I Went to get my very first Russian manicure with the owner Anastasia. This woman is the most meticulous perfectionist I have ever met and this is coming from someone that is very much a perfectionist myself. She took her time and was very patient and made my nails look better than the picture!! I will continue to be a regular customer here moving forward. I highly recommend her. She has a beautiful Spa!!

Starting from entering Baltic you have Callie at the front desk who is friendly and accommodating and very efficient. This makes ALL the difference when scheduling or canceling appointments etc. what an asset to the business. On to Richard who is the master of his craft. Has an eye for what works best on you individually as far as cuts and color and styling!!! I came into Baltic needing a correction color and he fixed my color from a Previous stylist from a different salon and I could not be happier to date with all he has done for me. Lastly, there is Natasha the medical aesthetician. She is not only very knowledgeable, she is patient and very nice and her expertise shows in the outcome. Please give them a try!!! 😊

I love Baltic Beauty ! I followed my hair stylist (Nina) to this establishment and I am BEYOND happy she introduced me to this wonderful place. It has slowly become my home away from home :). She is always there to answer any of my questions, make sure my needs are met, follows up with me and she makes me feel welcomed and special every time I am there. Nina who has been doing my hair for almost a decade is the best hair stylist I have ever had. She has helped me have beautiful princess hair. She is beyond knowledgeable in the field and really cares for your hair as a whole making sure your hair stays healthy while still providing an absolutely beautiful look. Izabella who works in the laser hair removal (and more) is such a sweet fun person. She really cares about her job and making sure you are educated on any procedures and happy with it. I took my first leap with laser hair removal after Baltic had an UNREAL special on it (they always have fun specials and promotions). Izabella performed a miracle ! I love my results so much I am planning to do other areas. I also see Natasha for Botox injections and as my nutritionist. She is super skilled in her job and makes sure to attend to all your individual needs. She genuinely cares about your results and always follows up. I had seen other injectors and never had the amazing results like Natasha had given me. Also, working with her on a nutritionist level I have managed to increase vitamin deficiencies I had and find a great plan to help cut stubborn fat and gain more muscle with peptide therapy. I have a world of more energy along with overall happiness and better wellbeing. The owner, Anastasia does an absolutely incredible job with Baltic Beauty. I just moved to south florida and i won a giveaway via social media there in hopes to find a new med spa. this place absolutely blew my mind, gorgeous interiors, everyone there is so welcoming & kind. When I found Baltic beauty, not only was I so excited but I felt so relieved and the environment of the place was so amazing. I got a VI Peel and Microneedling. After recovering, my face has never been so great. I never thought after the many hard years of trying everything for my face that i would ever find a solution until I met Baltic beauty. I am not one to post reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to from my experience at Baltic Beauty. DO NOT utilize their services if you want results and customer service.I paid a lot of money for their laser removal service, and I saw absolutely no results and I was informed by the manager after calling that it was due to their technician not conducting the machine and process correctly and that they fired her. I asked for my money back and was transferred to the owner again admitted the technician was conducting the service and treatment wrongfully. I requested my money back, but she refused adamantly and showed no way to take accountability for the negligence shown. If you want good service, dont go there.All I asked and wanted was my money back for the inconvenience and lack of results. They refused and did not even try and make the lack of experience better.Do not trust them, they may be cheaper than other places but it is not worth it, they are cheaper for a reason - cheaper customer service and cheaper results.

This Spa has such a cute vibe. (It was recommended to me by Jessicca from Luxe Vitality, since her 1st availability was a month out). The receptionist was helpful & delightful. The N.P. Katie took her time, asked me exactly what I wanted and made my kisser so pillowy, soft, and juicy without looking duck-ish or overdone. She was so professional yet extremely down to earth. Love her! I think shes my new best friend 😉💋

I originally heard of Baltic Beauty through a friend. Not only is the atmosphere comfortable but the spa is beautiful. They were so professional and answered every question I had about all of the services. I definitely will be bringing my girlfriend here.

I was going to another place in Philadelphia for years I’m very unhappy with my results so the last time I was on vacation I decided to try this place out. Well I’m back at Baltic beauty at least every five weeks !!

I went for laser hair removal, on upper lip and chin. Every appointment was right on time, technician took time to explain everything she was doing at each appointment and also recommended someone to take care of the white hairs that laser does not remove and said they would honor the same price I paid originally if I need more laser treatments after that.

BEWARE! If you want good service and attention to detail, go somewhere else. The customer service is horrific and the treatments they provide are bottom notch with lack of care. I would strongly advise going elsewhere even though Baltic is cheaper, there’s a reason for that.
