My mom has been coming for a while now. She loves this place! Shane is the best in the business! After talking to him for just a few minutes of speaking to him you can tell hes legit! He wont sell you something he wont want. We love that when you walk in you dont feel like a burden or like you’re intruding.
Lovely store. I was having a very hard night. And Misty was the sweetest most understanding person. She helped me pick products to help with my anxiety while out of town, and related with me and helped me recenter myself some before leaving the store. She makes me want to go back there all the time and I don’t even live in Texas, I’m just visiting. Definitely recommend this place!
I used to religiously go to this place, but never again. I dont remember if its always been owned by the same people, but I have been going to this location for about ten years now. But apparently I am now the spare customer, whos business they dont care about keeping. I bought some coils for both of my vape devices a few days ago. One which I did not have with me. I pointed to some that were in the case and told the lady I think this is my other device. Because it looked exactly like it. Come to find out when I got home, the device she sold me a $20 pack of tank/coils was a little smaller than my actual device, even though they looked identical. No problem I thought. I had never had a problem here before exchanging coils, or anything I had purchased there if it wasnt the right part. However, this time that wasnt the case. The current manager refused to give me a credit towards another $50 vape device I wanted to buy. No refund and no credit. All because she remembered me pointing at the device which I had believed was mine. Apparently, according to the lady who actually tried to help me initially with a store credit, she was so adamant about not giving me the credit, that she continued to watch her on the store camera. And threatened to fire her if she gave me any kind of discount. I wound up making three trips there trying to resolve this before giving up. Finally she offered me a $5 discount off of the $50 device I wanted, despite me bringing back a $20 tank/coil kit that was still in the box, in the packages, with my receipt. I have been working in customer relations type jobs for over 35 years of my adult life. And one thing I have learned above all else in all that time is that guests of your business want to be treated as if they matter. Regardless of anything else that happens in a transaction, you dont treat people as if they and their business does not matter. Which is exactly how I was treated. This particular manager would rather lose my future business after being a loyal customer for 10 years than give a $20 store credit. Its not about the $20. I could blow $20 at Jack in the Box without a second thought. Its about the principal. Maybe had she, being the manager of a vape shop, and having more knowledge than myself about their products, had cautioned me to verify my device one hundred percent before the transaction, as she would have no intention of a refund or store credit if it was not correct, I would have waited to buy coils for that device. But she did not. And I just figured that since I had never had any problems there before that I would not this time. I am guessing this manager is new. Because everyone there in the past has always been very nice, very helpful, and very appreciative of my business. Me personally though, I will not continue to give money to a place that essentially is telling me at this point that all of my past business, and my potential future business, means absolutely nothing to them. There are no spare customers.

This place is just AMAZING 🤩 My husband and I, had a spur of the moment visit to Galveston for lunch .We are from Pearland,Texas.After eating,we decided to stop over to the smoke shop. We were greeted by Chad. He was so cool. He was very nice and was very knowledgeable to the products. Laid-back atmosphere. The products are great. This is by far the best vape and smoke shop on the island. Customer service is perfect. Questions always answered with knowledge. Pricing is fair or more than fair and theres a bunch of really really really awesome artwork and things to check out as well. This is the first place Ive ever gone and gotten a coil that was suitable enough for my vape to last me a month and a half. The person was knowledgeable enough to give me the right coil for my vaping preferences. Go here before anywhere else if you want something that is going to last you or have any questions about your Vape.

Just bought a new smok mod 3 weeks ago. Called the store and talked to a guy and he tells me that Oh I dont know why the other salesman told you that you had a 30 day warranty (defective mod for sure). I have to talk to the owner and see why he told you that...Well if this representation of your business then I assure you that you wont be in business on the Island long. We support locals that are willing to stand by thee products...Good luck I wont be returning..

Went in to get a coil for my boyfriends vape. Brought the coil to show whay i did. I know nothing aboit vapes so she shows me a coil saying this is the one and it will work and bought 3. So I pay using my boyfriends card. Come home not the right coil. So I drive back to switch out or get a refund. Ive worked retial and was a supervior easy thing to do. He tells me no refunds gives me a $10 for two out of three coils and said this comes out of his pocket and lucky im getting a refund and my boyfriend should have came and looked and made sure it was correct. Completely unprofessiona. You have a machine, that machine should do refunds too. Also nothing in the stores states final pay in the store. Id advise to not come here and support a buisness who just cons people and has bad customer service. Never coming back.
