Staff was great, atmosphere was acceptable for a vape shop. However their juice has NO flavor. I picked up 3, being from out of town and low on supplies I thought Id give them a shot.I bought 4 bottles of juice 2 of the same flavor. None of the juices tasted as advertised. My better half described my clouds smelling like a wet diaper. They left a perfume taste after exhale. The flavor aspect of each juice tasted like VG and nicotine. No flavor. I let them steep and still even less flavor. The perfume taste was gone, but no flavor.By far the absolute worst juice I have ever tried.If the owners would like to contact me, please do

This place is amazing. its staff have always been nothing but extremely helpful and very patient with every single problem Ive ever had and I cannot say enough good things about them. for some deeper context I live in Ulysses almost a full hour away from this store I called them on the phone because I was having a problem with my vapor and they said on the phone with me for at least 35 minutes trying to help me figure out what was wrong with my vapor and when we figured out that my vapor had broken they told me exactly what I needed to do to help myself get it replaced and it would not be being replaced by them it would be by the manufacturer. the fact that they had absolutely no gain in that situation and they still maintain professional courtesy and gave me the very best option that I could find to help me as a customer out not them as a company speaks volumes for how they actually operate cannot recommend more.

Visit from GA and this place was amazing. The girls were such great help. My hubs vape was messed up and they fixed it in a matter of secs. They knew what they were doin. Very kind and professional.

Wow. I told the cashier I vaped salt nic and I was new to it and just got this tank because my other one broke. I didn’t know what type of coil I needed for it. He told me it didn’t matter and I bought the one based on watts that I use. Come to find out that the ohms aren’t high enough to run salt nic juice. It tastes horrible I had quit smoking for about two weeks and ended up buying a pack because I can’t vape. Terrible customer service, the employees aren’t even informed or knowledgeable enough to help their customers. Better off ordering online luckily my friend told me what was wrong with my set up or I’d never had known. I went in for help and ended up wasting my money. Never going back. Thanks.

My first feelings about this place were not favorable, but my second visit went alot smoother. On first visit we dealt with a younger guy that sold me a faulty vape, cleaned vapes with his t-shirt, and was basically a generation y-er. Called to see what could be done about faulty vape and guy said his name was Jose and I knew that was a lie I recognized his voice as being the young man wed dealt with in store. Thankfully when I went back to exchange faulty vape I dealt with Jared and he was AWESOME! Jared was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did everything in his power to make sure this visit was not like the first.

Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. The young lady that works there isnt just out to make the sale. She really listens to what you are wanting and asked alot of questions to help get what we needed

I have purchased e juice twice at VaporWave and I’m dissatisfied! No flavor and when it’s mentioned to the staff they get defensive and tell us it’s not their problem! Will not be buying anymore juice from VaporWave!

The juices are top notch and the staff is always very helpful. Low prices and a wide selection. Out of all the shops Ive visited, best in the state.

First off, the vibe of this store when you first walk in is great..the two gals who were working have got the cutest style, laid back demeanors but will answer any question fully. If youre not familiar with vapes just run in here and they can answer all your question with your first one...mind bamboozled.

In 2017 racism is intolerable. After several reports, the owner and management have done very little to make matters right. Doing nothing as the owner and management is just as bad as being the employee promoting racist slander. There is frankly no room for rascism in the work place not to mention it being illegal.When contacted the sheriffs office has taken the matter seriously while the management and owner only laughed off the situation. Garden city is a city that strives on its huge diversity and is proud of that. The many nationalities come here to seek comfort and peace. Rascism is not a joke and any one guilty of such actions in the work place should be disciplined accordingly. Sadly under current management it has been ignored.

I cant speak to the service, as I work nights so my wife goes in instead, but I can say that the apple Danish juice is yummy and my wife hasnt had any complaints.

I’m tired of this harassment at workI go and get a newspaper and the jack guy is talking about me down the hallI’m not telling everyone how I bought a 32 dollar vape and it was only good for a couple puffs then they don’t workThis is constant harassment at work I called the boss over 2 weeks ago all they can joke about is that he ain’t going to listen to anyone who didn’t show up to an interview well no I didn’t show up because of how rude and racist jack is and if they still keep someone like him around I can only imagine how the owner is I’m tired of all the harassment at work and all the back talking since no one has the desencuentro to handle this correctly not even the owner I call the main store to report it again and they just said that I can’t be pleased when I ha e not gotten one callback from any manager and he is still continuously talking about me and making me feel uncomfortable in my own work place

I stopped by to replace the last setup I bought from here and I intended to buy the best thing they had regardless of price.When I walked up to the Boothe it was totally dark like it was closed.There was a guy sitting on the floor with his face in his phone.I said hi whats new?He barely picked his head up and said uhhh I dont know and went back to staring at his phone.The reason I came back to this store was because the equipment I bought before worked out very well for a year and I was looking forward to doing business with the man that sold me my first one.
