Sign says 11am-7 , gas station staff convinced me to wait 15 minutes past 11:00. Store never opened, I stopped here because I needed parts for my vape desperately and just wasted 30 minutes of my day. As a truck driver that is money right out of my pocket. No phone number for this place and none of the staff know how to reach the store staff via phone either.Understandable that the store is short staff, according to members of the gas station, but instead of keeping your opening hours maybe just close for one day or reduce hours to something manageable? Customers that have experiences like I just did wont be back.

Make certain what you buy is correct. They have a policy of not allowing an exchange or return. I bought a multi pack of coils which were the wrong size. I tried to exchange them and was told it would mess up the inventory and his boss wouldnt like it. Also said he couldnt help me since I purchased the wrong coils. I may have bought the wrong product but its still bad customer service.My real mistake was walking into that store.

They give truckers discount. Ran by former trucker. Enjoyed talking with him on trucking while getting a great deal on a vape for my spouse back home in Houston as a gift. Will be buying again in person and by mail order from him.
