I went here for lunch and it was awesome. They have several vegetarian options. I ordered the Burata caprese sandwich. Their fires were decent but it said it had truffle Parmesan but I did not really taste it as much. However their Utah dip and their rainbow cake and chocolate lava cake desserts were delicious. The ambience is very nice and I can imagine at night it must be so lively. I loved their floral decor. The waitress service was amazing.
I LOVVVEEEE BIRTHDAYS!!!! and brunch However I don’t think I’ll return here. I took my friend here for his birthday and had a decent time. This restaurant is located in garden city, Long Island which is one of my fave neighborhoods in LI. Now the restaurant is GORGEOUS! From the moment you enter the places looks absolutely beautiful. Neon lights, suede chairs, flower walls, and tons of flowers cascading from the ceiling. There is even a photo opp at the entrance of the restaurant. There is music playing all throughout the restaurant along with wide screen TVs by the bar area if you’d like to watch some sports. The staff are nice as well, and we’re very attentive during our time dining. The biggest problem was that the food was very very underwhelming. I have never had a tasteless pancake in my life until last Sunday. We both ordered from the brunch menu , which had a lot of options. I got the mascarpone pancakes with a side of bacon and my friend got the chicken waffles. Now the bacon was perfect. Just how I like , thick and juicy. The pancakes were a problem. They had absolutely no taste and no color , not even with the coconut and marscapone topping. Thank god for the syrup , because that added some flavor to the entire entree. I did not finish my entree.My friend mentioned that he could taste the salt and pepper on his chicken, but he was hinting it was not flavorful also. He also mentioned that he wished his chicken was chicken wings not breaded chicken breast. (this is a preference and doesn’t have anything to do with the flavor )Our brunch entrees came with dessert of peanut butter mousse cake and tiramisu cake. I liked the tiramisu however my friend didn’t love the peanut butter mousse cake, but I believe that was based on preference not taste or lack of flavor. We also had the bottomless mimosas option which allowed us to change up our drinks between screwdrivers, Bellinis and mimosas for two hours (really appreciated this option) . The atmosphere was a very nice experience however, I have a lot of mixed feelings about if I would come back for brunch. It’s a very busy restaurant, so it may be safe to assume maybe the dinner options are better. But overall very nice esthetics for a nice event.
It’s set up beautifully and the service is fantastic. The food was just ok. The baked clams were decent but it just felt like it was missing something in the flavor and the Bronzino was a little bland. The lobster Mac and cheese was great and was a large portion. The menu is expansive and from the pics of their brunch food I definitely want to come back and try their brunch one of these weekends.
I can see why this place is so popular. The location is in a great area, the decor is absolutely divine and the energy is very positive. For some reason, I thought the restaurant was bigger; however, the size to me is perfect for more intimate meetups. This is a place you really want to take your close friends and/or family to. The drinks were good and the food was amazing; I like the fact that I was able to alter my order (seafood omlette) to exclude bacon. I would definitely come back to this establishment.
Honestly exceeded my expectations! Beautiful atmosphere inside. I brought my husband and kids here for his birthday and it did not disappoint.Their brunch menu was delicious. Chicken and waffles were a huge hit! Fact it was a prefix really brought it together especially since we have picky eaters :)Their drinks were absolutely delicious as well!
Last night was our first time here, we live about 40 min away! It was well worth the drive. The service we had was incredible! Our waitress, Hannah S., was sweet and attentive. The bus boys were also so attentive, our water was never empty and our food was wrapped quickly. The food was AMAZING. The minute we took a bite of the bread with ricotta and oil we knew we were in for outrageously good food. We had the crispy eggplant appetizer which was equally as delicious. For dinner we each had the skirt steak. I informed our server that I needed it cooked to the point of almost not pink due to being pregnant. She sweetly offered her congratulations and delivered food that exceeded my expectations. The steak was cooked perfectly for me and my husbands was perfect for him. It was easily one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. We ended up skipping dessert but will for sure be back and have it next time. Finally, as we were leaving my husband broke a glass (oops) but NO ONE blinked an eye or seemed frustrated. We were assured it was ok and they would take care of it. I am just so impressed, you don’t find places like this often anymore. Highly recommend!
If I could think of one word to describe their boozy brunch it would be: AMAZING! The food was great, mimosas were delish, & the service was great. The décor & ambience in this spot is really spectacular. The teal, blue, green, & silver worked so well! All the furnishings are so modern & fun. Great for photos!
Ive been coming here for years the food is always so good, the staff are super friendly, and the restaurant is beautiful inside and out. If any of you wanna go here, please do just some advice. I would absolutely make a reservation if you plan on going there for brunch because you get kind of busy. Other than that, I really love this place.
Had my wedding dinner here on a Sunday night and it was literal perfection. The staff was so attentive and sometimes even 1 step ahead of me before I could even think to ask they were already on it. Shout out to Michelle you were an absolute gem, so kind and helpful that even my family and friends commented on your service and how great you were. Coordinating and organizing this event was a breeze thanks to Francine/Brittany/Jackie thank you guys so much! The food, where do I start, the skirt steak was soooo good perfectly cooked. I heard a lot of good feedback on the other dishes as well. From apps to entree to dessert, everything was perfect. My dad is very picky and hard to please and even he raved about the food and service. This dinner celebration was beautiful and I am so glad we chose to celebrate here. If you’re considering a small celebration for whatever, DO IT HERE! You won’t regret it !

Booked a table here for my aunt in law’s birthday. We had a party of 16. The food was excellent. We didn’t feel rushed either, staff was very helpful and we even brought our own cake that they served for us. The atmosphere was beautiful. Excellent experience.
First time here, called one hour before they closed up for brunch, I was seated right away with my reservation for a party for 2. It was quite busy and seemed like people were enjoying their food provided by the restaurant. We were seated to a table right away; once we arrived. We got water and bread until our waiter came over after 10min sitting down waiting for assistance. I had to waive for service to someone near the bar; waitress made her way over and she excused herself that she hadn’t come over because it was really busy then asked what we would like to drink and if we knew what we wanted for our meals. We placed both without hesitation. We ordered the Nutella French Toast and The Ravioli with grilled chicken. Drinks were Orange juice and bottomless Mamosa. Dessert we decided on the peanut butter and chocolate moose. We finished our 1st rounds of drinks and the waiter was no where to be found; I waived again for service and asked for refills. We received our food and it was delicious. Unfortunately once again we had to call for service because waiter didn’t check on us if we needed anything. Asked for utensils and another round of refills from another waiter near by; there weren’t any utensils when we sat down from the beginning. After brunch; our waiter finally came over to tell us that the dessert we picked was no longer available and told us of other choices to choose from. We ordered ordered ice cream and the açaí bowl sherbet. Both arrive quickly and both were very yummy. Positive notes; food and dessert were very delicious! Negative notes they need to do better for service provided to customers. Half of the restaurant compared to the other side of the restaurant wasn’t so well lit therefore a tad on the dark side. Bathrooms weren’t clean; and someone needs to be more on top of them especially in the times we are now; with these diseases and germs. Prices were a little on the high side; $105 plus tip for the special brunch menu. I know the owners have other restaurants hopefully those are better at service and cleanliness.
Was there for fathers Day, and they had a prefix menu. This was fine, the choices were good and so was the atmosphere. The food, however, was drowning in oil from the appetizers to the main course. The eggplant chips swimming in fried oil. Lastly, the service was lack-luster, but I guess it was because everything was included! However, hospitality from the hostess made this a three. She redeemed her bleak colleague.
We came here on the last day of Long Island Restaurant week. It also happened to be the day after the years first blizzard. We have been looking forward to coming here all week and was very excited. Sukanya, one of their hostesses was kind enough to call to confirm our reservation. Very nice touch!There is a huge parking lot behind the restaurant with plenty of parking and they did a great job plowing! When you walk in from the lot, you are walking into the back end of the restaurant where the bar is. The decor is very modern and chic.There was some miscommunication about the timing the pre fixe menu was offered but David, the manager cheerfully accommodated us. He actually stopped by a few times to make sure our experience was top notch. He knows his menu and made great suggestions for beer/cocktails. I wouldnt be surprised if he runs for mayor or hosts a prime time show on the Food Network. He was that awesome!We specifically chose this location to end our LI Restaurant Week experience because of its location and scrumptious menu. Due to the storm, we had to cancel our reservations at the other restaurants for Friday and Saturday, so this was a nice way to end the week.The price fixe menu at Revel has a lot of great options, especially for $42 per person. Almost all participating restaurants offer items with upcharges. Dont be deterred, the upcharges are totally worth it. They also offer a really nice brunch selection and for an upcharge, you can opt for a bottomless brunch. Who needs to deal with the hassles of the city when you can come here!For starters, our very accomodating server named Hannah, brought us our cocktails. We then gnoshed on freshly baked mini corn, blueberry and banana muffins that were accompanied by small soft cubes of butter.For our first course, we selected the Flash Fried Calamari and steamed dumplings. They were both fabulous! The calamari was lightly breaded and perfectly cooked. It came with a marinara and a creamy aoli sauce. The steamed dumplings were mouth watering. They are served with a soy sauce and spicy chili dipping sauce. The serving size was surprisingly large for an individual appetizer. This was a real treat because most places skimp on the apps. Not here! Both plates were devoured! They were that good!For our second course, we ordered the Barolo wine short ribs and Tuscan Ricotta Gnocchi. The homemade gnocchi was served with chunks of crumbled sausage in a rich, hearty parmesan cream sauce with sundried tomatoes.The gnocchi was perfectly cooked. It was very good!The short ribs came with this golden creamy polenta that were savory and melted in your mouth like butter. The presentation was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely come back for this for dinner. They do have it on the brunch menu but it is prepared slightly differently.For dessert we ordered the dark chocolate peanut butter mousse. It was garnished with fresh strawberries and blueberries and whipped cream. It was topped with a rich dark chocolate sauce that was drizzled all over it. Their coffee was piping hot and bold. Just a little jolt of caffeine before heading out.This is definitely a happening hot spot! A definite gem in the collection of Garden City restaurants for sure! There were a number of events going on in the restaurant; a 30th birthday celebration, an engagement party and a few other events. It is definitely a great place for special events and the prices are fairly reasonable. They have a beautiful bar equipped with big screen TV that are strategically and tastefully situated.The service at this restaurant is fantastic. Hannah was very polite and provided excellent service. The atmosphere is very pretty and the seats are very comfortable. We will definitely come back. It was a great experience overall.
The atmosphere is very nice. Upscale but relaxed. The drinks were very well made (I recommend Poseidons passion). Lastly the food. Everything was on point. The garlic lemon aioli for the calamari is a 10/10. Burgers are very flavorful. Also Tino was an amazing part of the experience. Very kind and very attentive. Would come back if I’m ever in the neighborhood.
WOW!!! Is the only way to describe Revel Restaurant. We had my daughters 21st Birthday Dinner there and seriously WOW!!! From the time I booked the reservation, I knew was in good hands with Francine. She explained everything to me, answered every crazy question I asked and made sure the party was exactly what we wanted. On the day of the party, Michelle and Jackie went above and beyond to make sure every single guest was happy and I was stress-free. Every single menu item was enjoyed by our guests and they raved about it. I cant thank Revel Restaurant enough for the perfect celebration. I wish I had pictures of all of the food, but everyone was more interested in eating.
Came here for my husbands first Father’s Day with our daughter and it was great. Although not my first time here, he enjoyed his meal as well as myself and my daughter. The staff is always welcoming and polite. The food is great too. There was a pre fix menu which was well thought of and tasty. Will be back as usual, but I will come in the evening this time
I chose this place because of all the stellar reviews, but my experience was abysmal and amongst the worst service I have ever experienced. I had at an 8:15pm reservation on a Sunday. Arrived on time and was seated at a wobbly table in the corner of the room which was responsible for quite a bit of drink spillage. Less than half of the tables were occupied and the music was far too loud for a Sunday night--it seems they are trying to capture some NYC club atmosphere.After about 20 minutes, we were approached by a waitress to take our drink order. I asked her about which stone fruits exactly were in the Stone Fruit & Burrata Salad. At 8:59pm, she returned to our table telling us we needed to place our order because the kitchen was about to close! The waitress then disappeared, probably on to the other side of the restaurant never to be seen again. We had to flag down a manager to take the dessert order and someone else other than our waitress brought out our dishes. When we were ready to take the check, again we had to flag down someone else and after waiting 15 minutes I finally had enough and walked up to the barkeep in order to settle our tab. Ridiculous, especially for a place that was technically now closed.The food itself was just okay--not particularly great. My empanadas while tasty, had hardly any filling in them at all. The dessert I ordered--the pecan pie with chocolate pretzel salted caramel ice cream was very disappointing. The pecan pie was quite lackluster and the pretzel pieces were stale. I actually didnt know what they were at first--I thought some pecan shell pieces were mistakenly in my piece
Went here for a Saturday brunch with family. The brunch menu and prices look attractive but the place did not have that Garden City charm. We ordered seafood omelet, chicken & waffle and the brunch burger.The brunch food was not the best but portions are good in size. We did not option for the unlimited brunch drinks seeing all the very cheap bottom shelf liquors being mixed into the cocktails. The brunch included free coffee/ tea and asked if the kids can substitute juice instead but was rudely rejected. The 2nd course desserts are limited in choice and portion controlled. The surprise was at the end on the bill with $6.50 credit card fee and 20% gratuity already included for a party of 4 which was not fair on our end. If you want ok food, low quality brunch cocktails, unflexible staff and pay Garden City prices then this place is it then. I rebel to go to Revel again!
Disappointed of how disgusting the chicken and waffles were. Not just for me, but for all three of us. My stomach is still paying for what I forced myself to eat. $150 down the drain. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly host and waitress.
Food was excellent, service doesnt match the quality of food. The octopus was soft and tender. Wasnt grilled too hard bc it wasnt chewy at all. Very moist in the middle. Caesar salad was dressed appropriately and lettuce was crisp and crunchy. The beef slider was delicious, very tasty blend of black Angus beef. My rack of lamb was cooked a perfect medium rare and very well portioned. 5 full lollipops filled the plate. With its crushed pistachio sprinkling, the lamb was tender, flavorful and delicious. The pork chop was huge and it cut like a hot knife through butter. The apricot jam was so unique and delicious, brought a whole new flavor to the dish and uplifted the experience. Really well done chef! Dessert was good with the gelato and the bowl made of waffle cone. Wife loved her creme brulee.The service was sub par. The waiter took a long time to get to us initially. Kept forgetting our drinks, I almost walked up to the bar to get our drinks. My wife was asking a question about the menu and the waiter stopped paying attention mid conversation to fix his hair in the mirror on the wall. He did inform of some information and food was brought out almost all correct. The sliders came out with cheese and bacon even though we asked for them not too. My daughter ate it anyway.Id def go back because the food was outrageous, just hope the staff can step up and match the quality of food. This would have been a 5 star rating otherwise.Cheers!
Great place, great atmosphere and great food. Drink specials are constantly changing which is nice although I stick with my regular Scotch on the rocks.But Ive only had one bad experience. The steak. It was my birthday dinner and the steak came out with a black garlic seasoning, but it was way too damn salty. Went back twice. I wound up getting something else but luckily they redacted that sauce and comped my meal.Ive been there a handful of times and the manager, Jackie is very helpful, and Ive never had a dish I did not like and Ive tried a lot.
We have been looking forward to visiting this spot for a while now. We sat at the bar, the place and decor is really nice and Alexa the bartender was awesome. The food was mediocre , very pricey overall, the clams were ok, the truffle fries were good, the sliders were ok. We went during happy hour and the vodka they used for the drinks was horrendous, tasted like a peppered vodka not good for making mixed drinks. I’ve had better vodka at all inclusive resorts. They could have used something like New Amsterdam or Svedka, even Smirnoff would have been better than what they had.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I have to same the drinks are amazing . The staff is very pleasant and very attentive. our waiter was super nice and friendly. He gave us tips from the menu and suggestions. the Appetizers were really good and the entrees were exceptional. I look forward to returning to this spot. 👌😁
BEWARE!!!20% tips is mandatory on any amount of guests. The servers are not great, maybe because their tip is guaranteed once you place an order. This restaurant is somewhat discriminatory. Take note how all the folks of the same color or race are seated on the same side of the room. There is no mixture and a specific race away from the entrance door. The food and drinks are okay. The interior color is mostly dark, so it leaves one to wonder how the workers see the dirt to clean. Even the restroom. I would not be going back!
Went here a Wednesday evening around 5:30pm wasn’t super busy. Party of 3 seated on the patio, we got bread and water right away and our server came over about 5mins later. He was super charming and had us cracking up. We ordered a Cesar salad and spica’s artichoke flatbread, they shared into 3 parts before it got to the table and I thought that was a really nice touch. For dinner I orders that paella (needed more flavor) and a rum punch. Other guests ordered ravioli and the bronzino, both enjoyed their meal but the bronzino need more flavor.Overall good experience and will be back.
A classic American style bistro that has something for everybody. First and foremost, they do not skimp on the appetizers, so be ready to share! I went with the eggplant chips, which are ever so slightly sweet and delicious and come in a massive pile. For main courses, everything sounded so good it was hard to pick, but I wound up with the pork chop and did not regret my decision. The sweetness and acidity of the balsamic and the tomatoes balanced with the pork very well and the chop was perfectly cooked and very tender. Capped it all off with the oreo cheesecake and a cappuccino, which you cant go wrong with, but the dessert size is definitely much more modest than the appetizers. Wait staff was incredibly polite and helpful (shout out to Eduin) and Id love to come back again and try more of the menu! Parking is very ample with the lot in the back and had no problem getting a reservation for 2 on a Saturday night.
My husband and I celebrated our daughter’s baptism at REVEL yesterday evening. We hosted a dinner with about 110 guests. Having large families, we have planned multiple events at different venues throughout the years and I will attest that REVEL does an excellent job with large parties. Francine was our contact point and she was there the day of the event making sure everything ran smoothly. She communicated well through email and in person and made sure every detail was accounted for. I was impressed at the professionalism of the waiters/ waitresses and the food (appetizers, main course, etc) was served with perfect timing which is incredibly difficult to do with such a large party. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. We would host another party at REVEL without a second thought. Their pricing is also transparent on their website which was helpful when searching for a venue. Thank you Francine and thank you everyone at REVEL for making this day so special. Don’t think twice about booking your event here- they rock it!!!
The staff here are amazing, our party had an amazing time during brunch. The food was great we pretty much ordered the entire menu. atmosphere is a 10. I live hours away and Im planning to be back soon.
Only giving a 1 star because the atmosphere was upbeat. food was nothing to write home, the service was just bad. Had water spilled over us whej the server was pouring water, in a rush to clear the table food was dropped on us. Also saw a buser carry a stack of dishes. bump into another seater guest and drop food over them. Waited long periods of time for our food as well as our waiter to tend to us as well bring us our bill. Gratuity was added $52 bucks to the bill. I wont return and would recommend the same for a resturant that just seems to be in a rush to clear tables but not actually tend to their guests.
Revel offers a great combination of amazing food, good service, charming and elegant ambiance, as well as good value. We went for brunch as a group of family and friends and enjoyed every part of it. Jackie the general manager is one of the sweetest, kindest, and most genuine managers we encountered and a great addition to the Revel team. Revel is now our new regular spot!
First I want to say the food was delicious. Was very accommodating to my food allergies. Ordered from the bar my first drink was great. I ordered another and first it took 20 mins to get the drink. The drink tasted different from the first one. The consistency was not there. Service was slow. She was very nice and I am sure it wasnt her fault but def slow service. I will return for a second chance of consitancy. I will always return to a place for a second chance and hope for some consistency of food and better service. I had the tomahawk pork chop and it was delish.
I ordered the lobster mac and cheese for take out, as I’ve heard good things. Presentation was beautiful, a good amount of lobster chunks, but my only tiff was the taste… mediocre. For the price, (Nearly $30) I was expecting more flavor, but I was met with runny, salty, oily cheese. Like the ingredients weren’t married together, just sitting on top of each other. Pasta shape and lobster good, wish it was a melting-friendly flavored cheese.
Hosted my rehearsal dinner here and could not be happier!! Francine was a pleasure to work with for coordinating our event at Revel. We had a group of about 60 people and the back room was perfect for us. The decor in the room is beautiful, modern yet elegant. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. The food was DELICIOUS, all of my guests were raving about it the whole night!! Highly recommend, Revel was perfection from every aspect and I am so happy that I ended up choosing Revel for our rehearsal dinner.
Im not coming back:4% charge for cardInstant 20% gratuity added on, for even a party of 2.Average food for what they charge.The tiramisu was not good at all. Why was there chocolate syrup and powdered sugar on an already overly-sweet dish????Next time Ill stick with the cheesecake factory brunch.
My husband and I went to Revel for Valentine’s Day. The food was great and the Valentine’s Day drinks were so cute. The ambience was good and our server Jayden was the sweetest. She took the time to go over the prefix and drink menus. We will be back!
All one star, we went for bunch at the menus said “ 2 courses $38 Entrees” we took this as two entrees = $38. It was an entree and a dessert I could fit in the palm of my hand. Very dissatisfied and this is misleading marketing.
Went here for Valentine’s Day and had a great time. Service is great and food even better! We literally went twice in one weekend because luckily we were able to make a last minute reservation. This is a new fave!! The oysters were a Valentine’s special but I wish they had them all the time.And the salmon was delicious :)
Seafood omelette was packed with cumin super over powering. ( I love cumin ) but it was too much for seafood the tater tot hash was soaked in oil and soggy and very very salty.Wasnt a fan. We had 3 orders on the table in our groups and each was exactly the same.Overpriced ! Also the chicken and wafflesThe chicken was chewy. Waffle was ok.
Found revel on IG. Lots of cool pictures and food of really tasty looking food. Drinks and apps were fantastic. My steak was next level. Only issue was the burrata ravioli doesn’t come with a piece of burrata in the middle as depicted on their IG. Overall great experience. Will come back.

This is my second time here. My only complaint is the wait for the table to be serviced. Ive come during lunch with not a lot of people in the restaurant and during dinner which wasnt busy when we arrived. But did pick up quickly. The food was very good each time. The look of the restaurant is beautiful. We didnt realize the menu is dissent at lunch and dinner, but the meals were good. We had a party of 10 and tried a lot of things. Well definitely be back
Great night out with girlfriends here. The ambiance was great towards the back where they had a DJ playing various music genres. The food was ok. My friends loved their espresso martinis and service was mid. Every time I needed water, the waitress was never around. She was friendly though. I would come again. Food wasnt bad and it was a great place to hang out.

This a beautiful place. I was at a friends post wedding party. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting..the food was really tasty, especially the fried eggplant chips. Bust best of all, the staff and service were right on point and very friendly...I hope to get back there next time Im in NY. Thank you to Francine, the consumate Hostess and Caterer..Well done!
Stopped by for a late dinner with a group of six. Our waiter was a cute young women, very helpful and quick service. Food was good and the atmosphere is very hip with a South Beach vibe. We stayed after closing finished our drinks and left. Lots of good seafood dishes and the lobster mac n cheese is delicious!! Would go again.
Incredible food. Highly recommend any lamb/tuna entrée. Fun mock-tails. Really sweet waitress service from a recent graduate in speech pathology. Gorgeous decor. Plenty of parking.Aim for the back room to be able to talk with your dining party. The restroom needs hourly cleaning especially on high-traffic Fridays & weekends.
I have had food better at local diner we ordered Caesar salad I asked for more dressing that never came mashed potatoes no flavor chargrilled octopus that was greasy and breaded and with potatoes that menu didn’t state it came with steamed chicken dumpling was okay sweet potatoes fries a little hard and I ordered mojito was good a cranberry juice and 2 glass of ice alone however I received cranberry with ice the place decor was nice just not enough space in the seating areas felt to clustered and the 2x2 tables not enough space at all will not be making another trip their 1st and land last time thankyou
The food was good but as far as service, I didnt like they hovered over us, it was my boyfriends birthday and they sat us toward the back near the servers. The waitress kept ushering pass our table seems like to take our plate as soon as we looked done. At one point all the wait staff was rathered right behind us. It was not intimate. If I spend over a hundred dollars to eat I want to take my time to enjoy my meal. I do understand they told us its busy today so the table is available for an hour and change but regardless im here to celebrate and not eatting for free. I just feel they care more about making money than service. To be honest Ill probably rather order take out from here than dine in, just my personal opinion
Had a Cobb salad...very small. Very minimal amounts of chicken, blue cheese and an occasional crumb of bacon. The ranch dressing had no taste. Our server never returned to the table! I needed pepper which is not left in the tables. Had to flag someone down to get our check. Once check received, watched server stands at the hostess stand talking to the hostess and starting at her phone. It is was not busy. It was a Wednesday around 2pm. I would not return
Held a post wedding celebration at Revel recently. I am not one to make decisions easily, especially for important events such as this. If I could give 20 stars I’d do so in a heartbeat. From my first meeting with Francine up to and throughout our celebration at Revel, this was one of the most enjoyable parties I have ever hosted. The food, the atmosphere, the staff and mostly Francine, made the day fabulous. We have been getting nothing but compliments from all who attended. Several friends have told me they plan on coming back for dinner. I will certainly be back with friends and family for many meals and hopefully to host other celebrations.

Held my daughters bridal shower here. Cant say enough good things about food, service and atmosphere. Our guests were amazed at what a glamorous, classy experience the day was. The mgmt and staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every request. Amazing.
Amazing time, great food and drinks and great waitress her name was Daisy. We had a great time and enjoyed our time there. When our friend got way to drunk they managed everything in a calm manner and helped us resolve the situation with him. This is the best place to go for any occasion and the atmosphere is A+. Would recommend this place.
Really enjoyed this place. We went in for drinks after a business meeting. Ordered a bunch of appetizers. They were all delicious. Eggplant chips are the bomb. The flat breads, Buffalo shrimp (have the tails removed when you order), meatballs, egg rolls. All delicious. Cant wait to visit again.

I booked Revel for my sister’s 60th birthday dinner and from planning to the day of the event the party planning team were amazing in ensuring that the event would be memorable and hassle free. I would definitely recommend. Our main server Daisy was so attentive and accommodating this made the experience so much better. Definitely book Revel for your next event, you won’t regret it.
Went with my sister on a nice quiet night, had appitisers and drinks. Everything was delicious. But what made our experience so wonderful was our bartender! I think it was a Wednesday evening. She knows who she is she made our experience amazing! She showed us this smoke bubble gun for this amazing drink and I know its a gimmick but it made everything really fun! Have been here before and its always a good time in the food is always wonderful! Thank you for a great sisters night out!
Outdoor dining in the front. Great experience. The food was very good. Management was on top of things. The service was great. Everyone seemed happy to help. Food was cooked as we asked. Only issue was that we had a large party so the tip was included at 20% automatically which was fine... But the tip amount was a percentage of the entire bill (including the tax) which seemed weird. Maybe that is standard practice though. Great place and would return again. Fried eggplant appetizer was amazing. And I dont even like eggplant.
They added $20 to my bill for brunch last Saturday even though below it is shown as suggested. Let me decide how much to tip. I am not with restaurants adding tip, especially when its a party of two.. Unless I get a reply that this was not standard and the waitress did a bad thing, I will not going back.
The only positive things about this place was that the drinks and the food were good. Everything else was just the worst.We had an event with 20+ guests and they sat us all in three separate tables, when they promised sitting us in an L shape table. Additionally, we had to ask the servers many times for the same thing and it still took forever to get us anything that we asked for. They charged a deposit for the event ($100+) and did not take off the bill. If it wasnt for me calling the next day about it, they would’ve taken the additional money. And to put the cherry on top, they stole 2 of my birthday presents left at the table in a bag. I called them first thing in the morning and they stated that the bag was there and described it perfectly. Immediately after hanging up they called again to let me know that the bag was not there anymore and that they threw it out. The whole story about my bag was very sketchy and didnt add up, so at this point I know somebody from the staff stole my presents.
Had a wonderful meal with a friendDef suitable for ladies night out or a date. Everyone was nice...but Im a low key polite way, maybe as the evening progress there is more excitement. Not a fan of the creamed spinach, not cooked enough.
Really great spot. We really enjoyed our dinner and the service was very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely get the Brussel sprouts. The only negatives for us: it was loud and difficult at first to hold a conversation, and sometimes the table bussers were a little too eager to clear our table.

Amazing ambience and management. It was my first time going here and let me tell you it was beyond expectation. The attention to details and the quality of food was superb. Everyone is so welcoming from the owner Francine to the manager jackie who made sure that we were having a good experience to everyone else. Went with a party of six. Some of the food was good, but not the steaks. Skirt steak and wok style steaks were both rather tough, barely edible. Three stars only because appetizers were good and service was decent. For large parties, they do automatically add a tip and if you pay by credit card, they add another 4%.
I don’t usually write restaurant reviews but I had to this time to give Revel five stars. The service was very fast and very pleasant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was hot, seasoned perfectly and served beautifully. The eggplant chips were incredible, you have to get them for the table as an appetizer of you visit. Thank you!
Never disappointed! Ive been here multiple times for brunch and this was our first time for lunch and it was so good. We had our wedding lunch here and had about 12 guests and everyone enjoyed everything they got. We had great service, she was extremely attentive to our party. Highly recommended for good quality food and drinks.
Everything was good, just didnt like how tip was included without noticed and was charged over 20% of tip for party of 2. Ans was charged for another table as well, was corrected but everything was good. Now I know if I return to pay cash, our waitress was good overall until the mistake in tab.
We went for a Saturday Brunch with a large group (20+) to celebrate a birthday. Staff provided great service and accommodated most requests. Majority of the meals were good but felt rather overpriced. The short ribs with little pieces of potatoes and onions were burnt dry and swimming in oil; it felt like broiled leftovers. We asked for Aujou sauce but they did not have any. We made a special request for salmon that was not on the the Brunch menu, and it was very good. The French toast, omelets, breakfast tacos, chicken with waffles, burgers with truffle fries, etc were all good. Brunch plates are $36, and come with a petite dessert and beverage. Overall food was good but for its price range it was not impressionable.
The space is absolutely gorgeous.You are transported when you come here. The food is good. The drinks are wonderful. The owner is gracious. It was good to meet her.
I enjoyed my service but I noticed the bill they give you is less than what they charge if you pay credit ( who has cash these days). Its misleading they should show the higher amount and apply a discount if paying cash not the opposite. If they did it this way it would be the same result without people feeling unpleasantly surprised
Beautiful ambience but not good food unfortunately, got the ribeye steak which came out to be extremely salty. Was trying to get the waitress’ attention to order a bday dessert but couldn’t locate her for a while. Unfortunately would not recommend.
Absolutely love this spot! The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the staff was more than accommodating. The manager David was an absolute doll and made our experience ten times better. Our server was so patient with the picky eaters at our table and was very attentive. The atmosphere was great for a group of younger adults like us. Planning on coming back again and again!

I didnt get a chance to sit inside so I cant speak to that experience. The outdoor seating was comfortable with a great ombiance. Lots of lighting and a cool breeze. The food took a while, but I think our server had a lot of tables. However the food was perfectly cooked, delicious, and with large portions. A little pricey, but not overly so.
Our experience at Revel was nothing less than amazing. Our large family wanted to get together for lunch on the 4th of July at a place with nice outdoor seating. The outdoor set-up was beautiful. We were greeted by a very sweet and friendly hostess and our server, Giacomo, was one of the best we’ve ever had! He was very knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, was extremely patient with us and the kids. Overall a very nice guy. You can tell Giacomo wanted everyone to leave happy and full. Food was amazing, drinks were fab, and service was EXCELLENT!
I had the boneless rib. It was decent. Too much ice in my drink. It became watered down fairly quickly. However, I really enjoyed the pecan for two! My family reported that they really enjoyed their two tail lobster dishes (they opted to have lobsters grilled instead of broiled). Outdoor seating was very nice, great ambience. Staff was polite.
Came here for a family thanksgiving dinner as none of us wanted to cook the year. I’m glad to say I chose the right place. My server was Amazing, attentive and kind.The food was great and the atmosphere was terrific, can’t wait to go back for another occasion!
Service was the best thing about this place. The staff is incredibly nice throughout the restaurant. We went for brunch (includes dessert), 3 meals and 2 cappuccinos was $141 (they include tip with the bill and card transactions are 3% or 4% extra) I thought that was overpriced, especially with no alcoholic beverages. The food was good but nothing to rave about. Id go somewhere else in the future with better food and lower price point.
We came for happy hour, but they said happy hour is only at the bar. So we had to pay full price for everything. I tried the Dakota orchid drink and the pineapple ball drink. The Dakota orchid drink was disappointing. It was small and not strong. The pineapple ball drink was better and tasted good. It had a coconut rim, which went well with the drink. I tried the lobster and shrimp flatbread, which I thought was okay but nothing special for about $25. The prices were disappointing. Howeverr, the Tokyo nachos were delicious.Edit: I returned for brunch. Its $36 for an entree And dessert. I tried the breakfast burger and tiramusu. The burger portion was huge, and it was so delicious. For drinks, I would recommend the bottomless brunch special. The tiramusu was good. The service felt very rushed even though we were there at a not busy time. They also put 20% tip on the bill, even though the service wasnt worth the tip. They also brought the wrong dessert, and we had to flag down the waitress.
Maybe they were having a bad night, but the food was terrible. The spring rolls were burnt, the spinach flatbread was soggy but the ravioli was okay. Drinks were good and the service was decent, I came here before in 2020 and the food was A LOT better.
Last week, I was seeing a nice restaurant near Garden City and I was looking at the reviews. Some were good some were bad. It looked kind of stretchy at first with along those reviews talking about how the food was okay and some were not even cooked, but Im always give restaurants a second chance. Thank God I did. When I went there and told the hostess about my reservation. She was kind and told me where my seat was, and then a Server came and told what would I love to eat. Let me tell you he was a nice charming person. I think his name was Keith, very nice man he is. I told him I wanted a pasta with shrimp and in the review I saw something called a BBQ Chicken Wings with a type of sauce. So I got that too. When I got the pasta and shrimp and tasted it, I felt like I was back home when my mom used to cooked (Highly HIGHLY Recommend especially if you put jalapeño or any other spice). Then when I got the chicken Wings and the sauce and let me tell you that was some of the best chicken wings of all time and the sauce...oh my God....I WOULD HIGHLY VERY MUCH HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I left so satisfied after I left and thank God I have a second chance for this Restaurant. Would love to go there again and try more stuff but like I said, highly recommend those 2 dishes and compliments to the chefs.
Came here with a friend tonight and it was awesome ! The manager was very friendly. The waiter Giamcomo was so pleasant and gave us great advice on what to order. My friend had ahi tuna, I had the burrata ravioli, and for an appetizer we got the eggplant chips. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The drinks and our oreo cheesecake was great too!!! Loved it.
We had an 8pm reservation for a party of 4 for a ladies night. We checked in with the hostess at 8:02pm and were told that it would be a few minutes before we were seated as they were clearing some tables. It was recommended that we wait by the bar in the meantime, but were told we could not sit at the bar as the bar seats were reserved. We ordered 4 drinks which were not great. After standing in heels and waiting half an hour, we approached the hostess to inquire about our table. We were told there was a miscommunication and that it would be a few more minutes as the table was being cleared off now. 15-20 minutes later the hostess approached us to inform us that we would be seated shortly. It was now almost 9pm. A table then opened up in front of the back entrance, at which point the hostess approached us and informed us that our table was now ready. We were to be seated at the table that had just opened up, which meant that they lied when they previously told us they had been cleaning off a table for us. We did not want to be seated in front of the back entrance as it was chilly and people kept walking in and out. We were told if we did not sit there they could not guarantee how long wed have to wait for another table. After requesting a manager, we were told a few minutes later that they had another table ready for us. We were then seated by the front entrance, which at least had a partition that prevented too much draft from hitting us when the door was opened. After waiting, standing in heels, for over an hour for our 8pm reservation we were finally able to sit and order. We were famished at this point. Our food arrived and we hoped that this would be the saving grace of our first experience at Revel. It was not. The food was mediocre at best. Nonetheless we ate it, paid our bill and eagerly left. We will not be returning nor will we be recommending this restaurant to anyone.
I went to Revel on a Saturday night for a date with my husband.The restaraunt is aesthetically pleasing but their service needs work. After we were seated, it took about 30 mins for our waitress to come to our table to take our order and that was after we asked another staff member for help. Out waitress was apologetic and brought our drinks quickly. Unfortunately, the wrong appetizers arrived shortly after but the manager did come to apologize and rectify the situation. The appetizers were ok, but my branzino dinner was very dry. I had to keep the sauce from my baked clams appetizer to use for my branzino.At the end of our time there, we received 15% off our bill and a glass of champagne each on the house. It was nice that they acknowledged the mishaps, but I think they need more wait staff.
The restaurant and bar area are very classy and in general a very nice atmosphere. The staff and bartenders are so charming and genuinely have knowledge about drinks and the food they serve. Very lovely to chat to as well. The manager is fantastic, such a great welcome when you enter the restaurant and whilst you’re sitting for dinner, always comes and checks on everything and if any issues (very few), solved immediately. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially for a cute date night, they serve the best cosmos!

The best fried calamari ever!!! And that steak egg roll thing to die for!! Drinks were mixed perfect. We had the lamb chops...I want to marry the chef at this place or at least take him/her home with me. Food is excellent, its got a clean city vibe. Worth the ride to garden city. You must give this place a try when your ready to venture out into this madness. They have got out door seating, if it makes u feel more comfortable. For me, give me a/c or I will be miserable, can u guess where I sat in Revel? We will be going back, worth the money, excellent.
The food and atmosphere was a 10 out of 10. Staff was super attentive and manager Jennifer was sweet as pie. Shout out go our server Alex who ensured our ladies brunch was spectacular.
1. A reservation was made two weeks in advance for 11 people. When we reached 15 minutes before our time. We were told it was going be a 45 minutes wait. Which made us wonder why did we have a reservation and worst yet a call was made in the early afternoon to confirm the 8pm reservation.Anywho as we were celebrating a birthday we still decided to stay. The hostess proceeded to set us up in to two tables one round and another square. The party was not seated together. We then asked if they could arrange the tables together which they did.The food was only okay to say the best. I had the chicken (edible) , calamari (blah) truffle fries (excellent),the cocktails were also okay. The ambience is beautiful but for the price of the food they need a better chef 👨🍳 . My party all ordered different items off the menu and besides the parmesan truffle fries the only other item liked was the ribs.

First time visiting. Staff was pleasant and comfortable, showing just the right amount of attentive care. The Korean wings were AMAZING. The dumplings fair. They did an excellent job with the steak and pork chops. The mashed potatoes lacked a deep potato flavor and the cheese spinach was overpowered by the cheese.
Been meaning to try this place for a while, finally did. Everything was good, food, drinks, service. I dropped one star due to the fact that they charge 4% fee for using a credit cards. This should be disclosed on their website or on the menu. Maybe I missed it? If I do return I’ll bring cash.
After 9 months not dining to this restaurant, I moved it was far, I drove 40 with my family to get there. 1st the food not that good anymore and 2nd of all they started (from covid) to charge 4% of your bill if you ay with ANY credit card.. they told us is because of the situation (covid) ok 3 years later they still doing it...I believe all of you should know that before you go cause they inform the people when they give their bill (not ok)
The 6 of us went for my friends birthday.. the food and everything was wonderful.. we had a slight issue with the shrimp and crabmeat..but they removed it from the bill . They took very good care of us!
Too expensive for the level of food/service they deliver. There were 3 of us – waitress was very sweet but orders didn’t come out correctly. The Mediterranean salad was good. The lobster roll, was ordered minus the roll, over greens. The lobster wasn’t anywhere near what it should’ve been especially considering the lunch was $27 per person. That’s quite pricey when no cocktails were ordered & 1 of us ordered an appetizer as our lunch! The restaurant itself is well decorated & comfortable. While there’s a large parking lot in the rear, parking is challenging since a majority of the spots only permit 1 hour. The noise is extreme making conversation challenging. Overall, not the best experience - cannot recommend.
I wish I could say a lot more, but there is nothing to write home about on my dining experience here. Well, the ambiance is beautiful, the staff is pleasant and professional, but its the food. The food was just MEH. Since it was Long Island Restaurant Week, we decided to give this place a try. Ive been to other restaurants during restaurant week and the food is really good, a nice sampling of what eating at said establishment would taste like. If that is the case, then unfortunately Revel was an underwhelming, unpalatable experience. For appetizers we had steam dumplings and calamari. It did not taste bad-I mean you cant really mess up calamari-but it wasnt great. Just MEH. The kitchen put no extra effort into making food a culinary experience. For entree, I had the Tagliatelle ala Scampi and my friend had the stuffed Pork Loin. My food was mediocre, no real seasoning. My friends pork loin was overcooked and dry. The waiter was kind enough to allow her to switch the meal, to which she ordered the Chicken & Sausage in some sort of lemon sauce entree. That too was no bueno. At this point, we realized that the place was gorgeous, but the kitchen is not producing tasty food. We were better off counting our culinary losses. For dessert I had the Peanut Butter chocolate mousse and my friend had the tiramisu. By now, you know how it was. The nicest part of the evening was the friendly manager David, who brought over two glasses of champagne, since the night was an early birthday celebration. I left feeling disappointed and still a little hungry.
The food was not very good and the service was horrible. The drinks we ordered came the same time as the main course and our server was not friendly or attentive. For the prices they charge I expect that the service and food would be of a higher caliber
I went to Revel Restaurant for a Keller Williams holiday party. Keller always has the best, so I was not surprised at how beautiful the restaurant was. Upon arrival, The DJ had the vibes set from the door. The ambience was very abstract and gave that wow factor. Revel is local, right here on North Franklin in Garden City, however it has a Manhattan feel. The bartenders made the drinks strong and the chefs food was absolutely amazing.. We ate and ate and drank and drank and had a wonderful time.
The food here was so good! Our server was Liz kept the mimosas and bellinis coming. David was so kind. His personality was so warm and welcoming. He made the experience so much better. Will return and will recommend. 10/10.
This place was AMAZING. Totally stumbled across it on accident a few weeks ago and was just looking to come again to bring a friend and realized I forgot to write a review. We sat at the bar because we wanted too and had wings and spring rolls as appetizers..we almost ordered more they were so delicious. Then my friend ordered some steak and I had the crabmeat stuffed shrimp wrapped with bacon over jumbalaya rice... this is the best thing Ive had in forever. The portions were generous for both food and drinks, the service was amazing, we had one bartender who she helped us with everything and was extremely friendly. Will be back sometime next week this place is Awesome!
Good vibe, good service. Full priced menu, with average food. Might try again. Don’t like the 4% added to the bill at the end with no disclosure before - food was already full priced. Shame on you for that.

It was our 25th anniversary and I could not have chosen a better dining experience. It was rainy but the upscale comfortable environment made up for it.The grilled octopus appetizer was fantastic and my wifes lamb chops were cooked to perfection and my short ribs were awesome and the most tender ribs I have ever had. Desert and even the coffee was to my liking. I drank it black with no sugar because it paired so well with the the salty ice cream in a waffle shell.The dining a Revels is a must,well be back.
Took my family there for Sunday brunch. There was a very large group celebrating a birthday . Our service was still great even though the dining room be very busy. I wish I would have got my servers name to be able to give her props. She was attentive and personable. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
I don’t know where to start. From mediocre overpriced foods, to having to constantly waive our waiter down, to the dirty bathroom, to then waiting for 20 minutes for the check because the waiter disappeared again. I will never be back. I was asked how I wanted my salmon cooked. If I felt confident that the fish here were fresh, I would have felt more confident in being asked that questions. After tasting the raw oysters, with no brine, and tasted of freezer burn, I had no confidence. If I had known the menu was just for show, I would have shown up with my friends and sat down for a drink, and not have shown up with my mom and her friend and paid for a $300 meal. If you want to be seen at a hip scene, go for it. If you want a quality meal and quality service, move on.
Based on the pictures and the reviews of this place I felt it was a must try. Now after going here I was totally disappointed. This is one place I would never return too. First off the drinks were horrible. Then the meals came out and OMG. I honestly thought my 4 year old was making the drinks and cooking the food at this place. I am a foodie and have been to tons of restaurants and this is by far the worst food I have ever had. My girlfriend and I took one bite of our food( well I tried to take a bite but my chicken was so dry and rock hard that I couldn’t) we immediately took the check and left after being seated for less than 20 minutes. The waitress saw all of our food on our plates and never even questioned what was wrong but asked us if we wanted our meals to go. I said the only place those meals can go is right in the garbage. Then we ended up going straight to another restaurant to have a meal. Never again.
Great place for brunch. Our first visit was Mothers Day and we will definitely be going again. The waitress was super friendly and very tolerant of our 2 year old making a mess. The appetizers and entrees were great and they were speedy with refilling our drinks. We will be back!

The place is very very noisy so as a date place not great. most of the food is very good large portions. overall pretty pricey so I think atmosphere should be a little quieter.
Never again. First and last time I will ever eat at this place. They sat us at the bar and the bartender had NO manners. Horrible service. She barely said two words to us but she is able to get away with a 20 percent tip. ROBBERY. Plus the food was mediocre as heck to be so overpriced. Why is there a surcharge on the food? And how do you mess up an eggs benedict? I paid over 100 dollars for a terrible experience. This place is getting away with a lot.
This is a hard review to write. First off the food was amazing. The chefs here are top notch and the quality of the food is superb. This should be a five star review however the lack of covid planning is quite concerning. This place was filled to the brim. Im glad they are running around making people wear masks, however there is no social distancing here. Im not sure how this place would look different if there was not covid and that is quite concerning. Three stars for Revel (food is actually 5 stars but the experience knocks it down).
This is a absolutely amazing restaurant if they didnt charge an arm and a leg for absolutely everything on their menu this would be a no brainier 5 stars. went here to celebrate a birthday and the staff couldnt be nicer the place is beautiful if not a little small think big lounge or really small restaurant. But I couldnt get over the prices. I sampled several dishes which were almost all amazing. Pro tip feel free to skip the clams. This place honestly is a top notch restaurant but if you want to charge those prices location matters and a strip mall in Garden City doesnt do it for me. I look forward to to the owner taking his talents to a venue worthy of this price point.
Amazing food with a great atmosphere! I have been here many times and it is never a disappointment. If you eat here, you will leave full and satisfied. If you bring a date here, they will be impressed with your savvy choice in restaurants. I would suggest Revel to anyone who wants to impress their new significant other, their in-laws, or just a group of friends that you want to look good in front of. Do it. Eat here.
Food was good, but very pricey for the quality. Drinks were similar. And on the topic of price, please be aware that they charge an additional 4% for anyone using a credit card, which is pretty much everyone, since most entrée items cost upwards of $40 (cash price), and drinks cost $17 (cash price). Over-priced (especially with the unnecessary credit card fee) and underwhelming.
Not pleased at all with this restaurant!We had an 8:30 reservation for dinner on Saturday night. We arrived at 8:15 and the greeter told us there were no table ready yet and she would text us when one became available. So we waited in our car for about 45 minutes with no text or phone call. At 9;00 we went back in and she said “oh I thought you guys left’”I was confused at how she forgot to call is. Anyway, we were seated in the outdoor seating and our waitress disappeared. Twenty minutes later she came back to take drink orders. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and she came with 3 cups for my one drink and told me I had to mix it myself. Then she left again . When she returned I ordered wine instead. Ok so my seat was a metal chair and it was so uncomfortable so I asked her if we can change our seats because we were the only two people seated with these weird metal chairs . She told us when someone gets up we can have the chairs . She actually also said she didn’t feel like walking across the restaurant to get the other chair. So annoyed at this point . The food comes out and my well done steak is overcooked. It was so hard I couldn’t even chew it. So disappointed. She did comp me for the first drink but overall I hated the restaurant.
The ambiance was good ,service was good . The Food .. was horrible . I went there for brunch with my daughter . To start off the muffins were burnt.The shrimp and lobster omelette was tasteless , the has browns were cold and soggy and the sausage was cold and burnt. The waffle was soggy and the fried chicken was flavorless , the skin was soggy . You can tell the food was not prepared fresh and was sitting around . This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had . The dessert creme brûlée was just not tasty at all. Revel, do better! Pay attention to your food that’s leaving the kitchen. Set a better standard for your brunch customers.
Food and service were excellent. I was there for a party last week. Great job, great food and great service. I recommend the eggplant chips, brussel sprouts and branzino. Didnt like the chicken spring roll. Bad combo of ingredients.
Went to Revel last night for the first, but not the last time. Everything was spot on. Due to late clearing skies, we were able to get a table outside. Liz was an excellent server (she wore not only a mask, but gloves too!) and was very helpful. We started with sharing the octopus app. Highly recommend it. For entrees he got the Ahi tuna and I got the Water shrimp (bacon wrapped with crab stuffing)....and served with jambalaya!! Sooooo delicious! The owner Francine came by to make sure everything was good and she was so nice, we ended up chatting it up! Try it, you wont be disappointed!
Don’t waste your money, Went for restaurant week. Food was ok . Service terrible . Waitress was hardly at our table really just took our order. Took about 20 minutes to get our first drink. While drinking my wine I slimiest swallowed a piece of glass that was in my wine. Told the waitress about it she just gave it to the bus boy and told him to let the bartender know. Didn’t notify the manager. When I got the bill still charged me for the wine. Waitress never even checked on us didn’t even know that we got desert never was asked if we wanted coffee. When I told the manager about all this all he said was he was so sorry.
Today my sister in law had her bridal shower thrown by my wife. What a great day everyone had. The service during and help before with set up was amazing!! The staff was personal and attentive. Everyone said drinks and food was out of this world.. Putting this review up just to say thank you to everyone over at Revel for the amazing experience everyone had👍🏼👍🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
1st time back since COVID started. Our waitress was friendly, but sorry I cant remember her name. Our food was delicious and came out fast. Got us in and out quick for our lunch hour. Ive never had a bad meal here, cant wait to come back again.
Came here for brunch on Saturday. Service was awful which surprised me. It was almost as if it was their first day open. The menu boasts fresh muffins included, none ever arrived. I asked for coffee, which I got after a few minutes :/ no milk, no sugar packets on table. Had to wait for that. They never came to refill water or coffee. Food was average, not bad, but for cost ($29 pp) I expected better And certainly at that cost expected better service. I would pass on coming again for brunch.
I personally didnt like the menu options, I felt that they were limited somewhat. I thought the portions were small and that the restaurant is overpriced for what you get. I have been to many restaurants all over the city and Long Island and this establishment is 100% overpriced. Dont get me wrong, it has a nice vibe and the food tastes good and was well prepared, but if Im going to spend that much, this wouldnt be on my list of places.
One and done here. Once you watch a few chef show series and start cooking at home yourself and experimenting with various seasonings you tend to become more picky. especially when also you used to work for a catering company. Me and my GF both ordered steak and eggs with hash browns. We asked for the steak to be either medium or medium well. My steak came out fine and hers came out well done along with the hash browns being burnt and yet somehow cold. We then ask for a new set and my biggest Pet Peeve occurred, the waiter took offense to our request as if she failed at cooking the meal, you asked us whats wrong and we answered and we are expecting a fix. She carries the plate away and comes back with it and we instantly can tell its the same exact food, its just hot now. So youre telling me your chef decided to warm up the food after we just complained that the steak was overcooked and dry ...... so now we ask for the manager and it becomes a big scene and we had to do a show and tell by showing them the inside of my steak vs the inside of hers. the Manager got us a new steak and we carried on. the waiter also wasnt attentive and this bothered us because we love mimosas and they dont bring you a pitcher, they refill it every time you are done but with a time restriction. All and All we wont be back. the TikTok we made we definitely didnt post either wasnt worthy of a post. Try Hatch in Huntington, worth the ride.
Nice atmosphere, the workers were super friendly. I was not amazed with their Mac and cheese...flavorless and dry. The brunch menu was good and the steak and eggs were decent. Try the bottomless option with your brunch order.
To me Revel was just great!! The Atmosphere, the drinks!! And the look of the place it’s incredible great! The food is very good!! And I wish they had more desserts,What I did not like is the fact that if you are paying with a card (debit or credit) they charge you 4% of your purchase; which I believe it’s insane.
Food very good.Lively atmosphere. Drinks below average to fair- this needs to improve! Staff very good. Would definitely go again. Liked all appetizers ordered, calamari, baked clams and shrimp oreganata dish. Entrees swordfish dish and chicken marsala like dish were very good. Desserts were average to above average -tiramasu and apple crumb cake. Cappuccino was very good. Worth a trip!
Delicious food. The restaurant is loud. Service was very good but they charged 4% AFTER paying with a credit card so the bill came out higher. Spoke to waiter who adjusted price back down to the original amount. Beware of this. Never experieinced any other restaurant do this before.
