eJuiceDB - Online Vape Store

June 21, 2024EJuiceDB is a very good company. I have been ordering from them now for four years. They have great prices and fast shipping. They even replaced my package when I was missing six items because the package was opened when it arrived in my mailbox. The only negative thing I have to say about eJuiceDB is I wish you could still speak to someone in customer service but they have done away with that, of course like all other companies.

Great company and their orders are usually shipped out right away and arrive quickly. I had an order that was incorrect but they quickly resolved the issue and sent out the replacement immediately upon notification of their error. The customer service representative Alejandra was great. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would have given this a five star however I ordered a pack of 5 vapes and one of them so far has not worked it did not want to vape and while it was just sitting it started making a continues clicking sound and getting really hot. Other than that I would have given it a 5 star! Shipping was extremely fast!

ON 4/23, I received my order for 6 SKYBAR Bold Vapes - Mint. However, they were different flavors and one was a different brand. I reached out to EJUICEDB and Alejandra responded quickly and apologize. After investigating, she found that the mint was unavailable. Instead of letting me know they were out, they just sent different ones, which we all know is not right. In any event, Alejandra let the higher ups aware and gave me a full refund. Also, I do not have to return the wrong vapes, which is great. Ordered disposable vapes and more than 1 didnt work. Its not ejuices fault they didnt work. Its the manufacturer but it took them a month to refund me. And it was a hassle to say the least. They couldve just refunded me and then talked to the manufacturer. They probably got my money back from the manufacturerbefore I did. Their customer service got me my money back after countless emails and I had to contact the BBB before they did anything. I wont be putting myself in this situation again

They do have a big selection. Prices are reasonable and comparable with other sites. Shipping is relatively quick (could be quicker). My only gripe is that they do not remove discontinued liquid. So when youre browsing and you get to about page 3 or 4 of a particular category, you start getting products that are no longer available.

I have had such a good experience with eJuiceDB that I have recommended them directly to several friends, who are now also repeat customers. The thing i was most amazed about was how fast i got it. from when i placed the order to being delivered to my house was no more then 4 or 5 days. that is light speed compared to every other place i have ordered from. if you guys keep up with the fast shipping then i have found my forever shop for vape juice. (updated) i have made a few orders now and still the longest it takes to ship from NY to WI was only 5 days. the last few places i have ordered from would take almost 3 weeks to ship and they were closer to me. you guys are AWESOME!!!!!

Waited a month for my shipment, because FedEx refuses to deliver to my workplace (Post Office), and Im not available to sign for a package at my home. Specifically demanded only UPS or USPS handle my shipments going forward. I was ignored, and my vape juice is back in the hands of the incompetent folks at FedEx... Presumably to sit in their warehouse for another month.

I want to knock off a star because they are always out of stock of my favorite flavors (cereal killer squared, any marshmallow cereal flavors), but it is not their fault that a lot juice companies have halted production because of covid. Thought Online Pricing Would Be LowerI got impatient waiting on my order and went in to a local vape store to purchase some eJuice to tide me over until my order arrived in the mail. I was shocked to find that the store sold me a bottle of the same size and nicotine level for only a $2.44 more than I bought it online from eJuiceDB Vape Store. My online order included 3 bottles of the same size/nic level and I had to pay the standard lowest price for shipping which is $6.99. So the math comes to $2.33 a bottle, meaning I saved a little over a dime for the privilege of waiting 4 days for my eJuice.However, the best part of the story is this: I received an email from the vendor the day after I placed my order with the subject line stating: A shipment from order #DB155479 is on the way. At the bottom of the email was a big navy blue box with white text that stated Get Free Shipping On All Orders Over $50. Since my order subtotal (minus taxes and fees came to $48.87, I wrote eJuiceDB Support and told them it would have been nice if they had a notification system that would have flagged my order as the subtotal met a threshold close to getting the free shipping since I was scant only 13 cents. I received this reply:Hi Stacy,Thank you for reaching out! We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, we are having our marketing team updating this.Unfortunately, we no longer offer free shipping on orders above $50.I replied back sending them the same email I sent them the first time pointing to the big navy blue box at the bottom and what was the response? CRICKETS.So. Where will I get my vape eJuice? Local Vape Store? Damn Skippy ;-)

Ok, have had some trouble in the past, took a bit to correct, but was corrected. Definitely have some improvements to make, like keeping all the juice stocked instead of 20 pages of sold out juice, improving on the quality control to make sure the right MG of juice gets sent out, I have had several experiences where I order a 3mg juice and got sent several 6mg instead, and it was passed by QC, signed and shipped out this way, they Definitely need to be better with this. I would also like to see them restock juices they sell out of quickly, I have been waiting for primals elixir dream to be back in stock for the last 2 months, but never happens. Seen this with alot of other juices as well.

Just to be clear, I am always fair with my reviews, if they can somehow fix this and make it right I will update my review. I placed my order may 24th. Got the conformation saying my order went through. Figured my order would ship Monday. Got no updates that Monday. Sent an email asking for an update. They told me it would ship out est time on the 31st. Its now June 2nd and and I still the items I placed have not even shipped. I ordered different juice from misthub about a week later and i already got my juice from them... Ive never had to wait this long for any vape products from anyone. Very unhappy.

Chocolate Poppy Corn…Poppy Corn Chocolate is based on (I believe!) their caramel flavor. There was another brand I loved for many reasons. My wife found Poppy Corn here on EJUICEDB and order a few bottles… it was an amazing day when it was delivered. PoppyCorn has a much less “oiliness” feel to it… it’s not overloaded with “flavor”, it’s just right. On my follow up order I doubled the caramel from my first order and decided to try the chocolate… SO GLAD I did! It’s not an “in your face” explosion of chocolate, it’s subtle. The chocolate flavor you get is like opening a box of cocoa powder. it has a darker chocolate taste (which prefer) over others I have tried. If you love these smell of opening a really good, “high end” 60% + chocolate bar… that smell you can almost taste, you will love this!
