Big Smoke

Stale tobacco. Wouldn’t exchange because it left the store. Am I supposed to open it in the store snd check it. Clueless service, no help

I visited n the clerk didnt want to assist me on just having a problem with vale not working n he wouldnt tale time to check n wouldnt even see if my thank would fit on new difference machine was just trying ti sello me one expensive one I couldnt even check Out first so I dont recommend that place to any1 pushy to make a sale but not willing to have good attitude n its all about the customer not there its not

The employees here are always friendly and if you need some help finding something even youre not sure what you want theyre helpful and seen to know all of the products well.

So went in today 01/23/2019 at 3:30 and a guy was working, this is my second time coming here. I grabbed a case of beer and the guy asked me if I wanted anything else I said 2 packs of the smokes that i smoke.i had my son with me who is 19 and legally old enough to be in the store. The clerk then asked both of us for our ID and we both gave it to him. Next thing I know the clerk throws his hands up and extremely rude shouts at us that he is refusing service to us and not selling anything to me because I had my son with me. I was suprised but this clerks behavior and I said hes 19 years old and that he was my son and he was in the store to purchase a few bottles of vape juice, separate transaction. The guy still refused. I have to tell you, never have I been treated so disrespectful. I will NEVER go back to this store as long as this guy works here a d I will also spread the word to friends and family about this horrible experience. I hope the owner of this store sees this review and takes proper action.... until then I will never be back.... I only gave 1 star just so I could leave my review.....

Out of state customer. Went by reviews found charming and most satisfactory customer service was not rushed and appreciated the hospitality to a none regular. Seems they have all one could come looking for in my short time on the store.

The employees are always so courteous and helpful. My four legged sidekick is always welcome and normally he gets treats.

I love DIY raspberry Prime times and they seem to be the only place in town thats got them I enjoyed them thoroughly and they got them on sale for cheap 399 box instead of 499 if you cant find them

Great service, but prices are super high on cigars, and they have mediocre pipe tobacco.

Service is very friendly. I was a regular for a while as I lived close by and one of the employees helped me move! They keep the coolers stocked and keep things clean.

Can get cigs here I cant find elsewhere terrific staff always willing to help with anything and if you answer their trivia question correctly you get a free lighter. Oh and the prices are much better than elsewhere to

I buy my tobacco here, always at a good price as far as lighters go dont invest in any from here because their return policy is nonvex

It was really BIG and had lots of SMOKEs. All 3 peopls who work there have the best customer service that Ive ever seen.
