Ok guys don’t sleep on this place!!! I would give it ten stars if I could. As a self proclaimed pedicure enthusiast this is hands down the best nail spa I’ve ever been to. From the warmth and friendliness from Laura to her AMAZING hands and skills, not to mention two complimentary drinks?! And if you choose the deluxe spa you get a should back massage after!!!!

Had such a great time getting our pedicures done with a group of five! We made reservations and were greated at the door asked if we would like a drink with our service. They matched our colors with a perfect gel switch and checked back with us for another drink. Love the cranberry mimosa! Lanly did an amazing job, a perfect touch for the work and massage! ❤️

Hanna has been doing my nails for 3 years!! She’s fabulous, but everyone here is!! I’ve NEVER had a bad experience or bad customer service- THEY AIM TO PLEASE!! Love it here 💕

My daughter and I went to this nail salon a couple months back. We werent impressed, but whatever. I tried another place, which was WAY BETTER, but when they were taking off my toe polish, i saw a nail fungs had developed. My daughter also told me when her polish was chipping she saw a dark spot.My nail ended up falling off in a good chunk and Im glad it didnt get worse.Unclean, massage was mediocre at best, but at least my polish was decent.

The best nail salon on the island! We always enjoy coming here for pedicures - they spend so much time on massage and we always feel pampered.Hanna is my favorite- she does a perfect job especially on gel and dip manicures. The color always comes out even and she always takes extra time and care in shaping my nails how I like them. I enjoy coming here (almost too much!)

Sony was the technician who did my pedicure today with gel polish (: She assisted me with picking a color because im indecisive, she served me drinks, made sure i was comfortable every step of the way simply by reading my body language. (She saw I was looking around for the body massage chair remote, She saw I was uncomfy and brought me a pillow for my lap, She brought me a phone charger, truly went above and beyond)I am new to the island and I googled where to go, Chose this place because it said they would be open until 8pm (they close at 7:30pm) but they are so so so graceful about staying late and eager for more work, offering shoulder/neck massages & eyebrow/lip waxes too!

Great place to go unwind and get a really good pedicure. Jenny is amazing. She gives great massages and is detailed in her work. They offer a variety of refreshments but my favorite is a mimosa. Highly recommend you come here!

I went to this place on December 31st and today the red color is falling off. I paid $79 for these nails and $49 for the toenails. I will definitely not return a year ago I stopped going in 2018 to 2020 I paid 50 and 45 dollars for these simple nails I will not return they are too expensive 79 dollars and already on two nails the red color fell off

I have been seeing the same tech here Quynh, for almost 10 years, and I would never go anywhere else! Not only is she great at helping me pick out different color and style options, her attention to detail is superior. The facility is clean and modern with very comfortable pedi chairs. And the owner, Nina, is so elegant and nice. I have recommended this salon to so many of my “tourist” friends, and they all come here when they visit me on the island. But I absolutely love running into locals every time I come in. It shows how great the quality is and at such an affordable price. Highly recommend!

Nail Spa of Texas is the best nail spa in Galveston county. I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost seven years. The owner, Nina and all of her staff are amazing. They always fit me in and they always do exactly what I ask for. The salon is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend them to anyone who lives here or just traveling through.

I’ve been coming to Nails and Spa of Texas in Galveston for 6 years. Kim has taken care of my nails, massages and waxing. I can’t imagine using anyone else but certainly would feel comfortable with any of the technicians if need be.The shop is ultra clean, efficient, and friendly. Nina, the manager, has high expectations and standards. She is very much a professional I have observed her going out of her way to please a customer who may have a complaint without hesitation or charging for the fix. Love it!

Pedicure Pam is the best! She always takes the time to give me a good massage and get my ingrowns without much pain! This salon is always clean and well maintained. I love coming here, and the ladies always treat you like an old friend.

I have been coming here for over 5 years, and it is by far the best on the island. Yvonne does an amazing job on my nails and Jenny, Pam and Kim do amazing jobs on toes. Nina runs the salon and makes sure all customers leave happy.

This is one of the best salons Ive been to in awhile! We showed up very late for 4 pedicures and 2 full sets along with an eyebrow wax and the staff was great. They were very accommodating to our request and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable even though they were staying late. We had a cruise in the morning so it was a shot in the dark to receive services as we were still driving from Houston to get there, Nails and spa of Texas went above and beyond for us! If you need any last minute services done the morning of your cruise they also take appointments!

Had a pedicure and shoulder massage from peter today at Nail & Spa of Texas! Definitely recommend!! I carry a lot of tension and pain in my shoulders from work and Peter was able to work out a lot of the problems! The pedicure was also amazing! This is the only place on Galveston island I go to for my nails.

This is my favorite place! I’ve been coming here for 7 years for pedis and manis. Quinn is fantastic and takes great care of me every time! The staff does not have big turn over so it’s easy to build relationships here and fine tune your spa experience over time. They care about your satisfaction which is why I’m a long term fan!

First time getting my nails done since moving from Denver to Galveston. I chose this business based on reviews. I wasnt disappointed. Walked in, was helped immediately when though they were pretty busy. They offer you a glass of white, red wine or a mimosa, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. What a nice way to relax. My nails were done very nicely. Wasnt a rushed experience. I will definitely go back very soon!

Great fast service! Called in last minute and they were able to work me in within 35 mins! Jenny did an excellent job!!! I hadn’t had nails done in some time so needed some extra TLC and now they look fantastic! Highly recommend😊. Also, very easy parking in the Target shopping center next to Dollar Tree area 👍

I finally found a nail salon that is on point. I always have great service and they even serve complimentary cocktails. The owner always comes around to check on you. Amy is very good and has always done my nails exactly as I have requested. I love this place!

Rude owner, horrible customer service! I picked a color from one of their books for my pedicure. The nail tech colored my toes with a base color then added glitter to one toe and asked if I liked it I said no and asked if she could do the color I chose. She said she couldn’t because the glitter comes out too sheer and wouldn’t match what’s in the book. I asked if I can pick another color she said it was too late. I told her I wish she would’ve told me that before painting my toes with the base color she chose. I then received a manicure and my daughter received a mani and pedi. It was time to pay and my total was $117. I said wow and the owner said “Wow what?” I asked why it was that much. Btw I always come to this salon and I’ve never paid that much. Even when my daughter is with me. She wanted to charge me $15 for extra shellac. I explained I shouldn’t have to pay extra when I didn’t receive the color that I wanted and I wasn’t given the chance to switch colors. She literally said “sometimes the colors don’t match the book” umm then why do they advertise the colors in their books? She took off the $15 charge and then told me to sit down that they’ll take off my shellac and do a regular polish pedicure. I said I didn’t have time for that. I was very shocked they were trying to do that. The owner said “okay you don’t want to pay that’s okay” she obviously wasn’t okay with it and was super upset she couldn’t gouge me. I’ve come to this nail salon for over a year but I will never come back. They should make sure they can offer the colors they promote they have.

Such a great experience at Nail and Spa of Texas! Nina made us very happy and John and Yvonne fixed our much needed toes and now they are beautiful!!! We love this place! Always happy and cheery ladies and men

Update::: Well, three days after leaving the toe polish again started peeling off. I was hoping it wouldnt. I did speak to Vincent and inform he said he would check the nail polish, but after 48 hrs i have had no response.UPDATE: After speaking with Vincent, who reached out to me. I went back to the nail salon. I was taken back right away. They redid the whole pedicure and made it right. I also refilled my nails while I was there, and they look much better as well. Different techs this time as well. Vincent made sure I was happy before leaving and was thankful for the chance to make it right. Felt much better this go around. Thank youGot a french manicure on my toes after doing the 42 dollar spa pedicure, which was the 2nd on the list. Before leaving, I had to have them still remove callus from foot. A week later, the toe nail polish had already lifted and came off. Paid an extra 5 dollars for french, and it didnt last a week. Also, had a fullest set white tips and the pinky nail popped off a week later and already lifting. Services didnt last.

Been coming here for years but after today I will never be back. Charged me 65 for a REFILL. I had to get two new nails, granted but they charged 15 per tip. If that were the case it would have been 150+ to start with. It cost less to get them on originally. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nails and Spa of Texas has become my #1 spot for nail services. Jenni gives the best service, quality and mimosas. It’s a not to be missed spot and highly recommended by a seaman who docks in port every week. For pedicures go with selection #2 and turn on the massager for chair. Undeniably relaxing!!

So, we were in town on vacation and chose this place because of the good reviews, as well as it showed it had a “mini children’s pedicure chair”. Well, they in fact do not have a “mini children’s pedicure chair” as shown that they do, but no biggie. They placed pillows behind where my 5 year old was comfortable & could reach the foot prop. BUT, I felt like the cleanliness was not up to par and the nail instruments were not sterilized like they are supposed to be. My pedicure was not the best & my big toe was not fully polished. I got a gel shellac manicure that didn’t even fully cover my nails. It looks like I have had the manicure for a week or two. A few of my fingers were not evenly polished and looked like the polish was clumped up. I had 3 different employees switch out in the middle of giving me my manicure. Overall, we were definitely not pleased with our visit. Will not be going back.

Amy did great on my nails. It was my first time here. I had to take off my last set because another nail salon did HORRIBLE. She did perfect and made the nails the perfect length and not thick at all. Thank you girl! Definitely will come again.

Went in on Saturday by Thursday 9/10 nails were gone. 5 days. 3 had broken from minute tasks (pairing socks, picking up a box of caprisun) if you can believe that! While getting my nails done I was charged $65 for “long” nails I was getting a short length this time but I didn’t make fuss. Then my tech talked to her coworker the ENTIRE time seeming about their boss as they would cease as she walked by.. this made my already lengthy service double in time. I note this because I believe her lack of attention was why the remainder of my nails popped off like press ons. When I went for remedy they offered half price off of another set. Laughable. Blamed me said I took them off when in reality my day to day tasks they simply popped off. 20 years of nail service this is by far the most disappointing. Overpriced. Under qualified. Language barrier or they have you believe so they can’t understand your plight to have had paid $65 dollars for a service in this climate your work should be able do hold up.

I love coming here, my mom always request Ms. Pam. She is very good at removing ingrown toenails.

There are some really great nail artists here but some are not great and dont seem to know how to actually do nails. My daughter had her nails painted and they supposedly put the top coat on with the special light to make it strong and stay longer..... they came off immediately, not even 30 hours later and she did no activities after. This cost $60 plus a $10 tip (this guy will not do her nails again because it was done poorly). Also, the owner does not like to admit mistakes and she is pretty rude to minority customers (which makes no sense to me!). We have sone and did nothing wrong but ask for this to be fixed and we were spoken to like we werr animals. This same day she also double booked my appointment and so I was unable to be seen. Pretty uncool as I also work at a hospital and hardly ever have time for myself.

They do not clean between customs, they use tools that have been used on other, even tools and towels that have been dropped/placed on the floor.

As soon as I got there they got to work and they was very nice. She took her time with my nails 🥰.

First time going to this salon due to being on vacation. They were not very nice when I walked in. The lady was rude when I kept saying what I wanted and then tried to have me change my mind 6 times!! Yes, I counted. She was pulling my hand every time she needed to switch. Then when it came to my pedicure I did the number 2. A pedicure you are supposed to get a massage. All they did is slapped the scrub & lotion on then took it off. Note, they were talking about me as I sat there. They kept looking at me and I stared at them. I said out loud this is the worst service and they stopped. Being rushed and talked about isn’t something anyone wants to experience! Being accused of not wanting to pay for shellac on my toes because I’m young is absurd. I always only do shellac on my nails and polish on toes. Being 28 has nothing to do with it.Worst salon I’ve gone to, I was supposed to be relaxed yet I was not. Not worth the money. For another customer to mention her bad experience as our toes dried says a lot about this salon.This is a review so I do not need the manager reaching out apologizing. Not worth the time nor do I want an insincere apology.

Ive been coming to this salon for years now and I love it so much! The staff are always kind and accommodating, and always try had to match whatever obscure photo I show them. They have like 20 pedicure chairs, a ton of colors and polishes to choose from and always offer a beverage. They get to know the regulars and treat you like an old friend when you come in. Im headed back on Monday for a new set and I literally cant wait.

Some people think going into nail spas you will be talked about in a different language between the ladies,the workers try hard to make sure you understand what theyre saying and they are very helpful .Some companies will serve you just for your money but to these workers its all about you being happy at the end.

I did not have a good experience at this Nail salon yesterday. The pedi was fine other than the tech scraped the flesh out of back of my heal leaving a small wound. She did not say sorry or anything other than OH. The small wound was stinging & uncomfortable. The Manicure was unacceptable!!! I chose a light pink color. She applied a base coat, color & color again, then a top coat. One coat on top of other not allowing anytime for the previous coat to set. It was a buildup of GOUP & did not look like a professional manicure. I was asked to move from the nail station to the nail drying desk. By the time I walked over to the nail drying desk one nail was smudged showing a thick build up of several coats of polish. I allowed nails to dry as long as I could due to another appt. The application of nail polish was the worst I have ever had. Had to stop at a Drug Store to purchase nail polish remover & cotton to take all the poorly applied polished off. After removing the polish the natural nails had a very dull sheen to them. Very disappointed in the services I received.

My pedicure was done by Hong and it was wonderful. He gives a great massage. However another woman did my full set and my nails were bumpy and irregular. For 65 bucks with no design or even polish, I would expect a decent service. I would not suggest anyone else get their hands done here. But a pedicure, go for it.

Butchers:My nails were hacked by a weed eater. The work they did on my toes might as well have been done by a first grader.—or like they chewed on my nails for hours!Really a gross shame.I paid and tipped, because I suspect the minions doing the work are trafficked. It’s all a waste of my time and money.Now my cuticles hurt and my toes look like I’ve gotten in a fight with a piranha.

I LOVED my experience here! I was in town visiting a friend and needed a last minute pedicure. I came around 5pm & they had me in a chair immediately. The staff was really nice and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The prices were a little on the higher end but definitely worth it.

The place is amazing and always provides great service. Holly is the awesome and performs the best pedicure I have ever had. They go above and beyond to make certain their customers receive outstanding service.

I went here to get my Dip nails removed, followed by a regular manicure. The guy did NOT use sterilized instruments as he pulled them out from a station next to us and put them right back when done. The manicure was awful - didnt remove cuticles properly and left my nails jagged and uneven. At this point I didnt even care as I just wanted to leave. Will not return.

My first time here was wonderful! The woman who did my nails was very skilled and gave me a beautiful set of powder nails in a shimmery blue shade. We talked about life and it was so nice. I dont get my nails done often, so Im glad I went here. Definitely recommend.

I got a pedicure and they left my ingrown toenail in my foot when i called to let them know they responded with im busy right now & when i called to make a appointment they then told me didnt i tell you earlier you can come nowWHEN it shouldve been done right the first timei will never suggest this place to anyone they act like they care but they really dont carenow i have pain in my toe and have to go to another nail salon to see if they can fix their mistakeyou would think spending 35$ plus tip they would Do it right !

Quantity over quality.I had a reservation and they still didn’t seat my sister and I together & if we did want to be seated together it was an additional 30 minutes after the reservation time. Which defeats the purpose.Nails were ok but not worth the $ and we felt rushed.It was a stressful experience.

I just left this salon after getting a pedicure. I have been going here for at least two years, very regularly. I used to have Jenny do my nails and she was super. She moved. Then, I went to Holly for a couple of times. She was good. Today I went and Holly was off. The manager, Nina had a man begin my nails, and then she took over. I want sure why that happened, but I rolled with it saying nothing. Nina never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted;she just proceeded with the pedicure. Again, I rolled with it. She got out the grater to use on my feet and I asked her not to use it on me. She made a face and then began with the scrubbing block. She scrubbed really hard and I sorta pulled my feet back. She did it again. I told her that it was hurting. She argued with me about it not hurting that she was trying to do my feet. I again said that it was hurting and now she was really mad. She got the scrubbing brush to clean my toenails and rubbed it really hard across my feet. She was so rough, so mean, so rude that I will never, ever go back to this salon again. The lady sitting next to me noticed, as well. WARNING: avoid this salon or at least avoid NINA. I never write reviews, but this place being run by Nina is headed in the wrong direction. She does not know what good customer service is.

My husband and I went here on our anniversary weekend on the island and I was very disappointed. We always get identical mani/pedi wherever we go (the package that includes the massage and paraffin wax) with me only getting my nails/toenails painted. My husband got the full treatment. However I got my finger nails painted ( nothing else) and after pedi was sent over to mani station and the lady said ok put head down and wanted to start massage. I mentioned the paraffin wax on hands ect. She stuck my hands in bags of wax and after massage of my neck she pulled my hand out of wax and was gone. Never massaged my hands, trimmed cuticles or anything. After we left my husband bragged on how the massage on his hands was awesome and she popped his wrist, ect. I felt as if the staff is rushed and kept being asked how much longer it was going to take them because they was busy. It’s all about the dollar and not taking the time on the client.

OK so I went here because the lady at my local bank stays with pretty nails and she referred me here. My first time going was GREAT,(customer service wise). It wasnt a busy day they treated me well didnt rush nor take too long on my nails.. Now my nails didnt last as long as they usually do but I wasnt sure if it was just me or they were breaking pretty fast. Anyways I went again this past Saturday and when I tell you I had the WORST experience Ive ever had in any nail shop This far. Im guessing because they had so many people in there (no offense to anyone but mostly white people) and I feel like for them they automatically see dollar signs when they have them in their shops so they definitely were doing everything above and beyond to please them... (Rushed my service and didnt care how they did on my nails). They first put a lady on my nails who didnt seem to know what she was doing AT ALL. Then when they seen me telling her repeatedly that my nails were messed up they switched her out with someone else for about 10 minutes then switched to another person... To cut to the chase literally 5 different people worked on my nails! And they all rushed! Im guessing because there was more important people to be attended to. They told me my hands were dry and that I could leave I explained that they were still wet and even sat 20 minutes longer to dry. Left and soon as I got home the paint was coming all off I called and they told me to come back that they would fix it. Which they Did. But here I am the next day and so far 2 nails have broken one I was just putting on my shirt and another I was taking a bath. I WONT RETURN!

This place is amazing. Its under new ownership .and I absolutely love it. The lady who did my nails was great she did them in a very timely manner and people say they look great. The pedicures are also amazing the lady gave me the best massage ever I would definitely recommend you go here.!!

This is the best place to get your nails done in Galveston, they dont rush and take their time with you even when they are busy. I recommend this salon to anyone looking to get pedicures, shellac, dip or acrylics. They do amazing work and very personable.

I just went this morning and it was horrible I told her that I couldn’t get the basic pedicure I just wanted the shellac on my toes she stills charged me $35 for white shellac and a basic pedicure. My toe nails are all differ t length which is noticeable. Plus my eyebrows omg! Two different arches one is thin and the other is thick and short😭 I’ve patiently waited until the restrictions lifted and this is what I get plus I’m an essential worker. If I can figure out a way to post pictures I will add it on here

Pedicure Pam and Holly are the best. We are smiling after visiting this place, and we have lovely, soft, and decorative hands and feet. The manager rightly claims to have to have steely fingers and my husband says she is 🔥.

After going to 2 other nail salons and having terrible experiences, we visited this salon. It is the biggest nail salon Ive ever seen! They had at least 20 pedicure chairs and a mile long manicure table! The Staff were friendly and professional. I would definitely return whenever I am in the Galveston area.

I went in since I just moved to Galveston and this was the closest nail salon to my house. The young man who started my pedicure began scraping my dry feet and when I asked if he was new because for a song as Ive been getting pedicures Ive never had my feet dealt with dry...the manager got angry because I was asking questions and told me I was a horrible customer and said she didnt want to provide service because I was asking questions about the painfully I was being handled. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!

I absolutely love this new shop. I was so relaxed during my pedicure. I enjoy the fact the spa is staffed with 15 or possibly more associates working. I had individual attention from the person that gave me mine. I dozed off from the relaxing foot massage. The best!!!

Ok my regular pedicure was done in less than 1/2 hour but it was done so fast, no shaping of the big toe nails, nail polish not properly applied on the side and top, no friendly service and all that for $30.00. I still gave a 20% tip because I am a nice person, but I won’t go back there.

HORRIBLE! Not sanitary at all! Nail tech cut my finger and all she did was use her dirty towel to clean it. I informed the manager and she acted all stupid. When I informed her of proper sanitization procedures is only when she was like Oh sorry Not really concerned. This place does not Sanitize properly nor do they follow TDLR guidelines. STAY AWAY! This was my 2nd time here since they opened years ago, I dont see why people keep going back to this place? NEVER will I go back again! I got dip, and they chipped within 24 hours, and I didnt want to go back.

I loved this place to began with, its a beautiful facility with friendly staff...I was a fan and recommended people for quite a few months...but lately the service has been dissapointing.Somehow, someway, after spending $40 for a shellac manicure - no fake tips or anything, my nails have been chipping within 1-3 days and its frustrating! I get shellac so this doesnt happen, and most of my shellac have usually lasted 2-3 weeks even, its usually the growth around cuticles that need to be retouched or filled almost..But the shellac and gel here have literally been chipping and wearing off within a day or two The last Few times for me...it Feels like I got fingernail polish from a drugstore the easily peels off.My friends full set (shellac) was completely gone within a week after having a shellac manicure! After a week only two shellac nails remained and 8 fingers completely came off and it was embarrassing...This should not be happening, and although I love the facility, I think I will be taking my business elsewhere, as this is the third time its happened. I am a creature of habit, so going elsewhere is hard for me...but I have given this place quite a few chances after a year of being a loyal customer. It sucks because they have such good pedicures, a clean facility and wonderful massages...I am so dissapointed but cannot keep spending $40 on shellac that wont even last with an issue for more than two days

All around terrible. They DO NOT know how to do lashes here. They were SO crooked and not even at all, I asked for them to fix it before walking out and they literally just said no. Burned so bad and started falling out within 3 days. And then the rest were glued to my actual eyelid, and no one could remove them. The acrylics started breaking within 4 days, and I was so gentle. Dont go here

It took forever to finally get seen. Even though I was sitting in the waiting area, other people who came in later than me were seen. It was like I was invisible. I finally had to remind the people that I was waiting. Finally, I was seen. The guy who did my nails pretended to clip my cuticles. He basically went around each nail with the cuticle clippers and didnt clip anything!!! I asked for gel nails but Im not sure he even used gel nail polish because my nails lasted maybe two days. He for sure used a heating light. Anyway, dont waste your time and money. Id give them no stars, but unfortunately I cannot .

I do not recommend nail salon. Dont waste your money!!! I am from Arkansas and I travel to Texas biweekly at which time I make it a point to get my nails done due to the fact that Arkansas has not yet started doing Nexgen or powder dip polish nails. I get them done in Denton Tx and was unable to get them done there due to vacation plans so I chose this place based on location and reviews. FYI my nails usually last a full 2 weeks but can go 4 weeks if they didnt grow so fast when done in Denton. 2 days is all they lasted from here and they started chipping and breaking. I also had to tell them not to grind my nail beds off this thier grinders it was hurting so badly. This type of poilish when done properly rubs off easily! Again, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I would give them no stars if it would let me.

I went with a couple of friends for manicures. The guy that did my nails was a bit rude, didnt listen well when I told him what I wanted (length, shape, etc.), and I had to constantly ask for him to cut them shorter, and had to say three times that I wanted them round instead of square. The end product looked pretty nice, aside from polish he failed ot remove around the edges of two fingers, but no one other than me noticed. The worst thing was that when sanding my nails down, while working on my cuticles, he cut them to the point that I had scabs, and later two of my nails were mildly infected.I think that the problem was simply with the man that I had. Both of my friends were extremely happy with their work, and they didnt have any complications cuticle-wise.

Ive been going to this place religiously for over two months. The staff is friendly and the place is clean I get a gel manicure every time (which at any normal place would last at least two weeks). The last three times Ive gone to this place, my nails have chipped within the first week. I dont know if they are watering down their products or what, but Its just unacceptable. Im changing nails salons for sure.

Always do a fantastic job on dip powder. Never had an issue with them chipping or breaking. They are quick and very professional. I drive from Houston to this shop every time

Customer service was poor. The tech was rude and very rough. After 7 days 3 nails have fallen off. After 9 days another nail has fallen off and the rest have lifted to the point i can just pull them off. Im assuming the tech missed a step. 1st and last time going there. I paid 70 dollars for nails to fall off.

We have been going to Nina since she was in the Walmart on the seawall... Always professional, always clean, always accommodating. One of my favorite places to just relax, and get maintenance on footsies.

Omg so I paid $80 for pedi and gel nails pedi was good however the lady who did my nails was terrible!! They were sticky not shiny and a mess I saw this and told the manager I wasn’t happy pointed out all the problems with my nails she cleaned them up and I’m like they are to short she added on to the nail they had an attitude I was to upset 😡 they are still a mess!!! Ugh!!! Not happy at all!!

This is the only place I will go in Galveston for a dedicate or manicure! Everyone is always extremely nice and it is a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are good. Complementary wine, water, mimosas are offered!

Went last night to get a pedicure and it was amazing, the employees were so nice and the sercice was great, they had drinks and very reasonable prices..I love this place i will definitely be going back in 2 weeks!

Amazing service! So relaxing!

They had me soak my old nails in acetone and gave me a paper towel to take it off myself. They let someone smoke inside and then opened the door to air the building out. Then spent the rest of the time cold because of the wind. He dumped the acetone back into a jug. Not sure if they’re reusing it or if that’s how they dispose of it. Had me wash my nails and the only soap to use was dish soap. I was there for an hour and a half while he filed my nails until they hurt. I paid $35 for a full set. I will never go back.

Used to love this place, I haven’t been in forever and should’ve stayed away!!! It looks like my 7 year old attempted to do ombré on my toes. After being here for 3 hours, I had no time to complain. Will be back today for a refund or a better tech.

This place has horrible service. They care nothing about their customers just money. Recently came to this salon and received horrible nails and pedicure. Lack of communication skills. Never have i been treated this bad in a nail shop. I dont recommend anybody to use this service.

Would do 0 if i can. very unorganized and unprofessional…took forever to get started for my 6 o’clock appointment and they don’t pay attention…didn’t do anything that i wanted.

Went to this place saturday, was told i had to wait for certain chair because i was in wheelchair, i said ok. Four other black women came in and was told they had to wait. A white women came in and asked us if we were waiting we told her yes, she said she would come back, the worker came to white women and told her to come to back and be seated, we alllooked, the white women looked at us and told the worker that she would come back and walked out, the worker chased white woman outside and was trying to bring her back inside. What was that about, it seemed racial to me, to tell the black women to wait but chase the white woman outside. Money has no color, especially if youre running a business. I refuse to spend my money in a place that shows blatant racism. I left, the other four black women left, AND THE WHITE WOMAN LEFT( KUDOS TO HER). ADD THE MONEY UP AND SEE HOW MUCH THIS BUSINESS LOSS THAT ONE DAY. I WONDER HOW MANY TIMES THIS WORKER HAS COST THE OWNER TO LOSE MONEY, ALL I KNOW IS THAT I WILL NEVER SET MY FEET IN THIS RACIST BUSINESS
