I and my husband have BOTH gotten vapes and all different types of juice from here now. Been going there for about 3 months and I love this place! They have great deals, and are all very nice and helpful. Even if you know nothing about what to get they will help you and they wont try and get you to buy something just because it is expensive they actually help you get the best deal you can and if you ever have any issues they clear them all up for you!I definitely recommend this place!

By far the best shop I have been too. Always a friendly environment and they know how to take care of their customers. They even changed store hours to better serve the needs of customers. I can’t say enough about this place. I would highly recommend stopping in!

Worst house e liquid in town. Wont give pricing over the phone, so you know theyre the most expensive in town.

I would definitely recommend Puckerfish vape in Fremont ohio. The staff(Nathan) was very helpful and patient with me. Im a first timer and he explained everything so I could understand it. I bought some devices from here that were faulty due to manufacturing issues. The store would only replace them once despite the ones they used to replace them were also faulty. The manager only comes in on fridays, none of the employees have his number, and he has had my number for over a month now I’ve been waiting on a call so clearly customer service is their lowest concern. They are not trying to claim that the warranty has passed on the first device so they can’t replace anything but when I called the brand I ordered they said the store should replace any faulty devices no matter the warranty date, not to mention each new device gets a new warranty. I really used to like this place before I realized they don’t care about their customers. If you’d like to resolve this you have my number.

Great service the 2 times I’ve been in there with 2 different employees!! Great choices! I know the Hook’d brand is new but can you PLEASE get the big 1s in more flavors? IE:Banana Ice , strawberry ice , kiwi etc. I’m obsessed with the banana for sure!!!

Make sure you do your own research before going to buy a vape from here. They know the basics of performance but they dont warn you much about defects within each brand or vape. Their warranty is extremely short as well so as soon as you have any issues take it right back. They offer a very small discount of 10% to replace any manufacturing issues with the vapes.

Very knowledgeable staff. Prices are what you would expect in our area. I love this store and will always come back. Spend local!

I’m glad I found this place. Have a great selection of mods, juices, and other accessories.Customer service is top notch. I brought in a brand new voopoo Mod that I bought out of state because of a missing screw. When I called the place I bought it from they were of no help. I call the staff here they tell me to bring it in when I do the fix it at no charge. They even noticed one of my batteries with feeling a bit in and re-sleeved it.Couldn’t ask for more.

The store was open and it was well before closing time but I was told the POS machine was not hooked up so they couldnt sell me anything. They wouldnt even accept a cash payment. It was a total bummer.... 2 stars because they seem to have a nice supply of vapes and juices in the store. I wasnt able to make it back the following day when they had their POS setup so they missed out on a sale and I missed out on some supplies. I hope they make some improvements here, this could be a good store.

It took 3 visits to get a product that I ended up settling for. The staff treated me like I was a moron and like I was the problem. I am all too happy to take my business to a place that knows how to treat a customer. Ive heard stories from others that are just as upsetting. I thought that it was just because Im a guy but that level of sex discrimination is uncalled for. They are aware of my displeasure and it got me nowhere.

Every time I go to a puffer fish it says Ill be back in 15 minutes and I end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes until I leave and go to a different shop happens to me in the one in Norwalk too

Best shop Ive been to. From out of town and had to get some juice, but ended up getting a lot more. The selection and prices are great especially with the military discount but the best part of the experience was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Great place, I drive a big rig and there was plenty of space to get in to get what I needed. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Will definitely put this on my favorites for the next time Im in the area.

They have a nice selection of juices and also had my coils in stock. Also big enough for large truck parking while shopping.

From Toledo, needed a replacement tank. One guy tried a bunch of glass, hooked me up with a discount when they didnt fit and bought a new tank. Chill vibes and good service all around.

My husband had a fantastic experience at Fremont puckerfish vape shop. He picked up Koi CBD for a better price than other shops in the area. The product alone is better than any other CBD weve tried.
