88 Smoke & Vape Glendale

My husband and I recently moved down here and looking for a good shop to go too. We’ve been to about 2-3 others and wasn’t pleased with the service or the vapes sold to us. When I remember that this place was like a minute a way and we’ve been there before and enjoyed going there each time. And now I’ve gone there twice under the new management. The employees there are AWESOME!! The first time I was helped by Tito. He was super knowledgeable and let me know about their drawing for the Errl Cup this year which just happens to fall on my anniversary to my husband. It was such a great experience that I took my husband and was helped by Dante (I don’t think that’s how it’s spelled, sorry!) and Alex. A little because of the draw and the service, we ended up buying a ‘baby yoda’ silicone water pipe and a chillum for each of us. I also got a 20ft hemp rope for us as well. While the outside doesn’t seem well kept up, the inside is beautiful.

This place recently got new owners, who have jacked the prices way up. They charge $2.50 for a 4pack of zigzag wraps when it clearly has 99¢ on the package. I will take my business to West side smoke shop directly across the street from subway and by the shell gas station.

First time coming to this shop because I had to buy a new battery and grinder, Marcus helped me out and answered all my questions and concerns. Excellent service.

The store itself is nice. It is extremely overpriced with not alot of inventory to choose from. Their best asset? Their employee, Julian. This kid was OUTSTANDING. It has been a long time since an employee at a retail store thought outside of the box but he did....refreshing.

I was coming in to see if the GM was around and all of a sudden Im being yelled at by some guy named August about a mopped floor and it was very rude I dont like his additude. He could have asked me nicely not to step on the floor especially as a customer it wasnt like I was causing problems. But I did end up eventually speaking to the GM and it assured me that he talked to August.

Been in the store twice. Both times staff were great. 1st tried to help me replace glass for barrel. Had to get new one. 2nnd time didnt carry coil I needed, but told me best place in town to go to find what I needed. Good job!

It seems like the higher ups don’t know what their doing… or what they want pushing out good people… the reason I come to this shop is because they remember me they know me and there is now only 2 people that know me that talk to me that actually cares about their customers and it seems like they are slowly being pushed out… one thing I know is with this turnover rate, if the last 2 go then so will I and it won’t be just me… I’m taking more with me. And I won’t be coming back… Danny and Julian if you can see this you rock…Please get more cucumber tropic King in that’s my stuff right there… and novo 3 pods your store looks ready to close down every day your bosses need to wake up… it’s empty!!! -Regular

This is the coolest vape shop Ive been to around here, good selection, nice couple working there (I think its the owners?) super helpful. I didnt know what coil I needed so she started popping them open to see what fit.. that was really nice of her.Oh and whatever that incense they were burning smelled bomb.

Julian and Danny are dope they bring this store to life. Great smiles and very knowledgeable! Whenever I need something they are quick in response and got me in and out professionally.

Yesterday was my first time checking this shop out and needless to say, I was impressed with the overall layout of this Smoke Shop. It’s the perfect combination of clean and welcoming and the staff was very polite and professional. Chris seems really knowledgeable about the products, and made sure I had everything i needed before I left; i will definitely be returning soon!

The girl was trying to push unnecessary items on me to buy. She also would NOT stop talking about items I wasnt interested in. She was vary informative about items I wasnt interested in UP SELL to hard.I liked the store it was clean and organized. The UP SELLING is tacky and out of date.⭐⭐ Is for the store being clean and organized.

Great experience here at 88 S&V. Friendly service from Nelly and his partner, Daffy. We enjoyed our pipe the next day at the Grand Canyon. We will cherish it forever, unlike our experience with California border protection, who confiscated our plant (not Marijuana).Hope you didnt get a cavity Nelly. Reach out 🤙🏼

I purchased a vape from this shop. On the first day of owning my new vape it malfunctioned (smoke from inside the mod leaving a burning electrical smell). I returned the next day with the receipt and original packaging and I was informed that Vape 88 does not do exchanges or returns and that I must use the manufacturer’s warranty. There are no signs posted and the receipt does not inform customers of this policy. Vape 88 seems more interested in making quick sales than building lasting relationships with their customers. Their employees have limited knowledge about the stores products and the owners don’t stand behind said products.

My man’s teto in there is a legend ! Great customer service. Clean shop set up well good selection can’t go wrong !

California owners. Why require a mask if employees only put them on when someone walks In The door? THEY’re literally breathing on everything in the store all day. MASKS DONT WORK. We have rights. My business will be taken somewhere I can protect my first amendment and not have a manager try to ARGUE with a customer.

Small, overpriced selection for a big store. No CBD carts. Last time Iwalked in, the place was deader than a mortuary. The mortician, I mean, clerk, greeted me agressively like a 1980s shoe salesman. Then, he hovered directly behind me in akward silence like a Walmart LP associate waiting for me to purloin a pretty piece though everything was in a locked case. As his aura formed tentacles to probe me, I swatted them away and bid the horrid shop adieu.

Been going here for at least 6months everytime I come in the employees are really nice and welcoming. They always have great vapes, papers and bongs.

I walked in and was immediately surprised by how beautiful and clean the place was. Great customer service from Leila, my purchase even came with a lanyard! Cool spot in an unexpected area!

Best smoke shop Ive been to thus far. Prices for switching mods are amazing. Its a little further from from my house but worth the drive.

One of the worst smoke and Vape shops ever they have a guy there by the name of Lex read I will sell you pretty much anything behind the owners back they have the worst customer service and the prices are outrageous I definitely do not recommend this place!
