The staff are extremely kind and always willing to help! Great selection. Very knowledgeable staff that remember your name and make excellent recommendations. The staff is why I continue to come back. The products are not always the cheapest when you shop around but the service I receive is bar none in the “vape” world.

Ive been coming here for a while now and Klowdz is the best shop youre going to find in the DFW. Believe me, Ive looked! Klowdz has a very knowledgeable staff and the best brands and selections around. I just keep going back and back. The only real complaint that I have is that they need more locations. Keep up the excellent work! 👏UPDATE!!Unfortunately, the owner has begun to constantly change items and is out of stock often. And today, they didnt even honor their own points system. So I wont be returning again.

I generally buy disposables from here. Last three times I complained about disposable going very bad after 2 days. They suggested me different brand. Tried that and after 3 days i get a burning sensation. Asked the folks if they can do anything since I have been buying from them for a long time. They said they cannot do anything and suggested me to take refillable one. Looks like they don’t wanna solve customer issues. No more klowdz and need to change my store. Poor service and zero customer satisfaction.

I contacted them by email with my issue of not being able to find my product anywhere else, they emailed right back and was already mailing me my product!! They are awesome!!! I will definitely continue to use them!!

Great selections. Salesperson was knowledgeable, asked all the right questions which enabled me to make a suitable best first purchase. I have been to two other shops in Dallas since - in comparison, those two stores were a waste. I will be back to KLOWDZ.

I used the McKinney location a few times after discovery and got hooked on them. I was ecstatic when they opened the Frisco location as that is where I live. The service level in Frisco is top notch. Andrew is a horrible employee. I had to go back in my car to get more cash and he called me stupid after I told him I need to get my wallet out of my car. He was also rushing me to buy a specific product and kept looking at his watch. I like Sebastian and Dillion!! Get rid of Andrew ! Coming from a person of color !! I came in to this store a few weeks later, I was looking at the menu Delta 8 products and Andrew came over to me 2x within 5 minutes of my looking at the menu constantly asking do I need help ? I didn’t ask for help and was being rushed to hurry up and buy ! Sebastian told me the store owner had to talk with Andrew and another employee regarding their unprofessional, racist, rude behavior ! The prices are good and nice products, the staff sucks !! This is a real review !!

Every worker ive met at this shop are extremely professional, genuine, and most of all; they are very knowledgeable of all the products they carry. Want to start vaping but dont know where to start??? They will have you leaving not only with a product you love but also feeling like youve been vaping for years. Curious about the deltas? They can explain each delta product and the mood each bramd/strain will put you in. And did i mention their selection and variety of different products for different wants and needs seem endless. I live about 10 hrs from their locations but i travel for work, passing thru Dallas happens often. This is the only smoke/vape shop i will go to when im in north/ north east texas. You wont be disappointed for stopping in to see for yourself, but you may need to clear your schedule for atleast 45 mins so you can actually see what all KLOWDZ has to offer.

Came in to buy a vape, specifically a puff bar. Thanks to the super kind employee, I found out that puff bars actually went out of business years ago... so the ones my friend had been giving me were really old or fake. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I vape maybe 2-3x a year so I never knew what happened to puff bars.I was recommended an esco bar by the employee. Great service and kind staff. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was awesome. Will be back.

This location is bigger but I love both locations. The staff is always nice and helpful. I have been going to the McKinney location for awhile, and I have been going to the one in Frisco. I’ve tried other vape stores but Klowds is a lot better.
