Munchies Night Club

I came here with my friend last Friday because they had people on the street saying that the cover was free but when we got there, they charged us which was a surprise to us when we got to the door after waiting in line for already like 10 or more minutes so we paid since we already waited, but was very offputting after being told it was free. It was not too bad a lot of younger folks & wasn’t too packed

Reasonable price I paid $25 on a Friday night. At 11 the dance floor started getting packed. I liked the dj and the decorations (80% English pop, 20% Spanish music) The bouncer was nice and so were the other employees! The dance floor is not huge so after 12:30 it got very packed. This is definitely a younger club since it’s 18+.

They got me! asked about a beer I saw in an outside menu... didnt have it & I was ready to head to Mex joint next door when DAN started telling me about the craft beer specials. one thing led to another & Im pre-gaming my show @Revolution Live HERE! 3 beers in from breweries Ive not heard of which is nuts! (Ive logged over 2k unique beers on Untappd app!) and excited to see Me First and the Gimme Gimmes for the first Time!

Promised us free cover as we walked in to the bar then proceeded to charge me $20 and my friend in front of me $30. The music was so loud my eardrums were about to burst. Walked upstairs turned around and left.

I accidentally bought the tickets for the wrong date and they have a no refund policy so they made me pay $60 (18+) and $40 (21+) cover even though it was before 11pm. The first tickets I had bought were the ones labeled (before 11pm) and they came out to $40. I feel like they should at least try to work with customers when stuff like that happens instead of overcharging. Sucks because its not bad but it definitely is not worth $100 to get in

Read some reviews about phones being stolen and thought it might just be a fluke thing so some friends and I ended up going anyway on spring break. Long story short 4 out of our group of 7 ended up getting pick pocketed and staff showed nothing but hostility to our genuine requests for help. If you are reading and questioning whether or not you should go save yourself. There are plenty better options in the area that are safer and cleaner. Don’t waste your money here.

I’ve been to munchies 3 times , the first time was amazing and super fun. The other 2 times was a total fail, the place was so pack that barely anyone could walk. This is after being charged $20 to get in. I wish they put a maximum capacity because we had to leave after 20 mins because we had no space to dance or even move. Btw it was only 1am so it wasn’t even that late for the place to be pack that way.

Too many kids. Place was extremely dirty. People were sweaty. Charges cover that you will regret paying for. Not a good vibe.

Specifically talking about the club atmosphere. Horrible atmosphere, very packed, hostile security. The place is basically falling down, due to the people they let walk in this club. Underage kids and it’s just nasty. Reconsider other places for nightlife.

I went to the hyperglow event and paid $50 to go and it was a terrible experience for me. My phone along with my credit card, drivers license, and school card got stolen right off of me. Not only did my phone get stolen but 3 of my friends got their phones stolen.No one in the staff was helpful and I will not be coming back.

Wow. This place was so. Much. Fun. I went when Flo Rida was playing and it was a blast. It was full of people who just wanted to have a good time and be out again!!! I really enjoyed myself here. Attached to is a pizza spot that I highly recommend for delicious pizza and no hang overs from partying. This is a really good time out. When you don’t feel like going all the way to south beach you definitely get the same kind of vibe here. There has also been really good artists perform here. Go go go. See you this weekend :)

Owners a scam artist avoid this place at all cost!

Absolute horrible experience there. Paid the tickets to skip the line for the HyperGlow event and when me and my friends got there the security was being rude and disrespectful and saying “I don’t know anything about skipping lines” “I don’t care if you’re God go wait in the back of the line like everyone else” and after waiting in line for over 2 hours and barely moving we were told they had reached capacity. Absolute horrible service and horrible organization will definitely never be going back there again and informing people of how bad and deceiving they are!

It’s a decent club, ratio of men to women is absurd. Drinks are good but the music is wack- They need to update that 2010 playlist

They falsely advertise and steal your money. The line moved extremely slow and when you finally get there they do not let you in even when you show a valid id and they sold you a ticket. Would not recommend ever getting tickets here unless you want to waste your money.

Best place in Fort Lauderdale for everything. Bomb pizza and chicken wings, right on the corner so it’s fun to sit outside during the day. Video games for the kids (and my husband). Huge tv screens perfect for football, and basketball games.The drinks are killer, entire staff was amazing… and if you can keep up with the party kids, it LITERALLY turns into a night club at night. Smoke and lasers!!Pew pew PIZZA! Go have some fun here for sure!!Love this spot10/10

Was roofied here as it was the only place I went to that night, was pulled to the back away from my friends while the roofie was starting to kick in and was then kicked out by two of the bouncers when I begged them not to touch me because i was scared and confused and i asked if they would help me find my friends. Ended up lost on the streets of ft lauderdale until 3 am alone and roofied.

Bought tickets for an event and they hit max capacity before i got in. waited for 2 hours in line for them to keep us there. never going back and don’t recommend buying tickets online for a club who overcounts their tickets for money

This place smells very bad, they sell you drinks for $60 and there is a white bodyguard who does cocaine like it was nothing. I do not recommend!!! ITS GROSS
