Best experience at great prices! Crystal is so kind and her spa reflects her: calm personality and highly skilled. From my first call and consultation, I knew Id book sessions. She picked the perfect strength on the laser THE FIRST TIME! I was sold. My treatment is only 5 to 10 minutes max but I stay longer becase Crystal checks in to ensure your skin is responding properly and makes sure Im informed. So glad I found her spa!

I have been coming for Electrolysis and some laser, for over a year now, I have had a major improvement and reduction in the amount of hairs that I see on my face, I basically went from taking 1.5 hrs to now down to 15 minutes, my facial hair growth is hormonal and so very stubborn, but I am almost at the end of my treatments. It is very relaxing while I am there, the music, the vibe, I love it. I highly recommend. Love that this is black owned, Crystal is amazing, she is very detailed and takes pride in what she does. She provides other services, I have done facials which I have loved, I should do it more often, lol. Definitely give her a call, very professional, pays great attention to detail, 10/10 recommend.

We come from SC once per month for her services, shes 2nd to none. Her facials, laser hair removal, and cavitation services are amazing. Her professionalism is outstanding. They dont have enough stars to rate her. Would recommend any and everyone find a reason to go or send your spouse.

Omg, Ive waited all these years to try laser. When I say Relax and Cruz Spa didnt let me down. Crystal is the best. First, I tried my underarms. Then, electrolytes, legs and Brazilian laser. You wont be disappointed Im hooked.

Relax & Cruz Spa is amazing! Crystal is super efficient and her facility is extremely clean. I came in to get laser hair removal and within three sessions, I have little to no hair, rarely have to shave. She offers a variety of different services to suit anyone’s needs! Highly recommend!

Found this place on Google and I have been hooked since. She offers all beauty services I am only 2 weeks post op and have been really comfortable getting my massages here. Very clean , and friendly! She is also very punctual understanding and professional$ I highly reccommend.

I love the way she takes care of my face and I can see the difference from before and after, she also gives you good advice about the product to use. I love the place pretty, clean, and well organized. She is very nice and always on time. I have been seeing a lot of dermatologist doctors for a year, and from the day I started I have been seeing a lot of difference with my face. I think her a lot not scared to stay without makeup thanks to her.

Hidden gem!!Crystal is awesome, very warm and welcoming .she offers different services such as laser hair removal, facials, cavitation, massages etc..I started with electrolysis hair removal. I was able to make my appointment right away, after passing by and seeing her beautiful spa door advertisements. Crystal is smart, professional and sweet. She gave me a great Swedish massage which cured my aches and pain from working out.

Great facial i got a microdermabrasion treatment it was very thorough and detailed the led light made my skin feel real firm and rejuvenated afterwards and I got the full hour no shortcuts laser hair removal was so easy and PAINLESS!!!

The owner is super friendly, calming atmosphere and I’ve seen a tremendous improvement with my laser results and it’s only been two appointments thus far. Highlight recommend the investment of laser if you can.

My card was over charged 482$ after paying for a service with Crystal that was supposed to be 160$ last week .i have rash marks from the products you used on me ALL around my thighs and private areas from the lazer hair removal we did. Thanks for nothing but the worse experience from a spa i have ever had.

I got a facial from Ms. Cruz, she was amazing! Her studio is very clean and she’s professional. She knows her products well and how to work with any skin type. I appreciated the education she provided me on what to use and do in between my facials.

I wish I could give zero stars. Worst business I have ever dealt with , Me and my boyfriend got the couples deal for $350 which we where going to split for our anniversary. His was awesome and mine was AWFUL. HORRENDOUS. I had an allergic reaction to the body wrap so had to stop and go take a shower. I came back and we had the massage and it was the worst massage. Ever. The whole time I had to ask for more pressure and she did not listen. I got a glorified back rub. She never touched my arms, my neck, or anything. Just my back. I asked multiple times and directed her, but she kept ignoring me.I complained about this to crystal at the front which is owner of the place and she said to give us 50% off. But apparently she charged us all wrong. She charged us for 150 minute massage, when we only got the 110 minute massage. We got charged 100 dollars more! We should have been charged $350, not $450!!!So if we had been charged CORRECTLY, then the 50% discount would be as follow: Half of $350 is $175. We should have been charged $175 because my boyfriend was the only one who enjoyed the service. Well they split it up and said his service was $225 and mine was $112. So instead of taking half off of the advertised package, they separated the services and THEN took the 50% off. So I got charged $112 and my boyfriend was charged $225. Even if thats how they apply discounts. It is STILL wrong because we NEVER GOT THE $450 PACKAGE. WE WERE OVERCHARGED FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER GOT.Sneaky. Do not do business with this spa. I will make sure to spread my experience to every review site I can find because what they did to us was downright dirty. Everyone was super rude. They said that even though the massage was bad, I still got it, so I still was expected to pay even though the service was not good. Will not be back. THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY ANNIVERSARY NIGHT.I also asked her to split the payment between two cards. Nope. Charged on one card. Asked her to refund and redo it. She got mad. We were so fed up at that point we just left after she yelled to take it up with the spa director. Do not yell at your customers.
