Noblesse Nail Spa & Lash

I absolutely love this place. Michelle has been doing my nails (gel manicure) for almost 3 months now and my natural nails have never been this healthy and long. Today was my first ever facial experience and Michelle treated me so well, I just had to make sure the world knew. She put me in such a relaxed state, intense but in the most gentle manner and she listens to your concerns, and most importantly is patient. You will not be disappointed if you come!

Very beautiful and big salon, but quality of manicure was low. She (Kelly) didnt care to file underneath the nail, so it looks nice on top, but she left a mess underneath the nail. She cut my finger too till it bled. The shape wasnt right (she gave me square nails, when I wanted coffin). The front lady still demanded that I tip her. Not satisfied and not coming back. Quality is more important than the salon renovation.

I had Susan, no complaints she was very sweet and caring. The woman in the front however, lied to us about how much the prices were when we were sitting. Got one fake nail and it cost me $10!! This place charges you any chance they get. When I said I wanted to give $8 tip, they said “$8 dollars?” with a disgusted expression repeatedly and made me give $10. The woman said a tip set costs $100 when the menu says $85. Susan was wonderful, but that woman in the front… something else.

Today was a total disappointment, when I ask for a cherry design the lady said yes and the outcome was nothing like the picture I show her. Is ok to said no is she didn’t know how.First picture is the inspiration I showed her and the second one is the result.I have been coming for over a year but today was not ok.

Pedicure ( callus removal) was perfect. Clean and good atmosphere. The lady did a fantastic job . It is worth every penny you spend. She even recommended the color suitable for the nails. I will definitely go back.Cons: no parking. But there is a big parking lot behind the building.

Ive been to three different nail salons on Long Island and hands down, this is the best on the island. From the moment you walk into the door, you are greeted. The professionalism, the cleanliness, the services TOP NOTCH! I think my favorite thing about the services is that anyone can do your nails / feet and it comes out as good. If youre ever in the garden city area, give them a try and i assure you wont be disappointed.

Kelly is such a hard worker! She is always on time, sweet, caring and is always welcoming with a smile. I only book my appointments with Kelly as she does a wonderful job and is very personable. Kelly does my spa pedicures and UV gel fill ins. She always suggests great nail colors and puts more than 100% in what she does. Kelly is the BEST! The salon is clean and organized. I highly recommend this salon and using Kelly for your appointments💖

After shuffling through a few nail salons I have finally found a home in Noblesse. I love coming to a salon and being greeted by name and treated like a valued customer, and that’s just the beginning. The cleanliness, professionalism, and friendliness is top tier. The staff here treats something as simple as a child manicure to a complicated nail design with the same attention to detail and high quality of standard that makes choosing Noblesse a no brainer.

I was recommended to Noblesse Nails by my besties sister. I had been on the search for a good nail tech as every nail tech in the past had done servere damage to my nail beds. I naturally have thin nails and they would only make them thinner by the unsanitary tools they would use. I was told to see Kai when I got to Noblesse. Best decision ever. Besides her manners and customer service Kai is super gentle with my nails. She always does an amazing job with my designs and nail care in general. Also Stella who is usually at the front is amazing too. I always feel so welcomed when I’m there.

I have been a customer of this salon for over a year now and will never go anywhere else!!! The entire salon is always spotless, relaxing & staffed by professionals who really understand the meaning of superior service. I faithfully go to Young for my gel manicures, spa pedicures and facials & she has never once given me anything less than perfection!! Alex gives me the most intense pressure point back massages & I literally feel like a new person afterwards!! Everyone at the salon is beyond friendly, I’ve taken my 73 year old mother & she swears by Luisa’s mani/pedis and Ellen’s back massages!!

Noblesse is my absolute favorite spa/nail salon. It’s VERY clean and organized. I have gotten so many services including facials, manicures, massages and pedicures and their service is impeccable. I especially LOVE Amy! Her hands are like gold and she’s the nicest woman to talk to. But overall the staff is amazing and always so eager to help.Thank you for making me feel beautiful Noblesse!

Im writing to you today to express my concern about the treatment my mother received at your salon in Garden City. She went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, but was made to wait for over an hour without any service. When she was finally seen, the technician gave her a nasty look and told her she couldnt help her because she didnt speak Spanish. My mother speaks enough English to understand what was being said, but the technician refused to help her. The soak off was placed on her hands over an hour and half and two employees approached her and refused to help, because English is her third language. The aceton burned her fingers she waited so long helpless that removed the soak off from her hands and left. This place discriminated her, she felt something was wrong with her that they did not go near her to help, as a licensed nail technician you placed the burning material on her nails and left and your employees refused to help her while her hands were burning in the chemical.My mother was so upset that she had to remove the foil from her burning nails herself after over an hour and left. Total time waisted close to two hrs. Sams Nails on Franklin Ave was able to accomodate her right away.They were very kind and understanding and went out of their way to to get her mani and pedi done in no time.Im disappointed that this salon treated my mother so poorly. I think its important to treat all customers with respect, regardless of their race or ethnicity. I hope you will take steps to ensure that this kind of thing doesnt happen again. We welcomed you to our town with all respect and gave you business from day one, but it’s getting to the point that people are being disrespected and treated unfairly. I will have to make sure nobody ever feels this way in this country in your business.

Hit or miss. Lol. Their work isn’t the best & depending upon what “tech” you get. I’m sitting at home giving me a square shape after NOT GETTING IT. Go at your own risk truly. Oh. This is dip powder with tip extensions. LMFAO. Only good for pedis & massages.

I love it here!!! The manicures are amazing and the service is so attentive. They recently have expanded to lashes and facial services. I got a lash lift and tint with Michelle (there from Thursday- Saturday) and she did sooo good. She’s so sweet and great at lashes!! 10/10

I walked in to this location on Sunday and i saw the lady behind the counter speaking very nicely with the customer and i thought i have finally reached a spot where i am going to be pampered and taken care of. Once that lady was taken care of, i stood front of the desk for the lady behind the counter to ask me How can i help you however she doesnt and she looked at me and asked YES? i felt little annoying vibe from her and i overlooked it. I told her that i am here for manicure and pedi. She told me if i have an appointment and i told her no. She shook her head and told me i have to wait. which i didnt mind but i didnt feel welcome by her at all as she did to the previous client. I waited and got my turn, I was told to sit on the pedicure couch and waited for someone to come for 10mins. they do pretty rush. my cuticles are not properly cut or my nails. I told the lady about it and she cut it so much that i bleed. paid $50 and $10 tips for nothing. I also seen they offered waters to all their client except for me. their clients were all WHITE and i was the only brown skin. This place is racist. They have another nail salon across the street which i should try next time.

Please people DO NOT waste your time and money at this low class salon. My grandmother leaves in the area, she walked in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure yesterday, they started soaking her nails in the acetone for 35-40 mins, she told them her nails hurt already, they would not come to her , i called them i said can you take care of her because at that time she was alone, a spanish speaking technician with 0 english told me no Espanol? I said no espanol and you should speak English, she couldn’t respond and she hang the phone, than my grandma called me second time and she said please tell them to remove it my skin is burning, i told them can you take care of her , she said “ she did not have an appointment “ i said yes she came to ask if you can take her and you sat her down with an acetone, whats the problem she also needs a pedicure start the pedicure while she is soaking, she said no. And mind you, the salon was not busy at all, one of the technicians was doing towels, the others were chilling, i saw it on a facetime. So my grandma got up removed the foils herself and left extremely upset and thankfully the salon cross the street took her without an appointment , they treated her very nicely and they did an amazing job. My grandma was extremely unhappy, and upset how she was treated here. Than i called the salon asking for the owner or a manager , someone barely spoke english told me not here, which i believe they lied because they do not want to be in trouble. We are not going to give any business to this uneducated people who probably don’t even have NYS nail license and working illegally. I will contact legal authorities to come and investigate their technicians. All the salons require a State License!!!!! Terrible , worst experience ever, if i could give -0 star i would.

I always come here for pedicures and have been coming here for a while now. It’s sad to say I had a work emergency and quickly put my phone on speaker for a second while checking my email and the receptionist approaches me with the rudest and nastiest tone to say “NO SPEAKER” in front of a full salon. I understand it’s a salon, however it was a few seconds and she did not have to be rude and loud about it. Disgusting behavior - this is how these businesses lose loyal clients.

My first time visiting this nail salon, I went in to get my nails done for valentines day . My first impression upon walking in was a warm, Friendly atmosphere. I was greated with a smile.Sue did a great job on my nails. Theservice was amazing. Make sure you tip well because they do good work here.The prices are worth it.

*update been one week and all my nails are peeling off. I got uv gel and gel polish on tors and feet worst nail salon ever.Prices make no sense. $75 for a fill in (not new set), $35 for nail polish on top of that so $110 just for getting your hands done. Will not be returning they definitely rip people off

Im extremely disappointed with the Noblesse nail salon. I urge everyone to steer clear of this establishment. Their behavior was not only greedy but also shockingly racist, as if no one would notice! The prices are outrageously high for such poor service. I cannot stress enough how unsatisfactory my experience was.

Best pedicure Ive ever received. I got the more expensive $68 lavender treatment but wow was it luxurious. I never had so many hot towels used in a service before. Definitely recommend.

Noblesse is simply the best nail salon in town! The salon is incredibly clean and well kept and the staff is phenomenal. Everyone is always very friendly and ready to provide excellent service. I’ve used several different nail techs and can honestly say they all do a great job. I bring my 3 year old daughter as well, and she loves it. The nail techs are so patient and amazing with her. I truly look forward to coming every 2-3 weeks for a little self care and relaxation. Would highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t yet!

We looked across the street and found NoblesseLooking for a great nail salon in Garden City .Look no further. Beautiful place, new - opened for 3 months. They do a wax hand before giving you a mani. Regular Mani $17 and gel $5 more. Will be visiting for a Pedi.Go visit Noblesse.

His work is impeccable and he is always friendly, and attentive to my needs. I have been going to this place since they open and today Kelly who provided the service total disappointment totally ruined my experience with Noblesse!! For the $$ service should be consistent.. 😡

I had an uncomfortable experience with a nail technician named Judy. She had a negative attitude during my appointment, asking questions about me then making unsolicited comments. In terms of her nail service, she was very rough handling my nails and rushed through my mani/pedi with the end result of sloppy nail polish. I booked an appointment at this salon expecting a positive, relaxing experience, but I left very shook. I hope she gives other customers a better experience. The other employees there seemed nice and devoted to good service.

What can I say about Noblesse ?! Other than how much i absolutely LOVE coming here. I have been coming here for a little over 2 years and I wouldnt trade them for the world!. They are reasonably priced and all the ladies and gentlemen are so kind, welcoming and they all have such skill in the service they each provide. The salon is impeccably clean and they provide a wide selection of services. I look forward to coming here every 2 weeks!! My fiance even loves it here and comes with me often. Thank you Noblesse !!! I moved to Garden City in early 2021 and set out to find a new nail salon. I wound up finding Sue at Noblesse and she has been the best nail technician I’ve ever had, which is saying a lot as I’ve been getting my nails done regularly within Queens/Western Nassau County for the last 20 years. I trust her implicitly; I am able to enjoy my manicures and pedicures without any concern that my nails won’t be anything but perfect once complete. She’ll ask me what I want before beginning and whether it’s me showing her a picture of some crazy style or just describing a simple color (today was “pale pink”), she executes every time. Noblesse itself is immaculately clean with soothing music playing or various enjoyable shows with closed captioning on. Highly recommend all around!

I have been getting my nails done for years and I like to think I know a good salon when I see one. With that being said, this salon is beautiful. The layout and equipment are wonderful and new. The ladies are friendly enough and do a pretty decent job. Not over the top, especially with the pricing being so high, but decent. My issue and reason for not wanting to return is the harassment over tipping. I am a great tipper if I feel the service warrants a good tip. But I feel the owner or manager (person in front) literally bullies/harasses you to tip 18-20 %. The services are already overpriced, and to try to mandate this high tip is crazy to me. At my last visit, I was up front ready to pay, and the young lady asked me if I wanted to include the tip on the card, I said sure, 15% is fine. She flat out told me no; it has to be 18-20%. At which point, I had to let her know that she cant mandate this. Tipping should be at the customers discretion. If I feel I want to tip more or less on each visit, it should be my choice. They are a great salon but will lose clients like me if they continue this behavior.

Had a great, relaxing facial with Kai today. My skin is glowing. Can’t wait for my next facial!

Noblesse, offers the best mani/pedi and facial services that Ive ever had. Its a very calm, relaxing, and thorough experience. The owners and technicians are all skilled and professional. They understand customer service. This is my third service there and Ive treated my 90 year old Dad to a wonderful Mani/Pedi. They treated him very gently. The facials are excellent and customized to fit your needs. I have sensitive skin and I left rejuvenated and glowing. The massage was stellar. Treat yourself! Im a new client and plan to return for years to come. Highly recommended. #happycustomer

I’ve been coming here since summer 2022 regularly and they provide wonderful services. Neat and clean with lots of polish options. Always been able to accommodate me for services even when last minute. Staff is polite, pays attention to detail, and takes their time. Slightly pricier than some other options in the area however will recommend this place over them because the whole experience from start to finish is great. Feels like a true spa!

OVER PRICED AND HAGGLERS FOR TIPSI normally don’t write bad reviews and I don’t mind tipping but, here GOES!This is my 3rd time at this establishment. I went in for a gel mani and pedi. The mani was great but I didn’t have time for the pedi. While I was getting my manicure, a massage person comes by to give a 10 minute massage, they didn’t say how much or if it was free. I assume it was free because last month they didn’t charge me.The person was horrible! Super rough and I kept saying softer. After like 2 minutes I told him to stop.Once I finished my nails I went to the front to pay. For a gel mani and 2 minute massage was $60.WHAT!?!Good thing I had my $15 coupon from last time.As I was putting my credit card away, DONNA the lady at the front desk asked for a tip.I said I tipped already. She said no for the massage!Did you enjoy it?I responded, “no! it was 2 minutes and too rough”She said you still have to tip! And she continued to bully me into tipping as she pointed to the area to add cash tip.I said REALLY?!? That’s insane !!In my opinion you should tip on your own. It shouldn’t be obligatory.I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS NAIL SALON

This is my happy place, I never had a service here I didn’t absolutely love! The atmosphere is very soothing and relaxing, the salon is super clean and most importantly they have implemented great COVID precautions.Each visit is always a wonderful experience, the staff and management extremely professional, kind and hospitable. I highly recommend Noblesse, the prices are reasonable, the quality of work is excellent and lots of parking available. Amazing services here, they never disappoint. This is the only place my girls and I have our nails done.Amoy C.

Never again! My husband and I each asked for regular pedicures. We were both in and out in 20 minutes, even though my husband added on the 10 minute foot massage! We spent $100 (including tip) but felt very rushed, not pampered at all even though the salon was not busy.

Best nail salon in Garden City! I moved to this area and tried a few nail salons but this one is the best. The service is top tier, products are quality products and Kai is the best! She always exceeds my expectations! Designs are always soooooo beautiful. I also feel safe because they take precautions and sanitize to prevent the spread of germs! If you need a nail salon, this is the one :)

I’ve spent years trying to find a great nail salon and Nobelesse is absolutely the best. They provide a quality service and all of their nail techs are equally talented. They also feel super clean which is important. Do not hesitate to try them, if you don’t you are missing out!

Nobelesse is a lovely salon. It is brand new and extremely hygienic. I have loved the quality of the work and services. I especially like going to Danny as he does the greatest job and is extremely kind as well.

My daughter went here and got ATROCIOUS service. Truly wish I could give 0 stars. She got gel acrylic tips with no design and they were extremely poor quality, the polish was on her cuticles and looked wonky. On top of the poor quality, they charged her $200 for this hack job! When I had called they told me this service costs $80. On top of overcharging her, they forced her to tip 20%. Do not go to this establishment unless you want poor quality and to be scammed.

Dont waste your money here! These people are unskilled, untrained, dishonest, and downright rude. Easily the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon. My sister and I both purchased the Gift Card deal for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. My sister and I showed up on time for our 11 am appointment on a Sunday. The staff was extremely frazzled, as they had all just walked in the door themselves, and asked us multiple times if we had an appointment (note for management- if youre offering 11 am appointments, perhaps staff should arrive before 11 am). Once wed settled in and picked our colors (with much confusion on behalf of the staff), the staff redeemed our before even working on us--and we were seated for pedicures. One tech was working with a woman who also arrived at 11, one tech was working on my sister, and one tech was working on me. Much to my chagrin, my tech had no clue what she was doing! She asked if I wanted my toenails cut, and I asked her to file them, and she had no idea how to do that! She had to ask the tech next to her what to do. My technician put some type of masque on my legs and wrapped them in plastic, and just kind of left--I had to ask if it was okay to put my feet in the water to soak, as they still hadnt been put in (about 11:50 am at this point). At this point, my tech disappeared into the back, and it was made apparent that now my sister and I would be sharing a technician. The tech bounced back and forth between us, giving my legs a massage while my sister waited, then polishing her nails while I waited. Finally at about 12:40, the pedicures were finished and we were walked over to chairs for manicures, where wed again be sharing a technician. We asked if wed be sharing her the whole time, and she reported that one of their workers had called in sick and they only had two technicians, which was greatly disturbing as the woman who initially worked on my toes was not a technician. About halfway through the process of cleaning cuticles and other manicuring, the second technician freed up and went to work with my sister. My technician went to put the base gel coat on my nails when I stopped her and asked her if she was going to file my nails. She replied that she already had, but my nails were completely jagged, sharp, and uneven! I truly had assumed she was going to go back and shape them after the initial filing. She refiled my nails and went to start applying polish, when my sister, frustrated, showed me the awful quality of her manicure. She noticed that the color gel, which already had two coats applied was totally uneven; every nail was a different shade. The tech tried to apply different coats to even it out, but was not successful. Moreover, my sister noticed that the polish did not cover her entire nail. She showed her tech, whose solution was to file her nail past the quick to meet the polish! My manicure was heading in the same direction, uneven color and polish, so we asked the techs to stop, remove the polish, and refund our money. The techs apologized for the poor job, and agreed we needed to be refunded. Because we purchased through wed need to get refunded through them. We left the shop just after 2 pm--over 3 hours! Fast forward over a week later, my sister and I have been trying, daily, to get the stores manager to call us back. I spoke with her once, and she asked me to forward her any communication , which I did while she was still on the phone with me. She has yet to reply to my email or return any calls. Further, her store workers are extremely rude when they answer the phone, and offer a different excuse each time as to why the manager hasnt called back. Easily the WORST experience I have ever had.

Very cute and clean salon. but my last experience did not go well. I used to get my nails done for years. I would get full sets with designs and gel polish and everything you can imagine I have tried it. not just in 1 salon but I have been to salons in CT, NY, and FL. so I have gotten used to the pricing and what to expect as far as services as well. This salon has been the most expensive salon I have been to. it cost me almost 100 dollars for a new set.. they were pretty basic short and square with dip powder. 2 nail design which they told me I wasnt charged the full amount for? so i was very confused why the price was so high. I have done dip powder before with even longer nails and different shapes and more designs and its never more than 65 dollars. If I am happy with my nails I usually dont mind paying a bit more but this was very overpriced and my nails got messed up 3 days later so it didnt even last.. I was shocked when they told me the price. then I wanted to leave a tip. usually I like to leave between 10 and 15 percent depending on how I feel about my service and what I have brought with me. I always leave a tip but sometimes I leave more or less. a tip is supposed to be extra and if the clients WANTS to leave something extra to say thank you. a tip is NOT supposed to be mandatory. it is not our job to pay for services and also pay your employee. she took out the calculator and toldme I need to leave exactly 15 % which was a 14 dollar tip on already overpriced service... this made me very upset. I really dont like what tipping culture has turned into these days. to demand that I give exactly 15 percent was very rude. my nails did not last longer than a week before the top coat started peeling. the dip powder was too thick and my nails looked lumpy. I did not want to be rude so I didnt say anything . I paid what they asked and left. but this was not worth that amount of money and the experience made me very uncomfortable. I wont be returning. my nails tech is very nice shes so sweet but I just warn people of what to expect as far as services and prices.
