Elements Massage

I typically never get massages but I will absolutely start getting them consistently now! A friend had recommended Elements to me and Im so glad I tried it out. Will gave me the best massage of my LIFE! So good I had to sign up for their wellness program so I can keep on top of feeling my best. Thank you guys so much!!!

Ive been an Elements Massage member for over 10 years and the quality of the studios and staff has remained consistent. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and the therapists are well trained and very professional. After seeing the same therapist for around 8 years, I had to find another one because she had moved away. Its very easy to try out different therapists at Elements, even at different locations. A few months ago I had a session with Melissa at the Cool Springs/Franklin location and I was so impressed with her technique and style. I feel like Ive found my therapist again and have been booking all my future sessions with her. Melissa is skilled in different levels of pressure and always checks in with me to be sure the pressure shes using is comfortable and therapeutic for me. Shes good at noticing when certain areas of my body need a bit more attention, like when my shoulders or neck are especially tense that day. Melissa has calm and welcoming demeanor that immediately helps me relax and enjoy the session.

This location is very professional and their customer service is outstanding!After my first massage, I received a follow-up call asking about my experience, which I rated a 7/10. I described that I needed more pressure. Elements was nice enough to book me a complimentary massage with a different massage therapist. My 2nd massage was great and I walked out feeling satisfied! Not only were they open to feedback, they truly care about each customer and his/her needs.I highly recommend Elements Massage Franklin to anyone who is looking for a great massage experience!

I have been a member of Elements Massage in Cool Springs for several years, and I have been very happy with the service Ive received from different therapists. Specifically, Melissa has been awesome. She is very attentive to any areas I am having trouble with or need extra attention. Because I have been seeing her for over a year, she knows my usual trouble spots and does a great job of addressing them. She has also given my lots of useful advice in tackling particular areas where I tend to get tight most often. I highly recommend her!

I can’t say enough about Melissa at Elements! I’ve been offered massage memberships many times. I always declined until my first massage with Melissa. After that, I happily joined and have seen Melissa every month for a year. She has done wonders for my issues. Great massage every time. So thankful!

Highly recommend Elements Massage! I like how easy it is to book online and the membership program is a great deal. Wil took what I told him and gave me a truly excellent deep tissue massage. I then proceeded to sleep thru the night with ZERO lower back and hip pain for the first time in a year! I honestly cant believe it. Always one of the highlights of my month is my monthly massage at Elements with Tyler. He always takes his time to ask what is hurting or what areas I want to focus on. His pressure is spot on and I always leave relaxed and counting down the days until my next massage!

Easy to schedule on-line. Ive worked with several therapists, and they all have done an excellent job. For the last two years, Ive worked with Melissa...she has really helped with my neck and back problems.

Will not honor a gift card that was purchase ONE year ago. I moved and the GC was misplaced but so excited to find it. But they said it was expired and refused to honor it. It is against the law for gift cards to expire under FIVE YEARS. I tried to explain this to them and they were incredibly rude to me and offered no recourse, just basically stole our money.

The level of professionalism and cleanliness was great. The ease of scheduling an appointment was a great benefit as well. This was my first time here, being able to meet my therapist before beginning was a perk. Will did a fantastic job! I will go back.

This is a GREAT place to get a massage. I have been getting massages at Elements Massage in Cool Springs for about 5 years. The massages are excellent, relaxing, and so beneficial. The price is great and lower than one would expect for such a professional environment. The owner buys chocolate for the people who like to end a massage with chocolate. I wouldnt change a thing.

My first experience with Elements Massage was very good. Kevin was very professional and had great knowledge on how a massage can benefit one’s body. I had had hip replacement that had caused hip and quads’s muscles to tighten up. He hit the right spots loosening all that tightness. The staff was helpful and also, there is plenty of parking a few steps from front door. I will be coming back for my next appointment soon!

I started seeing Tyler about eight months ago and finding the right massage therapist is very important on my healing journey. Tyler, by far, is outstanding. From the moment we first met in 2023 he took the time to listen, provide guidance/suggestions and focus on the areas in my body that needed to be addressed. As we first started out, I told Tyler I wanted moderate pressure to gauge his technique. After two sessions, I left it up to him to work out knots and tension. He is very mindful of my well-being and checks to make sure I’m okay throughout the massage. My primary focus for seeing Tyler is for my lower back and legs. The pain I feel is alleviated every time I see Tyler. Tyler is very personable, easy to talk to, and very friendly. He lets you direct how little or as much as you would like to talk during the session. I like to chat. We have had many conversations about many topics over the months. He is definitely the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to and I look forward to continuing our relationship on my quest for better health and less stress. It is very important to me to have someone who genuinely shows care and concern for my health and wellbeing. Tyler is that therapist who encompasses all the outstanding traits, professionalism and education you’d want … and he treats you like a friend.

Massages are customized to each clients specific need. My therapist, Kevin, was very good at asking for feedback during the massage and addressed specific concerns. The facility is nice and clean and there was attention to providing privacy throughout the visit.

This place is great and Pam is AMAZING! Upon arriving i was greeted with smiling faces and great customer service! They make it easy from start to finish. Pam made me feel comfortable and she explained everything. She even helped with my sciatica which I didn’t know was possible in massage! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend them!

Services there have been great! Love getting my massages. I am in the membership and unfortunately due to my schedule I am usually unable to use all of them and end up having a bunch at the end of the year. I wasn’t aware of a policy change that does not allow them to be transferred to gift cards as they had been since I signed up. They always said we can share with someone else and it was great to be able to gift massages that I had paid for to others that I had raved about massages to so they can experience it as well. I would get maybe one or two a year as a gift to someone. Unfortunately, you can still let someone else use them but they won’t offer gift cards so they have to call and basically say that they are using one of your unused massages. I can’t possibly give that as a gift. I hope they realize that they may be losing future potential clients with this policy change. Just wanted to let others know of this change in case you were hoping to use some that way. I think with this change I may have to pause my membership to catch up to how many I have left.The therapists and front desk have always been great!

Phoenix was amazing, I felt like jello after my massage! The front staff was friendly and helpful too, I can’t wait for my next session!

My wife was involved in an accident and the doctor advised her NOT to go. My wife immediately called to try and reschedule, but the front desk guy not only showed zero empathy. But proceeded to lecture my wife and then hang up on her. This was all after they gave us a hard time about booking our “first” appointment with in one of their “prime” time slots. They also charged us $40 to reschedule. From other people I have spoken too— this seems to be a common theme. The front desk/billing/admin is horrible — but the actual massage itself is great.

Had a wonderful 1 hour massage from one of their Elite massage therapists name Chris. He definitely helped relax a lot of tension in my neck and upper back.Go here and ask for himWonderful massage!

I was given a massage as a gift after having our last child. I ended up having major surgery and needed some time to myself to relax. Melissa at elements was incredible. Gentle yet firm on the spots I wanted. She was professional and courteous. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. 100% go to elements!!! I’m sure they are all great but Melissa will be my go-to girl now!!!!!

Great place for a deep tissue! I injured my lower back, and Tiersa did a great job relieving the built up tension, plus worked on areas adjacent that were also tight. She was conscious about applying the right amount of pressure and very open to adjusting as needed. Highly recommended.

The whole experience was great! From the time I walked in the door, the receptionist was welcoming and informative. She went out of her way to be friendly and make us comfortable. My massage was with Thomas, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. He focused on the areas I requested and gave me suggestions on stretches I can do at home that have been helpful! He was knowledgeable and had great guest-interaction manners. I live out of state, but will be making plans to come back as often as I can make happen.

The staff at Elements Massage are very professional and informative. A massage with firm pressure is what I prefer and Zane is the therapist that was recommended. I have been to him twice and he has been very helpful with pain relief. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The music they play in the massage rooms is very calming. The room is darkened during the massage so there are no bright lights to bother you. I highly recommend Elements Massage.

I always leave feeling far better than when I arrived! Will is hands-down the best massage therapist I have had, bar none. The front desk called and asked if I would like to take an available appointment with another therapist and I flatly refused bc Wil is the very best and Ill wait however long I need to to benefit from his bodywork. Loved my massage with Thomas! He was very professional and is so knowledgeable of what he’s doing and full of tips if you tell him your problem areas. Not to mention, he had me cracking up the whole time 😂 I realize this isn’t for everyone, but I think he gauged my personality and could tell I was goofy too. I love being able to book appointments online! Very easy! I also love that my monthly massages will roll over to the next month if I dont use them. This makes it very easy for me to upgrade to 90 minutes and it feels kind of like a bonus. The girls at the front desk are FABULOUS, I love that they call me by name when I walk in. My two favorite therapists are Wil and Erika, I have complete trust in both of them and they will talk to me the whole time if I want, or if Im in the mood to not talk and just relax they are fine with that as well. With both of them, their timing has always been perfect, I never feel like any time got shaved off of my 90 minutes, and I walk out feeling great, relaxed and happy!

The Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I learn things from Thomas each time I get a massage. Its always relaxing but I feel like each time I leave I am better equipped to take care of my body better then I knew how to prior to my visit.

Easy to book online and reasonable prices. Great knowledgeable staff, had gone one time before and left a little sore which was my fault for not vocalizing less pressure. This time I had Thomas who gave my husband and myself a great experience. This one star goes out to the owner of Elements Massage. I signed up for the membership back in October and decided to cancel my membership in late December.You cannot cancel your subscription over the phone, like you can with most other subscription services, instead, you either have to go in and sign a cancellation document, or they will email you a PDF of the document. You then have to print it.off, sign it, and then scan it, or fill it out electronically if you know how to do that. Pretty excessive if you ask me.Anyways, there was an email that showed I had called in to cancel my membership in December. You have to give them a 30 day notice, so I knew I would be charged for January.Well I just noticed that I was still being charged for February and March, so I called in to ask. (out of the 4 months I had the subscription, I hadnt used a single massage) (mainly because they are always booked up when I call) They said they never received my cancellation form when Im sure I filled it out and sent it.All I wanted was my money back, for February and March and the owner refused to refund me even after it was clear I was trying to cancel my membership back in December. Well bud, you earned yourself a golden star. Will be taking my business elsewhere once I use up my remaining credits.

This place is great. I’ve been to quite a few massage studios in the area and this one is probably the best. They do great physical work, but also have impeccable customer service. I’m quite confused on how a staff could be so friendly and act like they genuinely like where they work. Their pricing is reasonably too. Go here, you won’t regret it.

Warm reception. Relaxing atmosphere. Each therapist Ive visited has been skilled and obviously knowledgeable about the human structure. I love how the sessions are tailored to my varying needs. I always feel great when I leave! (And I sleep better, too).

My therapist spent the entire 50 minutes me about living in a 2 bedroom apartment with her 2 adult children, their 2 dogs and cat. As well as her difficult divorce when she was 44. Least relaxing massage in my entire life. The facilities are beautiful and I enjoyed the flavoured spa water.

I have used several of the massage therapists at Elements Massage and all have been very good. They listen to what your needs are and do their best to accommodate those needs. I have been going there regularly for some time now and am quite pleased. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Ive been getting massages here for several years. I love all the therapists but you need to be very specific about what you want when you book your massage. Each therapist is trained in multiple modalities but they each have a couple of modalities that are their favorite and that they specialize in. When I want a lighter pressure relaxation massage, there are certain therapists that I request. Same If I need deeper tissue or trigger point massage. There is even a therapist that I will request if I need a combination of massage and stretching (major therapy for neck and headache pain). If your priority is I need a massage NOW then you will have to compromise a bit and take who is available. They are all good and able to customize but you will be thrilled if you can match your time slot with the best therapist for your needs. Finally, after reading a review below, it is important to note that the 1 hour massage is designed to be 50 minutes hands on. The time slot allows for a quick five minute consultation on the front end to customize your massage and the same on the back end to allow you to dress and have a quick final consult with your therapist.

I had the best massage Ive ever had from Penny. Seriously amazing and exactly what I needed! I told her where i was having issues and she knew exactly what to do. Im so bummed that I travel full time and only make it to the area a few times a year. If I lived here she would be a regular on my schedule!

My experience with elements massage was fabulous!!! I just did a Google search & got to know about the place. Ms. Erica was really really fabulous!! I took the service of prenatal massage & it was so awesome!!! I went with so much lower back pain & couldnt walk properly, but when I came out of the place, it was like wow!! Will surely recommend to all my friends :)

It was my first time visiting this place.My massage lasted about 30 minutes (keep in mind the website states 1 hour) The massage wasnt all that great. I was upset it was only 30 minutes and I had no relief afterwards. The receptionist does pester the customers for a tip. As a polite human being I left the massage therapist a good tip, but not to my satisfaction.I I filled out the customer survey and the office manager responded a few days later and then I responded back with further details but I havent heard back from her in about a week. I am extremely disappointed because I took my mother along and she wasnt satisfied with her massage either. It was a waste of time and money.

Best massage Ive ever had. My neck and back were in complete knots all week due to looking down at my phone and sleeping on a tough mattress. After one visit my entire upper body has not felt this great since I was a teenager. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing aches and pains.

The facility and staff are very professional but most important, the massage was outstanding! They massaged muscles that I didnt know I had that were the cause of alot of my issues. Dont waist your time going anywhere else.

The massage on a scale 1 to 10 Ill say a 7. When asked was there a particular area of the body, I wanted her to focus on. I stated yes the back. She massaged the shoulders more than my lower back. She did a great job. She simply forgot where the focus was to be. Also they offered nothing other than water at the end of the massage. Other places offered water and fruit while waiting our turn. I would recommend this place to a friend as 2nd best.

Elements Massage in Franklin is a fantastic place to get a massage. Ive had several - for relaxation and to work out the knots in my shoulders and back. The therapists really know what they are doing! The studio is clean and comfortable and the staff is super-friendly. The Wellness Program is the best deal and keeps me committed to going on a regular basis.

This was my first massage with this company and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. It felt more like an inadequate attempt at a physical therapy session. I was expecting a relaxing back and shoulder massage that would relieve the tension and possibly some of the pain I have been having. Instead I got an over-priced session of shoulder stretching with very little massage involved and no attention given to my lower back which I had specifically asked for before AND during the 45 minute session. I left in slightly more pain than I went in with and was hounded 3 TIMES by the receptionist for a tip!

I strained my back moving some stuff up and down some stairs. My neck had also been hurting possibly from sleeping on it wrong. I have also been experiencing tightness and soreness throughout my body, probably from not stretching enough. A friend of mine gifted me a massage from Elements. I called and got an appointment with Wil. When I walked in Wil immediately keyed in by the way I was walking that I was having lower back issues. We talked and he asked me about any other issues and we decided on the best way to utilize the time so he could address the problem areas. Wil was very knowledgeable and professional. The massage was very therapeutic and exactly what I needed. When I left I was standing straighter, and felt better physically and mentally. The girl at the front desk and other staff was also very nice and helpful. The facility itself was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. My only complaint is I did not schedule a longer session. I injured my neck. Walked into my appointment with severe pain. Walked out with pain relief. I had a long overdue deep tissue massage on three knots in my neck and shoulder blade area. I was in agony with my right arm locking up. I called that morning and they were able to get me in by that afternoon. Tonya worked wonders getting me back to 85% mobility in one session, always checking to see if she was applying to much pressure. I have had migraines ever since I was a kid. Ive had this spot on my neck for years and whenever I rub it I get a migraine. My PCP told me its a muscle knot and that a massage therapist could help. I had my first session with Thomas today. I was rubbing my neck tonight by habit and that spot is gone! I am new to massage therapy, but this has amazed me! I have to add that everyone in this office was professional and polite.

I came here with my boyfriend and the place was clean, nice environment but I did not enjoy my massage. I def liked the type of place it was and the atmosphere. I left there and did not feel good. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there and was extremely sore for 4 days after leaving.

Elements is such a welcoming establishment. Nothing but good vibes in the establishment. My masseuse was Pamela and she has magical hands with a beautiful aura.

I tend to be very tight, and walked in complaining of a sore left hip and glute. I specifically like mayofascial release massage and was very excited to be placed with Cameron. He listened to my concerns and targeted the area. I walked out feeling like a new woman! I booked a couple massage but there wasnt couple massage room available So I ended up booking two seperate rooms and told them I can call them real quick to confirm and the lady on the reception was OK with it. I called Elements in 15 mins and told them I dont want to come there because they dont have a big massage room available. The lady told me its alright and I dont have to pay a cancellation for this. Now I get $70 charged on card telling me that I didnt give a 24 hr notice before canceling. My reservation was for the same evening and I canceled in 15 mins of booking how can I give a 24 hr notice when there wasnt even 24 hr left when I booked. THIS IS REALLY AWFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.Please do not book if you are not sure and dont trust the guys who pick your call at Elements.

Wil is amazing. I have had neck issues which has put me in extreme pain in the past. I have gone to Wil multiple times and each time, I have walked out with 50-75% less pain than before I walked in. It doesnt feel good when he is working out the knots, but he really knows what he is doing. He is a miracle worker!

Because of my crooked spine, I have excessive myofascial knots in my back. As part of my health regimen, I get a weekly massage (deep tissue). Wil and Cameron at Elements Massage are EXCELLENT LMTs! I just had meniscus surgery to fix the injury I suffered after having a massage here. The owner was notified but denied responsibility. Beware of therapist who decides to stretch you when you didnt ask to be stretched.

Will is my go-to masseuse. Hes very knowledgeable about massaging for sports fitness and I appreciate that hes able to find and work through the knots to enable me to get back to the gym and stay at the gym!
