Seriously, the best hidden gem. They have the best selection! And the owner is phenomenal. I couldn’t find the brand they have anywhere else! And, something I got was defective and he replaced it and added one. My go to.

This is the BEST smoke/vape shop in Fort Lauderdale!!! Seriously. I had to take time to write about it because it’s so different from other stores. Wide variety of disposable vapes, hookah, cigars, kratom products, cbd for humans AND pets (which was my original reason for visiting), delta everything, puffco accessories, all types of glass from affordable to designer, etc. This store has everything you need and fair prices with the convenience. Ive visited many shops and this one has the best atmosphere and customer service in the area. I have never had a better shopping experience at a Florida smoke shop, honestly. I even picked up some RAZ and geek bar vapes because they had so many flavors that I never saw before and had to try. 2/for and 3/for deals on the vapes was awesome. Very clean and you find more than you would expect once you look around. I always leave here happy and will continue to come back!

DO NOT GO THERE!!! At first I thought it was a really nice smoke shop but when I used my card (one I use about once every three months) I instantly started getting a million charges from Uber to restaurant take out. Thieves!

Stupidly expensive. Stupidly rude horrible customer service its like how there open I dont understand. Just awful. So many better places to choose from and so close it would be foolish to go there

I’ve been a customer here for years, and I must say, I am disappointed in the lack of compassion in some of the reviews people have written about this store and its employees. it is clear some of you have never worked in customer service/ retail!!this is my go-to shop for all of my smoking needs. they have a wide variety of products to cater to all as well, not just for smokers. you should also check out their colorful selection of glass pieces too! so neat!!the employees i’ve encountered have been knowledgable, caring and helpful. this unique little store has a lot of charm and is a neighborhood staple you can rely on. AND BONUS if you’re lucky you may be able to catch the infamous store mascot, Boogie, working a shift

This has to be one of the WORST smoke shops ever. Literally half a mile down the road is the SAME products for a THIRD the price. Unless your made of money I would avoid this place at all costs

Nice prices and amazing staff! Lauren helped me out with a faulty torch and gave no issues with replacing the item after I brought it in. Will definitely continue to take my business to them. Thank you again Lauren!

Terrible, I just got a vape 1 hs ago, spent my money and they don’t want to change, I never put a bad comment but so stressful, the don’t care, they now they capes batteries sometimes come fail

I will never step foot into this store again unless they got new staff. The blonde girl working was probably one of the most rude employees I have ever come across. She judged a book by its cover. When Im asking her about different items all she could keep saying was the glass Id really expensive , I keep telling you our items are expensive. and would roll her eyesand huff and puff like I was annoying her. The security guard kept following me around literally by every step. Idk Id he was trying to intimidate me or what. I apologize I did n t wanna spend more than 100$ on a pipe but it doesnt mean I cant afford it bc if its something I really like Ill get it. Needless to say, the piece I did get ended up break I ng the next day.. so It may have been expensive. But it sure wasnt quality.

Decided to look for a Zero nicotine system. Made the mistake of starting again. The young lady in this establishment was very knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision making. Showing me what options were available with my wants. The store had plenty of options of devices & flavors. Small town store with a small town feel, more personable and a big plus in my book.

Awesome store!!! They have some really high quality equipment, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Emily was especially great. You should probably give her a raise so nobody can poach a fantastic salesperson from you(owner/store manager). :)

They Dont really act like they want to help yo, no enthusiasm and they really dont care what youre there for. it was uncomfortable like we should go ahead and leave because we were disturbing them? Spent about $200 at this store so hopefully it gets better. Good luck.

And completely stared us down as we walked out of the store like a complete creep.. felt very uncomfortable, and will never ever recommended or buy anything from the store again.Something is definitely wrong with that dude.😡

Good selection and cool vibe - store is tucked away in a shopping center. Just moved to the neighborhood nearby and thought I’d give it a try. Asked the young man in the front his preference on cones… his response “don’t have one, they all get the job done.” Ummmm.. thanks captain obvious, but wasn’t my question. The “I don’t care” attitude was enough to put me off… I’ll travel down the way to Marleys. They are always happy to recommend and engage in conversation. When there’s so much selection around, your employees can make or break the experience… sad I won’t be coming back :(

Chris was a HUGE help! I went to get a new glass for my pen, but he did not have them. So, he gave me a GREAT deal on a new vapor pen which was even better! The pen I bought was from a different shop, and was not nearly as good as the pen I have now. The staff was great, helpful and considerate of what I needed. I absolutely recommend this smoke shop for good pricing and great customer service!

Place is nice set up and has a lot to offer. However the young lady was not very pleasant.just had simple question and got an attitude. When something is at a price and I feel its abnormally priced I wasnt doubting it I wanted to be informed and on top of that it just seemed like she didnt feel like having a customer. So I left knowing 2 things. First I dont even know what the name brand was and I wish I did so I could research it but I know Ill be able to come across it cuz I am interested... Second and most importantly I most likely wont go back.... So nice shop but not good customer service...

One of the worst customer experience I have ever had in my whole life to date!!! Went to this place looking to buy tobacco for my pipe. The girl at the cash register & the guy inside the store who I assumed was the supervisor or manager or whatever he was never greeted or said anything to me while I was inside looking around the store. Talked to other people but apparently I was invisible to them.I would give them a negative rating if I could.I would suggest that you save your energy time and money and go somewhere else.

Great place. we found it by accident and we had no clue about vaping or CBD. We left with plenty of information and a great torch. Its a bit far from Weston but we were so satisfied i have already been back. Thanks Jaime you were very patient with the newbies from Weston

The store is small but has an extensive supply of Vapes, Vape juice and vape accessories. The people that work there are helpful and polite. The prices seem very fair and competitive in my opinion. The employees that Ive ever dealt with actually seem like they know something about the products theyre selling. Ive been in too many vape stores where the employee cant answer half the questions that have simple answers. It can be very aggravating when you want to buy something but you need to find more information about the item in question before you spend your hard-earned money. Many employees will make up an answer instead of just saying I dont know or asking somebody else. When the one employee I spoke to couldnt answer my question, the other one could and vice versa. Overall I recommend this place not just for Vaping needs but other items they sell in the shop. I only go there for vaping needs so I cant really give a fair report on other items in the store.

This is the go-to spot for all of your smoke shop needs. To the Superior leafs, to the local vendor keychains, this place has it all. Great assortment of bongs, friendly staff, an ATM, and on those hot summer days you can even by a Coke Zero bottle ice cold. Did I mention the staff? I am at this spot at lease two times a week since the shopping center is filled with dry cleaning, Sushi, Pizza, a nail salon, a shoe guy leather shop, Subway, etc. Love the Smoke House ❤️
