Meow was very professional and charming as well. Massage was on point and very refreshing. I left feeling like a new man!Great massage in my opinion!

Clean and friendly staff.I went in after a long trip and left relaxed..I go once a week now just cause its so good.

Avoid this shady place.When I walked in, there was no one at the front, and a lady came out from the back to greet me. She was wearing a very short and tight dress, not a professional attire, so I thought she was just the owner or receptionist. It turned out she was the one giving massage.She asked me to pay upfront and asked how much I was going to tip. At this point, I told myself enough is enough and just walked out.

90 min and not even close to a full body with 30 minutes of scalp. Cant recommend.

This is a great place for a massage!I dropped in today to get some relief from a long work day, not entirely sure what to expect. I was greeted by a friendly young woman named Lucy who was quick to take me in without an appointment. She gave me a very personal experience with attention to detail, asked me what type of pressure I like, gave options for oil or lotion, etc. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely repeat this experience and I highly recommend you try it out yourself.

This is probably one of the best massages I have ever had! Hands down the therapist Coco worked all kinks and also helped me stretch during and after the massage. The entire staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. Coco offered me a bottle of water after the massage. I was very happy with my massage and will return.

Don’t ever waste your time and money they don’t even do massage …: some money hungry girls keep bugging you for money. Bad experience

I came to this nice spa and I was surprised to find out the therapist was young and nice and she is very professional. I suffered long term pain in my neck and my lower back, she worked hard and gave me a deep tissue massage for one hour. I felt way much better after this good massage, I definitely will come back and bring my friends over. Highly recommend it !

Do NOT go here. It is a bait and switch scam. Read the other reviews also.My sister booked a 60 minute massage for her fiance online for like $60. When she arrived, she was told that they could do 30 minutes, for $40 but that she had to give a mandatory $10 (25%) tip. My sister is young, and said ok. The masseuse left the massage after 22 minutes to talk to another customer. After spending $50, for 22 minute bad massage, she ended up going to a different place right after here.

I honestly hate to give bad reviews but this was just so offensive I have to comment. I went inside to inquire about a massage and after being told the price and mandatory tip I sat in the lobby to tell my wife how much it would be. Before I could take a seat I was being pressured to go into the room. When I sat down she looked at me like I was crazy and proceeded to tell me if I’m not going back there immediately to get out. Super unprofessional no wonder the place is empty.

I made an appointment for an hour massage. When I arrived the lady told me that they only do 30 minute massages. THEN I say okay whatever, and she says that I have to pay up front. AGAIN I say okay whatever and pull out my card to pay and she says cash only!! I rarely even leave reviews but this was so frustrating that Im hoping to save you all some time by avoiding this place!!

I had an appointment at 10am on a Friday. The girl didnt show up until 1025am. Opened the front door and propped it open. I got out of my car and said I had an appointment at 10am can I still get my service done. She said yeah I guess.I went inside. Said that my appointment was for the Ionic Foot Detox which is clearly marked ON THE WEBSITE and ON THE FRONT WINDOW. She said no foot detox you get massage. I said no massage my appointment was for Foot Detox. She said no. Massage or no service.I finally agreed to the massage. Pulled out my credit card she said cash only.... no signs anywhere that they only accepted cash / No messages on the website / nothing in the emails that they sent to me.I left without any services and had to book with another place.

Was happy about price and availability. Booked reservation online. After going to location 20 miles from home I’m asked did you call? I stayed I booked online, not sure if she could understand English very well. Showed the reservation and was told .. “no no no, please call. No one be ready may be busy must call first” if calling is the best way to confirm available times there should be no option to book online

Worst massage experience ever, the lady did not use any oils, shorted me massage time then she walked on my back, leaving me in more pain than I was before. DO NOT COME HERE

I love to get massage every week. So I search around I have good place to get massage I want. So I call sen spa first time. A young lady answer. She say she busy I say ok. So next day I call again. Because I heard her voice sound so young . she have little tone sound mad sound. I don’t know because she not very good English ! So I went to sen spa anyway give a try. I saw her wow she is young and I say are you under age for working massage place. She laughing maybe most Asia are small tinys size. I did ask her age. She didn’t tell me. I guessing around 20-24 the most. After I get massage talk little with her she is so sweet. I thought she mean. Actually her English tone. I do one hour plus tips I say ok. Because everywhere I go do massage always tips anyways. After I done get my massage I m very happy she keep me company. She talk so funny and so sweet. I just give her little more. She so happy and say come back next time.

Dont even try to come here as they will try to avoid you as soon as you walk in. They will tell you to try 30 min for $40+$10 tip. And if you say its ok for 1 hour they will tell you to pay $60+$20ti . If you again say its ok. Then they will say cash only.Date 09/27Same lady who greeted me 11 months ago.She is the same one. Same dialogs, 30 min $40+$10. And, when I say I called for 1 hour and then she said we busy come laterI said called earlier and you said come for 1 hour, and my bad I forgot my mask in car.She is so rude to be here. I guess I can complain her to Garland Police.

Been coming here for 3 years. This place is gone downhill. They want $50 for a half hour everywhere else is charging $60. And then the girls are charging too much as well for their tips

Horrible place. They have prices and services in the window that they dont honor. The girl at the counter told be there would be a service fee for cards and after I went to an ATM and came back with cash told me I missed my chance and would need to come back in an hour. Will never set foot in this joke of a business again

Had a recent appointment at 10 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for them to open. At 10 am no one had arrived yet to open the shop. I waited until 10:15 and still no one had arrived. I left and will not be returning. That was my first impression of Sen Spa.

Went in gave lady $100 told her 1hr. When I came back out lady charging extra cause supposedly I ask for 90 minutes witch I didnt. After arguing a chubby Asian dude comes out an want to fight me. Never again will I return. Also cops where called.

I had amazing massage by the beautiful nu nu. She help me with my lower back pain. Great experience will go back again.

Place smelled bad and looked filthyAnd instead of listening to music , u hear a dog barking , since they bring their dog inside,the massage it self was not special and the lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing, I should’ve know since she charged tip before service which was 45 plus 10 tip she said , which I normally tip more than 10Never again , I’ll go back to my regular.

They charge you in advance paid for 1 hour and lasted 40 minutes. Then asked for a tip. Horrible service.

Amazing massage, very deep tissue and effective. I should brush up on my vietnamese though, there is a bit of a language barrier lol.

They advertised $30 for a 30 min chair massage, but when I got there they told me it would be $50.
