I had been dealing with consistent morning lower back pain/tightness for a few weeks (I play sports and workout frequently). On the intake form I filled out all of this. Michelle reviewed before I came and we went over the issues I constantly deal with. We went over what she would be addressing in the massage in great detail. The massage was extremely thorough and relaxing. I even fell asleep for a bit (which I NEVER do). I normally am pretty good about stretching daily, and some of the stretches combined with the massages she did were incredibly relieving and felt tailored to what I really needed more than an average massage “routine”. It’s been 3 days and I’ve had no morning lower back pain. By far the best massage I have had. Will absolutely be going back sooner than later.

I have been getting massage therapy with Michelle for several years now and she is amazing! However, for my most recent massage, we went the Ashiatsu route and I am only mad at myself for not trying it sooner! Every massage with Michelle is great, but after this one, I walked out of there Not Feeling My Back AT ALL. That is an absolute first for me and it was such a delightful experience.Michelle is so thoughtful and great at what she does. If you have a chance to work with her, you will not regret it! And more so, if you have a chance to get an Ashiatsu massage, you will be thankful for every second!!

You may think you have had a great massage, but I assure you Michelle is the BEST there is. She is phenomenal, skilled, and talented. I have had hundreds of massages that left me horribly sore after leaving, but never from Michelle. Michelle specializes in getting to the root of the pain and helping you live a better quality of life. There is no one better at this than her! I am so thankful I found her and you must, must, must, MUST go see her also!!!

Michelle is Incredible! She is so knowledgeable, kind and so skilled! Plus she really goes out of her way with many special added touches for an exceptional experience. I felt like she truly cares about my issues/needs, she really connects, does extra research and wants to make a difference. I did a two hour massage and can’t wait to go back again for another as well as the other services.

This is a little secret hideaway in Pompano!! One of the best massages I’ve ever received. Michelle has magic hands. I came in with so much tension on my shoulders and lower back and left feeling absolutely refreshed. From the outside you’d never make out the tranquil little oasis that’s hiding inside. The place is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The massage room has crystals, salt rocks and great energy. Michelle’s magic hands quickly bring you into peace and tranquility. Can’t wait to book again!!

Michelle is very organized, professional, and has a pleasant demeanor. she recently moved and is currently fixing her new space up. the massage room was perfect as was the massage. she takes great care to be sure you get the most personalized massage by first having you fill out an online questionnaire so that she is prepared when you arrive.

Michelle was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I have really bad eczema and she uses a special cream specifically for that that also smells amazing. I have a herniated disk in my back as well as scoliosis and I worry getting massages sometimes that getting a massage can cause pain flare ups but you can tell her experience because I felt amazing afterwards. I definitely recommend tranquil kneads. She listened to all my concerns and also my areas that needed extra work. I’m a student and I spend a lot of time sitting at my desk working on assignments so my back always needs TLC. The massage left me feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.

That was amazing!I recently had a deep tissue massage from Michelle at tranquil kneads and it was great! I have scoliosis in my neck, a degenerate disc in my lower back, and arthritis in my hips. She asked my about my pain and was able to release my tense muscles and stretch out my lower back. I have a lot more movement in my hips. Im definitely going to go back!

After flying into Ft. Lauderdale, so needed a massage for tight muscles. Received great massage with yoga stretch moves included. Highly recommend her work and knowledge of the body. So convenient too since around the corner from Hampton Inn. Would definitely return when Im in Ft. Lauderdale.

Awesome experience of a 60 minutes hot stone massage. I was asked to fill out a questionaire first. She focused on my shoulder and neck as I requested and I felt so relaxed after the massage. Will definitely recommend this place and come back! Btw, thanks for the chocolates XD.
