen but it was just the overall experience that aggravated me.The biggest issue with my experience was the world most unprofessional front desk little girl. After waiting more than 10 min to be seen I asked how much longer it would be … she said soon, and then left the desk to talk to the stylist. After the service she was nowhere to be found and then casually comes up and says $80. My frustration here is that she proves that customer service is dead. Typically people say “ how was your service” or “ your hair looks great” ….. I got nothing. I had to show her what I wanted vs what I got and she said “ sorry” in the rudest way possible. This experience was so disappointing. I won’t be returning, and don’t recommend anyone paying 80.00 for horrible front desk customer service and to leave looking like something you didn’t want. 80.00 for a flawless job is understandable, but not for this.

I must say one of the best salons I’ve been too I came in short notice and they took me right in. The staff was so nice, polite and patient from the receptionist to the rest of the staff. I had a balayage done by Roger. He did such wonderful job with creating a nice warm color that fit my skin tone. He was very nice and professional. I would also like to give a shout out to the assistant who also did a good job and made sure I was comfortable. I am very happy with how my hair came out and would definitely recommend this place.

I just moved here to South Florida and was super nervous to try a salon. I went to Roger for a hair cut and blow dry. I originally said cut only but gave into a blow dry and did not regret. My cut is beautiful and the best blow dry experience! Roger gave me long beautiful layers and loose wavy curls from blow drying.

Roger was very nice and did cut my hair well however it is incredibly shorter than what I wanted. My hair reached the end of my low back and what I WANTED was a cut that fell mid back length. What I GOT was a cut that is BARELY shoulder length. It will grow back but I’ve been pretty upset about it and wanted to leave my honest review.

This review is long overdue!!!! My review is for Beatriz Balderrama. I first did a consult with her in the summer of 2022 for a full balayage in my already colored hair. But due to the condition of my hair for being over treated, she recommended to wait for at least a year before doing anything in order to protect the hair and have the best outcome. I returned to see her in Sept.of 2023 for a full balayage and the results were astonishing. After 9 hours of working on my hair with lots of love and attention to detail, she and Adri her assistant did a phenomenal job!!!! The color is not just beautiful, but after 4 months, it has remained intact, Im so thankful I decided to follow Beatrizs advice and wait for that long before doing anything to my hair, because I now see how healthy and strong my hair is. WAO!! I got the kerastase treatment and my ends cut with some curtain bangs from Roger and it came out maravillosooo. My hair has never been so soft and shiny, almost looks like a wig jaja. 10 stars if i could!!!!

I’ve been seeing Lea for the past year for my hair color. She does my color so well that I only need to get it done twice a year. I get compliments constantly about how good my hair color looks even 5 months after getting it done. My hair never looks damaged or anything. I’m obsessed. I really can’t say enough good things about the quality my hair cut/color.

You get what you pay for and Blend Hair Boutique is no exception. Excellent service but you must be prepared to pay a good chunk of money. Regardless, it’s totally worth it. My stylist was Deborah and she did an amazing job. I was mesmerized watching her work on my hair and the end result was beyond my expectations. She worked with such propriety and knowledge and advised me on best options considering my hair type. She was friendly but respectful and not overly chatty. Everyone at the salon had a great vibe. I even got coffee in the daintiest cup. So cute! Loved the place. I just need to prepare my wallet next time I visit. I can’t wait to go back to get more things done. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment online for a haircut with Roger. The salon is spacious with beautiful, modern decor. The staff is very pleasant and multilingual. They offer hair treatments with Kérastase products, which is one of my favorite brands. In addition, they will offer you a coffee and water. The best part is Roger cut the hair exactly how I wanted. Its long but light with beautifully blended layers in the front. Thank you so much!!!

Despite the front desk persons initial apology (which came 30 minutes after I inquired about the wait time) and explanation of delays due to a customer’s allergic reaction before my arrival, the lack of acknowledgment and prolonged wait from the hairdresser/front staff led to my decision to leave.The overall experience was highly unprofessional, causing great disappointment as this was meant to be a significant post-partum self-care moment.The disregard for clients time is disheartening, and I wont be returning to this establishment.

Today was my first experience at Blend and it’s the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Marceli, Rodger and other staff members were so attentive from the moment I walked in the door. Rodger was diligent and it was enjoyable to watch him work. Marceli lovingly washed my hair (which felt amazing) and assisted Rodger in the blow drying process. The final result is the most beautiful cut and blowout I’ve gotten thus far. I can’t wait to come back for more services in the future!

Just appalled! For that price you’d thought they at least gave me a little jar of Vaseline for the ride back home ☹️

The salon itself is really pretty, welcoming and clean. My first appointment was with Nana, she styled my hair and did an amazing job. Because of that first great experience I booked another appointment for a haircut and root retouch. For this second appointment I had Beatriz. She is absolutely incredible and worked her magic to completely transform my hair. Today she did partial highlights/lowlights in my hair. Beatriz goes above and beyond to ensure you’re cared after and thoroughly satisfied. She takes so much pride in her work. She stays on top of the latest trends and understands face shape and hair types to create looks that complement one’s natural features. She’s honest about what looks good and offers great recommendations. She’s earned a lifelong client with me just based off of this experience! Carol assisted her during the color process today, she’s also very friendly and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and checking if there was anything that I needed. Let me start by saying I am not a person to leave reviews but Debora and her helper Marcelly deserve this 100%. I chose this hair salon for the reviews and how close it is to my place. I had a quick and easy consultation a week prior the actual appointment and after going to so many places and being super picky I gave it a go. From always having full blonde highlights and dark roots my hair looked and felt damaged. I wanted to go a type of darker brown but still with dimensions and that looks alive. Debora and Marcelly not only were super efficient and fast but they got me EXACTLY what I wanted and with a gorgeous haircut and blow dry. Definitely will be going back!

Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with my blowout. Typically I go to a different hair salon but I wasn’t able to get a last minute appointment and decided to give Blended a chance.I had 2 different hair stylist blow drying my hair, hair was not polished properly and blow out didn’t last a day. Normally my blowouts last 3-4 days. Do not recommend.

Beatrice did my hair - I showed her a picture of what I wanted (pixie bob).She was really nice, she explained how she was cutting my hair and always checked in on how long I wanted it. Zero stars... I called and scheduled an appointment for a manicure dip. When I got there they had three colors to choose from, after explaining to them that the gel they were offering was not the same as dip I asked them nicely to just go ahead and charge me for nail polish removal and then I would be leaving. After they went back and forth discussing it in a whisper I decided I was uncomfortable and just took the foil off my nails and got up to leave. I went to the register and explained to her that I still wanted to tip the young lady who was assisting me because it was not her fault that whoever had taken my appointment did not realize they do not offer that service. At that point she was running my credit card charged me $10 for nail polish that had not even been fully removed and I went ahead and added the $5 tip. She then went on to tell me that the credit card did not go through even though it showed on my bank side that it did. I went into my bank account, showed her that it had gone through. At that point I was frustrated that she had even charged me $10 and then was attempting to charge me another $10. Will definitely not be going there for any hair salon related appointments or anything else. An apology was never offered.

Such a great salon! First of all, the salon is gorgeous, I love the modern design. I was taking care of Beatrice and carol. They were amazing! I did a cut and tone and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. They also have water, coffee, and cappuccinos to offer. Towards the end they were passing out little tiny bags of popcorn I thought that was the sweetest thing. Great customer service here. Can’t wait to come back!
